Our dealer is Radharaman Gas Services & my Consumer No. is 1436. The regulator became defective in January, 2008 & after lodging a complaint it has been replaced with an old one. I have been requesting the dealer for the last 8 months but the old regulator is not yet replaced. Yesterday(9.10.08) the old regulator stopped functioning and I have dialled[protected] for help. The person on duty has assured to come but did not turn up till 9.00 pm. When contacted he flatly refused to attend, did not tell his name and behaved rudely (You may go & complain anywhere against me, you can't do anything). I shall be grateful if you could kindly arrange to replace the regulator with a new one. It is causing great inconvenience & dangerous too.

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE RZ-914 PREM NAGAR KIRARI ROAD . My consumer number is 41676.(ZAKIR HUSAIN)BOOKING NO.129, DATED ON-09/03/2011 Till date, BUT CYLINDER is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

    Dear Sir,

    CONSUMER NO. 1850 – NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGERS/STAFF/ DELIVERYMAN AT VERMA GAS AGENCY, MANDAVALI, DELHI-110092.

    I am writing this e-mail with great anguish and disappointment. SUPPLY FOR THE BOOKING DONE ON 23.09.2008 HAS NOT BEEN AFFECTED TILL 10.10.2008.

    I am an Indane consumer (Consumer No. 1850). Earlier I was getting LPG gas through M/s. Roop Gas Agency, New Kondli, Delhi. But to my utter dismay one fine morning when I wanted to book the LPG cylinder, I got a terse reply that I was no more registered with M/s. Roop Gas and that I should contact M/s. Verma Gas Service. THIS ALL HAPPENED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE TO ME.

    I had no contact numbers of M/s. Verma Gas Service. Hence I had to run from pillar to post to get the contact numbers of your distributor M/s. Verma Gas Agency for booking LPG Cylinder. After toiling for quite some time I was able to get the contact numbers of the above said distributor. However, my experience with the said Agency has not been a memorable one.

    SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO REGISTER MY BOOKING FOR LPG CYLINDER WITH VERMA GAS AGENCY ON 23.09.2008. HOWEVER, EVEN ON 10.10.2008 THE LPG CYLINDER HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED TO ME. I am constrained to say that the attitude and behavior of all at Verma Gas Agency is far below than what is desired of a public service organisation. The rude behavior of the booking clerks, the very irresponsible and go to hell attitude of the supervisors/proprietor (SPECIALLY ONE MR. PRAMOD DIXIT) was shocking. When I contacted the agency, the booking clerk tersely informed that the booking had been done and that I should either go to their godown for getting the LPG Cylinder or contact one Mr. Ram Sagar on Mobile No. [protected] or check with the Deliveryman.

    Unfortunately, the Mobile No. [protected] is perpetually switched off and the deliveryman Mr. Lokesh seems to be in complete control of the affairs at the Varma Roop Gas Agency. He is in a habit of entering in arguments with the consumers, using abusing language, delivering the underweight cylinders and providing LPG Cylinders to unauthorized persons for a higher price. THIS DEFINITELY SMELLS OF A DEEP NEXUS BETWEEN THE DELIVERYMAN AND THE MANAGERS AT THE VERMA GAS AGENCY.

    The result is that the honest and genuine consumers are being harassed by all at the said Varma Gas Agency. YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE PLIGHT OF A CONSUMER WHO HAS DONE THE BOOKING ON 23.09.2008 AND HAS NOT RECEIVED THE LPG CYLINDER TILL 10.10.2008. This is all despite the fact that in my neighbourhood delivery for booking done on 03.10.2008 has been effected on 04.10.2008.

    On 04.10.2008 I tried to reason with Mr. Pramod Dixit on the issue but he was not at all willing to listen. He was very discourteous, rude and the only reply that he gave was that he will check the status of the booking EVEN THOUGH TO HIS own ADMISSION THE DELIVERY WAS BEING EFFECTED THE SAME DAY AND THERE WAS NO QUEUE FOR delivery of cylinders which was being effected the same day. Again on 08.10.2008 I contacted Verma Gas Agency and the reply was the same that I should go to the godown or contact Mr. Ram Sagar on Mobile No. [protected] (which was again constantly switched off).

    I am bringing the above to your kind notice with a fervent hope that my grievances will be redressed expeditiously and suitable action would be taken against the erring Gas Agency and its proprietors/employees.

