Hi,

I tried to book 2 tickets to mumbai on jet airways on 09th november. But after making the transaction, i have debitted amount from my bank but transaction has been failed and i didn get the ticket. When i contacted my bank customer care, i have been told that the amount has been credited to the jeewan jewel(intermediate trans gateway). I contacted jet airways thro mail many times also attached the transaction number and details but didn get proper response yet. When i contacted customer care first i was told that the amount will be credited in 3 days. But it has been already three days yet didn get any proper response.
How can we legally take actions on these irrresponsive airlines??

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to in form you that I am registering this complaint for my missing baggages from the Jet Airways flight which I borded from Delhi To Ranchi on 06.11.2010.
    On arriving Ranchi I discovered that my two baggages went missing and none of the JET STAFFS are ready to take the responsibility for the same.
    They are asking me to provide the CLAIM TAG whch I was never provided at the time of collected boarding passes in Delhi,without which they say they would not be able to trace the same.
    If that is the case then why was my luggage accepted for Baggage Checkin.I am a frequent flyer and just a day before I travelled from Bangalore to Delhi where no such formalities were followed..
    Why is there a change in procedures then at different locations.Rules should be standardised.
    Anyways i have attached the copy of my Tickets and Boarding passes along with the acknowledged copy of the complaint whuich i had registered at the Ranchi airport.


    Please assit me claiming the baggages.The description of the baggages is mentioned on the complaint letter.

      Hello,

      I am writing regarding this extremely unprofessional and uncaring attitude that I have recently come across from jet airways. Jet airways have been projecting itself as a luxury brand in India providing value to its customers.

      I have an international travel planned from Chennai to San Francisco via Kathy pacific on 11th of Nov, 2010. To reach Chennai I am taking a domestic Jet airways flight (9W2455, Airline Reference Number LCPIVK) from Kolkata to Chennai. I have traveled in a similar way before and always the luggage restrictions for the domestic travel were changed to meet the international limits. However, this time Jet airways said that there would be no extra allowance; it would just be 20 kilos.

      Kindly let me know what does Jet airways expect and international passenger to do - is one expected to always know in advance where one is going to be in India? Or not choose jet airways for domestic travel if they have an international travel planned? Airlines of the stature of Jet airways should understand that an international traveler to the US would not just carry 20 kilos of luggage.

      I am really disappointed with the response I have received from Jet; and this strengthens my resolve never to travel even again with your airlines.

        On 20/10/10, i was travelling to Bangalore via Kolkotta from Bagdogra by flight no S2 0364, jet lite till Kolkotta and thereafter to Bangalore by jet konnect flight no 9W 2481.
        it so happen that i have kept cash of Rs 14000/- in my brief case which was send as baggage. when i reached the Bangalore, i found that my baggage was tampered. i was shocked as nothing such ever happened before. when i checked inside my baggage, the cash was gone. Immediately inform the baggage service at the airport, wherein, i met Mr Ravi Kumar, the In-charge, ask and told him of my loses. in return, i was told that i am not suppose to carry cash in my baggage. the question is, Do they have right to Tamper with passenger baggage and steal the contents.??? i have send it as baggage, as i had full trust in the jetairway crew.. but it seems i was wrong. they were not even ready to help me find the missing cash. all they have said is they will investigate the case .....and nothing happened till date....
        i think the jet airway is no longer safe to travel with .

          This complaint is regard to the bad service and rude behavior of the Jet airlines staff at the Mumbai airport.

          It was yesterday - my parents were suppose to travel on the jet airways flight from Mumbai to Udaipur

          and as per the new 45 mins rule for to close the counter They were early and were issued a boarding pass.(which means they were on-time )

          Subsequently they moved to the security check-in.After passing thru the check-in they were way ahead than the prescribed time of 25 mins boarding gates closed rule.

          But since the last bus left early - they were not allowed to board the plane = citing the new rule (where it was still time)

          There were no announcements for the jet airways flight to move fast -
          nor did they call out my parent's name -
          nor did they send someone to the security check in counter to call for passengers for that particular flight to board the flight.

          Subsequently after pleading with them - they were rude and highly uncooperative.
          and they were forcing my parents to buy another high priced ticket for the next day

          And after complaining to the Guest relations officer - he's blaming my parents - for not being on time .

