    Hi,

    We travelled from Muscat to Kolkata via Mumbai on 20th December on Jet Airways. This was a via flight, i.e. we had to change flight at Mumbai Airport. At Mumbai airport, we collected our 6 peices of luggage items and handed them over to the ground staff at the Jet AIrways "Inter airport" transfer counter at the arrival section of Mumbai International airport.

    On arrival at Kolkata airport, we found that one of our bags did not arrive. We immediately logged a complaint with the Jet Airways office and received a 'complaint voucher". Following this, after many phone calls we were told after 10 days that the bag cannot be traced. They paid us Rs 2000/- as immediate relief money.

    Subsequently on Jan 5th, they told us that we need to file a 'claim' to be compensated for our loss. In this claim we were asked to provide details of the contents of the bag and their individual prices. We did so.

    It has been over a month now and after many emails and phone calls, we have been told that we will get approx Rs 10,000/- as final compensation.

    The value os good lost itself is worth more that Rs 40,000/-. Considering the harrasment caused to us is a compensation of Rs 10,000/- justified.

    During the last one month there has been no communication from Jet Airways. It has always been us either chasing them via email or calling them from Muscat to get a status. This kind of harrasment is uncalled for.

    Appreciate if we can get a 'just' claim for our loss and compensation for the ill treatment and harassment.

      I have travelled via Jet Airways on 21st Dec 2010 from Mumbai to London Heathrow with my 1 baggage checked in and 1 hand luggage.

      When I took my luggage on checkout from LHR, have found that my suitcase lock is broken with the chain. The suitcase is now in unusable condition as there is no chain to close. I have reported the same to Jet airlines (priviledge email) but they have simply forwarded my email to airport section and asked me to wait for reply.

      I have waited so long but no reply has been received.

      If Jet team is looking into this then request them to look into this urgently and pay compensation for their staff's mistakes
      I was travelling from London to Bombay No9w117 on 13apr 2013. and bombay to goa No9w473 on14apr2013my newly brought hard case was totally damage .I had reported to the ground staff at goa airtport on14arp2013 before going out of terminal.         I took 9W2216 from Bhopal to Delhi with my 2.5 months old child. We had a infant ticket for him. His stroller was booked at the aircraft gate and I was told that it will be available at the gate of aircraft at terminal-3 of delhi airport.

        When the flight arrived, I was surprised not to find the stroller there. I have a graco travel system as per UK USA airlines standard. My baby who weighs 6kg was sitting comfortably in his car seat on board ( weight of the car seat would be approx 3kg)

        I asked the airline staff about my stroller as I had a complicated C-section delivery and is not suppose to lift heavy weights (the total in this case would be 9+2kg bag containing baby's stuff). The staff bluntly replied that nothing can be done and I need to walk till Arrival hall.They did not even offered help with the weight.

        Somehow I reached the hall and I was in heavy pain till then. I found the stroller lying near one of the belt and no one was there to guard it even. I reassembled the stroller and to add to my agony one of the wheel was badly damaged and the stroller was not able to ride by itself. I went to the customer service section but the lady over there Ms.Usha ( who was handling baggage queries) was very very rude and did not entertain my request for a replacement. She was even reluctant to write my complained. Finally after several arguments I wrote everything in the complained register and took a receiving with her signature and the stamp of duty manager.

        I had a flight to London next day and had to buy a new stroller which cost me around Rs.10,000. I am still not been able to recover from the pain of lifting weight. I want proper redressal to my complaint.

            1. I had boarded a jetlite fliet from guwahati to delhi on 04 jan 2011.
            2. I reached delhi airport on 04 jan 2011 at 1830 h.
            3. My baggage was not found at the delhi airport which was informed to hte jetairways staff at delhi airport by me.
            4. From 04 jan 2011 to 07 jan 2011 i did not get my baggage and was told different stories by different staff everytime.
            5. The luggage was finally delivered at 1400h on 07 jan 2011 after hundreds of phone calls by me to the delhi jetairways staff leading to wastage of my time and mental harassment.