      I AM HOLDING LPG GAS CONNERCTION ONDER CONSUMER NO GI-01967 WITH YOUR DISTRUBUTER M/S GAYATRY INDANE, RISALI BHILAI, AND SEEEKING FOR CYLINDER AFTER THE LAEKAGE AND SMALL ACCIDENT AT MY HOME WITH CYLINDER VALVE DAMAGE.AND REPORTED TO THE ABOVE AGENCY SAME DAY ALSO BOOKED NEW CYLINER AND TILL DATE NO DIVERY HAS BEEN MADE BY THE

      UNDERSIGNED HAS VISITED TO THE DEELAR SEVERAL TIMES ALSO TRYING TO TAKE SHOP DELIVERY THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE CYLINDER AFTER SO MUCH OF CHASSING THEM

      Sir,
      I would like to express my feeling towards bad behaviour made by the Manager working in Alka Flame, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. I am a customer who has a lomg associated with M/s Alka Flame for the last 35 years. We can not accept such behaviour from them. My consumer no. is 1175. I had requested for booking of Gas cylinder and expressed my need for such request but he has misbehaved with us. I therefore request you to look into the case and if such behaviour is continiued by representatives of M/s Alka Flame I would keep other option to switch over to GAIL. and discontinued from M/s Alka Flame for their bad behaviour.

      Indian Oil Corporation LPG Cylinder — Contact Landlines for booking out of reach

      I tried to book 1 LPG cyl with BAGHA JATIN GAS over their phone nos 2430 6363/ 2867 1470 but both could not be connected for reasons best known to them. My customer no is T 1077. Then I tried IOC toll free no 1260 and booked 1 cyl on 8th June. Till date I have not received my refill though there is no shortage of it in our area served by the distributor. This happens repeatedly that the contact nos cannot be reached when needed. IOC must ensure that phones do work as it is not possible to go personally every time to book.
      Urgent attention is needed by IOC.

      I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with Bhagarathi Gas Service, Ghoshpara Bally Howrah (West Bengal)who are the distibutor of my area, My consumber No.0385. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Presentely i book the gas 20 July 2009, today is 17th August 2009, no cylender reach at my home.       Indian Oil Corpn, LP Gas domestic — Regd for supply on 5 Sep not recd

      My consumer number is 44542 My gas supply dealer is Vir Gas Agencies, West Mambalam, Chennai 33. I requested for a gas cylinder supply on 3.9 09. Regn number given was 1278 and gas will be delivered in 3 days.
      When I reminded after a week I was told by Vir Gas that it would be supplied that day (Satday
      12 9 09 ) and they expect "load" to be delivered. When I did not get the gas cylinder or any
      info. I dialled the consumer service number 24339246 on 16 9 09 I was told it would be supplied.
      That day a gas delivery man came with gas cylinder but without any bill. I insisted on a bill since I was apprehensive of any problem if I take delivery like that. Next day I phoned Indane Customer Service phone No.24339246 again and told them about it. I was told it would be supplied that day.
      It was not recd. I phoned again yesterday ie. 18 9 09 and the official said he has already told the
      dealer and it would be supplied and he need not tell them again. So far gas cylinder has not been supplied.

Ltd. ke dwara koi aadesh jari kiya gaya hai ki home dilvery consumer ko sv paper, ID proof, 2 photo, Ration Card aur Bijli bill ka photocopy agency main jama karna aniyarya hai. Mere dwara aaj phone se gas reffile book karne ke liye bola to agency ke dwara yeh sub baat bola gaya. Mera home dilvery ke liye number nahi lagaya gaya aur kaha gaya ki jab tak appke dwara paper submit nahi kiya jata hai tab tak ruffile ka number nahi lagega aur reffile supply band kar diya javega.       I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Pattamal Gas Agencies, Tambaram, chennai service who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 52789. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately .I have been provided with only one cylinder. Presently i book the gas on 03 November 2009, today is 17 November.But last cylinder i received on 12 october 2009 so far no cylinder reached my home.When i contacted through phone, it is always engaged. Yesterday 16 november 2009 i went directly and requested them, they told me that today cylinder will be sent you. I request you please solve my problem.
      My Consumer no. 12553 at Udai Gas Services, Shastri Nagar at Ajmer Rajasthan, tel no.[protected], the dealer is not supplying gas inspite of repeated reminders/personal visits, even though the customers who booked their gas after me have been delivered with cyclinders. Hence, I am upset and need your intervention in the matter.

      Indian oil corporation — Refuse to book the cylinder before 21 days

      I Ajay Kumar Gupta have Gas connection vide Consumer No. 29977, of Indian oil Corporation from City Gas Centre Sector 37, Chandigarh. They refused to book the gas cylinder before 21 days from privious booking. How ever I came to know from the News paper ( RTI Act) that there is no such condition from company's side.

      You are requested to resolve my issue on priority basis.

      At sunguvarchatam there is no sufficient dealership at your place .. so the customers are angered on distibuters. so please make a seperate dealership for sunguvarchatram.
      My consumer number is "PB 1142".
      My LPG suplier agency is PADMAJA GAS AGENCY code 79160431.

      My recent delivered cylinder is with expiery code asB 09.

      Which, as per our knowledge, shell life has expired in Q2, 2009.

      Now, please suggest us from safety point of view, whether same cylinder is safe to use.

      If no, then arange to take necessary action.

      Sir,
      I Satish Kr, R/O 1457, Chhipian Gali Nai Sarak, Delhi-110006 draw ur attention on supply Of M/s Banaras Gas service, Mata sundri Rd New Delhi, Agancy never send the cyclinder on time this is usual act of the Gas agancy. I have booked a gas on dt 03.09.2010.at 18.18pm booking No. 29. and so for I have not received the cylinder.

