My wife Mrs Shashi Bala Bisht applied in ipo of mpsezl vide application number[protected] for 45 shares-vide cheque number -395001 dated[protected] for Rs19800 only.The cheque was issued by Punjab And Sind Bank Kaulagarh Dehradun.Till date i have not received the refund cheque.I have not been alloted any shares.Please expedite the refund of money Rs.19800 otherwise i will forward my complaint to SEBI ,expecting an early action.

I have applied for the FCH IPO and its being 10 days and I havent got my refund of Rs.48,960 back, as no allotment was done in my name. I have being calling Intime Spectrum sice last 4 days and there is absolutely negative approach by their so called call centre executives. Also, this communication happened once in my 1000 phone trials. The call centre executives just bang on the phone- like it is not at all their responsibility to answer the queries. It is absolute bull behaviour by this firm and we all should do something about it. I have also registered a complaint on the SEBI website. I being too young in this field want some advice from you all people. Please let me know that how did you all got your money back.

I had applied for ipo subscription of future capital holdings ltd. On 15th january 2008 paying rs.97920/- through my kotak securities account dpid:1n[protected]. Till date i have not obtained either the refund order or credit back to my account.
I don't find any email id of spectrum registry to send them the complaint through email. Whenever i complain to kotak securities, they advise me to contact the registrar. I failed to contact them over the phone as the reply is always "their number is engaged, try after sometime". When i enter the applicaiton no: 71002022, iget the status "unable to find".
With this sort of services it can be concluded that intime spectrum registry services are not reliable and better watch out whenever these registrars are involved.

Intime Spectrum — Wrong Name on Share Certificates

Silverline Technologies never cares to reply. Their Web site does not accept grievances when you submit. Corresponding with Intime Spectrum since[protected] that my name is wrongly printed on the advices and notices send to me after de-merger of animation division to Silverline Animation Technologies Limited .I have given them full details of mandates for dividend payment. On their correspondence send them Original certificates of Sivlerline to verify my correct name, but no one cares to reply that name has been correct and new certificates will have correct name and dispatched to me. A total of 28 mails have been sent to In-time Spectrum.

I have been alloted 15 shares but the balance amount refund order has not come to me till date. I have also not received refund of money off future capital ipo. Its a serious issue and i think it needs to be raised properly maybe to sebi and even in newspapers. Register as many complaints with Sebi as you can ... tell ur friends abt it and may be even register multiple complaints. Let them see high nos.
