I had Registered with just dial Services Chennai.I agreed to pay for 3 months only as per telephonic conversation with justdial telecaller Mr.Sirajudin and paid Rs.1655 by cheque for three months given to Just Dial Manager on 11/08/2011.After Just Dial Manager asked me to sign the ECS form and told me if your are not satisfied we can cancel your CONTRACT AND STOP MY ECS with in a month.

AFTER A MONTH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH JUST DIAL SERVICES AND VISITED THIER OFFICE ON 09/09/2011 BECASUSE OF I AM NOT GET ANY BUSINESS LEADS AND ASK THEM TO STOP MY CONTRACT AND ECS.BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME AND THEY DO NOT STOP MY ECS AND HARASS ME..THEY TOOK LEGAL, IF I NOT PAID THE ECS.i am also mailed the above issue to [protected]@justdial.com and there is no positive reponse..KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO STOP MY ECS IMMEDIATELY

Dear Sir,
I wish to state that a person called Mr. Rajesh from just dial and introduced himself as telemarketer from just dial.
He called me several times and on 30th of April he called me and said that just dial is offering 50% discount for the existing customers. If I book the same day I will get 50% discount. That means I will be listed in Rs. 30,000 package and I have to pay only 15,000/-+ Tax
Then he sends a person called Thyagarajan. He also confirmed that just dial is offering 30,000/- listing at 50% Discount. I also enquired several times regarding this. And he stated its one day special offer and he written that in the form itself. And he also promised I will get around 10 to 15 calls per day.
I paid him the initial Amount by Cheque, and also signed the agreement.

But after when I asked about the package Miss Malini also Miss. Razia (ext. no 2068 & 2066) informed me that I am in 15,000/- package. And they said that they will enquire and inform me. Now I am getting only 4 calls per day. When I stated above facts both of them assured me that they will enquire and
Inform me. But even after one month there was no response on just dial side.
i met the chennai VP Mr. sultan.
he admited the mistake and assured me that he will rectify the error with in 24 hours.
but even after 4 months and several remainder letters i not even received any letters or calls from them. they are here to cheat us and earn mony. it is run by cheaters who escape the law by providing contarect to big acters. i ask my freinds no to deal with them anymore. they cheat you by providing wrong and false leads created by their own people. they use us to get business from others. this type of companies are worse then pickpacketors and highway robbers, and false chit fund componies. they cheat you with high class accent and money power. and to protect them they keep high profile lawyers with them. only we people by refusing their service we can punish them.

I am an ex employee of Just Dial who worked there for 4.5 years, I have applied for PF on Feb of 2010 and since then i haven't received the PF , the HR team is least bothered to look in to these things as there are hundreds of ex employees who haven't received their PF amount yet.And the more you try to call the HR team , the more it avoids you.And the company also sucks as they have no concerns on employees and are keen only on registering new companies and cheating them.This is seriously a very big concern and the ex employees have to take this concern up.

We are a consulting company. We had discussion with Just Dial Kolkata branch about our business promotion several times. Atlast we decided to go for their services and immediately we transferred the payment as per their Quotation and also we submitted all required documents on the same day - by 15th July. Payment was cleared on 26th July from our account.

It was committed by the Just Dial Kolkata Team that our business will be promoted in next 15- 20 days maximum time and also their contract/ agreement says about launching the service within approx 16 days.

Now, we are on 2nd Sep'2011. Yet, our none of the service listing is promoted by them. Because of them we are having great loss of business as we could not get promoted and and referred business by them. It is delayed by 1 month. Any one can justify how much loss in our business we had in last one month time because of only Just Dial services.
Over and all, they never called up us to update the status even not for their queries, we were after them to know the updates also what query they do have and accordingly sending them all details.
Now they are not attending our calls for a week period. Also if we are asking for their seniors contacts- they denied. We are really dissatisfied on they this type o[censored]nprofessional service quality.
Even we have posted complaint to their Mumbai division- but still their is no action taken from their side.

We are registered with this organization for getting of Marriage & catering service leads. we have booked with this organization in the High package of combo pack. Now we have booked for Rs. 1,20,000/- per year package. As they have promised while on the booking they will send minimum of 20 leads in a day. whereas they use to send non-related leads and they them self make the numbers of customers and send to us. We have several times informed to their office by way of mail also over the phone. There is no steps has been taken from the Just dial.com organization. They themselves made the internal competition between the caterers in the market. Please note that this type of very very poor service has done by this organization. Because of this company the caterers name in the market has been dropped drasticaly.
Please take necessary action against this organization.

just dial is askking for the service lead for platinum high preernce second dimond third gold fourth combo so we provide leads detail only 7 companys but he's giving 20 companys so get it the leads is very difficukty so dont go the just dial

so do not hit the ecs to this account .. i gave you cancel cheque for
the ECS purpose after one week...

then this is not my account..then how just dial hit the ECS on this account.
i am again and calling just dial from may 2011. but no one from just dial pick my phone. Manager miss clensy is a hopeless.. she did't pick my phone..she was done duplicate sign of my wife...