                I have cancelled two tickets on 27.11.2010 at Hyderabad airport for Jet Airways flight from Hyderabad to Baroda.The e ticket refund receipt no of Jet airways is as follows

                The total amount to be refunded against both tickets is Rs 10014/=
                These tickets were booked and also cancelled using my ICICI Bank credit card.Till date i have not received the credit against this refund and have been spending sufficient money in phone calls as well as meeting the local Jet Airways office in Baroda.They have given a lot of promises and commitments but till date there is no result Apparently this is a major lapse on part of Jet Airways and i am being made to suffer for no fault of mine. It is a shame to note that persons in Jet Airways are so irresponsible.One Mr. Vijay at Baroda office earlier told us about 10 days back thet the matter would be resolved on 5 to 6 days.As of today he says it will take 8 days from today.
                Surely we do not intend to ever travel Jet Airways again.
                Kindly initiate necessary action
                Jet Airways does not want to part with money even if their flight is cancelled. They just quote some vague terms and conditions, which are not even printed on the tickets. The so called Guest relation offices are nothing better than post offices which do not have their own opinion and act as a forwarding department. they give different treatment of the passengers of the same flight and say thet "passengers opted for this". Since the passengers are not clear bout their right, the airline takes them for a ride. (not literally) .

                I have sworn never to fly Jet Airways again. May be they don't care but in the long run, it will have a snow-balling effect and the airline will add a few more crore to its already huge losses. It doesn't make any difference, because after all, its the tax payers money which they borrow from the banks with no intention of repaying.

                  This is to register a strong complaint against Jet Airways India Limited who have their offices at 188 Hammersmith Road London W6 7DJ.

                  My wife Mallika Srivastava and 2.5 yr old son, Saarth Anand were traveling by this flight to London Heathrow. The flight 9W122 was delayed by 2 hours from its origin at Delhi.

                  The following are the incidents that point to the gross negligence to passengers on part of the airline.

                  1. After take off at Delhi, when my wife asked for a child meal earlier than the others because the flight left late, she was refused the same.

                  2. Because of snow at London Heathrow, the flight was diverted to Brussels airport and landed on 18th Dec at 8 pm CET. The passengers were de-planed and abandoned at the airport.

                  3. There was no Jet Airways official in constant touch with the passengers to provide further information and the passengers were left to fend for themselves till midnight. No food vouchers were given, no water was provided, no blankets were given. There was no communication on part of the airline regarding options available to the passengers for onward travel or alternate travel arrangements.

                  4. No hotel arrangements were made for the passengers in spite of the delay going into Sunday 19th December. The passengers were provided food, water and blankets/beds by the Red Cross who the Brussels airport authority arranged. The airline officials were nowhere to be seen during this.
                  When the official came, there was a single person who simply listened to everyone and went away to not return.

                  5. The delay ran into the second night and yet there was no hotel accommodation provided. Other airlines like Virgin Atlantic, Kingfisher Airways who also had diverted their aircraft to Brussels were able to make transit visa arrangements and get passengers to hotels but Jet Airways did not even bother.

                  6. When my wife queried about alternate travel arrangements e.g. Eurostar to London, she was told that the airline has not arranged for a transit visa and this will take at least 4 hrs. There was no further update provided by Jet Airways after that.

                  7. After spending the second night at the Brussels airport, the passengers were informed to be ready for boarding the flight at 430 am as the flight was scheduled at 610 am. The passengers were boarded but the flight never took off.

                  8. The plane was not de-iced and the passengers were made to wait inside the aircraft for 6 hours and only fruit juice/water was provided to them during this period. No breakfast was served in spite of the boarding taking place early morning.

                  During the course of the events described above, the Jet Airways customer service number was having wait times of more than 30 minutes and there were no updates provided on the website at all regarding the 9W122 flight.
                  Twitter queries sent to http://www.twitter.com/jetairways were not responded to as well.

                  I would like to register a strong complaint on the above basis on behalf of my wife and son as they have been made to suffer for no fault of theirs. It is the responsibility of the airline to adhere to Regulation 261/04 in the event of long delays or cancellations and none of the rules were followed by Jet Airways. They have clearly flouted every rule in the book. I am told that this is the same case with another Jet Airways flight 9W118 flying from BOM-LHR which was also diverted to Brussels.