      U are requested to look in the matter and take strong action against such type of agancy.

      Dear Sir,
      I am LPG gas consumer; I deal with M/s Bright Gas Services, No 1996, Krishna Colony, Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore - 641005, who is the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 41292. My problem is they are not accepting my LPG booking. As I am not in station for the past 6 months and I came back in September and while asking to supply LPG for the above consumer number, they refused to accept my booking. They answered that, "We are going to cancel your LPG connection, because you didn't book LPG cylinder for the past 6 months".
      I request the above mentioned dealer to accept my booking and deliver the cylinder as soon as possible. May the concerned authority instruct the dealer appropriately and do the needful to resume the supply. I have denied supply for the past 3 months.

      I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s Rajesh Gas Agencies, Madhavaram, Chennai service who are the distibutor of my area, My consumber No. 30555. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Presentely i book the gas 18 January 2011(booking Registration no. 7410), today is 8 Feb 2011, no cylender reach at my home. I am request several times to Mr Shankar, Executive in Rajesh agency and also request that agency Manager Mr. Hemanth twice his mobile No. [protected].

      I request you please solve my problem.

      The same problem arrive again I have only one way that is consumer court . this is my next step.

      I booked for domestic use at SRI CHELLA AGECY at selaiyur on 7.2.2011 for more than19 days they not suppllied cylinder but catering people and tea stalls ,auto rickshaws get domestic supply even without any registration or any seniority in booking. there is no proper person to check the supply. will the I O C look into it and to regulate supply and delivery boys-consumer no.19466- M.Vivekanandhan. 133 sannadhi st, sudharsan nagar chennai-600126

      I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Arvind Gas Service, Sonepat-131001 Haryana who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 26729. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately .I have been provided with two cylinders. Presently i booked the gas on 09 April 2011, today is 17 April 2011.In the last month they supplied the cylinder after 20 days after booking. When I tried to book the other cylinder last month, it was informed to us that you cannot do so because you received last cylinder few day back. When contacted telephonically that it not a fault on my part, they assured me to supply the next cylinder in time, but all in vain.Most of the time their phone found engaged. Other consumers are also have the same problem where other supplier of the same company are suppling in time.

      My problem also same, I am the customer of Prakash gas agency in perambur, Chennai. I have booked Nov 25th, untill now 19th December i am not getting the cyclinder, So some body who is responsible from Indian Oil corporation has to take neccessary action against this LPG dealer. Other wise I will suit case against on IOC and the above mentioned dealer.

      I AM A CONSUMER WITH M/S AJITHA GAS AGENCY, NORTH THIRUMALAI NAGAR;ICF LINK ROAD; VILLIVAKKAM; CHENAI-49. MY CONSUMER NO IS AGA 21819. THIS AGENCY HAS A HABIT OF DELAYING the DELIVERY OF LPG GAS CYLINDER. ABOVE ALL HE WILL ALWAYS SHOW THE BOOKING DATE BY 2DAYS MORE. EG: IF WE SAY 8TH HE WILL SHOW IT AS 10TH.

      I have done my booking on 8/2/2012 vide registration no 268039. Till now gas is not delivered. Despite repeated phone calls they are stoic. 6 days back my dad had called them. They dared to tell you can come and take delivery. Today just before this mail complaint we made a call. The lady refused to give her name. She said, " I don not have a person. Tomorrow I will deliver". When we asked can we take delivery, she replied, " I do not have refill".

      Above all they never respond to phone calls. It is very difficult to getr them on phone.

      WILLTHIS ISSUE GET RESOLVED AND SUPPLY IMPROVED.

      uprokt vishyantargat nivedan hai ki main pichhle kuchh varso se ukt gas agency ke madhyam se aapki seva le raha hu my gas no.is 13962 and s.v. no. 5433.
      (1)- ukt agency dwara ek baar gas cylender purti ke paschaat 21 din baad hi dusra gas cylender book kiya jata hai tatha book karane ke lagbhag 10-15 din baad aapurti ki jaati hai. gas aapurti ke liye bar-bar agency ko phone karna padta hai va personally sampark padta hai jisse upbhokta ko anavshyak aarthik nuksaan (phone-petrol-samay) hota hai majboor hokar grahak ko svayam jakar cylender lana padta hai
      "yeh kaisa upbhokta snatusti ka udessye hai"
      praay 4-5 logo ke parivaar me ek cylender muskil se 27-28 din chalta haiisliye varjit agency ko disa-nirdesh dene ka shram karave.

      (3)- gas agency karmchari mangne par upbhogta ko shikayat/sujhaav pustika uplabdh nahi karate hai kehte hai shikayat pustika "boss" ke paas hai or "boss" kabhi seet par nahi milt hai
      kisko samasya batave? sthaniye prashasnik adhikariyoncollector/d.s.o. ko shikayat ki chetavni dene par karmchari svayam hi 1-2 din me vyavastha kar dete hai.