After that hectic experience i am not interested to continue any
relation with just dial...So i inform them via email that kindly stop the future ecs from this Bank of maharastra Acoount....and also terminate the account "namely DIKSHA PROPERTIES "

But after that again ECS hit on 11th june 26th july 2011 just dial hit the ecs....
i am very much trusted from just dial.
please help me on that.

Indian Inbound Travel Company today at 2:00 pm i receive a call from JUST DIAL. i pic the phone 1 girl was on the phone i forget her name. she told me that JUST DIAL is an leading company having lots of paid customer in Travel. we are giving clients his. i asked some Question to her. i asked how much clients you will give us in a day or month she replied me that we could not tell about it means we don't know we will give you 5 per day 20 in a month. but before a mint ago she told that we have 30,000 daily Inquiry about tour operator. then i ask some more question i think she wasn't able to answer my question. after all sudenly she said that (sir apke baski nahi hai aap rehne do ) it means i am not able to purchase their plans i was just waiting her time that was her means. then she disconnect the phone. i don't know her name. i an very dissatisfy from JUST DIAL Representative. She Do misbehaving With me..

Please take Some needful action to make sure the things go fine

All persons currently aspiring to join the cheats named just dial as RESELLERS and the people newly joined just dial through out the country as resellers should be beware of this fraud network.
Once the reseller registers with these fraudsters, he hardly gets paid once or twice, i.e., just for a couple of months; then with a huge amount of work done the so called company named just dial does not bother to give any more payments for the work of the resellers.
One VERY IMPORTANT point to be mentioned here is that these buggers pay for your work after 3 months. When you receive the second payment you have actually worked for 5 months. I ll explain this once more .
Suppose one joins Just Dial in January 20xx. He receives the Payment for the month of January on March last week or April.
He will receive the payment of February (Same year as above) on may be first week of May.
For the payment of the month of March, Just dial will send a mail apologizing for a little delay in payment. SO THE RESELLER WORKS TILL JUNE. Next Just dial gives a very stupid excuse and says the amount payable for March to be INR 0.00 (Unbeleivable after that hard work). Therafter no payments from just dial will be made.

SO YOU WORK FOR SIX MONTHS AND GET PAID FOR TWO Months (That too very low amonts ... no body gets 50000 as payment, as these cheaters demand in their ads); MOREOVER YOU LOOSE THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED FOR REGISTRATION.

RESULTANT : MAYBE YOU'LL receive the amount of your registration back as payment of two months and never any payment thereafter. SO JUSTDIAL GETS YOUR HARD WORK FOR 6 MONTHS ABSOLUTELY FREE ! ! ! !

BRAVO V.S.S. Mani !! BRAVO!!!
If this is the technique of earning money by cheating common man; Just dail will soon GET WASTED AND DISCARDED BY COMMON MAN ....

I am R. Jeyarethna Seelan My Reseller ID Number R[protected] in Justdial Reseller Program. When I registered in this company justdial reseller program from the first day onward's i faced problems.
After Dispatched the application and payments they keep quit and not not activated my a/c and not released password.
After made several phone calls to their Coimbatore Branch Office one fine morning one lady Ms. Jency called me over phone and give some suggestions then no effective steps taken. After a big fight they activated my a/c.
With Lot of hope i worked in this reseller program. but they give wrong Audit reports (No detailed Report) then i shouted after that they release Rs-1018/- then next month Rs-8386/- After that all monthly audit reports saying Payment not eligible due to accuracy %
But they never give details rejected data reports.
They never provide details reports and cheating the innocent candidates.

We run a small tutors bureau and are registered with Just Dial as a paid customer.
The revenue we pay them is a large amount of Rs 40000 annualy.
Last year we enrolled our sel[censored]nder the category of smart listing, revenue Rs 12000 anually and used to get approximately 5-6 leads daily.
JustDial sales people suggested us to upgrade our package and told that we should expect 3 tmes the number of leads.

THE ISSUE IS THAT INSPITE OF GIVING JUSTDIAL A SUM OF RS 40000 I GENERALLY GET ONE LEAD DAILY AND A MAX OF TWO LEADS SOMETIMES.THE QUALITY OF THE LEADS IS HIGHLY POOR.

INSPITE OF NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR SERVICE.INSTEAD THEY ASK ME TO UPGRADE MY PACKAGE EVEN FURTHER.

IF I TELL THEM TO STOP MY SERVICES THE TELL ME THAT I HAVE A CONTRACT OF 1 YR WITH THEM.

WHY SHOULD I CONTINUE TO PAY THEM MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT SERVING ME PROPERLY.

JustDial is not serving up to its reputation.

I've been cheated by Just Dial, while signing the contract their BDE Mr. Vishal & Priyanka told us that will get all categories for our business after paying money now they are telling that i will only get 1 category and if i want another I've to remove previous. when i complain about falls commitment to their customer care they told me to send the proof when i sent the scanned copy of the contract, i got reply they (Vishal & Priyanka) have promised not we.

