I have purchased one mobile handset Samsung Galaxy Quotro and paid the value using my credit card on 16th June. they give me order no [protected] and sent me email also. they also told me that by 25th June it will be delivered. But till 24th June nothing happened and on 25th June i got a sms on my mobile and also a mail that my products is dispatch by Blue Dart and it will be delivered in 3 days. they also give me Blue dart AW no. but when I track 2 days after that, courier site does not give any information. on 30th June I got a call inquiring me whether my products is delivered or not. i told her that it is not delivered. She assured me within 2-3 days it will reached me and sorry for the delay.when it is not reached I again complain on 2nd July and they give me case ID no 954850 and within 3 hours I got a call. the person who call me again assured me that in next 24-48 hours I will be getting the mobile. again nothing happened. further i complain next days i.e. 3rd July and again today i.e. 5th July but nobody is taking pain to reply me and nothing is happening. I should be compensated for the delays and my matter should be resolved at an earliest.

    hi friends,
    I got stuck in this biggest CON operation just because of my greed and gullibility. they promise 15% off while in realty it is 3-4% off with COD offers of other site like flipkart etc . modus operandi is very clear - take upfront money in bulk as much as possible with these loot offer , clear inventory (dud material) and return excess money after 15 or 30 days( treat order cancelled without consent).
    shopper -they can go to hell or wherever they want for its faceless, adress-less ONLINE SHOPPING.
    My story -very similar as other - bought a Samsung tab 2 (Order No. [protected]) , upfront payment, delivery promised in 4 day . instead of delivery , order cancellation message citing ’OUT OF STOCK" position came with promise that some day in future within month they shall return my money. Reason which , I had found out was the escalation in price in last 2-3 days and they must have exhausted their old inventory to some preferred customer. do they have right to treat us like dirt and bully us?
    may, someone , suggest how to deal with this cheating for I am frustrated as an individual and isolated customer who is destined to ( cust se mar).

      mobile phone — indiatimes shopping supplied defective phone

      My order no is 3707831. Phone have problem from starting. I call number of time to customer care but always they say to me they will pick handset but no one is pick handset till now. now they are telling product is out of warrenty.

        Dear Sir,
        I order the Product on 31 March 2013 (ORDER NUMBER [protected]). Earlier Merchant Claim that they shipped product by HCR Courier (AWB:GAD-87586) as per the Shipment details receive from Merchant, on 11 April 2013.

        The Shipment Details of Indiatimes was Fake/Wrong as they delivered me product on 25 May 2013 from ICMS TRANSWAYS PVT LTD. Shipment was booked on 9Th May 2013 and after a lot of call and followup from me, after Indiatimes given me the correct shipment details on Phone, The product delivered to me on 25 May 2013.

        The delivery Person did not allow me to check and open the product at time of delivery. After delivery, I found the Product is seriously damaged and is of Different Color (I order product in Red color, They shipped me Garden Silver Color) and also having other problems like FM antenna not working. I complaint to Merchant same day of Item delivery. After 2 days of Complaint, they call and email me in Afternoon time, to send images of damaged product that too on same day by end of day. After some followup, as i was not free to shoot images on that day, they email and call me and said me that they will close my complaint if i am unable to send them images on by next day (Company who is delaying shipments, replying to complaints in 2 days or more, expecting customers to shoot and send images in within 6 Hours). I sent them images by next day on May 28, 2013. They also send me confirmation email that they receive the images.

        Now after 1-2 days, they ask me to contact Godreg Helpline and book complaint. I book complaint (Complaint/Call No. [protected]) on 20 May 2013. After 10-11 days their service person came for inspection only. Their service center peoples denied to replace product and they say they dont have facility and authorisation to replace product while Indiatimes peoples were saying that Godreg will replace product.

        Now, its 24 June 2013 today, after wasting enough time, money and energy with these companies, I am not in recipt of an new and working product as per my satisfaction.. Its almost full summer over and my family is living without Refrigerator...

        Please take some appropriate action against Merchant and Refund my money with Interest...

