I had booked my tickets with Inox on the 4 of feb 2011 through my corporation debit card, my card number [protected]. Amount of Rs 1290 has got debited from my account but the ticket has not got booked i had booked 6 tickets each costing 200 and additional service charge of 90 i had booked tickets for sanctum at mantri for 10 am show(6 feb 2011). please return my money as early as possible.

I have booked tickets in Inox chennai using online booking for the movie Mankaatha on 08/31/2011 for 3.25 pm show for 3 people). My seats were I1, I2, I3. After all the booking procedures, it showed some error instead of confirmation. But, when I checked my Account (HDFC) Rs. 1080 was deducted from balance clearly stating that payment has been made to Inox. I didn't get any mail regarding the ticket booking. Please do the needful and try to refund my money as soon as possible.

I have booked tickets in Inox chennai using online booking for the movie The Avengers 2D (English) (U/A... on[protected] for 7.05 pm show for 4 People.and 2 Times Booking After all the booking procedures, it showed some error instead of confirmation. But, when I checked my Account (andhra bank ) Rs. 609 Rs and 609 =1218 Rupees was deducted from balance clearly stating that payment has been made to Inox. I didn't get any mail regarding the ticket booking. Please do the needful and try to refund my money as soon as possible.

    I booked my tickets on bookmyshow.com for a movie... The booking mentioned that I will be needed to deposit Rs 100 against each ticket I booked for getting 3D glasses... When I reached the cinema I was asked to shell out Rs 300 against each ticket in order to get the 3D glasses... I was not carrying too much money and hence had to face problem in arranging the amount whereas the movie was just about to begin... This is absolutelty causing inconvinience to the customer who is already paying a premium as the tickets are booked online to avoid any hassels.

    Frist I book two tickets & i enterd all my visa card number & finally they ask me
    To enter your password but i forgot my password & I enterd worng password
    But they r not conformed my tickets & they r taken my amount &
    Finally I book my tickets in second time in the time of same show & same date
    But they r taken my amount two times the total amount of 2tickets(500+40+5-545)
    But they are taken 4tickets amount pls kindly send my amount to my account

      I was booking 2 tickets online for Inox Hyderabad through my debit card. But at the end transaction failed. Then i did it 2nd time & i could book 2 tickets L13 & L14. Then i came to know through sms that, it was charged 2 times. Then i checked with bank, and it was charged 2 times.

        I tried on 14.10.2010 to book e-tickets for Telugu movie ROBOT for 11.45 am show at INOX VIZAG- CMR Maddilapalem, for date 17.10.2010.
        Without getting tickets, I got the message ' failed transaction due to technical problem ' after making payment confirmation. I attempted 3 times and all the 3 times money was debited from my account.
        From bankers I got the information that the amount was transferred to accounts viz.[protected] AVE,[protected] AVE &[protected] AVE.
        ( Pl note that this account statement of State Bank of India belongs to my friend Mr. Rama Appa Rao V V. On the day 14.10.2010, he tried to book tickets online on my name & email id. As all the 3 times transaction was failed due to technical reasons, we have bought tickets physically.)

I visited more than three time and that item is not available till now.please deliver in earliest means.             On 18 Sep 10, I tried booking tickets for movie 'Dabang' at Varun Inox, Visakhapatnam on net. However after entering the credit card details there was no response from the Inox cinema regarding confirmation of ticket. I went to the theatre and checked up with the person on counter who confirmed that there was no booking on my name. However when I received the credit card statement for the month of Sep 10 , I saw that an amount of Rs 575.00 has been debited on my card. Refernce number of the transaction is 75105170263000040506775 dated 18/09/10. When I contacted teh bank they wanted me to get a written statement from the merchant that such a transaction did not happen. When I went to the theatre again today I was asked to post the complaint on this site. Kindly reconcile and do the needful to get my money back.

              Dear Sir,

              I had booked a movie ticket online at INOX Garuda mall for 15/09/2010 2:20 PM show , ( Ticket Confirmation No:217994 ). For personal reasons, I wouldn't be able to watch the movie on the specified date and I wanted to cancel the ticket. As I didn't find any option in their website, I called up the customer care number and informed. the person spoke to me in a rude manner and rejected all my requests saying that no such option being provided by them. He argued with me over phone about 10-15 minutes and cut the phone. I lost my money for nothing. It is so ridiculous that they are doing this to customers,.