          This was the attitude of 03 people - which we had encountered in this event

          01 - at the airport reservation office
          02 - the call center executive that gave me the udaipur airports no. OR
          03 - the guest relations officer which blamed my parents - for not being on time - even after a boarding card has been issued

          I was on my honeymoon to Thailand and had booked my ticket about 1 month in advance. I requested for a Low Cholesterol meal when I collected for the ticket from their airport office. I also called the reservation team and confirmed the same. However, the meal was not available for all the 4 flights that I flew.

          Also, the airhostess shouted at the passengers when we reached Bangkok airport. This was by far the rudest thing that I ever heard from ANY educated person.

          Also, the crew kept trying to force me to have a Lactose-Intolerant meal saying that it was the same as a Low Cholesterol Meal (because they both fall under the diet category). The rice that I was served had a sharp metallic object which cut the back of my tongue. I couldn't even have spicy food in Thailand for few days!

          A new bag set which was gifted was manhandled. One of the bags was scraped very badly, and was torn. This was an American Tourister bag! The airport representative at Kolkata airport was snooty and was unwilling to assist in any way.

          After all the chaos that Jet caused, they had the gall to call me and say that I should fly with them again. They didn't apologise at all, and they expect people to fly!

            I have problem with Jet Airways and Suffering from last 10 days.I don't know how i can complaint and who will action on this, please advice what to do , the case is pasting below.

            Please update about my baggage as per below detail, still i didn't get any call or response from Jet Airways as i did all formalities accordingly.

            I was travling on Jet Airlines ticket from Warswa to udaipur below you can find the ticket detail.

            Flight delayed from Warsaw to Brussels , jet staff ( Brussels) confirm verbal that my baggage will be provided at my home with in next 24 hours , i trus and take flight from Brussels to new Delhi, I have to fly from New Delhi to Udaipur also with the same ticket. After reached Udaipur I gave baggae tags to Mr Himanshu ( Udaipur Daboke Airport) on 10th of oct 2010 at 7:30 Am

            Mr Himanshu said he will collect my baggage and take my home, after cross 24 hours i contacted jet airways Udaipur [protected] they said they mailed to delhi office and looking for progress. Next day i called again Udaipur Jet Airways they provide me Delhi Baggae numbers , i called Delhi they informed me such refrence

              Needless to mention that I am expecting never ending relationship with Jet Airways for all my business and personal travelling needs.

              Its very pathetic to note such idle/ nonresponsive behavior from Jet Airways officials. If I didn't get my request judiciously addressed by 04-Oct-10, I'll assume waiting for any response is wastage of time.

              This delay is only fading the Image and reputation of Jet airways I have day by day.

              In that situation I will prefer to go for cancellation of my travelling plan with Jet Airways. Not only that I'll try to avoid all future travelling with Jet Airways and request my management and colleague to do the same .

              One must note that It always take years to build the confidence but takes only few moment to loose the same.

              I have made a booking for round trip journey with PNR No-NNHKCON.

              Inadvertently the payment for the same was made in MYR(Malaysian Currency).

              I expect the payment to go in Indian Rupees. I had a talk with Jet Airways customer care in this regard and I am advised to contact web customer care.

              I understand payment of MYR 736 will result in INR 10500, however the fare in INR is only Rs 3082+Rs. 3332=Rs 6414/- and the same I am supposed to pay.

              I had a talk with my bank in this regard and I have been suggested that merchant can make a request to cancel the payment.

              What I expect from Jet Airways is that my travelling plan should be retained as it is but the payment for same should be charged in INR for Rs 6414/-.

              I have a good faith in Jet Airways and their value accordingly I expect you to do the needful and keep me informed.

