I and my family were at Ex- D9 to D12 at 6pm show at Dhanbad(Jharkhand) Inox
I booked for one small pop corn with cheese and two cups of tea. They supplied tea only but not the pop corn.

    I started to notice this phenomenon when the Oscar nominated movie, The Revenant released in India. I was extremely excited to see it in the theatre but it released everywhere in India but it didn't come to Inox Siliguri.
    The trend continued during the movies that came out in 2016. None of the Oscar nominated movies came to Inox Siliguri. I sent multiple requests to put up at least one show or one screen per day. One of their supervisors replied that I have to book the whole auditorium and apply for a special screening. I even agreed to that but then they didn't reply anymore.
    Now tomorrow, 17th Feb 2017, is the India release of John Wick 2 and Lego Batman and it's everywhere around in India except Inox Siliguri.

    I want this discrimination regarding the distribution of movies. If I a movie is being released worldwide and in every Inox, then it should be released in Inox Siliguri too or else what is the advantage of having an Inox? Bollywood movies come in the local theatres too at much lesser rates. It's the international releases which everyone eagerly waits for. So, please correspond with their supervisors and initiate the release of every international movie in Inox Siliguri too.

    Now I am being asked to book an entire auditorium in order to watch a movie that the whole world is watching for the price of one ticket. On top of that, there is actually no such procedure on their site through which block booking can be done. This is just false advertising.

    Still nothing. Probably they have blocked me from emailing them because now Inox movies don't respond to my e-mails.
    Sir I visited ur theaters and asked for a good 3D glasses but here manager and staff are not cooperating and saying do whatever u want to but we won't change d glasses (glasses are not fine contains lots of scratches and screen is not properly visible)
    Why you compulsate us to buy your costly food which is really worth around 50rs .? You are robbing your customers. Who you are to snatch our independence ? This is really a bad thing. Who ever want to buy from you let them buy, who really respect their hard earned money don't Rob from them.

      Hi,

      It is a very sad and horrible experience faced with INOX- Vashi and will ensure this message and experience of ours is been forecasted across.

      This is to complain the incident faced today at 11.30pm IST- Bibuthuti Das the manager mentioned in clear language we "assume" age and if required ask for the ID proof below 18 and then let the people enter for the movie.

      On checking some people that already entered ( named - Santosh, Tirth and 4 females) sitting were not been asked for their ID proofs and had my doubts on their age.

      The entire concern being how can u assume age and not check for all who enter then and how can u " assume " age and decide who should be asked and who not.

      Very sad to see how manager mentioned the security saying " don't let us enter in" even after we purchased 3 tickets

The movie that you had booked for was Rings and as you had a minor -17 years old we requested for age proof. The law states that a minor cannot be allowed entry for an adult movie and same is also mentioned online when a guest books a ticket. We did request you to change your choice of movie however same was not agreed. Hence Mr Bhibuti did not allow you to enter with the minor as that is in violation of law.

        Dear Sir/Madam, i buyed tickets from Swabhumi Refuel Inox Leisure Ltd. Kolkata on 28th Jan 2017.
        I made the payment through my credit card, money got deducted but I did not received the tickets. Please work on this issue and refund me.
        The manager of the multiplex said your money will be reverted to your card within 48hrs but still now nothing happened.
        I am attaching the the ICICI Merchant Services receipt please find the enclosed attachment.
        Please work on this issue.

          This is to bring to your kind information that the movies screen at inox porvorim in mall de goa are always delayed by 15 to 30 minutes every time. One such occasion was recorded by me the details given herebelow:

          Date of show: 1/2/2017
          Time: 4:20 pm
          Seat nos: club e-13 to 16
          Ticket id: 436405 - b[protected]:22:31-u:87309
          The move was scheduled to start at 4:20 pm but it stated at 4:40 hrs,
          The interval was for another 30 minutes where it ran the advertisements continuously.
          Hence it would be highly appreciated if the movies are screed as per the schedule and the interval time may be reduced to five minutes in order to plan our schedule accordingly

We would like to elucidate here that we design the interval schedule looking at the ideal time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.

