[Resolved] Itz Cash Cards — Card expired 6 mths before expiry date printed on card

Bought ITZ cash cards for 5000. It had printed on the back of it valid for 12 months after first use. But when I tried to use it after 7 months got the message that the card has been expired. When I contacted the company, they said they have changed the policy and we cannot do anything about it. This is high class robbery. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The same thing happened with us also. The matter printed at the back of the card said valid for 12 months from first use. then we tried to use it again after some months it said the validity has expired. Nowadays I always advice all whom I know not to purchase ITZ cash card ever.

as your comment you have proof the card valid for 12 months (printed back side of card) you can go to Consumer Court and register your complaint. We are sure that you will get compensation.