                Sir I am a serving Officer in the Indian Air Force - Samir J Pendse. I was part of a team of 04 Officers travelling by Jet Airways from Hyderabad to Vadodara on 27 Sep 2010. The Flt Details were 9W 0460 from Hyderabad to Mumbai and onward 9W 0343 from Mumbai to Vadodara. The luggage was through checked under the name of Ashvini Chawla. On reciept of the luggage at Vadodara, my Suitcase (sky bag) was recieved in a tron state - it was evident that the tear was onroute because of the fabric getting stuck with some sharp object. I immediately brought this to the attention the Jet Airways ground handling staff available at Vadodara Airport Ms Diana. She admitted that the tear was enroute caused by some sharp object..she also contemplated .."Must have happened in Mumbai while transferring ..we will ask them to be careful in future". When questioned about how that would help me, she just shrugged and said that since it was only torn with no loss of luggage, its classified as "NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR" and the airline has no liability. She also added that I am free to quote her name inany complaint I would like to file with respect to the matter. I am enclosing the photographs of the said "Wear And Tear" affected luggage.

                it hppens to me also from delhi to dammam(saudi arabia) flight .i thought it was by chance but now i read many complaints regarding this issue jet airways should take proper action.

                  There has been a theft of Rs.60,000 cash along with Video camera (Rs. 22000) from my checked baggage. I travelled for an official visit to Nepal and cash was carried for settlement of lodging, food and other incidental expenses at Dharan, Nepal for myself and other official personnel that had travelled from San Fransisco. I carried 6 stacks of INR 100 currency notes as 500 and 1000 denominations notes are not allowed in Nepal.

                  The money was kept in HSBC bank envelope and travelled in my bag from Patna to Delhi on 12th September. I left my hotel in Delhi at 4.30 am on 13th September for my flight (Jet 9W-264) to Kathmandu(KTM). I reached terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport at 5.20 am and checked my bag as luggage (tag no. 08599W407729) and carried my laptop bag as hand baggage. The entire money (INR 60,000) and my personal video camera was kept inside my checked bag. A small lock also secured the bag.

                  The flight took off at 6.45 am and reached Kathmandu at 8 am. I picked my bag which apparently looked good with small lock in place.
                  As soon as I reached my hotel room at Kathmandu, I opened my bag and was shocked to see that all my toilet stuff was scattered in the bag. At that moment I realized that something has went wrong, as the valuables were missing from the bag(60,000 cash and my personal video camera). The clothes in which the envelope was wrapped were missing too.

                  Seemingly, someone very cleverly tampered with the lock of my bag and stole the money and camera from the bag. In fury, I immediately rushed to the Kathmandu airport to check with Jet officials. I talked to Jet officials on duty at the KTM airport and lodged a written complaint narrating the incidence, I retained a receiving copy of the same to follow up with Jet authorities. I followed up with jet officials in KTM again while returning back from Nepal. I was informed that the jet manager had been summoned for the same reason to Delhi and also learned that similar incidence of theft have been reported earlier on this route. I have been following up with other jet officials ([protected]@jetairways.com, [protected]@jetairways.com) from here in Patna also, but haven’ t heard anything so far from any one either from KTM or from jet offices.

                    I, prabjot singh arrived in kolkota airport on jetairyas flight No. 9W0065, seat No. 33E dt.[protected] from Bankok, and the crew members of the flights namly SINGH NEHA, LEPCHA ALISHA, RAJOSHREE BANERJEE, AND SINGH CHANALI one of the above had taken my hand carry bag with the assurance the above said hand carry bag will be return back at kolkota airport and on arrival I requested the ground staff for the above said hand carry but they refused the same and none of the ground staff of jetairways was registered my above said complaint and trace the hand carry bag, inview of the same I requested your goodself pls check the matter and take strong action against the crew members of the above jetairways staff, my comtact No. [protected]

                      seems viewing my today's experience, the jet airways persons sitting on the board are very good and time efficient. i got the ticket booked for the flight no. 9w2209 and observed a marvelous experience. i reached the airport at exactly 0620 and kept waiting in the queue for my turn to get the boarding pass. the executives were very busy spending the time talking with their colleagues while attending customers. so the passengers had to wait for executive’s valuable meet and when the time came to meet, sorry it was too late of course they write one or two minutes more making excuse that customer is late. what a beautiful experience. the flight was late today for 5 minutes as checked from your website. Is there no duty for the executives to check and help the customers who have reached there in time and are waiting in a que? does the 5 minutes matter a most even when the flight was late 5 minutes? does a customer (who's time is not precious as observed today) is late has to suffer for the delays and cancellation penalties but as per your executives your time is very precious and experience indicates its punctuality? If so I am unable to understand why the customer prefers flight for a station like aurangabad when he has to spend so much time and penalties. Getting the schedule changed in flight results loss of time approx a whole day, loss of money for each transaction, penalties and unnecessary fatigue to customers only. Still Our jet airways is great.

