I did not book any tickets at inox neither a combo but overnight when i see a message in the morning regarding a trasaction at inox leisure for a purchase of rs.170 is a surprise to me and it is damn disgusting on their part.i usually get a one time password for my debit card purchase after which i entr that my money will be cut from the account but here a direct transaction message appears in my inbox.kindly return my money to my account immediatly

    Dear Sir, This is put in your kind notice that Mr. Vipin ([protected])courier boy asked route of my product delivered address and confirm me to come at my address, which is given to your company. Inox Leisure limited is the famous place in swarn nagari and he understand and committed to me to come at destination. After one hour he called me up and told me that he delivered my courier at ground floor Box office. I checked for the same but he was not correct. Again I made a call to Mr. Vipin and ask about courier, he refused to come at destination and told me that your address is so far from my office. So I cannot deliver your packet.       On Friday 25 september 2015 I went for a show in inox theatre at Vidyanagar Anand Gujarat of movie "Kis kis ko pyar karu" at 2:20pm. The cost of the ticket was 120 Rs. They refused to sell the ticket without the extra combo of 60 Rs of popcorn and coldrink which was supposed to be sold seperately.

        One of the worst experience, staff is arrogant specially Mr prasad and Team Leader Mallikarjun M P, Mr prasad dosecnot no how to speak with customers, he starts abusing customers badly even though its staff mistake, i had asked for Katti batti movie ticket and instead staff gave me Everest Movies ticket and when i asked for refund Mr Prasad said y d hell did u took tickets its inox yahan aisa hi chalta, ungli matt karo, movie dekna hai tho dekho warna jao.
        If this is what they call live the movie i say bull inox first train ur staff how to speak with customers, and train them how to issue tickets.

          Today I went to watch movie at INOX movies Z Square mall kanpur. I buy a kinley water bottle at INOX. I was shocked when I saw the bill. they charged Rs 40/- for 1 Liter Kinley water bottle. Same bottle is available at Rs 20/- outside the Mall. I just wanna know Is this Right. Are Mall or INOX movies theatre free to sell water at double rate.

            I bought 2 tickets for the movie brothers on 21.09.2015 from inox swabhumi. 380 was taken from my bank account as it was a card transaction and ticket was not produced to me...i was asked to wait for 15 days..still i have not received my money. i called up and gave the transaction detail over the mail to [protected]@inoxmovies .com. however have not heard anything from them. it seems that inox has started cheating people on regular basis...i need my money back...

              The Inox staff at Malad Inorbit have started charging varying prices for the food products being sold there, which don't happen to match the prices displayed there. When confronted about it they shamelessly lie about it saying that prices vary on an everyday basis. I have paid three different prices for the same food item on varying days and once was quoted different prices for the same sandwich on the very same day even. On persisting about the bill they sometimes cite their inability to and sometimes use a tablet like device to hand out a manipulated bill. I am a regular there and can say that with some amount of authority that the staff sporting Inox uniforms there are indulging in a huge scam involving food items, the prices of which they quote as per their whim of the day. The prices which are already hugely inflated at that place are added to by them in regard to moviegoers who are already arm twisted into buying from them by not being allowed to carry any edibles, and no complains seem to have any effect on them, in fact they grow shameless by the day and have started doing it more openly and in ever increasing amounts. The question here is whether they are being supported in such wrongful practices by the chain or do it by themselves, and if not can the chain please prove that by standardising the prices and taking some much needed action against them?

                As today dated 9th Aug 2015 I have gone to INOX Dhanbad I told to give ticket of MI for 4.55 pm and representative at counter given me 3.55 pm and after one hour when I saw ticket I was socked the representative has given me wrong time ticket.                   while watching movie due to bad smell .. we found out that there were dead rats inside our seat ... and not one ... but more then 4-5 rats .. and these rats made their way inside the seat .. by tearing the seat cushion .. and asked by manager so they gave a reason that the building was too old so there were rat traps also .. what if there spreads more rat and that it causes problem or spreads disease to any infant or person !!

