I have registered a complaint of my freeze was not cooling in kelvinator service center on 5th november 2015 whose complaint reference number was (gur[protected]).Then they visited to my home and took my freeze to their service center for repairing then they told me rs. 1550 complete repairing cost of my freeze then i paid the same. But freeze was not working proper when they gave me after repairing on 7th november 2015. Also they refused me to switch on the freeze when it came to my home and also suggested me to switch on it atleast after 3 hours. When i checked it after 4 hour by switch on it was not working proper i waited it for 2 hours and then inform them on telephone on 8th november 2015 morning to mr. Manoj ([protected]).Then they took my freeze again on service center for further repairing and then demanded me more money to repair it again and also informed me to change its designed condenser coil outside while condenser coil was inside and properly covered for protection purpose while they told me rs. 1550 for complete repairing cost. Then i talked to kelvinator following officers regarding my complaint mr. Jitender (bsm)- [protected] mr. Pankaj- [protected] mr. Dv sharma- [protected] then as per conversation with them they told me if you wanna condenser coil internally then we will replace your freeze as per depreciation policy. 1: they told me now we will deduct 45% of your billing amount as per our depreciation policy with time period and also will refund your repairing paid amount rs. 1250 only visit charge rs 300 will be chargeable .But condition is that you will purchase product of same company and difference amount of new product will be pay by you and we will not provide you any bill and warranty of new product. 2: they refused me to refund my 55% amount cash after applying depreciation policy.While i am not satisfy their product. 3: after more conversation with them they agreed to give me warranty of new product by paying them difference amount of new product.But they are refusing me to refund paid amount rs. 1550 to them of faulty freeze.Also my freeze is on their service center from 9th november to till now. I have huge loss due to long time is taking by them to resolve my problem and give me satisfy feedback. Desirable solution: 1:cash provide me 55% amount of my old freeze billing amount. 2: if they could not repair my freeze in same repairing cost as committed by them and also can not provide internally condenser coil they told me to replace my product if not repairable and don't wanna give warranty and bill of replaced product then it should replace without extra money or depreciation policy. 3: if they wanna replace my product by applying depreciation policy. Then they should refund my paid repairing amount rs. 1250 and my loss due to delay in their servicing and resolution. Also give me bill and warranty of new product ( one year complete product and four year compressor warranty). ( * attaching photo of my refrigerator bill and repairing amount paid bill*).     I bought kelvinator Fridge Frm Next Retail Bejimin Road Ludhiana on 25.6.12 at time of purchase they said u can get 3 year fridge warranty and 5 years compressor warranty now my fridge not cooling it is fault related to compressor its under warranty now customer care people asking money for service charge gas charges and travelling exp also what is this hell and giving warranty if i have to pay everything for repair its a clear cheating i want my fridge to be repair under warranty without any charges otherwise i will also file complaint against the company to higher authorities its a fraud at time of selling no body say about this and now they making fool of customers.

      I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on[protected] from flipkart, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like improper cooling.

      When we called customer care they have taken the complaint and given the complaint reference number as BAN[protected] but after multiple calls also nobody has turned up. This is the one of the worst service i have ever seen.

      I have to update you that no technician has tried to reach me yet to fix the issue and they have tried to close the ticket :BAN[protected] stating that house door was locked, request you to look into this urgently as this is getting really frustrating for me.

      Hi,
      Though the issue is resolved, it requires a lot of follow up from my end. I have to say you have to really work on improving the customer relationship and don’t let the customer go through this horrific experience.
      Seriously, you guys will need to work on improving your customer relationship (especially your call center, who always gave false promise and do nothing better), it will not be soon before the brand Videocon is perished and overtaken by some other competitor. Sorry to be a little harsh here. Please take the suggestion seriously.

        We purchase online cash against delivery option, above fridge on 30.07.2015, but it is defective, we complaint to service station & even talked with Service station Head his M.No. of ASI - [protected], Complaint No. THA[protected], first serve by Mr. Rajendra that time fridge FAN not working he change it, then GAS problem arise they refile GAS, still it is not cooling properly, so, this piece is defective we demanded replace and send new fridge, it is in hand of Service station In charge or Head they area not replacing, instead of sending several engineers to repair it, with repairing any 10 year old fridge can be work, this new we not want to repaired with 1 & half month o[censored]se and this so much socking that Kelvinator Co. has send defective peace with one and half month not working properly denying to replace it. as we have purchased through you please send us new Fridge we dont want this or Refund amt.

        Our issue is not resoled what here mention on 19 Oct 2015 that it has Resouled, our Demand is to Given New Peace details mention in complaint that within one and half Month Upper Door FAN choked & found defective it was Replace then GAS Error found with Small Welding Gun they cut and fill new GAS, why should i keep such repaired Peace when i have paid full amt. at time of purchased & any machine can be repaired after 10 year also therefor Replace above Fridge urgently, it has been told from Service Center they send replacement on 01.11.15 then next date given as 11 Nov but still new peace not received.