            I request the inox to either allow water with us in the theatres or provide proper water facility in the theatre. I went to watch Jolly LLB to Inox Vizianagaram. We were not allowed to take our water inside the theatre. Later when i went to fetch water to drink there were no glasses. Also there is only one water dispenser for three screens. And when i went to the counter to buy a 1litre water bottle which is supposed to be 20/- is being sold at 50/-. The photo of water dispenser and bill of water bottle is attached.

              I frequently visit INOX Raghuleela, Kandivali to see movies. Recently the cinema hall was shut for nearly 6 months. I thought the same would be cleaned. renovated a little.

              But bow since it has opened the place smells like an urinal. It is simply disgusting. When I complained to the Usher he brought a room freshener and sprayed it on me as he was disgusted. Kindly look into the cleanness . please make a surprise visit to this theatre.

              Apart from this the A/C is switched off in the middle of the show which make it very claustrophobic.

              It will be nice if you look into this or you surely going to loose on competition around the area.

                Me Srimanta kumar dey, serving in Indian army.AS I know INOX and PVR gives concession on movie ticket .I usaly use this benifit in each weekend when we go for a movie each INOX OR PVR. Last time when I came here in INOX, gomtinagar lucknow they provide us the concession and gave tickets for the movie XXX RETURN 3D.
                TOday I usaly come to see RAEES in INOX gomtinagar, lucknow, but they refuse to give concession.they says " there is no concession option for defence in our website/software." I am socked ..everystaff of here says same. After some time they manage 4 seats, out of 4 tickets they give 1 ticket free..we have to pay 720 rupees for the seats, they also do not give any tickets in our hand...

                  I'm A Customer Marc Rodrigues from Goa. I'm a Regular customer of The Inox Multiplex at Panjim, Goa (Old GMC bldg). What I have seen for almost last 8 months is that there is no proper Seating arrangement for people to sit in the lobby area, whenever they are waiting for a movie to begin. And even whatever downgrade seats are there, are forever filled with flies on them. Now this makes it very unhealthy and unfavorable for the customer to sit on. So I please request the authorities to take a look into the matter and rectify it ASAP.

                    On[protected], Employee at the ticket counter Mr. Sanjay Assotkar (surname not sure) didn't issue ticket because he didn't have change to pay back of Rs. 2000/- at Inox Panaji, Goa.
                    I had to arrange for the change by calling my brother urgently who was also coming for movie later but I wanted to purchase tickets a bit earlier so that I get my desired seat. Later after getting change I got my desired seat but it was not in good condition. Seat wasn't sliding so that I could comfortably watch the movie in screen no. 2, seat no. D16 for XXX: Return of Xander Cage movie at 8:56pm show. It was a completely dissatisfied experience at Inox. Not worth Rs. 240/- ticket.

                      I had booked 4 tickets for the movie xxx-return of xander cage at inox, mantri mal, malleswaram, bangalore for the 7.30 pm show (16.01.2017). Due to unforeseen problem at mantri mall, the mall was closed and the shows were cancelled. There was no one to answer to our queries both yesterday and today. And am unable reach over phone.                         Hi sir iam srikanth as I have booked online movie tickets on 1jan 2017 though inox app as they have dedicated my amount from account but the movie ticket as been not issued and amount was not refunded to my account as inox company told me 10 working days the amount will be refunded till now I didn't get my amount please try to justify my amount

                          I booked 2 tickets Of Dangal movie at Inox Forum Mall At Elgin Road in Kolkata on 3/1/2017at 2:55pm through Paytm app.
                          After intermission one of Inox stuff approaches me asking me to show him tickets. I show him the email with the Qr code .
                          Then after few minutes another staff comes to me asking for same thing. Then again I show him, he contradicts me stupidly enough saying I have tickets for 2:55 pm show which I was watching then only. After some time they though understood their mistake, they didn't even apologize.

                            I went for a movie at Inox, Jalgaon on 1st Jan 2017. The service at the ticket counter was worst. There was no proper queue outside the counter. Staff seemed to be inadequate. Also, there is no special machine for online booked tickets; which thus becomes time consuming. Staff of the food court of Inox is not at all co-operative. There were people consuming alcohol inside the theater and were also passing sleazy comments.I request an action as soon as possible as these things cause unnecessary inconvenience and nuisance.