      (4)- gas agency ke suchna patt par yehankit hona chahiye ki aaj kis date booking ki aapurti ki ja rahi hai. jisse grahak ko kuchh mansik santosh mile.
      (5)- gas agency ke gas aapurti, gas booking date, ityadi record online hone chahiye ya mangne par upbhogta ko record dene ki vyavastha ho taaki upbhogta apne star par hi aavshyak jaankari le sake.

      I Sri N.B.Mondal Online Booked a gas cylinder Dated 16.05.12, from your side a booking No. 351139, given for booking gas refill. Still Now from that book date, I do not get gas cylinder. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 24 days to 30 days, I am 80 years old, My family is very bid, for this reason I have face serious problem .Here is Sonarpur Area "Back Marketing" done extremely.Most of the food shop used domestic gas cylinder by paying extra money, for this, we people suffered.
      . Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

      It is their rule / practice that a new cylinder booking is registered after 17days from the date of delivery of last cylinder (as per your distributors opinion). So, following their practice, we booked for new refill but
      after elapsing 23 days further, i inquire for my new refill . They said that no cylinder will require to deliver. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder will come after 25-30 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for long days.       Dear Sir,

      I Went to an Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Yamalur Junction, Marathahalli, Bangalore today. I needed 2000/- of Petrol for my 4-wheeler. However, the attendant gave me 500/- worth of Petrol. On pointing it out, he pretended being stressed and confused and proceeded to give me another 1500/- of petrol, WITHOUT SETTING IT IN HIS METER.

      In the mean time, the other superior attendant distracted me by saying that my Citibank Indian Oil Credit card isn't working because their Citi Gateway isn't working. I told him to stop the petrol flow. He told this other guy to stop- who did but started again. I eventually had to order him to complete 1500/- of petrol.

      The end result of all this confusion is that my vehicle is showing at least 5-6 litres less of fuel.
      This whole experience leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. There are a couple of other Indian Oil Petrol pumps in the city that give excellent and reliable service. However, this type of daylight robbery at the petrol pump of a reputed company like Indian Oil is least expected.

      I urge you to take strong action against the erring petrol pump; not just because of my bad experience but also because the ones doing good services to people must not get discouraged.

      for my supply through mobile booking since June 2011, but for last three months I am unable to make any booking due to an error in computer which every time on its automated reply says 'YOUR BOKKING ORDER NO. 5855 AND CASH MEMO NO. 7315 HAS DELIVERED THE SUPPLY ON 20/11' then 26/11, then 07/11. on subsequent attempts at booking. In fact this booking and cash memo no is the one supply I already received on 18/10/2012 which is repeated every time I try to make a booking.
      Now I have no alternative except either to use another fuel or by gas from the black market.
      Kindly find a solution.

        i m a customer with shilpa gas services, Delhi. i booked the cylinder through helpline no: 1260.as delivery time is 4-5 days, i wait for the delivery.but after 10 day when i contact shilpa gas services, they denied the booking and i was asked to book the cylinder again.again i have to wait for 5-6 days.who is responsible for this fault.they never pick up the phone for direct booking.how can anyone confirm the booking status.can u help?

        Indane Gas Cylinder — Non delivery of cylinders

        Nicoleon Gas Agency, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi (THeir Phone nos. are 25117015 and[protected]. THey are harrasing the customer so much that if after the assured date of delivery of cylinder, some mishappens with customer, they will linger on to give you lame excuses. THey do not try to understand the customers' problem. Even after 8 days of booking they start linger on the delivery and always assure us that the cylinder will be delivered today but that today comes after next 7 days and that too after having lots of requests.

        The consumer cell can observe it by watching the activities over there in their office. Even sr. citizens come and speak loudly but they do not bother about it.

        In my opinion either the ownership should be changed in this agency or control over their staff and management.

          I am residing in Swadeshi, Sodepur and having Indane gas Cylinder. When I book cylinder every month Abhijit Enterprise gas Agency, G.T.Road, 24 Paraganas, Khardaha (Ph:25533455,[protected] is not delivering the Gas in time. I need to call minimum 3 times to get delivery of Gas.
          For example I have booked a cylinder 22nd of September...but till date no luck of getting the cylinder. I have a small baby at home but who cares.

          They are creating lot of problem to delivery the gas.
          Please take immediate action on this issue.

            I transfered my Indane gas connection bearing no 14015 at Indushekara gas services Naimnagar hanumakonda, and got TV to hyderabad. I submited my TV at Gruhalakshmi Indane gas agencies D5 phaseI jeedimetla, after ten days later also the TV has not been conformed and unnecessarily informing me to visit the Gruhalakshmi gas egencies daily without any strong solid reason.