          Hi Team, I bought a new Refrigrator on 25/07/2015 from Filpcart, Order Number - OD[protected] and since then it is not working properly. I called up Customer Service and they said that there is no Gas in the new Refrigrator, they send someone to fll up the Gas. Then the Serviceman said that there is some issue with the wiring, then again they send another agent. He then said that there is some issue with the Compressor as it was not working. Then they changed the Compressor and still it is not working. I am unable to understand that how come they can selll a new product with so many faults.             It is a complete nightmare for me to purchase a kelvinator refrigerator model KEL 234 WT RDJ on date 05.05.2011 in Purnia, Bihar (invoice copy attached) due to the performance of the product and the services rendered by the company. I m tabulating below the details for your perusal and urgent necessary remedial measures - 1. The freeze lamp is not functioning from the beginning of the installation and after changing for 3 - 4 times now I left it as it is. 2. Within a year of purchase the cooling has stopped. after contacting to the dealer. a person has been send and he told that the compressor is to be changed. I don't know what has been done but the freeze started working. 3. Now the same has been repeated 3-4 times. My ailing parents are residing there and they are facing a lot of problems due to break down of freeze. They are unable to store their medicine and fruits which is essential. 4. A lot of expenditure has been made by changing of freezer, compressor etc. and on the part of servicing. The response of the dealer as well as the service centre is very cool and does not expect from the company of such repute. 5. When I've reached in my native i.e. Purnia I inquired about the service center and lodged the complaint. The response of the franchise is very cool and non responsive. The fellow has told me to that her will come by 10’0 clock but he has not turn up during my stay of 3 days. How it can be expected. The technicians are not properly qualified in air conditioning and also lack of experience is the root cause of such problems. Actually the franchise has not good service engineer and having unskilled type technician who are just doing the experiment and damaged the piece. I expect that the company should understand the problems and direct the service center to replace the freeze at the earliest. The details of my residence and contact nos. are given below – 1.               I bought Kelvinator refrigerator 325 litre single door (KCP325TCWT) on 15th March’15 from Kaydee Audiovisions, Sec-18 Noida. I have been facing host of issues since the time this refrigerator was brought home. The bad experience started right from the day of installation. 1. The door of the chill tray fell and broke in front of the service engineer when he came to install the fridge. Then the service engineer changed it within 3-4 days. 2. After another few days, the handle of the fridge door came out, then the service engineer replaced it in a week’s time 3. After a few days we realized that the door of the fridge was making a lot of screechy noise while opening and closing and when we were closing the door, it was not getting closed automatically even when brought to the nearest closing point, as a result the door was left open on many occasions. After complaining multiple times and service engineer’s visit thrice, noise of the door disappeared but the door still doesn’t close by itself. Also, while opening the door, whole fridge shakes. The door-related issues have been highlighted and brought to the notice of Kaydee Audiovisions people and service enginner on multiple accasions, but nothing has been done so far. In fact, the service guys have stopped responding altogether to our complaints. – issue not resolved 4. Ice deposit rate is also very high and on de-frosting, ice doesn’t melt easily. – Issue not resolved From the face of it, it seems that we have either been given a defective or a repaired piece. We have been complaining about these issues for quite some time to no avail. I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to run around repeatedly behind your service guys. I sent my son in law to kaydee audiovisions on 21st June and he was assured that the matter would be looked into, but nobody visited or called. My daughter visited kaydee audiovisions yesterday (1st July) and she was again reassured that service engineer will visit and resolve the issue. But nobody visited or called. In fact, during her visit to Kay dee audiovision she was asked to speak to the ASM Ankur who assured that the visit would be arranged asap, but nothing has been done so far.

                  I purchased a refrigerator from New Karshini Electronics (Ghaziabad) on 24 May'2015. First of all they displayed me model of 2015 manufactured refrigerator, but they delivered refrigerator manufactured in year 2014. when i said the dealer to replace it then he refused to do so, and behaved rudely. He clearly said that i will not replace the refrigerator and always delivered the old ones first in future. He challenged me that you can do whatever you want but i will not replace the refrigerator. He don't scare of the Kelvinator company. Now i want my money back and don't want to hold this refrigerator anymore.

                  It is worst experience to purchase kelvinator refrigerator by your uncivilized dealer who doesn't know how to behave with consumers after sale. His behaviour shows that his motive is done just to earn money, this also shows that in future he never sort any problem related to refrigerator if any problem occurs.

                  i don't want to retain this refrigerator anymore and i want my money back.i am sending details at your mentioned ID.

                  Also i am also going to file a case in consumer court.