        Indiatimes — damaged product delivery

        A Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV purchased online from indiatimes.com on 4th july was delivered on 18th july with broken screen and when contacted the representatives have been dilly-dallying the issue by giving dates after dates for the reverse pick-up and replacement.
        The TV costed me Rs. 24000/- , payment made through Credit Card. I've been contacting them almost everyday but in vain.

          i have placed a order for a tablet on 24th April 2013 in Indiatimes shopping by seeing the advertisement in the times of India newspaper. still now i have not received the product. After continuous followup with them also they have not delivered the product. atlast on 27th of April i asked them to cancel the order then they said that it will take 5-10 days to get refund of my amount. but till date i have received any refund. while contacting them they r just giving excuses to me but no solution is been provided to me. so i expect the solution regarding this very soon from your side.

          India Times Shopping — Refund

          I had placed an order on India Times Shopping for purchase of some merchandise. They had acknowledged and accepted the order. However after about 8 days or so they sent mail saying the said order was cancelled and that they would refund the money. The catch of course is that refund below a certain amount will be in form of India Times shopping voucher (which means I am forced to purchase something). This is unfair as I should get refund through Credit card reversal. Why should I be forced to purchase stuff from India times.

          To my mind it is unfair practice and against all norms of consumer contract.
          My reference no. [protected] booked via telephone and make payment through credit card. As per newspaper dated 24.07.2009 order reached before Raksha Bandhan dated 5.08.2009 .But inspite of many calls and mail I have not received my product till date.

          Shopping.Indiatimes.Com — Order cancelled but refund not yet received

          I have ordered a mobile phone about 20-21 sep 2009 and made payment by ICICI credit card of amount 3149/-. The order no. is [protected]. Immediately after 3-4 days I have cancelled the order and got the cancellation No 1248355 by phone. At that time they have committed to refund the amount within 6 working days. But today on 24-11-09 also I have not received the refund to my credit card account. In between I have made so may calls to them at their customer complaint no. [protected] which were attended after 15-20 minutes every time and got a complain reg. No. 7694 dt. 26/10/09, 23428 dt 23/11/09 but till now the amount was not refunded.

          India Times — Not received the refund

          I have given order (Order no.[protected] for an E-phone as per their news paper ad. As I have found some deffect in the handset, I have returned the same to India times for replacement( Courier Bill TNT No.DO[protected]WW dtd.18/10/2010). As I have made enouph calls to the India times customer care, They said the same handset canot be replaced and so they may refund the amount. Till now I have not received the refund.           I bought a cellphone cover for Rs. 795 from shopping.indiatimes.com. It has been two months now and I still have no clue of where my order is (See image attached). All the online chats, emails and phone calls to the customers service are falling in deaf ears.

          I ordered 1 nokia lumia 710 handset from india times shopping on 10 feb by making payment in advance and promised date of delivery was 14 feb, but when i not received the same by 17 feb , i requested for the cancellation of the order and they responded that the amount will be refunded in 7-8 working days.

                I have an order cancelled over 3 weeks ago and Indiatimes Shopping have not refunded the money to my bank. Order number [protected]. I have called number of times to the customer “service” number [protected] and talked to Manish and Ritesh. They assured me that they would highlight this to their finance team and get back to me with the updates. Till now they haven’t called me or emailed. I am very upset about the Indiatimes Shopping experience and deeply disappointed. The amount I need to get is Rs 5233.

                Just to let you guys know that I had forwarded this complaint to the customer service and raised my grievance by escalating the issue to grievance.[protected]@indiatimes.co.in
                To my surprise I got the refund the next day.
                So guys, if any of the online websites cheat you, raise a grievance with all the details and your issue will be solved in no time. It is simple, you are basically escalating the issue to the bosses. No need to call, or face to face sessions..just email. Any website I mean. Hope this helps.

                    The product rate charged by the site is over and above the MRP. The price of the product is 1499 instead of Rs. 1598 as charged by the shopping site. Selling above MRP is not desired by a renowned site like indiatimes. The discrepancy was brought to the notice of the site on 11th May immediately on receipt of the product. However, since then there has been no response from the website. It is disheartening they are reluctant to solve a fundamental mistake done in billing of the product only indicating that the error was not a mistake but was intentional. Now they are not responding to my mails.

                    i am booked panasonic cordless phone through indiatimes but they delivered wrong model of panasonic phone.after lock the complain against this ,they assured me that he pick the phone at my residence and change it.
                    but after one week he said me he was not able to collect the courier.