                  I would request that Jet Airways be stripped of its licence to fly aircraft in Europe until they make efforts to adhere to European regulations and stop harassing passengers in the name of customer service.

                  The plane has subsequently departed at 1310 CET, landed at 1310 BST but passengers have come out only at 5 pm without luggage because the luggage has been misplaced at Brussels !!

                  Luggage is still awaited and it is 5 days now.. I and my family will never fly Jet Airways again and will advise my friends not to do so too.

                      I travelled from Mumbai to Bhuj on dated 13 Dec 2010 by Flight No 2049.There was pilferage from my bag eventhough it was locked.Lock was broken and inside pocket was cut.My purse was removed from the inside container(packet) of bag.There was 5000 INR Cash alongwith the Pendrive, which was stolen.When I found my bag at Airport at Bhuj, I immediately reported to ground staff who was present.She called her Manager, but nothing happened, they told that only bag will be replaced.I insisted for the Property Irregularity Report they have filled up after pressure from my end.I tried for FIR but I have not lodged till date because I was to report immediately at my workplace .

                      Next day they have sent a poor quality of bag to me which I returned and again today they sent bag but they demanded from me the Signed Property Irregularity Report, which I denied to give because they only want to give bag, not want to compensate full loss occurred to me.

                      I lost Rs 5000+USB Pendrive (4GB) + Property damage (Bag was cut)
                      I think JET Airways Management should do the needful action immediately.

                        I was about to travel to Kolkata by Jet Airways on 17 Dec morning 9w2450 flight. On that day it was heavily raining in Chennai and due to this natural calamity the passengers were struggling to get in the Airport. By the time I reached the counter for Check In it was 7.05 A.M. The same was revealed in my colleague watch also. But the lady in the Check In counter was telling that the time was 7.15A.M. and it is their system timing and we could not do our check in since they said that the check-in is closed. Similarly after me there was a couple reported at 7.17A.M., as per their timing and all o[censored]s could not board the flight. It is pathetic to say here that with time difference it showed it was only 5 min delay and all o[censored]s have to wash our clothes in the Toilet as we all were drenched heavily and neither the counter people could not wait for us to close nor no intimation or announcement about the time closing and it was embarrassing for us to run around there for re-grouping of flight and further the person, they call them as supervision incharge, not even bothered about our problems and simply telling that we cannot board the flight. What a Indian Decency of these ladies on the counter. Who is teaching them the lesson of customer hospitality? It is shame to travel further in Jet Airways in India!

                          I had booked 5 tickets on a JetLite flight (Flight Number-S2-402) for 14th December 2010 at 8:40pm from Bangalore to Kolkata. I was really aghast at the kind of service offered by your airline. 2 of my friend reached at 08:05pm and were allowed to board the flight and they requested your person at the frontdesk that 3 o[censored]s will be coming in some more time so can they wait. Your Representative said she will try to consider. Then when we arrived (7 minutes later according to her) she was very rude and sarcastic and was trying to show that she has the authority to do anything.I completely agree that it was our fault that we were late but I was not expecting your staff to behave in this manner. When we asked her to direct us to some higher authority she said ' i am authority here' and later we managed to talk to some higher authority. There were other such remarks made by her. Three things needs to be readdressed by you 1.> The way your staff behaved with us. 2.> Your flight took off 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, is it professional to let your flight take off EARLY when 3 passengers are missing their flight even though there were at least 25 minutes left for it to leave from schedule ( we did not have any luggage).3.> All o[censored]s were females and we were stranded at the airport at night with an important function to attend in the morning, although it was our fault that we were late (because of high traffic congestion), I am aghast at the service offered by your airlines and the inhuman nature of not considering any plea. Please redress my plight.

                          I don't think i will ever travel by Jetlite ever again if I can help it...we were 5 passengers travelling from Delhi to Pune in the 16:15hrs flight: we were NOT allowed to check-in even though all o[censored]s were BEFORE time (45 minutes before the departure time) and we were the only passengers in front of the desk at that point of time.

                          The lady at the desk was doing something else rather than checking us in (apparently the system was down!) and when we asked if we could talk to the supervisor (Ms. Prerna Sharma) she was of no help at all, we still had 40 minutes in hand and we could have still checked in looking at the fact that some airlines stop their check-in 30 minutes prior to the flight.

