Hi

I had purchased a refrigerator last year which developed some fault within 3 months only .I called the call center and that was rectified .Again it has developed some fault and its not cooling .I had lodged complaint in call center no DEL[protected] .Now the complaint is attended but to my shock the compressor is defective and it will be replaced .Now this is under warranty of 5 years but the person who has visited me says that some rupees 1100/ will be charged .I fail to understand that when a product is under warranty then why should I pay .I am being harrased in the hands .Plz look into the matter and get my product rectified .I was delievered defective piece which is my gut feeling

    sir,

    Few Months back we had purchased Kelvinator fridge and since past from 1 month
    It has got multiple Defects in it, its not cooling and moreover the customer care response was Horrible. The complaint given to customer care on 20th september 2009 complaint no. hub [protected] no one attend to solve our problem till today

    i would like to replace this fridge or i want my money back... i want solution for my regarding problem
    or else i'll go for consumer court....

    This is to inform you that I have made a complaint to the company in their toll free phone number [protected] on 12th may '11, as my Kelvinator refrigerator is not functioning. No any service representative attended the problem against the complaint. I got a message from company service centre Mr. NAZER ([protected]) will attend complaint number VAR[protected] within 48 hours.

    Today is 04th June whole summer session is going to change into rainy and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care many times. All the time customer care executives told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

    I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on December, 2010 from NEXT Electronics, Aliganj, Lucknow, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like improper cooling and noise problem.

    When we called customer care they have taken the complaint on 20th February, 2012 (complaint reference number as LUC[protected]) after 3 days i got a message your complaint has been closed. After getting the message, i had again complaint on 23rd February 2012 (complaint reference number as LUC[protected]) this time they send me a engineer name Mr. Afaq Siddique his mobile no. is [protected], i called him on 24th February 2012, he said i am busy some buddy visit to your house and short out your problem but no buddy was visited and next day i got the same reply "your compliant has been closed". On the 27th i had again compliant to the customer care executive he said engineer visit your home i also contacted to Mr. Afaq Siddique he also told me the same reply but still waiting for visit of engineer.

    After multiple calls also nobody has turned up for the last 3 weeks.This is the one of the worst service i have ever seen.

        I bought model KM25SL on 27.12.06 from Lotus Electronics 11A/410, 80 ft. road, Kanpur. The control pad of oven is not responding, so I contacted authorised service centre " VG service" at Ashok nagar Kanpur.and the oven was sent to them on 18.08.09. Now after 20 days they are telling that the replacement control pad is not available even with the company.
        If the company can not provide the spares then why are they selling the ovens!!!
        I was assured the best service at the time of purchase but now the seller is not ready to help me.
        I'm highly dissatishfied.

        KELVINATOR MICROWAVE OVEN — Not working , no display lights

        We have purchased this microwave oven 8 years ago, was working fine, but yesterday 11 Oct. 2009, it suddenly stopped working. We checked switched, no fault found.
        please help and revert back the dealers in Bahrain for this oven.

          Sir,
          we purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 24th Apr 2009. It is still under one year warranty.

          Since 25th Jul 2009, the Compressor motor was not working. Initially, we were following up with the local retailer ( Sri Rajalakshmi Electronics, Arni, Thiruvannamalai Dist, Tamilnadu) from whom we purchased the Fridge. But it was of no use. Then on 22nd Aug 09, we lodged a complaint ( Complaint Id--CHE[protected]) with Kelvinator Customer care[protected], and the customer care Executive assured that the Technician would attend the fault with in 24 Hrs. But till today ( 26th Aug 09) None of them has turned up. Whenever we call the customer care, they apologise for the delay and confirm that some one will call the same day and attend the fault. But no one has visited so far.

          My humble request to look in to the matter and do the needful to get the justified service.

          Dear sir, I Capt. Vishwajeet having cell no [protected] from patna, bought a kelvinator fridge on 12th may 2009. from 09th feb 2014 it is not working so i put a complain then it tooks around one month to repair and change of compressor and i paid 1500rs . and they told me me buy new stablizer so 2600rs i paid for stablizer.
          But again within 20 days my refrigerator is not working then again put a complain on 28th march 2014 . then the service engineer came after so many calls made by me to repair the fridge and lastly after waiting long time they taken the fridge to the service center for repairing . OK . Then after 4 - 5 days they returned the fridge on 09th april 2014 and i paid 800 rs BUT again within 24hrs it is not working . so from 10th of april 2014 almost every day i am calling to service engineer mr sajid and service center incharge mr ujjwal of Patna .
          I have all the call records in my cell . every day they are promising that they will come n repair but till now no body has come . Patna service center perssonals are doing mental harrassment to me actually. I am really fed up with this type of worst service in my life . total i spent 4900 rs and not able to use fridge in the summer season. this is the service. Better i would thrown the fridge to the service center n bought a new one of any other good company who provides good service. MY COMP.NO PAT [protected].