                    I placed an order vide order No:[protected] on 8-Jan online. I rec’d today (22-Jan) an entirely different product. I rec’d and opened the courier as the courier looks untampered. The box inside
                    was already opened and some other customer’s complaint letter was inside about the product. I called up the customer care and they have lodged a complaint on this. No apologies or thoughts that the customer rec’d the wrong product. Instead, they were in hurry to tell the complain process. They also advised that the whole process will take 15 working days. What customers try to do ordering online products is to cut down on time and energy & get product quiickly. However, this is like a nightmare dealing with times shopping and this has happened to me for the second time (i thought one - off case is always possible for any vendor) It looks like online shopping in india is a long way to go yet.

                      Hi Team,
                      I recently ordered a Samsung galaxy S3 in Indiatimes Shopping site online on 16th May 2013,
                      I received the package on 25th May 2013. when I opened the package from bluedart, the Samsung seal which says "donot accept is seal is broken" was is a tampered state, but there were other stickers which on the other side were new - "seems like stuck over the old seals".

                      I raised a case with them immediately after calling and speaking to many of their customer care reps.

                      order id # [protected], case id #884221 which was created against this issue on 25th May 2013.

                      but till now there is no response and every time we call them or chat with them online there is no appropriate response.
                      they just inform us that we need to wait or simply mention that some one will get back to us.

                      This is really not a professional ethic that is show cased by Indiatimes Shopping.
                      I kindly request concerned authorities to taken necessary action.

                      please do help me getting this resolved

                      @ Indiatimes Shopping - no action taken, very irresposible customer care, ordered the product on 16th may today is 12th june, i have send the product from my side to ITS, but they are not receiveing the product, just re-directing the consignment from bluedart to different addresses.

                      from 6th jun to 12 jun the prodcut / consignment is been sent to different places / offices of ITS and vice versa.

                      but as a customer im really frustrated with this kind o[censored]nruly behavior, every day i call the customer care but reapted answer asking to "wait" already 1 month passed and escalation desk also says the same, no difference.

                      I understand from lot of issues posted in various forum against ITS, i think ITS is trying to take our money and just rotate them for their financial needs and atlast simply close the issue by saying no stock. or something of that sort.

                      why this kind of wicked business practiss i dont know ...

                        on 13/4/2013 i put an order with indiatimes.com for purchase of 3 book for rs.304/-

                        they sent me 2 books and said the 3rd book ( rs.91/-)not available.

                        they credited rs. 1.20 in my credit card a/c,but remaining rs 90/- they still had not sent despite my several request.

                          I have ordered a Sony Digital Camera {model No. Sony Cybershot DSC-W690 Point & Shoot Camera (Black)} Vide Order No:[protected] and paid Rs. 8721/- through SBI net banking to the portal of shopping.indiatimes.com on 30/04/2013. Till date I have neither received the Product nor the get back my Money in my A/c. I had lodged the complaint Vide case no. 852824 on 10/05/13 and they had given the resolution date 23/05/13 but nothing had happened till date. They are only saying that we are looking into the matter and give us some time but nothing had happened. Please Look into the matter.

                          Shopping.Indiatimes.Com — Non-delivery of goods paid for.

                          I had placed two orders with Shopping.Indiatimes.Com for two pairs of shoes for Rs. 1211 and 893, and a T-shirt for Rs. 300. I made the payment through my credit card. Shopping.Indiatimes.Com recieved the payment and verified the same on 29th July. The sent me only the T-shirt by courier, but have not despatched the remaining items. About 10 days ago, after I had sent them a couple of emails, I recieved a phone call from them, and the caller promised me delivery within next 5 days.
                          I waited for another 5 days but they have not sent the items so far. And to add insult to injury, they have totally stopped responding to my emails, and SMS.
                          This is not all. I today made a telephone call to their Delhi customer care, but could get no convincing reply even after spending more than 11 minutes of valuable STD time.
                          Yet this is not all. I contacted them on their much hyped Live Chat on their website. The executive demanded the order numbers from me, which I supplied. After that the executive logged off asking me to contact them again after 1 hour. And after that 1 hour, nobody is available on the Live Chat.
                          What should I do ?