            I have joined a central government institute in hyderabad and i have been requesting the authorities at Gruhalakshmi gas agencies to provide the connection, but they are rusty. Kindly suggest me what to do in this situation

              sir i dont know whether proper action is taken or not against my complaint, but am puttng forward my complaint.iam the resident of venkatapuram, alwal secunderabad.i would here by wants to complain about spoorthy gas agency which is located at alwal(secunderabad), the persons over there are really irresponsible, they always black the cylinders, and to book the cylinder they ask us to wait for 21 days and after 21 days of booking the delivry of the cylinder is for 15 days or more than 15 days.and the person over there doesnt respond according to the consumers.i kindly requst you to take my complaint into consideration.

              THE spoorthy gas agency ALWAL is not cordial with customers. The very spoorty of service is missing The service is very very poor and requires overall change.It is very unfortunate that the customers who should be given high priority, are treated in an insulting way.The delivery of cylinder is never on expected schedule.Hope the higher authorities look into this matter and take stringent action so that better sense prevails upon the SPOORTY.

                I was refused by the Distributor M/s Bhushan Indane Service, to issue new connection without Ration Card, I contacted Rajkot Area Manager Mr P Katkar, and he talked to distributor to give new connection which I got on 22.11.2007.
                Now they are harrasing by not booking cylinder and DBC. I tried to book thru' IVRS, but they are not giving delivery, saying that your connection is cancelled because you dn't have ration card. I Emaild my problrm to Mr P katkar (Area Manager rajkot) and Mr K Kutty ( Manager Mumbai office) but no responce from any one.

                Indane domestic LPG connection — Poor Service

                I applied for Indane LPG connection on Feb-09 and received the invitation letter on Mar-09.
                BOOKING Number - 5688
                The invitation letter advised to produce the same at Ranjan Gas Agency, B-168, Sector-26, Noida, UP-201301 along with an ID proof (PAN card, voter card, etc.), booking receipt and an Address Proof (House Papers, Rent Receipt, etc.)
                Week 1 - I had all the completed documents but the concerned person at Ranjan Gas Agency asked me to get the affidavit as well which should state that there’s no other connection in my name along with a few other declarations.
                I can do this work only on weekend as I need to go to my office during the week days.
                Week 2 - I got the required Affidavit and this time the concerned person at Ranjan Gas Service had another reason to refuse.
                He said that the Rent Agreement is required for an address proof and Rent Receipt won’t work. I tried to clarify that Rent Receipt is mentioned as one of the Address proofs in the Invitation letter but he was quite unwilling to listen.
                Week 3 - I produced the Rent agreement next week and the same person asked me to buy all the cooking range as it is mandatory. Once again I failed to clarify that it’s clearly mentioned in the Invitation letter that the customer is not bound to purchase the cooking range from Indane. However, there would be an inspection to check if the cooking range which I purchase myself is according to the standards or not. But still, he wasn’t convinced.
                I’m unable to understand why that person, a sick (pardon my language, but it is true) has such an attitude. He doesn’t give a listen to anyone and just keeps on repeating himself.
                I need the LPG connection along with the LPG cylinder (I’ve other items of the cooking range)

                  The distributor of Indane LPG M/S Maa Majhi Gouri Indane at Rayagada ( Orissa) is not at all supplying the refill gas cylinders intime.I have to visit his office more than 8 to 10 times to request him. After a regular struggle I hardly get a refill cylinder after long gap of the booking date and the distributor does not accept the next booking till 21 days of the supply. So I get a refill cylinder once in a minimum gap of 50 days. So most of the times my family have to take fooding from Hotel.You must be understanding my problem in kitchen. Wherease in Rayagada there are more than 5000 hotels / road side stalls/hostels where the non commercial LPG of 14.2 kgs are consumed @ one cylinder daily per hotel. The hotels are getting easlily refill cylinder for comercial purpose wherease I hardly get a cylinder. I would therefore request you to be kind enough to take up the matter & make me available refill cylinders at my home in time by the Distributor. Expecting an early response.Thanking you.

                  I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Pranjal Gas agency, PowerHouse, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad and my consumer no. is 10410. I have booked for a refill on 14th March 2008 over phone and Bkg No. is 2787 and they replied that they will distribute with in 2 weeks.

                  But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 5 days. Again I have called them, but they are not picking up phone or when they pick up phone, they reply that they will deliver the cylinder in a week time and delay is due to low supply.

                  Now after a month time, also they have not supplied cylinder. I am facing this type of delay refilling problem from the last 4-5 times.

                  So you are requested to take up the matter, and take necessary action.

                  I have registered my LPG connection with Super Gas, Mettupalayam Road, K.Vadamadurai P.O.,
                  Coimbatore - 641 017. My customer Id No. is 35958. The distributor is not supplying Refill cylinder
                  in time. They are not lifting phone. Every month I facing similar problem. Now I have been booked my
                  refill cylinder on 18.12.2008 vide their booking No.6776 and they have informed me that in 10 to 12 days the cylinder will be delivered. after 12 days ie from 28.12.2008 I am continuously following up with them for which I have been receiving the same reply that tomorrow the cylinder will be delivered but still today ie. 7.1.2009 11.45 am (after 20 days) they have not delivered the cylinder.