It was having 5yr Compresor Warranty and Now its compressor is not working and dealer here in punjab is not giving me justice.               I have called and spoken to various Electrolux [Kelvinator] company officials at least 15 times so far without anyone even ONCE coming over to check my refridgerator.

              This company is bad news.

              It has been 2 years since I have been using a completely broken vegetable tray. There seems no one to attend to customer care. They simply are not bothered!!

                Sir,
                I am a senior citizen and a retired University Professor. I purchased one Kelvinator Automatic Washing machine on 3rd January, 2009 from M/S Electro Trading Corp., B-12/19 (S) Kalyani, Nadia (Phone[protected] and ionstalled it at my house (B-2/325). But soon after installation, the machine occasional;y started showing "Error" in operation, and failed to do the washing. On my intimation, one technician was sent by the Company who told us that the error was due to improper water supply and advised us to clean the pipeline and inform him again after the water line is cleaned. As I live with my wife (also a senior citizen) here and my children are away, I informed them by telephone several times, both to the shop and the Co. technician. But they never had the time to visit my place again. I personally went to the shop 3-4 times and requested them to send one technician who would only connect the pipe with the tap, but they always put in some excuse and told that soon they would send some one to get the pipe fitted with the tap. Then again I requested them two days before, they assured that someone will attend soon. But today on telephoning them twice, again they say that the technician from the company may give us a visit within two days.
                Now my question to the company is:
                1) Why two old persons who purchased a product bearing a warranty for every thing for one year has to wait for indefinte period eventhough at the time of purchase, they were assured of a prompt service? Is the delay tactical and deliberate to bye time, so that the warranty period lapses?
                2) I did not find any Customer care in the internet. Why should such a so-called renowned co. not have a customer care centre to cater to needs of the buyers?
                3. Why the Co. does not verify the credibility of the shop which are supposed to be authorized dealers? They even do not know how to talk with a senior citizen, who is also as renowed University Professor and has many more important things to do? Will the Co. take notice that such practices will spoil their credibility and even land them to the Consumer Redressal Forum to deliver justice to unsuspecting customers?

                    I, Nibedan Ray a resident of West Bengal, had purchased a Kelvinator Air Conditioner(Model No-KS -150-DX) on 17.04.08 from Video Palace (Durga Market, 46, G.T.Rd, Asansol-713303).From the very first day there has been some problem in its functioning.I lodged a complaint but I was told that it was a indoor unit manufacturing problem.inspite of my repeated complaints they didnot pay any heed and till date the same thing persists.some times there is starting problem and water sprinkles out when the A/C is running.there is danger regarding short circuit due to this.My family has become very tensed and i want some serious action to be taken in this regard.i think i will get a response as quickly as possible.

                      Sir,
                      I did a complaint by email last week as well as on call free number[protected] and I was given the docket no. JAI [protected]. The local Mechanics came after a day in the late evening, opened the fridge checked and found that the thermostat needs the replacement, they were not having the spare part so they went back with a word to turn back on next monday the 11th instant, I waited for two days and I contacted the call center again today, I was informed that mechanics mentioned there the reason for not entertaining the complaint was that the product is of some other company which is highly objectionable for me. They broke the bulb of the fridge and on the place of repairing it they reported this falls information. Is this the culture we accpect from a company like "Kelvinator"? Today a complaint has been registered again and the docket No. is JAI [protected]. I want to say here that if this is the treatment we are left to receive from the authorised service centres, than what is the significance to ask a lot of questions at the time of lodging the complaint with service centres.
                      I request your intervention in the matter as I think this is against the ethics of the reputed companies.

                          I had purchased KD200L model of kelvinator in OCTOBER 2006. its Door TOP is very WEAK, Total Load is handled by the fiber part at the CORNER. MY Refrigerators DOOR got broken No. of times ONCE only was replaced by the SHOP-KEEPER, and since then i was CHARGED with replacement cost of door next two times.
                          Due to frequent damage i am unable to use Product properly and there is no effort from the KELVINATOR GROUP for it's PERMENANT Solution

                            NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES. BUT THE PROPLEM
                            NOT SOLVED AS YET. WATER IS COMING INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR. PLEASE

                            We purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator which model no. 224SH S.No. 27707888 from your dealer S.M. Emplayences, Balotra (M/s. Salim Electronics) Bill No. 328 dt. 16.10.2009

                            Since purchased this Refrigerator and till now it 6 time repaired - many tome gas chocked, Compressor changed 3 times, Thermoset changed 1 time and in warranty period 2 time gas changed. Every 4 to 5 months it is repaired.