                    Dear Sir, Watching movie in terror at Inox theater, Nashik I had booked my movie ticket for me & my frnd from book my show site for platinum class for ABCD 2 on dtd. 21.06.2015 (Sunday) The whole platinum class is almost empty. But the staff is giving the seat (ticket) to guest in one line (one by one in the row) like goat or ship transportation in truck. When I ask & requested for there employee or ticket checking boy to please change my seat or give us front seat or any other because almost whole seat is empty. But the ticket checking boy talking rudely with us & he is pointing or saying only one thing that u had booked the ticket from book my show & bla bla. & he showing that like he is owner of the theater & we mean guest are employee of them. This happens second time with me the staff cant talk politely with guest & one more thing we are watching the movie some of there of employees seating front o[censored]s on seat & watching us that can we change the seat & other I don’t know why they are doing this. My frnd & me in worry about that thing & in terror that can we go to washroom also. This is the most horrible thing in my life watching movie in theater. So Please do needful ASAP….

                      Last week 28th May 2015, I have booked 2 tickets online through "Book Myshow" in INOX cinemas. Overall cost including internet charges of 307 INR was done in Book Myshow through CITIBANK credit card. But INOX movies (at Citi center, Chennai) has deducted 240 INR on 30th May2015 from my CITIBANK credit card. I came to know this in my credit card statement 2 days later & waited until today to see if 240INR credits back. It is very suprising to see INOX movies debited 240INR without using my CITIBANK credit card. Kindly request the team to credit back 240 INR to my CITIBANK credit card account. I checked with CITIBANK where they said online booking & INOX debit are two different transactions. Even CITIBANK is suprised how INOX did transaction without my creditcard & debited only using booking id. CITIBANK asked to confirm with INOX team & still no positive reply from INOX chennai for me.                         I applied a citibank credit card from inox website where they mentioned that they will give 2000rs inox movie vouchers if the credit card is activated, i applied for the same on Apr 23rd and the card application was approved and i got the card on Apr 28th and the card no is [protected]. Its been a month where i received the credit card and the inox people are still staying that they are awaiting response from citibamk.Kindly give 2000 rs vouchers or atleast remove the banner from your website so that the other customers will not be cheated like me.

                          I bought 2 tickets for Piku at 10.40 pm for the Inox Kolkata Hilandpark from bookmyshow website. I choose Silver B-3 & B4 seats. While going to take seat in those choosen seats after paying Rs. 484.00, I came to know they are not push back seats and its well known to the hall attendants, still Inox is selling those tickets online without providing any notice to the consumers. Then I contacted the hall attendant at the begining of the movie, he advised me that as I bought the ticket online, so I am not aware, from next time I should not buy this B rows tickets, then he said he would talk with the manager who could do some alternative arrangements, till interval I did not get any help. Then again I met the attendant, again he advised me not to bought these B rows tickets, but I found except B-3 & 4 seats, all are push backs. All thru the movie, I felt seeing movie in an ordinary hall who are given advertisements of big comforts. Its really a nice way of cheating, new thinking.

                            First of all, this is the Inox where the incident occurred 3rd floor, City Centre, 10/11, Dr Radha Krishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600004 [protected] Complaint: I used my debit card to make a transaction for Rs. 300 and when I was asked to enter the PIN, the employee did something which aroused suspicion. But I avoided it and continued with the PIN. The first time, no receipt came out of the ATM machine. So, I was told that the transaction didn't went through and he insisted me to pay using cash. But I didn't pay cash and tried the transaction again and it was successful the second time. Two days later, I was generally checking my statement and I was shocked to see that my Debit Card was charged 4 times towards "INOX LEISURE LTD CHENN" I immediately called them and informed the call attender about it. She told me that she will talk to the concerned department. But I had to call again after a few days and I kept on calling since then until yesterday, when they started hanging up my calls. Now, they have completely stopped answering my calls. I would go to the police but it is a small amount but it wouldn't be worth it as the cost itself would go more than the amount. I am a student with a basic student debit card. I don't know what else to do. Luckily I didn't pay cash otherwise I would have been cheated and left with no proof. If you guys can provide legal service I am ready to make this a big case and demand for huge claims, on the ground of phone bills, time, petrol etc.. Only then, these frauds and corrupts would be left outside the system. Kindly help me. Thank you Shreyans Jain

