The website is ineffective in registering bookings. I booked 2 tickets on the 28th of December, 2016 and i was taken to the booking confirmation page, post my making the payment. I didn't receive any booking confirmation text message and I was informed that due to overbooking, my booking had been cancelled. I expect the minimum decency of being informed well in advance, before i reach the theater, before I contact Customer Care and before...

On 22nd i came to your inox counter and try to pay by card payment, the counter keeper assisted to pay through Cash or Card since the cash was less in my hand so i have chosen the card payment, then the swiping is happened in 1st time which was not though then she ask me to try again that i can try again then i said you try once again, then 2nd try also got failed then i paid by cash left from the counter after...

For the trailing mail booking i did not receive confirmation from inox via mail or message.when i went to thater showing this mail they are also blabbering my show is at 10:15 today for 2.You must be able to track down the details to me.I went twice to the theater and their actions are pathetic . All i have is a transaction succsfull mail from citrix

I'm totally irritated by the prices kept for the food and beverages in inox, prices so high that normal people cannot afford and when asked for the reason for high prices the staffs in the theatre response in an disrespectful manner and not giving proper answers...I'm in inox, Actor road, chennai, tamil nadu. Atleast please take this as a serious message in order to keep ur customers ...really frustrated....

In Chennai inox chantry metro mall booking counters are not sellingoing 10rs tickets even if the customers are asking repeatedly. Leaving them without selling. Why u kept that class tickets if you don't want to sell? I went two times and they are saying at morning particular time only we will sell. Is this the way ? You should take some action against these people urgently otherwise I'll make a complaint to government....

I went to c aye dil hai mushkil yesterday with my family 10.50 pm show.. there were lots of ad shown and movie finally started by 11.20pm.. then again interval started at 12.25am sharp and then the ads continues till 12.50 am which was too much for the audience to handle.. in total 45 minutes of ads were shown which were worse than television breaks.. we all were so irritated as it was a night show ans as it is the movie was long.. so audience...

Booked 2 tickets for recliner seats for 7.05 pm show at new INOX sunny trade mall jaipur .worst experiences. Will never visit this and never recommend.
1) booked recliners a9 A 10 recliners not working in new built INOX. Worst experience. We had paid which we dint get.
2) booked snacks in starting of movie. YES delivered but not on seats on our clothes. CM no 2321. And great excuse sorry sir " thoda jaldi hai ".

In CMR CENTRAL MALL, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh...INOX is Charging Rs. 40 per 1/2 litre water bottle...which is just sold for Rs. 10 in shops outside..Also, there is no MRP printed on the bottle which just says to be sold in select places..last time it was sold for Rs. 40 litre which still was double the price charged outside..but this time it is Rs 80/ litre..Movie ticket is Rs. 150 but we have to fork out Rs 80 for 1 litre of water...this...

I purchased ticket on 8 sept 2016 via inox website. While paying for ticket amount got detected from my bank account but ticket booking got fail.

I contacted inox customer care after that over email and they told me that amount will be refunded in my account with in 10 days.

It been more than a month, i didn't receive any refund from inox and confirm my bank for the same and they told me no refund from inox...

I want to complain about your theatre in Dahisar, Mumbai. All screen has recliner seats. Constantly almost everytime we visit this place, One can smell urine behind these last row of recliner seats.

I dont know what maintaince or house keep you guys do. Extremely disturb by the same, I dont feel i am going to watch movie ever again in this theatre....

The price of tickets being sold are very high in almost all multiplexes, making it difficult for the middle class society to watch movie weekends..even the regional language are being sold in a very high cost..The movie I wanted to watch was dodmane huduga Kannada movie in inbox multiplex malleshwaram and it shows 290rs per ticket..earlier it was said that the ticket price of regional movies won't exceed 110rs but it never came into action...

I am booking ticekt of 2nd oct 2016 movies of m. S. Dhoni in inox thakur mall dahisar but on error failure payment option it is rebooking transaction ticket was going to done of date 1 oct 2016 on 4.30 pm show on booking time was 3.50 pm on 1 oct 2016, after this ticket print when chk & cont to book my show for this error they told us we never doing any alteration or refund after doing booking, i am going to doing many request to change date...

I and two of my friends went for 3:50pm Pink movie show at Inox inorbit Malad. I was seated at H3 seat (hall 6 I guess). The seat was not at all comfortable and has lost all it's under thigh support. On top of that I was suffering from lower back spasms. Upon complaining, the helper said the seat seems OK to him and maybe I'm overweight hence the issue. I am a citizen of Dhanbad city. I generally go for most of the movies but in my city the ticket counter guy asked for combo and if you will not take the combo, he will not give the ticket. This is not fare. His popcorn and soft drinks shops are not working, so he is added the combo to the tickets. If you deny taking combo, he surely not give anyone the ticket. Please do something or else it's better not go to inox....

I stay at visakhapatnam.tomorrow i.e is[protected] is the release of the movie of janatha garage.the time and date while i am writing the complaint is 22:[protected].till now they didnt open the booking for tickets on their website.if they are not providing the tickets for sale online, what are they doing with the movie tickets?selling in black market or keeping in reservation for some special people?if this is so how can we watch the movies...

I am from Dhanbad, Jharkhand and at Inox Dhanbad they said it's necessary to take a ticket with combo of some food items otherwise they would not me give one.
Indirectly they stopped me from watching a movie at Inox Cinemas.
I always thought INOX itself is a brand name but today I got to know it's even worse than local multiplexes.

Inox is too unhygienic that there were lot of mosquitos, it was difficult to complete the movie. No ac cooling and seats were also in the poor condition.
Our show started 35 minutes late, why do you make fool to customers if your show timings are not fixed and even your screen was also not clear in second half of the movie.
Worst experience and worst cinemas in the market, you really need to improve lot....

I went with my family to watch movie 3:15pm show on 21/08/2016 in margao inox i am 69 years old. When we went they took us in elevator to second floor. After the movie they forced us to use stairs of great length. Is it your policy that you won't extend the facility to old and disabled?

Actually i had a fall while taking stairs to exit and injured. However, with the help of co-audience and security...

I had booked six tickets for the movie mohenjo daro on 14th aug'16 at inox, porvorim, goa for 2100 hrs show. To our greatest surprise a popular song in movie was cut. This is not acceptable. We demand that inox should screen the full movie. My entire family was up set while watching the movie and only kept us wondering as to why the song "sara sara siya" was not screened.

Request you to take action in this regard with the management...