                        Hi,
                        This is to bring to you notice about the pathetic experience while flying JET AIRWAYS on 3rd sept 2010 by flight 9W 0312 from DELHI to MUMBAI scheduled to depart at 20:35 pm

                        Let me start from the check in counter .....I went on to the normal counter and stood in the queue and after 15 mins i was informed that the counter is closed and you should check in at the back counter and so i moved from there to the another counter and there i stood in the queue again for the check in. Once i reached the check in counter the executive was quite rude and when i informed her that why is the service levels of JET AIRWAYS degraded over the period of time ...and she just giggled leading to further embarrassment ? asked her to put a priority tag and fragile tag on my baggage and she rude said that this facility is only for privilege customers only ...however i would like to inform you that other airlines do put this priority tag for all customers who request for the priority tag and not for some set customers ? i believe we are paying the same amount to fly as that of a privileged customer ? on further request she put a fragile tag on my baggage as i insisted to put it ?

                        Also we were not informed that the flight is delayed by 15 mins which we came to know once we were inside the departure area however other airlines informs the customers politely right at the time of check in counter ? as per the display the flight was reschedule at 20:50 pm

                        Once inside the departure lounge we waited patiently for the announcement for boarding..... as per normal process the boarding announcement is done almost 30 mins in advance from the departure time however when it was on 15 mins left and there was no announcement for boarding, i decided to move towards the boarding gate and to my disarray the passengers of this flight were already standing to board the flight however there was no JET ARIWAYS staff to assist the passengers and keep them updated about the delay ? at around 20:51 pm finally the boarding started with the staff body language was absolutely bad.

                        Once on flight we all settled down and now the wait started for the flight to take off however there was another wait .... to add further, the AIR CONDITIONING was not cooling at all and passengers were very uncomfortable and slight sweating ...... ONE OF THE REPUTED AIRLINES IN THE COUNTRY WITH SUCH DISASTROUS AIRBUS CONDITION WITH AIR – CONDITIONING NOT COOLING .... BAD GROUND STAFF ?

                        I would like to also bring to your notice that there were 3 JET FLIGHTS which got cancelled on that evening ( approx timing as i don’t remember the exact time: jet flight at 18:45 pm, jet connect 19:20 pm & jet airways 21:45pm) and it all passengers from these flights were accommodated in this flights ? the flight was purposely delayed later to 9 pm just to accommodate the 2145 pm cancelled flight ?

                        The flight got delayed by almost 90 mins and impatiently all passengers were waiting for the flight to land and the end of this pathetic ... absolutely pathetic trip to get over however this was not the end of it ...... there was more to come from this biggest domestic airline company in INDIA ?

                        After the landing we all moved to the arrival lounge to pick our luggage and after waiting for 15 mins ....finally the luggage started coming ? after few baggage ....which all had a priority tag ...the luggage stopped coming and we were all waiting in frustration in the mid night to take our baggage and move to our destination however nothing seems working .... we all were stranded at the arrival lounge waiting for our baggage .... in the mean time we also saw the entire flight crew leaving and the only few o[censored]s were still waiting .... even there was no ground staff around to inform us what was going on .... after some 15 mins a guy came informing why our baggage didn’t come however there was a vague reply which no one actually believed as there were already few baggage arrived and the balance was still on the way ? he said to wait for 5 mins however we had to actually wait for more then 15 mins before the baggage started coming ? once the bag was received there was one customer screaming as her baggage was damaged and seems dragged on floor with all dirt on top of the baggage ....on hearing this i did check my baggae and to my surprise the fragile tag put on the baggage was missing and the bag was not handle as it was supposed to be ? once i reached home my electric kettle in the bag was damaged and i had to discard it ?