                          Ms. Prerna Sharma came across as a very unprofessional and inefficient front desk employee. She gave us reasons like the pilot had already signed the document that flight HAD to be closed 45 minutes before the departure and the second one was that it was because of passengers like us who run in late that flights get delayed all the time and mind you we were there before time and one of their employees told her that we actually were before time but the system was down.

                          I told her that she need not take my word that we were before time but at least consider what the Jetlite employee was saying about we being before time. And how insensitive of her she didn't listen to a word of what the employee said or what we were saying. We asked her if she could talk to someone, some higher authority but Lord! she was adamant and all she could say was..."I am sorry, please calm down, I can do nothing about it, you cannot board the flight"...who can possibly calm down when that person is being wronged right on the face!!!

                          What the hell !!! and to top it off she gave excuses that she had announced for the passengers but we did not say " Hey we are on that plane!" All 5 o[censored]s didn't hear that announcement and our hearing faculties are close to perfect!

                          When she had 40 minutes in hand she did nothing...absolutely nothing except trying to shut us up and shoo us away and when 10 minutes were left for the departure she called the duty manager! and gave us a full refund of the fare...but hey that is not the point...What a shame to privatization! who is going to count in the stress and the frustration, time loss, potential chance of missing the flight from Pune to Chennai and then another from Chennai to Andamans!!!

                          Jetlite has no rights to call us guests! call us passengers or customers but at least BE SENSITIVE and treat us like humans...like the relationship between the Jetlite airline and the passenger is mutual and not like Jetlite is the be all and the end all!!!

                          Jetlite airline — Horrible Treatment

                          I had booked a ticket for my wife and child the S2 233 which got cancelled on 25th Dec and was given a new flight S2235 .This flight had to start from Lucknow destined to via Delhi Bangalore. This flight started at 9:10 pm at lucknow and reached delhi at 11:00 pm after one hour Jetlite staff informed the will not go forward and delhi to bangalore flight is cancelled. They gave a flight for next day 26 th Dec 2010 6:00 pm for Delhi to bangalore . When my wife reached at 4:00 pm 26 th Dec 2010 Jetlite staff was unable to allocate her the ticket they harassed her by telling to check with other counter and this happened 6 times . One of the counter ladies said this flight is not scheduled for Dec 26 th 2010 . My wife with 3 month baby in hand was to told to go to 6 counters it was very strainous till my wife asked for manager on duty . The manager on duty gave her the ticket. The Jetlite staff is very uneducated of moral ethics at the same time they are unaware of the processes within their airlines. I have made a comittment not to book a Jet lite flight in future.
                          Having paid the money explaining the situation more than 6 times for any person is strainous . Such Airline doesnot meet any standards of respect for a human being and will only create pain for passengers in future.
                          I had similar experiences with Jetlite last winter as well. From that time onwards I have stopped flying Jetlite. In times of these, their staff are absolutely not fit to handle the situation. Better to stay away from them.

                              I have booked a flight from delhi to hyd (flight no. 9W-825) dated 05-Dec- 2010 and i must tell you that this is first and last time i booked a flight with jet airways. i will never fly on jet airways again and will suggest my friends also the same.Reason is your ground staff is very rude, there thinking is like our government employee. One lady was there(seems to be newly married) was sitting i think row no. E or F (corner) has behaved very rudely. my flight was 17:10 and i came at 16:22(before 45 min) and she simply refuse that we cant allow you as gates are closed, how the hell she can say like this if i reached on time and as per indian government you should reach there before 45 min. Now because of that i have to get that flight canceled and have to run here and there for immediate next flight. i had to reach HYD at 9 O'clock for some urgent meeting and because of her i have to suffer. if your staff will behave like that then what is the difference between you and government companies.

