[Resolved]  Jetlite — No travel certificate issued

Hello,

I and my husband (Passenger names - Arpita Saha + Kalyan Palla) had traveled with Jet Lite on 1st June'2008, Kolkata to Bangalore, PNR number is S2-HRTL8 and e-ticket receipt numbers are[protected] and[protected].

I wanted to avail the cost of this journey for my LTA, but I have lost the boarding passes. Hence, I need travel certificates from JetLite to confirm my travel.

I have called the customer care number multiple times and they suggested to visit the JetLite counter at any aiport. I visited the JetLite counters at Bangalore airport (twice) and Kolkata in lieu of the same and had been told that their e-mail id ([protected]@jetlite.com) is the only way to collect the TC. However, my repeated mails to this id had been unanswered. Their seems to be no way I can get this small thing done! Travel Certificates issuance is a simple procedure with all other airlines, however the same had been impossible with the JetLite airlines.

It would be a great relief if this issue is addressed or any solution suggested.

I booked two ticket with my ICICI credit card for D.K.Maiti+2 PNR no.-LZNOFF.eticket number[protected]. Rs 2508*3=7524. And for K.K.Guha+3 PNR no.PTTGAQ.Eticket no[protected]. Rs 2500*4=10000.BUT when i cheked it shows that double amount debited from my account. When i complain this to the bank they replied that this the JET lite policy to debit the double amount.and return back half the amount after travelling.Is it right or ICICI bank gives me wrong information. Please do the needful and correct the same.

on sept. the 15th i purchased 2 airline tickets[protected] flight number s2655 from bombay to goa with my visa credit card upon arrival to goa i was told that my credit card transaction didn't go through i told to pay cash. i checked my statement today and discovered the credit card transaction went through for another 3000 rpz.
I could not serch your fare structure . please let me know your web site.

I was booking my ticket through my debit card (SBI) on 15.01.2010 between 11.00am to12.00pm, but due to some technical fault I did not get any conformation in my mobile or in my e-mail till 6.30pm, I therefore again booked my ticket in the name of Anuranjan Tiru through credit card which was confirm immedietly for 16.01.2010 at 16.25, hours.Now I see that rupees 6143/- has been deducted from my debit card. I want the said amount to be reverted in my account, since the person left for mumbai with the ticket purchase later.

i have travelled in jetlite on 2nd may2010 from Newdelhi to bangalore with flight numS2 235. my e ticket no is ETKT[protected].I need mail confirmation that i have travelled in that flight.i need to show that mail to my office.since i hav losted my bording pass.this is a urgent issue in my case since the etkt has been done by the company now they want to confirmed that i have travelled .i have mailed many times to jetlite in [protected]@jetlite.com
but is same ans i get we will revert shotly.
I keep on saying them its urjent for my case but they are showing least intersete.Seems i did really wrong in travelling in jetlite. Can anybody help me in this situation.And can suggest me some way out.

I booked a ticket for Aizawl to bangalore for 14th january 2014 . My PNR number is AJULQT and booking number is [protected] . Printed departure time was 12:55 pm. I reached Aizawl airport at 12:10 pm and when i went to Jetlite counter, the staffs informed me my flight 9W-2874 had already departed. I would have no complains if had reached after departure time and missed my flight . When i went to the ground crew, and instead of giving me refunds or rescheduling my flights, they told me to pay 13600 rupees more to get another Jetlite flight for the same day. This is totally inappropriate because it was entirely their fault as they did not even give me warning calls. I demand a refund of atleast the 13600 rupees i paid extra