                        I work for an hospitality industry and deals with customers everyday and we take all care to ensure our customers are happy and retained with the organisation as these are the customers who helps the company grows .....it seems JET AIRWAYS IS NOT AT ALL BOTHERED TO GROW ??? In the recent past JET AIRWAYS had been in news for all bad reasons in terms of the way they are operating their business?
                        I would definitely not like to engage myself with a company where CUSTOMERS ARE TAKEN FOR GRANTED and the employee of the company seems to be so uncustomer oriented ....handly customers in rude/unhelpful manners ?

                        I would definitely share this experience with all my friends , collegues, on blogs, and also to an extent mail this to news papers and media channels also if the company do not take appropriate action on this ?

                        I would like to file an official complaint for the bad service and treatment received from a reputed AIRLINE in the country ? why do we as customer had to bear so much for travelling with JET AIRWAYS ? what is the company gonna do for us who had gone with such horrible experience on 3rd sept 2010 flying with JET AIRWAYS 9W 0312 FROM DELHI TO MUMBAI AT 20:35 PM ?

                        I HAVE ALREADY LOGGED AN OFFICAL COMPLAINT ON MAIL HOWEVER HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM ..... I'M PLANNING TO SEND A LEGAL NOTICE TO JET AIRWAYS TAKING THEM TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

                        Jet AIrways (Delhi Ground Crew) — Pathetic Service and Manner

                        On Sat 24 Oct 2011, the four o[censored]s reached Indira Gandhi Airport 2.45 hours prior to our flight time on jet Airways due to depart at 12:15 pm from Delhi to Bangkok. Upon reaching we had to wait in an hour long queue. Later, the same thing happened at the Passport Control and then again at the Security Control. While we were waiting long hours in the queue, we heard other airlines announcing passenger/flight names, so that they could speed up the process to help passengers catch the flight. Unfortunately, we had no one looking for us although it had already been more than an hour since we had checked in. By the time we cleared the formalities it was already 12:08 pm! We rushed to gate 6 and reached there exactly at 12:13 to surprisingly find no Jet airways staff at the gate. So, we thought to wait. At 12:17 we re-checked and alarmingly, found the whole team at gate 8. Upon questioning them, they said that the flight had already taken off and they had also delayed the flight for us by 10 minutes (according to the boarding pass the scheduled departure time was 12:15 and even if they had waited for another 10 minutes, logically, the flight wasn’t supposed to depart till 12:25! Then, why and how did the flight take off before 12:17!) When we were informed of this, instead of trying to help us out, and help us book for the next flight, one of the Jet airways female ground staff literally began shouting angrily at us because we were late! She was very rude and ill-mannered. Without any enquiry or investigation, they listed us as ‘no shows’ (Although, having reached the airport 2.45 hrs before flight time!). We said ‘this is not right and we would like to talk to the senior duty manager or the customer service manager of Jet Airways. One of the other staff, Mr.Vijay Dhania (Senior Customer Service Officer) retaliated with great pride and ego, saying ‘do whatever you can! You want to complain, as if we care!” In reply we said, “we’ll do all we can to let others know about your service.” He laughed and irresponsibly said “Mam, I don’t care about the company’s reputation, do as you like!” He said this is in front of his crew (2 male and four female staff representatives) and all stood silent! Some people/companies think they’re too big, powerful and way above a consumer’s power. I believe in the philosophy ‘size doesn’t matter!’ I’ve worked in quality service companies too, and we always respected our customers and listened to them. Companies need to help (where possible) and try to understand the customer’s situation/problem or at least pretend to! We were also informed by an airport officer that they had been loads of complaints from Jet Airways customers earlier. If you too have been a victim of Jet Airways services then please share your experience(s) via your convenient public communication mediums (online blogs, newspapers, e-mails etc) to help others make the right choice. I hope the readers of this event reconsider their continuation with Jet Airways services. I hope no passenger experiences such unprofessional and poor customer service, gets insulted outright by Jet Airways’ staff and faces the same problems that we did. The main purpose of sharing this experience is to create awareness for passenger’s using Jet Airway’s services hoping that a top management well-wisher of Jet Airways reads this story and reacts for the betterment of the company.