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that they are delivering cylinders after 10 to 15 days of billing date. It seems that they are misusing the cylinders. For the next booking they are taking in account the delivery date only which leads further 10 to 15 days delay.

                  Kindly treat the matter is as most urgent and important and take suitable action and arrange for the supply of cylinders in time always.

                    I applied a new Indane Gas Connection about 3 months before i.e. 15th May, 08 because i shifted in Gurgaon from Delhi. In Delhi i resided in a Hostel so i have no Connection of any company. After lapse of 3.5 months the supplier in Gurgaon is not considering my application and said that it would take 3 months more. How can a company justify so much delay in new connection. While the Patroleum Minsiter is saying that connection is open but at the same time Distrubutor which is Mata Sheetla Gas Service is refusing for new connection. Please solve my complaint otherwise i would take the legal step to sought out the problem.

                    hi sir my father name mehar singh S/O jagat singh and customer number is 7607 i booked my cylinder last 24 feb..and now 16 march but cylinder not deliverd.they not getting proper service from the dealer./but black market in cylinder always available.at 750rs... any time any day..from gas egency Although we can see that one/ but we are getting the cylinder after a time period of 40 to 45 after booking the gas ...and my family come food from market at high prize..but i complaint to staff but say we don:t know cylinder will come after some day..so i trying to call manager about this time period but manager fhone switch off 24 hours and he is not in office all time and main director too fhone switch off so plz change the deler plz ...many people daily fight with gas agency staff..so stop this black markiting and this all problum will solve..so plz take action hurry coz this is not my problum this is problum is of all city and near village so plz take action hurry ...

                      I hereby want to inform you though mail this letter that it present in kosi kalan town the LPG is being supplied by the “Mathura Gas Agency”, Mathura (herein after referred to as “AGENCY”) The “Agency” has opened a supply & booking in kosi kalan(Mathura), Mr. GANGI SINGH is wholesale in charge of supply and booking in kosi kalan.
                      Through a proper notice, earlier it has been brought your notice that a consumer was beaten by the agency personals due to protest against the booking authorities, the bookings are not bookings are not being supplied on time by the agency in kosi kalan.
                      We requested to deliver a cylinder against our connation no 3731& 361on dated[protected] in the name of “mahavir Prasad” & C K Misra respectively, through “Registered post”. The concern person denied the accept our letter & no supply has yet been made.
                      We also want to inform that kosi kalan supply agency is not supplying the bookings on time, moreover the agency is selling the domestic cylinders to the commercial users at the 600 per cylinder.
                      There is no telephone booking facilities and no proper space provided by “AGENGY” to consumer (see photo)

                      I requested you to supply the booking on time at kosi kalan & stop the blackmail of LPG and taken action on beaten of consumer

                        we have gas connection in my Father's name Victor David customer ID No : 12500 thru Prasana Gas Agencies, Padi. We last booked for refill on 23rd september, but we still didn't received our refill cylinder. while enquiring with company we found that a despatch bill has been given to the delivery man a week ago. When we went to the agency & enquired they are answering abruptly.
                        Sir,
                        I am an existing customer of shilpa gas service site no.1, ramavihar village majri, karala road delhi -81 my consumer no.is s-26170. I never received my refill after booking on telephone, though booking accepted, unless i approach to agency personally.I wrote four complains in their suggestion/ complain book provided by them, today also I
                        have done the same but refill could not reach to me till now .
                        Hence I request your honour to issue such instruction so that Imust receive my refill with in three days of booking on telephone.

                          After making calls for 4 days ( atleat 500 dials) i could make a booking for LPG cyclinder.

                          When I didn't recv the delivery even after 10 days of booking, i tried calling them for knowing the status.

                          Indane must take the agency back from Sona and impose penalty on them for their casual approach.

                          a) status of my booking was ok, but they were not delivering the GAS. once the 6 month was over the they said your account is deactivated. goto kalkaji or dwarika for activation; when i visited kalkaji they said come on friday for activation. on firday they said signing authority is not available i have to wait for next firday.

                          However, in SONA Enterprise if you know someone personally. they active consumer account there itself without KYC form and other obligation.

                          Dear Sir,  I have booked Indiana gas cylinder with priority time bases services. I booked my gas cylinder for Monday morning (Before 08:00 AM) delivery with extra charges and paid cylinder amount by online transfer. Next day, when I didn't receive my gas cylinder on time, I tried to contact SONA ENTERPRISES,  A-72/2 MASUDPUR VILLAGE VASANT KUNJ, VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI New Delhi I tried different numbers, #[protected] Nobody picked my phone. # [protected] - This concern person gave me another number of Mr. Mohan.# [protected] - I contact Mr. Mohan, and requested him to delivery my gas cylinder, as I have already paid extra charges and told him that I haven't any other cylinder for backup and from last night we are managing food from outside in this pandemic COVID-19 situation. First Mr. Mohan excused that my area Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj is COVID-19 contaminated area and its difficult to deliver cylinder there. I assured him that my area/location is COVID-19 patient free and share my situation with him. Then he conveyed me that he will be sending some body for delivery within next hour. But after that I made 5 to 6 calls to him. But not satisfactory solution found from him. He just verbally convenience me that he is sending for delivery. 
                          Today is second day I am managing food for my family from outside, as all aware that in this scenario its very difficult and costly to manage food from outside.I am really disappoint with Indiana gas service and specially this SONA ENTERPRISES dealer. No one is responsible and worried about their responsibilities and towards their customers. SONA ENTERPRISES should take some responsibilities over this.Now I have no other options instead to wait for my gas cylinder delivery.My Consumer No. 33184

