The local Mechanics came after a day in the late evening, opened the fridge checked and found that the thermostat needs the replacement, they were not having the spare part so they went back with a word to turn back on next monday the 11th instant, I waited for two days and I contacted the call center...

I had purchased KD200L model of kelvinator in OCTOBER 2006. its Door TOP is very WEAK, Total Load is handled by the fiber part at the CORNER. MY Refrigerators DOOR got broken No. of times ONCE only was replaced by the SHOP-KEEPER, and since then i was CHARGED with replacement cost of door next two times.
Due to frequent damage i am unable to use Product properly and there is no effort from the KELVINATOR GROUP for it's PERMENANT...

I have purchase Kelvinator fridge from Sharma Electronics -Surat.
After one year the compresser get failed, we complained at the Service Center( Near to my house -Adajan) but they visited and confirmed the complaine but, after 5 days of complained, still they are not coming to repairing my fridge...