                      My Kelvinator single door "masterpiece" refrigerator was not functioning properly and I lodged a complaint on your customer care[protected]Complaint No: DEL[protected].I was told the the thermostat needs replacement and it was changed on 27/11/2014The thermostat was brought in a plastic bag and had no markings what so ever. On my protestthat it appears to be a spurious product I was told that no thermostat have any markings.I was charged Rs 340 for service and Rs 700 for the thermostat. The thermostat has a warranty of three months.The defrost button never worked and the fridge keeps stitching on and off at very short intervals (less than a minute).Now I am told that the thermostat need replacement and want me to again pay the service charge for the the replacement of the defective part. Again charging service charge is most unfair and unreasonable. Kindly address my grievance at the earliest and get the defective thermostat replaced free of cost Jeewan Kothari

                        Sir I have purchased a refrigerator (Kelvinator, Model No.-KFL-224-WT-RDS) on 02/04/2010 vide name of RAJIA SULTANA (My Wife) from the shop ANANDA MELA (address-Parcus Road More, G.T. Road, Burdwan, West Bengal ph[protected]. Unfortunately, the door of the deep-fridge nob has been broken last month. I have communicated the nearest service centre immediately for repairing the said problem or replace the door, but after waiting for more than one months no result is yet to come. Last Tuesday I've visited the service centre personally to have a information about their inability to providing the service, they said that "'The company has stopped to produce the spare parts of those old models and the problem is therefore not be solved'". What should I do now? can I recover from this problem? I think the words of the service boy is not true, if so I have to go for Consumer Court, because I want the service only by proper payment and there is no such condition that the consumer will not be provided the service after the warranty period.                           My name is Jaijeet Ghosh, from Purnea Bihar, .
                          I have purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on date : 20.10.2011. From local market shop M/s. Sri Krishna Enterprises, Navratan Hatta, Purnea. After 8 months of purchase its compressor gets failed. And it changed on 15.06.2014which I have a bill. Bill no is: 1420 on dated: 15.06.2014. Again from last 10 days my refrigerator have same problem. And after giving so many intimation to the local service center. There is no help from their side.

                          I m really very much amazed that such a good reputed company Kelvinator is and such a worst service.

                              Dear Sir,
                              i have made a complaint for repairing of my Kelvinator Washing Machine since more than 2 months. They are closing it without resolution, last complaint raised on July 4th is still not resolved, they have taken AMC also from me and not giving any service., My complaint number BHU[protected].

                              They are not resolving the complaint even after speaking to their regional service manager.

                                sir, the refg. model KWL225TLC (LAVENDER CREST). I have asked the auth. service center at Cuttack (Station Bazar) for purchasing the same with a cost of Rs.575.00. They have taken my Phone N o.[protected] and send a mail to you for sending the same since last two months ago. on contacting they are telling me that the company not send the same. After received the same we call back you to receive the same. In the meantime my Vegitable Tray also broken due to thick material. So, One fridge door and one vegitable tray may please be sent to the authorise distributor for use in my fridge.

                                It is my ill luck to say that at the time of contact the auth. dealer M/s Laxmi Service Centre, Station Bazar, Cuttack in the state of Odisha they are answering me that they have sent mail to the company. After receiving the materials from your side they will call back me to receive the materials. However, I have not received the any compliant No. from them. My contact No.is [protected] and postal address is At- Fakirpur, P.O.-Jagatpur, Dist. Cuttack, Pin-754021 of Odisha. Please make necessary arrangement for supply of the same to your authorised dealer or to me. These are badly need for my fridge. Cost of the product will be paid by me (if necessary) .                                     I have buy refrigerator of kelvinator on 1/11/2013 and within 6 months there is gas leakage in refrigerator and not able to keep cool anything. I have just complain to customer care but there is not work over my complain and still there is problem in refrigerator.

                                      I would like inform to you that I bought it a refejretoer Kelvinator from Tiger Electronics Corporation, 24/35 Bhirana Road Kanpur on dated 2011, but another item also Kelvinator washing machine it’s ok.
                                      I continuous use very well our refejretoer but suddenly a day compressor burnet, I make complaint to on particular complain no and service engineer came from shri sai service center.
                                      And look it. So many charges put on me like.
                                      Service charges-Rs, 400
                                      Gas filling-Rs.1200
                                      Some part rely is missing cost-rs425,

                                        Dear sir, I Capt. Vishwajeet having cell no [protected] from patna, bought a kelvinator fridge on 12th may 2009. from 09th feb 2014 it is not working so i put a complain then it tooks around one month to repair and change of compressor and i paid 1500rs . and they told me me buy new stablizer so 2600rs i paid for stablizer. But again within 20 days my refrigerator is not working then again put a complain on 28th march 2014 . then the service engineer came after so many calls made by me to repair the fridge and lastly after waiting long time they taken the fridge to the service center for repairing . OK . Then after 4 - 5 days they returned the fridge on 09th april 2014 and i paid 800 rs BUT again within 24hrs it is not working . so from 10th of april 2014 almost every day i am calling to service engineer and service center incharge of Patna . I have all the call records in my cell . every day they are promising that they will come n repair but till now no body has come . Patna service center perssonals are doing mental harrassment to me actually. I am really fed up with this type of worst service in my life . total i spent 4900 rs and not able to use fridge in the summer season. this is the service.