                          hi,
                          i have travelled in jetlite on 2nd may2010 from Newdelhi to bangalore with flight numS2 235. my e ticket no is ETKT[protected].I need mail confirmation that i have travelled in that flight.i need to show that mail to my office.since i hav losted my bording pass.this is a urgent issue in my case since the etkt has been done by the company now they want to confirmed that i have travelled .i have mailed many times to jetlite in [protected]@jetlite.com
                          but is same ans i get we will revert shotly.
                          I keep on saying them its urjent for my case but they are showing least intersete.Seems i did really wrong in travelling in jetlite. Can anybody help me in this situation.And can suggest me some way out.

                            Text of the complaint lodged with Jet Airways on 16th July, 2010


                            Dear --------?

                            Let me narrate the incident and treatment meted out to me today at Domestic terminal. I was carrying original Ticket no. 9W/ETKT 589 [protected] for a Kolkata flight vide Flight No. 9 W 7095 scheduled to depart at 6.15am. I checked in at Airlines counter around 5.20 am and I was roaming around inside waiting lounge. Boarding pass was mentioning reporting at gate 11 at 5.45am. I was monitoring flight information at display screens also. I didn't find any mention of my flight no. at display screens. Around 5.40, when I was about to get down the escalator for gate 11, I heard an announcement for final call addressed to me and within two minutes, I reported at gate 11, but to sheer astonishment at bewilderment to me, your support ground staff didn't entertain my request to accommodate me in the flight and sent me to counter 11 for any sort of complain/ redressal of my grievance. Finding huge cue of passengers at Counter 1, I tried to put up my matter to a lady sitting right to counter 1. She simply advised me to go to ticketing counter and get a new ticket for next flight. I didn't understand the meaning of getting new ticket and I approached at ticketing counter to accommodate myself in next flight to Kolkata. At ticketing counter, i was told that since I have missed my flight, I will have to pay 1750 inclusive of penalty of 1000. Unsatisfied with the demand, I again came back to that lady beside counter 1 to lodge my complain. She refused to hear anything and told me that it is Airlines policy like that and I will have to buy fresh ticket.

                            Although unconvinced and unsatisfied, I went for buying a ticket for my destination at different ticketing counter than the last counter where IU was told to pay Rs.1750.

                            Again, another surprise and bewilderment was in store for me, that counter girl issued the ticket for next flight with ticket no.[protected] without collecting any amount from me.

                            Thereafter, I approached the same lady beside counter 1 to again lodge my complain of differential treatment within ten minute. She flatly refused to hear me by saying that she cann't comment on the behaviour of another staff.

                            I asked for complain register, I was forced to wait for another 15-20 minutes, that lady left the counter, i chased her at another counter and after much protest, I got a complain form( Not a complain register).

                            Fearing that manually written complain will be torn by them, I am writing this mail to you to look into the whimsical attitude and response of your ground handling staffs.

                            In the meantime, I missed my professional assignment at Kolkata at 10 am for which I was to get 50000 as lecturer fees in a seminar. That seminar has been postponed for tomorrow and I will need another night stay at Kolkata with additional expnenses of lodging and boarding plus entailing a day's professional opportinity loss as well as discredit to my profressionalism in my community for getting this seminar postponed.

                              I have the honour to state that on 13th may i have cancelled my air ticket of jet lite, travelling date on 21st may.                               Jet Lite — Refund of Cancelled Amount

                              I had booked a ticket through Credit Card in my fathers name in Jetlite and the ticket was cancelled on 6th Dec 2008 at Domestic Airport, Delhi in Jet Lite Office. So far, the refund amount has not been credited to my credit card account.I am paying interest on the booking amount. I have already talked to Jetlite Call Centre and have already sent number of mails to Jet lite ([protected]@jetlite.com) . The Call Centre informed me that the amount will be credited in my account within 48 hours. So far they have not done anything.The details about the Ticket is given below:

                                My relatives travelled from Agartala to Chennai through Jet Airways on 25th of June. On their arrival at Chennai airport they were informed that their baggage were left in Kolkata. On 26th June 4.30 AM when the baggage were delivered to my home (at 6/7 Indira nagar, Adyar, Chennai) we found two of them were damaged. The baggage team repaired one baggage and replaced another one in two days.

                                Unfortunately we had one wrist watch and a pair of chappal in the side zip of the damaged baggage that went missing.