                          the same thing happened to me also. i placed order for sauna belt and curd maker and paid through me net banking which was acknowledged by indiatimes. After two days i received a mail that my order has been cancelled and payment would be refunded.This is the way indiatimes treats its customers.
                          i also agree. I placed order for two itwems and paid through my net banking. It was acknowledged by indiatimes. But after 4 days they sent a mail that they are refunding my money. this is the way they treat thier customers.

                          I was purchased a shuffle mp3 player in shop.in.com on 27th March of 2009 and requested & confirmed delivery of a product on 2nd April 2009. But today is 10.4.09 Still the product not yet delivered.

                          Not properly answering calls.
                          Not properly replying to emails.

                          Really waste-- Don't buy any products from shop.in.com. It is my request to protect you better we can go to ebay.in or amazon.

                          India Times Shopping — Non Delivery of Goods Paid For

                          This is to complaint that inspite of repeated complaints and follow ups , we have not yet received the following order of a blackberry ordered ( order no[protected] about a month ago on 11th Sep.
                          Every time we call up the customer service we are assured of the delivery within 24 hrs. This has been happening for the last 15 days. We got a dispatch confirmation on 22Sep.

                          Besides the above order , there is another order that had been ordered offline with (order no.[protected]ordered on 20th for which I got the disptach confirmation on 28th Sep. Even that has not been received so far.

                          Every time we call up their customercare they promise to revert within 48 hrs. What worries us is that there is no guarantee of refund even if we cancel the order.

                          This is regarding Order No.[protected] that I have placed for 'Cool Eye Mask' on June 27. I haven't received the product as of today, which is exactly 1 month from the date of Ordering the product.

                          I have called more than couple of times to Customer care to inquire the status about this & they are not sure when the product will be delivered. I'm really fed up with your process of tracking. This really is frustrating. Do you expect your customers to wait for this long time to get a product delivered. Really annoying!! How would you expect me to shop again through indiatimes.com when I come across this sort of nonsense?

                            I made a purchase from indiatimes shopping in 16 may if a nexus 7 tablet as it categorically stated IN STOCK and DELIVERY within 7 days.now it has been almost a week but there seems to be no signs of shipping if product .on complaining on customer care they kept in giving false assurances and with reluctance filed a complaint .now in that complaint they mention date if resolution as 6 June.i smell a fraud here by which indiatimes are giving discount and making use of our money by deejaying the shipping causing anxiety and stress to its customer .                               I have ordered "Micromax Funbook Calling Tablet - P362 (Grey)" on 14th April 2013 Online from indiatimes shopping. My order number is #[protected]. I have register a complain number 817318 on 23rd April 2013 regarding the damage item received. Indatimes suggest me to create a DOA from Micromax so that the product can be returned and i have created the same and sent the copy of DOA on 28th April. Then they have created a new case ID: 828393 for the reverse pickup. Till date they have not arranged the reverse pickup. I am calling them on daily base and getting the same reply that "we have forwarded your complain". I am requesting you to please do the needful.

                              I want my full refund. They can collect the product any time. But i want my money back.

                              Don't Buy anything from Indiatimes Shopping. After a month now they are denied to take the reverse pickup. Till date they are saying we are arranging the pickup.

                              My Complain :

                              Even they guys are not providing any written communication. I told them to send me an email that we can arrange the written pickup nor the money. They are denied for the same too.

                              I am requesting you my friends please dont buy anything from Indiatimes. Use Ebay, Tradus, Shopclues for online purchase.

                                Hi.. I made a order to purchas few books from Indiatimes shopping site last month.. While making payment, there was technical issue at their end.Due to which the amount was deducted from my bank account, submitted to indiatimes account but was mentioned in the order as Payment Decline.

                                I checked with my bank and they told me that amount was successfully processed and was deposited to Indiatimes. when i checked with indiatimes they said that amount was deposited to their bank account but the order was rejected so they would refund my amount.

                                It is been more than a month and i am asking them almost daily for my money but i didnt get even a single satisfactory answer.

                                Apart from Email, i also asked them about refund of my money over chat and phone calls but i havn;t received any surity.

                                This is totally unethical.