              Please take action against them for not to repeat the same with customers.

              In all theaters this is the sam situation.. No one is having option of ticket cancellation..
              Please consider this complaint as " invalid " . Issue resolved . Even though there is no such option to cancel online tickets, taking into consider few objectives and find them reasonable, they will help us in alternative ways.

                INOX is simply horrible in terms of online booking.. This is not first time that I faced a booking failure message while online booking... In every occasion my credit card got charged...the best part is when I called them up to know what is to be done next.. they just banged the phone down..

                A request all of you to say a big NO to INOX online booking ... its just pathetic
                i was booking 5 tickets from online booking of inox website for inox bundgarden of mere brother ki dulhan of 6.25 pm in the last step of payment it showed message that there is a power cut problem so try later and next time when i tried the booking was made and i also received text of details on my cell but when i checked my a/c balance the amount of rs.1250 was deducted twice for tickets so plz repay the amount of rs.1250 at the earliest .. .. my mob no.-[protected] . . . email [protected]@gmail.com. . . . my card no.[protected] . a/c no.-[protected] of punjab national bank satara road.so repay me rs.1250 at the earliest

                    i had booked 03 tickets on 07 jun 10 online for a movie in Visakapatnam at Varun Beach multiplex.
                    However, the transaction failed post online payment through VISA gateway.

                    Initially Refund was sought from the ICICI bank. however, the bank states that the transaction was complete and payment was delivered to INOX LEISURE LTD PUNE. But, the tickets were never booked nor the transaction was confirmed.

S M Ishaq had booked a ticket today by kyazoonga.com to book 3 tickets thorugh online booking for Inox cinema, Garuda mall at margareth road, Bangalore,every thing went fine till my mnoey got deducted for Rs. 589/- INR and I got an information stating that the server is down and tickets cannot be confirmed but when when I checked from my A/c I found that the above said money was already deducted I kindly seek your intervention as the money earned is of the hard earned nature and this is a shear case of cheating till the time the ticket is not recieved as confirmation on phone or net(as e-mail) then how come the money could get deducted...kindly help and resolve the issue....regards Capt.                       INOX Theatre — No toilet facility in GVK one especially in INOX threater after 2nd show

                      Hi,


                      If my complaint will help any people in future i'm bringing this to everyones notice me and my friends went to a second show for What's your Rashi and inbetween the movie the real of the flim was burning and there was no single security guard to complaint and people were making noises nobody dam cares...So went outside after 3mts distance found security guard standing near the cafetrria region showing off i said there was a fire inside and he was saying cooling nothing will happen and then 3 people acomplained me then the security gurards have come up....PEOPLE THIS IS HOW FIRE ACCIDENTS HAPPEN see the security guards negeligency.....this is my 1 bad experince in a so called big mall they know how to collect paring fees but don't know how to maintain....

                      2nd incident after the show expecting to go to wash for a wonder clean up work was going on in the theater floor expecting that atleast other 4 floors will have the option of wash searched but alas nothing is working out...so tried i have asked the security persons and they say they have one toilet in parking which the labour uses expecting us to use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????

                      C THIS IS MY WORST EXPERINCE SO I'M COMPLAINING

                      On[protected] I tried to book 4 tickets on line for the movie - 'I hate love stories' playing in CMR Central INOX, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatna which could not materialize. I never received any confirmation of booking on line either by way of message to my email id or to my mobile. However, on receiving my SBI Credit card statement for the month of June, 2010, I noticed, ticket charges of Rs. 460/- were debited to my account 5 times amounting to Rs. 2300/-. I made a representation to my SBI Cards division, but they wanted a confirmation from your end. As such, kindly look into the matter and reverse the amount of Rs. 2300/- ( i.e. 460 * 5) /pay back to my SBI

                        I am Ashish Jain. I booked tickets on 16/06/2010 for rajneethi 11:15 am show on 17/06/2010 at inox magrath road, bangalore. I didnt get the confirmation of tickets but was charged amount of Rs 270. I tried booking twice so a total of Rs 540 was debited from my account. Later I booked the same tickets through bookmyshow.com
                        my card number is [protected] in the name of Ashish Jain.
                        I had asked for refund of Rs. 540. On 23 of June 2010 I got a mail stating that the amount would be credited to my account within 10(ten) days but there was no refund. I requested them again but there was no response from them.
                        I request you look into the matter and ensure that the amount is credited back to my account.