                            Sir, we think that Videocon is a best electronics company and its product is very well, but this happening will changed our thought and we think that Videocon is not a good company and its product is a give only tension to customers.

                            Now we cant purchase any more product of Videocon and tell others for it to did not purchase that Poor Quality products. I know that its no any effect to your company bcoz it is india's largest copmany and not any value of small customers.

                              I have purchase Kelvinator fridge from Sharma Electronics -Surat.
                              After one year the compresser get failed, we complained at the Service Center( Near to my house -Adajan) but they visited and confirmed the complaine but, after 5 days of complained, still they are not coming to repairing my fridge

                                  We have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator 225 Ltr. (Serial No.[protected] from Cheap Electric Store, Azad Chowk, Narnaul (Haryana) via bill number 4257, dated 19/03/09. Sir, I want to bring in your kind notice that since the day 1 when we have purchased the refrigerator, it is not working properly. Its fan is giving anonymous sound which is quite loud. Fruits and vegetables get dried the next day they are occupied in the fridge. No freshness is maintained for the eatables.

                                  Inspite of our regular complaints to the dealer, till the time he haven't taken any concrete action to solve our complaint.Now more than two weeks passed and nothing is been done for our solution.

                                  Could you please tell me that whether this is the after sale service of Kelvinator refrigerator? We have taken this refrigerator on the basis of reputation of Kelvinator in market, but I think we did blunder relying on the company.

                                  We want replacement of our refrigerator as soon as possible as we have no faith on the dealer now. Please provide us with a good refrigerator or we want our money back if its impossible for u to handle the situation.

                                  Looking forward to hear favorable reply from you soon.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I bought the Kelvinator 185L Fridge from USHA AGENCIES ( 2 & 3 Sai Vihar, Shivaji Path, New Station Road, Kalyan (w), Tel[protected],[protected] on dated 31/01/2009. From the date of purchasing it was not working properley. First I complain on date of 13/02/2009 agenest this complen service man repair two times, again I complen on dated 10/03/2009, The Authorezed seniour service man comes on 16/03/2009 and told that compressor is not working properley. Your authorezed service center told me compressor is not avaleble, due to that reason they fill up the gas and said now it is ok. Yestarday (02/03/2009) I found it was not cooling yet. Again I complain and I ask why compressor is not change though it was not working proper (As per Authorezed seniour service Man) then USHA AGENCIES told me this is not in our hand you can go any where.

                                    Dear Sir we have bought your Refridgretor after considering your market reputation. We could not understand, the Kelvinator appliances india Ltd. sales such kind of third quality of machines, which could be damage on purchase within 15 days. We have never expected such kind of answer from . We think such kind of nonsence answers could affect your reputation. Now we wish to replace the refridgerator. So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Mumbai office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as I have to suffer on the Summer days without refrigerator.

No response from the service Engineer who had visited the place and had promised a quick solution. Reminder was registered on 07/08/09 and on 13/08/09 Only promises were delivered and no solution

                                        Dear Sir I Purchase a Kelvinator Refrigrator Model no.225 Chassis no.6462 at dt. 8/1/2007 from your Dealer Arvind Electricals&Electronics Prem Nagar, Ambala City. The Refrigrator Install june 2007. After some time refrigrator door noise very heavy when door open & close. I complaint your dealer 28 june 2007. After one month your serviceman is coming & he oil the door & reasion is door are dry. After one month the problem is repeat & i repeat the complaint your Service centre in Ambala Cantt. Your serviceman is coming and he asked door is replace. After some time I call your Service centre your service centre excutive asked your complaint is forword &after one-two month your door is replace. I remind his after 15 days but he asked you don't very when your door is coming I replace the door. After 4 month I call the service centre he asked me Service centre is not available is here. I asked his new service centre is there he asked i don't know. After some time I repeat the complaint your dealer Arvind Electricals & Electronics. His response is nill then I asked your Call centre. Your call centre complaint no.5D[protected]. Your service man is coming next day &asked door patti is replace &I call your back next day but no response. I call you Call centre after some day your excuitve your complaint is forward but no response. after some day I repeat call then he asked new complaint no. 5d[protected] but no response.
