Ltd. I would like to help in solving your problem. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][pr...⇄ After this mail i sent a detailed mail to him, after a day he called me and spoke regarding the worst service and wrong information provided by Mr.Narendra Babu [Marketing Executive] from Just Dial, Chennai. After 5 to 10 mins he gave the assurance that the problem will be solved. and also he mentioned that Customer Support Head from Chennai will call you regarding the same, but still now no calls from Just Dial regarding the issue. Just Dial calling customer only to get MONEY, once they got it, they are not taking care about the worst service provided by them. Was this information helpful? | |

hi I am dr. vikas from new delhi. Just dial cheated me in the same manner like you and they made me signed ECS document without telling me . i was shocked when i collected my bank statement after 5 months. i had lost around 10000 rupees. I want to know whether you complain somewhere or taken some legal action against them. They are cheating thousands of people like us without any action against them. Kindly let me know.

Just dial made me signed ECS document without informing about the 9 month locking period . I was not satisfied with the services. I had called them many times but was of no use.Finally I wanted to stop the service.I send them a mail regarding this. No reply from them.I was shocked when i collected my bank statements.I called cust representative. Finally the cust rep head said that the the transaction could not be stopped for nine months.

Dear sir, I m aijaz shaikh from indore I m registered my firm tunmarg aircon in just dial & I renewal my contract for next year through telephonic communication with mr. Ashish gunjal on 29 oct 2012 and adding few categories(industrial a.C repair & services, amc, dealer, a.C part dealers, a.C amc all categories, a.C accessories dealer, water cooler & heater repair(geyser), microwave, central a.C al categories, split a.C dealer, etc )with platinum position in my listening.He told me all categories add in two days but categories are not updated & he did not give me a invoice also after that mr. Ashish gunjal is not receiving my call from last one month on this no.[protected] & on customer care no. Also not give me a resolution. Kindly give me a solution of this problem as soon as possible. Dear sir, our contract register for platinum & some diamond position for Nasik, register name are TS Travels. When I renew our contract 2nd time, a category which have maximum leads are not update, so I communicate with Mr. Sagar Lodha who is company representative in Nasik and also he renew our contract. He told me all category are update after posting your payment, so I make all payment, also I renew our contract before 2 months. But no category are updaits. Then at that time I communicated with customers support and speak with Mr. Kishore Dalavi, he investigation our case & reply me also marketing executive Namrata Thakur to update all our category immediate. But right now no category are update, also Mr.Sagar Lodha doesn't receive our call. Kindly please give me solution of this problem. Because no one can get proper response to me and Justdial sold our category illegally.

First I had to keep calling them literally for 20 days for being listed; and after listing I found my company's name somewhere on the bottom of the page without any highlights.
When asked about it, there is no proper respose.
I don not know how to go about it. I want to sue them. Anybody pls. tell me how.
