hi this is rambabu ...the same problem i faced today...i have booked 3 tickets from inox website they debited money from my account ...and they given error in gateway that means they did not given me tickets id...this was very worst thing from inox ...so i'm suggesting to peopel ..who are looking for online booking dont go for inox website ...go for other alternative websites ...And there was no proper response from inox ..and we cannot get custmer care service from inox...please becareful when ur booking online tickets from inox

i am sekhar from visakhapatnam. Today i have booked 2tickets for a telugu movie and transaction was done successfully and my card was been charged 294 rupees...i did not recieve any e ticket..i have retrieved the booking confirmation through inox website and found the booking was made. When i reach the inox counter and showthem the same they say they might be a problem while booking and say we cant help..
Is there any customer care to care about. ?

When did u book your tickets? Generally when a wrong charge is made by a payment gateway it is refunded automatically within few days.
The issue of canceling a ticket is not feasible looking at the business reasons.
The issue of phone no. is a real concern and it generally is the case with a lot of cinemas all over India. I have faced this issue many times.
To get a faster resolution you can go to the cinema directly and talk to the concerned people.