                                I had been writing to Jet Airways from that day but finally the airlines rejected to pay me for my lost goods.

                                I need your kind help on this issue and still hope to get a payment for my lost goods.

                                Thank you for investigating this matter.

                                I have few questions for you if you could kindly attend.

                                1. Do you mean to say I should have carried the chappal in my hand baggage? Then that way I have to carry everything in my hand baggage? Don't you provide any security to my check-in beggage?

                                2. Noone in the airport told me to list out the things that are there in my check-in beggage. If this is an airline rule then why did your official let me violate it? Why did not your officials ask me at the Kolkata airport to list out the things in my check-in beggage?

                                3. Our beggages were not delivered at the time we landed in Chennai airport. Your airways didn't even bring my beggages from Kolkata. The beggages were delivered to my home next morning at 4.30 AM in damaged condition. I immediately informed your office. What is the airline rule that I would have followed at morning 4.30 AM?

                                I look forward to your reply to the above and to be very clear I want a payment for the goods I have lost travelling your airline.

                                Please let me know how can I get a refund for my lost goods.

                                Mr. Rishi, however, I would like to share with you certain procedures, which are required to be followed in the event there is any damage or pilferage to passenger’s baggage. As per airline rules, passenger are requested to carry their valuables in their hand baggage or incase it is carried as check-in baggage the same has to be declared during check-in and payment of valuation charges has to be made.

                                May I request you view the above incident in isolation and not representative of our services .

                                In any event, we have shared your feedback with the concerned departments, in our own interests to avoid recurrence of such an instance in future.

                                Unfortunately we had one wrist watchand a pair of chappal in the side zip of the damaged baggage that went missing. On speaking to the person (I apologize not to remember his name) who delivered the repaired baggage to my home; I was informed that his service limitations are sealed only till replacing the damaged baggage, but not to return the lost materials. He asked me to contact you on the number[protected].


                                I had been trying this number last few days. The phone is ringing but no one is attending to the call. On talking to your customer care dept. today they advised me to write to you.

                                I request you to first acknowledge the receipt of this email so that I am informed that Jet Airways is listening to me. You can call me anytime on[protected].

                                I would have not disturbed you for the lost wrist watch and the chappal if they were of little cost. It was a Timex watch and a pair of Nike chappal which cost bit high (for me).

                                I would be grateful if you could look into this and help me getting back my lost things or pay me back so that I can buy new ones.

                                Jet Airways — Loss of goods

                                Loss of Green Emerald (Silver Ring) on Flight 9W 255 dated 2nd June from Colombo to Mumbai .

                                  I was doing flight ticket booked through net banking from union Bank of india on 30 june 2010 at 5:07:55 pm From Bengaluru (BLR) to Indore (IDR) for 1st july and Flight no is 9W 2303 & 9W 2402.
                                  in Jet Airways Konnect, Operated by Jet Airways.but my ticket has not done due to server failure & my amount Rs. 6571 has deducted from my account.

                                  In first Attempt due to server problem my e-Ticket has not been issued but my bank account of rupess 6571 /-is debited and i have not get any PNR number at 5:07:PM.My Transaction Id is ePay/JET AIRWAYS/1657178. MY Transaction ID is S18333234.



                                  I have already said that my amount is debited two times in jet airways but i have done only one ticket.



                                  And second time my account is again debited of Rs. 6571/- then my ticket was done Of PNR number-DDTFUW. The Transaction ID for this Ticket is S18405738.

                                  My amount doesnot refund this company within 48 hours. Can you help me how will I take my refund money.

                                  now i am sick of asking for my money back in info @jetairways.com.