                              I had purchased online tickets for a movie on thursday march 12 2015. On the day before (wednesday) i went to collect the ticket from the ticketing machine but it said the ticket has already been collected. I enquired this with the staff and they told me that nothing can be done. The duty manager was very rude and did not help me. Booking Id no : INBC[protected] I strongly recommend people not to go to inox as they are least bothered about customer service. They treat every customer as a terrorist.                                 We are residentss of indiranagar, bangalore.we frequent inox .we have noticed that Since last 2years, parking attendants charge people more when they return from second show movies, claiming that the parking Ticket machines not working .they charge atleast 20 rupees more than what should be charged.last Night same thing happened.movie started late for no fault o[censored]s and to top it all, the parking Attendant charged us 80 rupees for over 4 hours parking which was only 3 and half hours, that too no receipt was given as he pretended that The machine was not workung.we urge the inox mabagement not to fleece us for parking, as they will be the losers in the long run

                                    Hi all, Guys when we pay pay for overpriced tickets @ Rs. 240 / seat and a food - Rs. 170 for 2 samosas and a cold drink. Do we not deserve seats of our choice? At Korum mall, I booked tickets for Finding Fanny evening show for 20th Sept. 2014. I was deliberately given a row below what I had asked for. When I asked why the counter boy hemant Patel said it is as per management call to occupy the lower seats first and I have to adjust now. As I stood by my point brought on fair argument with some public support, he panicked and started pleading and apologised repeatedly. I did not stretch the matter further as I thought he was about to cry. I seriously think that tickets are largely overpriced ( The theatre was 70% empty and I felt i almost paid on others behalf) and the food cost too is no different, I Guess people have started realising the same and have stopped paying such price, result of which is the theatres are damn empty these days. I would rather prefer watching movie at Eternity / Star Cinema etc.

                                      With reference to attached would like to inform you that undersign
                                      with his other two friends went to watch Movie CITY LIGHT, 10:50 hours show at INOX
                                      THAKUR MALL Dahisar
                                      east Screen no. 4; seat no. A16, A17,
                                      A18 o 2nd June, 2014.

                                      While watching movie
                                      undersigned got hurt by the metal wire which was behind the in front seat o[censored]ndersigned.
                                      Due to that undersigned got bleeding scratches.

                                      Also like to inform you that few
                                      seats of the INOX THAKUR MALL has not properly maintained and taken care
                                      properly which in result life threat for the movie spectator specially ladies
                                      and Kids.

                                      However on this regard we have complaint to the duty manger
                                      Mr Akshya Bagul, against this incident. Although on my complaint Mr Bagul said
                                      sorry to me, but his casual attitude not appropriate anyhow.

                                      Thus undersigned request you to kindly look into the matter positively
                                      and request you to kindly take strict action on the INOX management for this
                                      unsafe life threaten maintenance of the movie hall so that this kind of
                                      accident could not happen again.

                                      I also request you to kindly let them to refund my money
                                      back.

                                        I made a payment of Rs 609.89 through SBI netbanking but not received ticket after that on 16th April, 2014 at 08:43:38 pm to watch a movie Bhootnath Returns on 17th April, 2014 at 4:20 pm. I did not get any confirmation email or sms from Inox after payment. I received the sms from SBI that an amount of Rs 609.89 is deducted from my account to Inox account.
