Great Drawback in IRCTC. Crores of users are suffering . Who will Answer.

Dear All!
This for yours kind information regarding Users facing problem in e-ticket booking.

When I choose option of compulsory lower berth then I paid money from my account. Amount is deducted from my account but couldn’t reserved ticket.
As per customer care it will take 3 working days money to return back.

After three days I won’t get any seat to reserve on same train & money...

i-Ticket booking (Rail)

Very Bad Experience

Dearest Sir/Madam,

This has a reference to the ticket bearing a PNR no [protected].

1. 36 hours, I guess, you have the same 60 seconds in a minute, which the world follows, Oops... I forgot that you are again a Government of India Enterprise. The booked ticket took more than 72 Hours (received at 20:30 Hrs on 13th May 2008) to reach the destination, again with a havoc.br...

I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in TRANSACTION ID/BIL/[protected] from GORAKHPUR (GKP) to RAXUAL (RXL) for 8th JUN 2008 in (5274) SATYAGRAHI Express. Attached pl find three files regarding booking of i-tickets from LTT to TVC today morning at 8.30. The tatkal ticket booking went very smoothly and the transaction was successfully concluded by debiting my account (see 1*).

E Ticket

Hi,
I just tried to purchase 3rd Ac tickets. When i paid the amt through credit card it was successful but while redirecting to IRCTC it showed service not available. When I checked the Booked Ticket there was no ticket booked.
The amt has been deducted from my account.

cheating with users

Today on 27th april 2008, i was trying to book a ticket on irctc but i was getting status as not available but when i contacted an agent he told me that there are 35 seats available (tatkal quota), isn't it chetaing with normal users why railway is providing such privilages to theire agents just for some extra money and i think this is the success mantra behind railways profit....

Not getting the refund for failed transaction

Hi All,

I booked train tickets on 9April, 2008 but it got failed but i didn't get refund till now. How can i get back my money? I made payment through Visa card via CITI bank gateway. The ticket is not booked but amount is debited from the card. What i need to get back my money? Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

Problems with online transactions - reg.

Hi,

I have tried to book two tickets from COIMBATORE (CBE) to HYDERABAD (HYB). My account has been debited a sum of rupees 1045 but I have not received the tickets and did not find them in the "booked tickets" menu also. I have written about this issue to [protected]@irctc.com but have not received any replies.

Non-Refund of double debit of ticket amount.

I booked a e-ticket through my SBI debit card on 13.3.2008 for me and my family comprising of 2 adults and 2 minors for a journey between Guwahati and LT Terminus-Mumbai bearing PNR no.