                                  Jet Airways — return back of my transction money

                                  This to complain regarding my money transfer which has not happened till now. I have booked air ticket from JET AIRWAY bangalore counter on 28th of december 2009 in evening time 6'O clock around, by mistake the girl sitting over there she has booked a wrong ticket and i have paid by my canara bank debit card, after that when i told her to correct the same she has voided the transection and she has commited that it will get refund in 24 hours but it dosnt happend so, after contacting your costomer support department on phone they told me that it will get refund with in 4 days, but now its 50 days over , still no processing is there and JET AIRWAYS costomer support department is not replying nicely towards this complain, as the fault is from their representative sitting over there, then too i have suffered for 50 days, and still suffering with the same. Please look after this as an urgent issue, it will be helpfull.
                                  For ur information i am giving the details of that transection :

                                    This to inform you that I had bought ticket for Jet Ariways from Yanbu, Saudi Arabia through travel agent Al-Tayyar. I could not travel because of personal reasons, therefore I got the ticket cancelled which was once postponded & later cancelled for refund. The ticket was issued directly by JET Airways, the PNR nos. are as under:

                                    Till date I have not received my refund, as per Travel Agent the Jet Airways have to authorize the refund order, but till date they have not done.

                                    Request you to check on this issue.

                                    Now this is more than 3.5 months I have not received my refund.

                                    THIS TO INFORM YOUR THAT THERE ARE HUNDEREDS OF COMPLAINT AGAINST JET AIRWAYS FOR NON-REFUND AGAINST CANCELLATION OF TICKETS, KINDLY TREAT THEM A LESSON.

                                      i travelled by jetlite flight no s2 108 from mumbai to delhi on 12th june and they have stolen my luggage and now they are not giving me back i had call then 100times bt they dont reply it contains my lot things now i can surely say this airlines is fake and chor i will complaint against them to mumbai police and consumer court too

                                      Jetlite airlines — Harrasment by jetlite airlines authority

                                      Jetlite flight cancelled on 12th of Feb 2009 from dibrugarh to delhi and due to cancellation of the flight it was informed that 13th february 2009 resheduled dibrugarh-kolkata-delhi.But it takes about 14 hours to reach delhi and luggage was not reached from kolkata, for which a great suffering was takes place.And hence I want compensation for such harrasment.

                                      Jetlite airlines — damage to my luggage

                                      I was travelling from Bangalore to New Delhi in the month of May 2009 . while collecting my baggage i foung that my Aristocrat suitcase had broken. I complaint to the authorities to which they responded by taking my baggage for scrutiny. After 100s of phone calls and threats to approach consumer court I was given a replacement for my Aristocrat bag. However the changed bag is the most basic model costing around 2300/- whereas my model was for 4700/-. I have stopped travelling from jetlite flight eversince and have persuaded around 50 freinds and relatives of mine to do the same.

                                      Jetlite airlines — Cheating-Amount Charged More than MRP

                                      Hi,

                                      This to bring to your notice that i was travelling from Bangalore to Delhi on 1st April'10 thru Jetlite flight and i was charged Rs. 50 for Delmote juice can which was bearing a MRP of Rs.40 only. I was forced to pay Rs. 50 as per the menu card (more than the MRP of the product) though i tried to to explain to the cabin crew that if you are charging Rs. 50 than you should give me a product of the same MRP but i was denied upfront.

                                      I submitted a written complain to which i recd a reply through email on 20th April'10 (after 20 days) that they were correct in charging Rs.50 for Delmonte juice saying that i was charged correctly as per menu. When i provide them the information that charging more than MRP is illegal they are now saying that all the products on Jetlite has been made MRP comliant but are not accepting that i was charged more.I am being forced to take a legal action against them.

                                        Hello everybody,
                                        I have had very bad experience with Jet airlines today 9th June 2010. I had tickets booked for my wife and one yr old daughter for Indore to Delhi and rescheduled it for four weeks after (for today) over phone with some call-centre associate. She postponed ticket and told me 700 Rs. charges for change and whatever price difference.When I asked her what are the price difference she said, she will not be able to tell, only airport counter will tell you at departure time. I checked online on website and ticket amount for 9th June was even lesser than what i paid for actually. I didn't worry about price difference, and let my wife and daughter to reach at airport today early morning.
                                        Airport counter claimed 5000 Rs. price difference on top of 700 Rs. change fee. When asked about reason, he said call center girl has booked "higher" class ticket this time which obviously has higher fare.
                                        It was very disappointing to pay 8000 Rs. for a one month pre-booked ticket (which was ~3000 Rs. over website at that time).
                                        Worst part is why call centre associate kept us in dark, and let us face this trauma for last minute. Me and my family are so pissed of on Jet airways that we decided never to travel again with them. Period.