I know and understand that 316 rs is not a very big amount.. i dnt care about those either.. Its all about ethics, morals and customer support..

                                Whenever a customers is in any problem you guys just dont understand their problem and keep on giving the same reply.. It is not my reply only.. it is the feed back of so many people who did a mistake, as i do.. Buying from your site..

                                I HAD ORDERED FOR A MOBILE HANDSET BLACKBERRY 9630 TOUR MODEL TO INDIATIMES SHOPPING .COM. I PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS. 14289/- (ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL POSTAL CHARGES) BY CHEQUE NO 0007672 DATED 14/03/2011, FROM H.D.F.C. BANK , J.P. ROAD BRANCH, MUMBAI 58.
                                I RECEIVED THE HANDSET BY COURIOR ON 26/03/2011. UNFORTUNATELY THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THEM REGARDING MY PROBLEM.

                                  I ordered a Tablet computer from Indiatimes shopping on 30th April 2013 vide Order No. [protected]. Full payment was made thru internet banking. The product is never shipped. They keep saying that the item will be shipped soon. They proceeded to give me an Air Waybill No. from Bluedart. I contacted Bluedart and they said that Bill No. never existed !. I requested for cancellation and full refund. Indiatimes informed me that once placed the order cannot be canclled. Today is 19th May 2013. I am still awaiting my order !!!

                                  India Times Shopping — fraud

                                  hello there,
                                  i had ordered a cell phone from indiatimes shopping. i never received the phone in the first 10 days. when i contacted them, i was told that the sale was returned from my end for replacement. what a blatant lie as i had never received the phone in the first place. this company is surely misleading consumers and is a fraudulent company. i have told them iam going to register a formal complaint in the consumer court and also a RTI complaint for their corrupt practises.

                                    This is to inform that, I Raman Bansal has purchased a Lloyd FLS19A5C 1.5 Ton Split AC (1) from shopping.indiatimes.com on 30th April 2013 and my product has been dispatched from their end and it was showing that I will receive the order on or by 16th May, 2013.

                                    The product neither is been delivered to me nor there is any assurity that I will get the assured product even after getting 2 follow up calls from the customer care representatives of Indiatimes shopping.

                                    And that's not enough I even got the call from the dealer itself on 16th May, 2013 who is actually going to deliver the product to me. He told me that the product you have ordered is not in the stock and I will get another model which is inferior in terms of specs of the actual Air Conditioner that I have had ordered. So, First of all even after non-delivery of the product even after passing the assured date and then having no assurance whether I will get the actual ordered product or not, I feel cheated.

                                    This was not expected from the website which flaunts that its a part of Times of India Group.

                                    India Times Shopping disappointed me with their Blackberry phones. Indiatimes advertised a product called Blackberry 8830 with GPS and trusting the name of Times of India I bought the piece. Surprise! - the phone delivered is without GPS and no one in customer care is able to understand or answer the issue. I took great pains to unravel this and this is the reason. These instruments are from a international carrier called Verizon who actually disables GPS and supplies. And if one has to enable GPS one has to buy a GPS device and connect that to this phone through bluetooth. India times very smartly blames the vendor for this mess up and though they are offering a full cash reimbursement - one feels cheated.

                                      I order a few books in June, 2012 (Can''t recall the exact date as the online data of the order has been erased by the company) with order number: [protected]. The order was cancelled due to non availability of the books but the money was not refunded. In spite of many reminders and correspondence, my money has not been refunded by the company.

                                        With reference to a ad in Times of India dated 24-april-2013 I had Ordered a Zync Z930 tablet cum mini laptop
                                        It had no SIM slot so I specially enquired If it supports my 3G USB Internet dongle or not. After a few seconds the customer care executive told me that it supports ANY 3G USB dongle as it has USB 2.0. They also told me that its 3600 mAH battery gives a backup of around 2 hrs.
                                        When i received the product and I checked it, I found that it did not supported my modem. Zync executives told me that I was misinformed and the product supports only Huawei data cards.
                                        Plus the product has never given a battery backup of more than 35 minutes no matter how it is used.
                                        The INDIATIMES SHOPPING HAS GIVEN ME FALSE INFORMATION TO SELL ME THEIR PRODUCT.
