[Resolved] Itz Cash World (Interactive Tradex India Pvt. Ltd.) — Cheated by itz cash world/ refund of advance

On the basis of big coloured advertisement of "itz cash world" on page no 7 of times of india, new delhi edition dt. Sep.18, 2009, i have contacted mr. Chetan kumar[protected] faridabad reprsentative to provide the itz francisee as advertised. Mr. Chetan kumar visited at my place on 25/09/2009 and collected the chq no-139290 of rs.9000/- drawn at hdfc bank, nit, faridabad in favour of interactive tradex india pvt. Ltd. The chq amount was transferred the same day in the hdfc account of interactive tradex india pvt. Ltd. I was assured that the co will provide two payment gateway cards, one big signage of itz cash world and itz vouchers of rs. 4000/- in two weeks. Now more than one and a half month has passed, i have not recd anything. Mr. Chetan kumar has informed that they are unable to provide the agency and informed that i have to apply again. I informed mr. Chetan kumar that i have lost confidence on your company and pl refund mu advance. Mr. Chetan kumar conveyed on phone that he will refund the advance paid. Now i call him daily but he gives one reason or the other and does not respond.
In this context, i have also contacted the other senior person of itz cash world
1. Mr. Bharat deep grover ([protected])
2. Mr. Ram shrivastav ([protected])
And also i have sent the e-mail given in the advertisement ([protected]@interxindia.net) to refund the amount but as on date after one and a half month, i did not received my advance back.