Now i wanted to discontinue my contract but they are telling you have to bear this for a whole year and i can not terminate as its an annual contract.

please help to resolve this i don't want any refund but not willing to pay more money for their lies.

i had an account with just dial for one year which expired last year.After that i registered a new plan with them in the name of my company.
The issue is that they started charging me through two different ECS for double accounts that too in the same name.Their executives activated two accounts in one name under fraud activity to increase there revenue generation and i being the customer has been made a fool out of it.
KINDLY GUIDE WHAT IS TO BE DONE...

I am having a reseller Plan of Just dial By which they did fraud with me as i paid 5000rs for that but in return i am not getting any benifit as no response .

They people are very clevar when it comes consumer benifit .They simply take 5000rs and make you fool By saying that you can earn upto 50000rs either u r a student or working .They are real fraud and nothing .
They rejected my data and answered as duplicate & wrong number & ruined my all hardwork .

I would advise you all that do not waste your 5k In this non productive work as u r not gonna to get any balance .They will make you foool .Very simple how can they give you upto 50k in re
gisteraton of 5000rs ,they Proved that they are fraud only

Utilise your 5k somewhere else so that you would not feel bad as i am .

I have taken Lead based service from Justdial in the month of August 2010. At the time of taking services I was explained that I have to pay 3 Months Installment as deposit and ECS will continue for 9 Months. I was also explained that I can stop my ECS anytime and from there money deposited for 3 Months will continue. That means ECS can be stopped by providing 3 Months time.
As I was not happy with there service; I told many times to stop ECS but customer care explained that once ECS is stared, it can be stopped only at the completion of term.
So I had to wait till May 2011. In 27 April, I made a call to customer care and said to stop my ECS as term is being complete on May 2011.
I again called them on 11 June 2011 just for confirmation that my ECS has been stopped or not? They said it has not been stopped but they have taken my request and Money for June will not get deducted.
Today 21st June I checked my account and again amount was deducted for June month.
When I called customer care, they said now it has been stopped, but they don't have any genuine reason why one month extra amount has been deducted.
I want refund of that money, please help...

i had taken a contract inspite of my friends telling me not to fall into this trap.
the contract was taken in june after having a talk with a senior executive by name Hiral and her deputy miss madhuri.We had specified it very clearly that we would want the contract to start from september and not from july......also further ecs of remaining cheques would be cleared only if we are satisfied with the services....
We both are professional.....(doctors...am a physiotherapist and he is a dentist)....the girl named madhuri was very sweet and accepted everything what we said and we got that in writing also .
NOW the trouble started.....my spouse started receiving leads out of no where regarding orthopaedic doctors pediatricians and all other feilds except the feild in which we were actually. before we could know the contract was already started with the address of my clinic......number of my spouse and a totally different category.when we called up just dail and asked to speak to madhuri they said she was having her lunch and i hav to speak to a new executive.When we asked for hiral they said she was not keeing well and hence could not come on the phone.Helpless we had to narrate everything to a new exeutive who promised to revert back in 48 hrs....
No reply after 48 hrs ,started our second round of harrasment as we tried to get trough miss madhuri and hiral none of which were available ofcourse and explained everything to santosh who was according to him the senior most executive .Still nutthing worked out and everytime we had to speak to a new executive who in turn would come after a long waiting tone....narrate the entire ramayan to him and he would ask for 48 hrs and no one would revert back.
i must hav spoken to 10 excecutives then finally a new girl by the name deepa acharya came in the light and told me that she would be the best person to speak to in this matter and finally even she listened to my ramayan .she told me to write mails to her email id as well as email id of just dail mumbai as if it was my mistake that the contract started at the wrong time with the wrong details.finally she also told me that she would solve the problem in 2 working days with an assurance that i dun hav to call back again(since i already had spent 300 rs in phone calls to just dail)
Finally i received a call from just dail but tht was from a different executive again who inturn blamed us for the mistake and i had to narrate everything to him again.I was smart enough to get miss deepas number and thought she would solve my problem .
i gave a call to her....she picked up the phone,but as soon as she realised it was me she told that someone was not keeping well at her place so she cannot talk with me and literally disconnected the phone.i tried calling her several times but she kept on disconnecting the phone.finally when i called her from a different number she told me if i didnt have the courtesy that i was harrasing her calling up again and again when someone at her place was not well.....COURTESY.....a big word....but just dail superiors dont even have the ethics to deal with customers....afterall who cares after the money is paid.
Sad and dejected i hav lost all my hopes of recovering my money.....i am taking trouble to write this also is jus because i dun want anybody to face this problem.....

what would a dentist and physiotherapist do of leads for orthopedic and pediatrician doctors...........my money went down the drain as all the senior executives took turns taking advantage of my helplesness..these people are so unprofessional!

I have bought 5 just dial reseller IDs & my cousin has bought 15 reseller IDs. We have done major work to contribute towards the database creation for just dial. When the time of payment came, we were told that most of our entries are duplicate. They haven't given enough & satisfactory evidence to prove it.

In fact we had to call Just dial many times to get the rejected data list which is not a sign of a professionally organised organisation.

We are trying to form a group of all the resellers who have burnt their fingers with Just dial & take it further from there. I am sure every reseller must have put lot of effort & money once they have joined Just dial as a reseller. So let's form a common platform & raise our voice together.