                              Jet Airways — Rude behaviour of the staff

                              I am an Indian living in Tokyo for last 10 years. My mother-in-law is sick and supposed to travel on Nov 21st . It is a code shared flight All Nippon Airways and Jet airways, and I had called for wheel chair assistance request in India yesterday, and the treatment I got on the telephone was worst ever !! The staff > miss Parul < was the most rude staff I came accross with. The information regarding my mother-in-law`s sickness was being asked very very arrogantly and rudely. One should understand his duty as an employee of a top Indian airline !! Basic thing- HOW TO TALK !!
                              On the other hand as I called ANA airlines, one should have really heard the concern in the voice, service !
                              Parul , she should be ashamed of herself for such service.
                              Hate this kind of staff....
                              I really Agree with you.I had kind of experience with Jet airways last sep mumbai airport
                              the Jet airways staff think that they are superior than any other human being, dont know why our indian airline people are like this
                              Jet Airways ground staff is highly rude and unprofessional, and do not know how to deal with passengers. They close the gates to their whims and fancies and act high handed when it comes to checking passengers in. This behavior is not expected out of them.

                              The ground staff is NOT AT ALL trained in handling passengers, I reiterate.

                                I am taking the time and making the effort to write to you in the hope that you will take notice of your airline system that did not work for me and am sure of other travelling and paying passengers. I work in the Foreign Office Westminster and have travelled extensively for the last thirty three years.

                                I flew out to Mumbai on Wednesday 3rd November, 2010 on Jet Airways JW117 out of London Heathrow which arrived on time and I was impressed. Not to mention the food on the flight needed a lot to be desired. I don't understand what is it about Indian air carriers and paneer, personally I think it is a bit of a cheap snake. And for breakfast we were served with french crossaint which were burnt and crusty. This was a fault of the crew as they must have over heated/run the aircraft ovens. The flight arrived in Mumbai on schedule at 11:30 which I was impressed.

                                I was scheduled to fly to Ahmadabad at 12:55 on flight 9W2049 4th November 2010. As it took hour and half for my luggage to arrive, I missed my connection to Ahmadabad and I was then rebooked on your next flight 9W2003 to depart at 17:50. I thought my original transit connection of one and half hour, this was too good to be true. I was now left to wait at the domestic airport Mumbai for almost seven hours. Flight 9W2003 finally took off at 18:15. Although I was given a coupon to check in at the airports restaurant where the food and drinks were available but very restricted to choice.

                                When I boarded flight on 4th November, on flight 9W2049 I did not realise that I was flying amongst budget fare paying passengers. On the flight I asked the stewardess for a can of coke I was then asked to pay Rs: 50.00. I explained to her that I was a full fare paying passenger flew form London and missed my connecting flight and therefore have been booked on this flight. I have never seen, in my experience, a can of coke held at a ransom of Rs: 50.00. At no point did she consult the senior flight crew member. I was shocked to say the least especially when I had heard all the wild and wonderful things about Jet Airways. This was the first time I had flown Jet Airways and to be treated as third class passenger. I was gob smacked. Seventeen hours later arrived in Ahmadabad at 19:15.

                                My return flight from Ahmadabad 9W0333. We were serve breakfast. Maidu vadu and sambhar was congealed and disintegrated and the dhosa was not the best by appearance to feed my eyes let alone my face.

                                I boarded my return flight 9W118 to London from Mumbai on 2nd December, 2010. And surprise surprise vegetable biriyani with paneer yet another cheap snake. A snake before landing in at Heathrow, well if you call it snack. It was two pieces of idly which was hard and rubbery with that was a lump of something with chick peas. This was inedible and to excuse my english vocabulary, was reminiscent to a piece ----.

                                The airline prepares the menu to be served on flight and the cabin crew is then left to put up with the backlash as they are in the forefront to face the rudeness and insults from the passengers. Quite often passengers leave their meal and do not bother to complain. I always make a point to write to air or other carriers when I am either delighted or devastated with the meals and its service in order to improve in the areas. I was rather impressed with the impeccable departure and arrivals times apart from Mumbai to Ahmadabad flight but the meals were far from meticulous.

                                In my professional and personal air travel I have flown so many different airlines including Air India but I never thought that I would say this but Air India have most certainly put your airline in-flight service/food to shame especially in the light of increasing customer demand. At least with Air India, Virgin and British Airways have more decent food than yours. Very often passengers do not bother to complain but leave the served food on their turntable only to be taken away by the flight attendants and do not bother to complain. I hope, in your findings, Jet Airline will acknowledge there are areas for improvement. Your airline have a system in place but if the system does not working for the fare paying passengers then the system needs to be changed that works for the passengers. If not you are failing your passengers miserably and are being short changed.

