Dear sir,
I have purchase one kelivinator refrigerator from fisher electronics dated 25.06.2011, now its faulted two time in a year, after complaining they are not responding of my complaint or after given mobile number of their representative by sms they are also not responding of my call. I am very frusted /Disappointed by the company behaviors. Please help me.

Kelvinator Refrigerator — not working

Our refrigeraor is not working properly(Rubber Problem), After calling many times to service center in Ambala two persons visit our house y'day, but still problem remains the same.

After talking to executive at service center, his behaviour is very rude to me, and he said whenever the engineer be free he visit at your home.

Pls look in to the matter

I have purchase Kelvinator Refrigerator (Model No. KD-195- B-A) from Vadia, Dist. Amreli, State : Gujarat, in 2009. But in this period we face lot of problem. Now a days Refrigerator is not working and compressor is also not working. So, please, do the needful as early as possible.