                            IOCL, domestic gas distribution function — distributor is not giving proper service

                            Distributor code no 31409268, Prayag Indane, Propriotor Mr Indrakumar D Jevarikar in Aurangabad, Maharashtra is not bothered to attend phones, doesn't care for honoring bookings. Is anyone there to listen? IOC is a public sector compnay, so it doesn't matter if it looses business. There are no private players as of now. Don't we in India need more privatisation / competition?

                            My customer no is 006227, I have booked the cylinder personally with them on[protected], since last 10 days I am regularly following for it personally, he is honouring or attending it. During these festival season, it is very irritating and this is their regualr practice.

                            IOCL-NANDA GAS AGENCY — IMPROPER DELIVERY

                            I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS ON 4TH OF JANUARY BUT TILL TODAY , GAS CYLENDER NOT RECEIVED. MY BOOKING NO IS 01 DTD 04-01-10 THRU TOMO GAS ONLINE BOOKING. MY CONSUMER NO IS 6683 WITH NEELKANTH GAS AGENCY VASHIST PARK NEW DELHI 110045. THIS IS THE REGULAR PRACTICE OF GAS AGENCY
                            I keep a gas connection and the current distributer is M/S Fortune Indane Services, SAP Code 182801 Vadakkekara P.O N. Parur, Eranakulam district in Kerala State. our consumer no. is 9301
                            1. The telephone No.[protected] and 6577099 is always kept engaged.
                            2. Last time, the Gas cylinder delivered to me was leaking after ten to fifteen days o[censored]sage. The same was informed to the agency and no one turned up for our rescue. We were forced to keep the cylinder outside the house as long as one month and our demand for substitution was not taken care.
                            3.Our consumption of gas is almost a cylinder per month. In spite of our requisistion in the month of November, gas was not deliverd to our house till 01/01/2010. My father and the house maid is always available in the house and they complain that there were no body at the residence and hence was returned on the previous delivery.
                            4. The item no. 2 and 3 was informed to agency and to the delivery boy and till date no body bothered to attend to the same.
                            5. On 02/01/2010, we requested for a fresh cylinder and till date the cylinder is not delivered.

                            Hence this is a regular practice i request you to be kind enough to solve the issue at the earliest and oblige.
                            Dear Sir,

                            I have booked my riffile on 21/01/2010. But still today i have not received my reffil. My Authorised Distributor is M/s. Deepjyoti gass Agency, Assam, Guwwahti-12. They are not giving any response to the consumer. When ever we asked for the dealy of supply they were given only answer that is for short supply. Where as we have seen the availability of the cylinder at Hard Ware shop, Grossary shop instead of Authorised Distributors. You can purchase the riffil from that Hardware shop by Rs.500 to 700 per riffil. My question is that how they can sale illlegaly on this way.Where as After giving several reminder to the Distributor they are not able to supply the riffil properly, where as if you want to purchase a riffil illlegaly you can purchase from this type of shops.

                            So my request to the higher authority of the IOC, of Assam, Guwahati to look into the matter. and save the general peoples from this type harragement .

I have a Lpg connection with Raj Flame ( Rama Park, Uttam Nagar) My Consumer No. is RF239. since last 3 months i am getting problem with raj flame . every time ioc said book gas on 1260 its 24 hour helpline. i booked my cylinder on 1260 dated 6th feb 2010 but when i not received gas dated 23rd feb 2010 that i go to raj flame they told me gas will come tomorrow but when i not recieved gas dated 1st march 2010 than again i goto raj flame they told me i will send u cylinder tomorrow your booking is on dated 23 feb but i said my booking is 6th of feb she told me we will send that cylinder also. 2nd march 2010 i received cylinder but again i booked cylender 10 th march on 1260 . till today 23th march i not received cylinder now i am not able to go raj flame because i have a plaster in my left leg. so i am trying phone numbers of raj flame so many times but both number always saying busy busy busy . i know about this also because they put off the raciever on table . please help me i am waiting your positive response.

                            I have booked a cylinder on 18.09.2010 in Jayalakshmi Enterprises Nanganallur. But since the agency is closed i heard that they have transferred my consumer to Rose gas agency. My consumer No.is 21416. I approached the new distributor on 2.10.2010 they said your consumer is already billed you will get the cylinder by 10 days. They have done new registration on 2.10.2010. Till date i have not received cylinder.
                            They are four telephone numbers. But no one is responding. Today they are telling your consumer no is billed but we do not know why till date you have not received the gas cylinder. I have not done any mistake.
                            Without gas cylinder i am struggling more than a month. In this connection please sort out my problem.