                        I was trying to book 2 cinema tickets through http://www.inoxmovies.com
                        the movie ticket Internet booking was went through successfully but UN-fortunately the tickets were not confirmed at the end of transaction and a screen populated we will give a re-fund of your transaction, but when I checked by Credit card transaction the below statements were found.
                        1)Why the Credit Card was charged for UN-successful transaction for which no ticket was issued to me?
                        2)why there is a Debit of Rs 260.00 and a Credit of Rs 240.00? What happened to Rs 20.00 and why the amount Rs 20.00 was not refunded? it seems to be a day light cheating and a BAD BUYER EXPERIENCE.

                        INOX CINEMA — Not refunding movie ticket amount

                        I purchased a ticket from the website www.inoxcinemas.com two movie ticktets on 16th July. I paid for the tickets online through my credit card. After the payment was made, the transaction failed and I could not get the tickets but the amount was deducted from my account.

                        The details of the trasaction are as given below. I contacted the Inox authority but they are not refunding my the amount. Its been over a month now.

                        I was trying to book movie tickets from your website, www.inoxmovies.com on Wednesday for the movie Eega for a Sunday, 8th July, 10 AM show at INOX JP Nagar, Bangalore.

                        After doing the payment at the payment gateway, your website told me that the booking has failed. I was charged Rs 594.27 on my Citibank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail. I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.

                            I had booked my ticket with Inox on the 6th of June 2010 through my debit card.Amount of Rs 533/- has got debited from my account but the ticket has not got booked.When i called them they asked me to submit my complaint on [protected]@inox.co.in.But they have yet not replied to the mail.

                              I had booked tickets online for six for the movie "Nanu Nanna Kanasu" for 23rd May 2010 and the transcaction was successful. We received the ID No as 107776 but we did not receive any sms. We noted the ID no. and when we gave the ID no., Inox people cheated that it is not registered just becoz we did not recieve sms. It is the technical error of INox people that they did not send the sms and now, they have again collected money for the tickets. Credit card amount also shows that there is transaction occured. Inox people have cheated us and have collected money twice.

                              I had booked tickets for the movie Kites movie 22 May 2010 in Inox Jaynagar Bangalore. booking was done through my Credit Card.

                              But unfortunately movie didnt run. We visited Inox and they said money will be refunded online within a week. Its been more than 10days and still I didnt get the refund.

                              INOX Jayanagar — Illegal charge on my credit card

                              I tried to book tickets online at INOX, Bangalore on July 15, 2010 but the online transaction had failed. But my credit card was charged with an amount of Rs. 470. This transaction does NOT appear in my account at INOX website.

                              I have tried contacting through the email suggested by them on [protected]@inox.co.in and [protected]@inox.co.in but I have not received any response from them. I am not sure how this can be addressed now...

                              This is quite irresponsible and outrageous on part of INOX to leave consumers high and dry. They just lost one more customer.

                              I will approach the consumer court and see what can be done.

                                  I had booked tickets for 22nd May Saturday Morning 11:00 AM show to KITES. The shows were cancelled due to a strike.I was told I could claim my monye back in the inoxmovies site. But the site has been under construction for more than 2 months now. The phone numbers mentioned in the site are not existing anymore. The is no other way of contacting the INOX services.I want my Rs.860 to be refunded to my account as soon as possible.Please look into this.My booking reference is: 183656.

                                    On the night of 30.4.2010. Me and two other friends went for a movie "Old Dogs" at INOX Chennai. Due to insuffiecient funds with us we asked the ticket counter for 3 Rs.10 Tickets, however the counter sales person said there were no Rs.10 tickets available for any show at any time. Then we managed some money from friends and booked 3 Rs.120 tickets at a total cost of Rs.360. However after we entered the movie hall to our shock we found not even a single Rs.10 ticket row was occupied and all were empty. INOX made us pay up a premium and waste our money. We have been blessed with technology but I'm aware a large number of our fellow chennaites dont have access to technology and dont take up complaints to government. Kindly please take action against INOX so that they never do this and follow State Government Orders