It is of great importance to us that our guests take time to let us know of our services offered as it gives us a chance to look into our daily operations and make constructive and positive changes in our working.

                            I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to a relatively longer interval as mentioned by you. I would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. Since this schedule is fixed for the entire week, during the week days it may seem to be a little longer interval as the turnaround time taken by the guests is relatively shorter when compared to weekends. Although the inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach, however, with the inclusion of movie trailers that add to the entertainment and excitement of the guests, and certain internal and statutory communication for the awareness and knowledge of the guests and society in general, the interval time may have appeared to be longer.

                            Let me assure you that all the activities, events, programs and operations at INOX are done with guest centric approach and we are extremely sensitive to the overall quality and experience that our guests have at our premises.

                              The website is ineffective in registering bookings. I booked 2 tickets on the 28th of December, 2016 and i was taken to the booking confirmation page, post my making the payment. I didn't receive any booking confirmation text message and I was informed that due to overbooking, my booking had been cancelled. I expect the minimum decency of being informed well in advance, before i reach the theater, before I contact Customer Care and before I waste 45 minutes of my time!!!

                                Dear Team,

                                On 22nd i came to your inox counter and try to pay by card payment, the counter keeper assisted to pay through Cash or Card since the cash was less in my hand so i have chosen the card payment, then the swiping is happened in 1st time which was not though then she ask me to try again that i can try again then i said you try once again, then 2nd try also got failed then i paid by cash left from the counter after some time i have received a bank message that amount got debited from you people, then i rushed to counter and showed the debited msg to the person, she had mentioned me that the amount will be return with in some days.

                                But the days are over still the return not happened to my account.

                                Still i am waiting the amount not got return to my account please look into this and confirm the status.

                                  For the trailing mail booking i did not receive confirmation from inox via mail or message.when i went to thater showing this mail they are also blabbering my show is at 10:15 today for 2.You must be able to track down the details to me.I went twice to the theater and their actions are pathetic . All i have is a transaction succsfull mail from citrix

                                    I'm totally irritated by the prices kept for the food and beverages in inox, prices so high that normal people cannot afford and when asked for the reason for high prices the staffs in the theatre response in an disrespectful manner and not giving proper answers...I'm in inox, Actor road, chennai, tamil nadu. Atleast please take this as a serious message in order to keep ur customers ...really frustrated.

                                    The ticket given to us was of Rs 400 per head whereas the counter guy told us that the cost is 200rs per head... After the Punching without the confirmation he claims the ticket to be of rs 400. Even the manager mr prasad sakpal is supporting his staff.
                                    Attached is the picture of the trainee staff whereas the manager claims he is not a trainee

                                      In Chennai inox chantry metro mall booking counters are not sellingoing 10rs tickets even if the customers are asking repeatedly. Leaving them without selling. Why u kept that class tickets if you don't want to sell? I went two times and they are saying at morning particular time only we will sell. Is this the way ? You should take some action against these people urgently otherwise I'll make a complaint to government.

                                        I went to c aye dil hai mushkil yesterday with my family 10.50 pm show.. there were lots of ad shown and movie finally started by 11.20pm.. then again interval started at 12.25am sharp and then the ads continues till 12.50 am which was too much for the audience to handle.. in total 45 minutes of ads were shown which were worse than television breaks.. we all were so irritated as it was a night show ans as it is the movie was long.. so audience were not at all interested in watching those ads over and over again.. in all these yrs this is the first time we have seen a cinema hall showing ads for 45 min in one show.. that was terrible but no one was there at the night show from.the office to whom we could hv placed our complaints.. all the cinemas shows ads but hardly for 10-15 min during breaks and not more than that.. people got so restless n kids were getting irritated..pls understand that we come to cinema hall to watch a movie without interruptions and.not like tv. and if the situation is same then it will b very difficult for the audience to stick to their favourite cinema halls.. pls make sure that ads run for a reasonable period so that our entertainment is not interrupted unnecessary.

                                        We would like to elucidate here that we design the interval schedule looking at the ideal time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.