                                Apart from a usual letter of apology, I will be delighted to hear from Jet Airways how you intend to restores my confidence in your airline.

                                  I am Navneet Thakur, Manager with Oriental Bank of Commerce. I recently flew with JET Airways and had a pathetic experience. I and my wife had booked tickets from Hyderabad to portblair on a leisure trip on 02.11.2010. I was to fly Flight No. 9W2747 on 04.11.2010 at 06.20 hrs from Hyderabad to Chennai. I checked in at 5:00 hrs in the morning to find that the flight was rescheduled to 8:00 hrs. I informed at the counter that i had a connecting flight no. 9W 613 of JET to portblair the same day at 10:00 hrs. They assured that the plane will take off as scheduled and I will be able to catch my flight to portblair. We requested them to accommodate us in flight 9W2361 to chennai that was departing at 8.00 hrs so as to enable us to catch our flight to portblair but our request fell on deaf ears. The flight 2747 was further delayed and it finally took off at 9:00 hrs after repeated assurance from Jet staff that we will be able to catch our portblair flight. We reached chennai and were surprised to know that the the flight to portblair had already left. We were also surprised to know that the flight 9W2361 which took off from hyderabad was the same flight to go to portblair. We were shocked to know that inspite of being very well aware that we were supposed to miss our portblair flight as our hyderabad to chennai flight no. 9W2747 had taken off 1 hrs after 9W2361 that was to proceed to portblair, nobody bothered to inform us the same. After making a complaint, we were accommodated in RAJ Park a 4 star hotel in Chennai for the day and our tickets were scheduled for the next day. Again the experience at RAJ Park was shocking. There was a limit to the breakfast, lunch and dinner cost and we were supposed to have our lunch and dinner @ Rs 350/- per person and breakfast @ Rs.175/- per person. The rates at the hotel were such that even basics like a 2 Rotis and a subzi would have cost you more than the limit. So finally we had to pay from our pockets. Also our one day was wasted at chennai out of the 3 days that we planned at portblair. While returning on 07.11.2010 the flight no 9W 614 from portblair to chennai were cancelled. We were accommodated in a below standard hotel the entire day with unhygienic condition and food. The entire trip was messed up due to JET Airways. Also I was unable to catch up with my office on 08.11.2010 and had to extend my leave. The entire experience was horrible and I vowed never to fly with JET again. I had taken up photographs of the Menu Card at Raj Park and copy of Bills paid by me at Raj Park as I intend to lodge a complaint with Consumer forum shortly. The sorry state of affairs can be ascertained from the fact that I had also lodged a written complaint at the Chennai counter of JET Airways but nobody has even bothered to call and know the facts. The same sorry state of affairs was recently experienced by me while flying Patna to Hyderabad on 28.11.2010 by flight No. 9W2288 and 9W0825.

                                      This feed back is not out of frustration but frequent delay of jet airways flights.
                                      In the last one mnth i hd travelled 3 times trugh jet airways and one time thrug jetlite all the 3 times the flights gt delayed.

                                      oct---26th---Flight got delayed due to delay in security check for few of passengers

                                      Nov 14th----Flight(S20602) got delayed due diversion of the incoming flight


                                      Nov19th----Flight(9W0453)..This time thy hd taken a step f.wrd and said tht flight whch shduled to depart at 6.20am gt delayed by mre than one hr due to poor visibility in hyd...The poor visibility is only fr jet airways not fr spice jet and Indian airlines who gt departed 5.25am....