                            I Palash Saha posted in Visakhapatam in Indian Navy. I have applied for 2nd gas cylinder, Registration no. [protected] on 22 Feb 10 through Command Gas Agency. It was not available till Jun 10., Owing to service exigencies I was not available in home station for last Six months and back on 15th Jan 11. On 17th Jan 11, I approached to Command Gas agency for 2nd Gas Cylinder, they told you have to take permission from Senior Area Manager, IOC, Visakhapatnam due to I was late.

                            On 25th Jan 11, I approached to Senior Area Manager M/s Meera Nair regarding connection of 2nd Gas cylinder. IOC Office personnel told me that it can be done by Madam only if she can. I told PA to M/s Meera Nair for an appointment, she asked from Madam and told to wait. I was waiting for last 45 minutes and again approached to PA regarding appointment. M/s Meera Nair was busy with her personal phone last 45 minutes and when PA remind M/s Meera Nair for my appointment she told for wait. Again I wait for around for 20 minutes after that she called me.

                            I requested madam for my 2nd gas connection but she refused. I told madam that now April 2010 second gas connection distribution is on progress. She told me for Re-registration for 2nd cylinder and for that I have to wait for one more year. Moreover I am late by only two months due to service exigencies as I am in Navy. I am agreeing with company regulations, but some cases you can take soft hearted decisions as I am defence personnel. You would appreciate that my service requirement towards the defence of the nation.

                            Therefore I would kindly request you to look into the company’s administration and management system and take necessary action.

                            supply of gas cylinder is ensured through your agency m/s pushpagiri agencies, nalanchira tvpm 15 and my consumer no is 15160. Though i am having 2 cylinders for ensuring uniterrupted supply i am experiencing delay in supply of cylinder and the supply is made only after quarelling with your agency. such experience is familiar to all the consumers belong to this area who gets cylinders through this dealer.
                            in jan 2011 i booked for a cylinder and no delivery was made till 16/02/2011. when i made an enquiry on 16/02/2011 they informed me that they couldnot deliver the cylinder because the door was locked. however their delivery van is coming to our area on 17/02/2011and ensured the supply will be made on 17/02/2011.by the time 2 cylinders were exhausted and the cooking is carried out by a borrowed cylinder from my neighbour. today i contacted the agency and enquire about the delay. he informed me that the delivery will takeplace today without any further delay. when i asked the tel number of the area manager or any officials of i o ci have been informed to contact the customer cell. when i contacted the customer cell they told that they will register only those complaints having delay in supply of cylinders for more than 30 to 40 days and they are not expected to tell anything more to the consumer.
                            today when the delivery van came to my area i asked about my cylinder and told that no cylinder was issued to them for delivery in my address.once again i tried to contact the agency but the telephone was engaged. then i contacted the customer cell they are not able to solve the issue . if such is the case what is the use of spending public for such offices?

                            i told the person that i will not allow him to leave this area unless he deliver my cylinder and asked him to inform the agency. after making all these jugglas and after contacting the agency he issued me a cylinder and in his presence only i gave the cylinder to my neighbour from whom i borrowed. so i request you to advise your agency not to give scope for such embarrass to the consumers.

                            i also request you to inform the telephone numbers and address of your officials at this area for their assistance in case of need.

                                I had booked for a new gas connection on 21st May b2008 at Maruti Gas Agencies, Welcome colony, Annanagar West Extn, Chennai-101.They said it'll take a few days maybe upto 30-45 days.But now when I enquire, they tell it may take 2 more months.I require a gas connection urgently as it is a basic essential and please see that I get it asap.

                                  i have booked the gas on 26/2/2009 still the agency not supplied to me. today is 27/4/9 (two months over) the agency is not giving proper reply regarding this. they are shouting sometimes. lot of complaints about them. we are facing very difficult because husband and wife both are going for service also managing parents and children. please take the action seriously for your customers. our agencies names and details given below and my consumer no.14442

Till date 25.04.2012, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                    I have booked the gas on 19th September 2008 with Venkatasai Gas Agencies, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and followed up again several times . Today is 5th October 2008 but i am waiting for Cylinder. I am calling the agency from last 3-4 days 3-4 time daily but always they tell that your cylinder is on the way and you are going to get it within 1-2 hours. I don't know what type of person have got the gas agency to provide this type of poor service to consumer.
                                    I think black marketing is going on so we are facing this type of problems.Could you please enquire about it?

                                    Sir, My father has a Indane gas connection no.251 at HAILY MANDI Tehsil-PATAUDI, Distt.- GURGAON, HARAYANA. But there is a poor service by gas provider. . Cylender delivery atleast 10-15 days after booking and no one take it seriously. My father is not able to bring cylender from Godown. he is 70years old handicept.- Neeraj Goyal