                                        Sir, I was traveling by Jet Airways on 16th march 2009 from Newark to Mumbai by flight 9W0227.
                                        I had 2 piece of baggages and on ariving Mumbai i was handed over only one piece of baggage.
                                        Sir as per my Eticket i was suppose to travel by Continental Flight CO0048on 15th March. I was held by security for checks and i missed my flight and then i wa rebooked by Jet Airways Flight 9W0227.
                                        Sir my Baggage was sent by Continental flight CO0048 to mumbai and i was told that it will handed over to Jet staff.
                                        When i spoke to continental they say that both the baggage was handed ovedr to JET Airways.
                                        Finally Jet AIrways said that since the baggage is lost the would pay me Rs23460 as per IATA.
                                        but i gave my declaration that i had items in that bag worth Rs47940.
                                        I never get any update on my case from Jet Airways. Its always me who call them or mail them.
                                        It has been more three months till now but no reply from them. Please advice me on what to do further.

                                        Jet Airways — loss due to misleading information

                                        Hi All,

                                        On[protected] i was trying to book 1 flight from jet airways from kolkatta to Bangalore on[protected]. Due to some reasons I could not able to book the flight but the money got debited from my credit and debit card twice. I spoke to my banker and advised that both the 2 times the payment has been approved by HDFC BANK. There after I spoke to jet airways and now their executives are telling tat seats for amount 3179.ooo INR is full and in the same flit I can book a ticket for 5000.00. I told tem i can not afford it and if the flit was full ten wt it is continuously being displayed in your website. Due to their system is not updated i am facing this much trouble and I ave to come back to Bangalore on[protected] only. I asked tem if their is seat available in your flit ten you ave to ive me reservation for 3179.00 only as your website is misleading. I want to travel in tat flit only and they ave space also in tat flit but they are not allowing me to take it for RS 3179.00. Please help. .

                                        I am Pankaj Behera booked ticket from Dubai to New Delhi carrying with one sumsung 32 inch. LCD TV.
                                        My flight no. was 9w 547, TN : 9w874238, date : 27th Aug, 2010.

                                        When i was about to collect my LCD, it was missed . The strange thing was that without any varification the stupid jet airway's staff boys allows anyone to take their respective baggage.

                                        At the same time i have recorded all the details about my LCD with them and they committed me that thay will handover the LCD or said money within 15 days.

                                        But i am trying to reach them to know my LCD status for last 14 days. Till now i am not getting a single response from them . The most horrible thing is that i have lost my LCD and this LCD is not missed by me, it is the total mistake of jet airways, so without any mistake i am struggling, really it is harassment for me.

                                        In place like Air port in india, we are not sure about anything . so what we can ask more in other places in India . Mera bharat mohan . Really proud to be an Indian.

                                        I certainly agree with you. Coz I lost my 40" LED TV while travelling from US to Chennai in Jet Airways. I was told they were not able to find the TV and will compensate RS. 15k (Cost of TV - More than 50k) as per IATA rules. I am struggling with them yet. Has anyone faced similar issue?                                         My baggage, one black colour Delsey, did not arrive with the flight. You staff told me that it will come in Air Arebia approx 2:30 Morning 2nd June.

                                        I requested them to kindly confirm me, since I have a conference in the morning and all the cloths and shoes are in that bag.

Number of times I called on[protected] then[protected] then on[protected] then finally another number is given to me [protected], which no body picked and now switched off. I clearly mentioned that I have a conference in the morning. Even then you staff gave me numbers of customer care, which do not work in the night and in the morning 15 minutes waiting and no result. All other personal were giving wives that why I am talking to them? It seems that no body wants to own a problem. From 7 am to 9 am I spent on International Airport, when[protected] number confirmed that executive will give my bag in 15 minutes outside. But nothing happened. Finally I came back purchased new clothes, was late for conference for 2 hours. And in the Lunch time when I called, they said they are in meeting. How can you have such a apathy towards customer? Why can not someone come forward, and say that I will take care of your problem? Why no one is picking phone or if picking then transferring? I would like to claim compensation for this mental trauma with my bag.​

                                        My baggage, one black colour Delsey, did not arrive with the flight. You staff told me that it will come in Air Arebia approx 2:30 Morning 2nd June.

                                        I requested them to kindly confirm me, since I have a conference in the morning and all the cloths and shoes are in that bag.

                                        They provided me two numbers [protected]/ 39893333. These two numbers for lost bag service only work from 7 am to 10 pm.

                                        ​Why they have given me these number, when they know my position. I am staying in 351 Orchid Hotel, Domestic Airport. ​
