I have got my refrigerator delivered on 10th july, 2016 . Once defrosting the freezer, accidentally punctured the freezer and the all gas got leaked. I have filed for the service since it was just a month. I have filed my complaint on 6th august, 2016. My reference number is del[protected] which i have received in message on that very day. Till now there have been two visits from the company but still my freezer have not been replaced. I have agreed to pay rs2, 500 for the new freezer as the fault was from our side but now its going to month end but no response. Yesterday on 29th august, i have got a message that the reference number is cancelled. Till now i am just waiting for the services.

We have purchased refrigerator model no k0255 lt pg fda and serial no 1203/626/[protected] from authorized dealer "richa electronics" shop no 1 vijay nagar signal kanpur on date 03rd april 2016. Next day[protected] we have raised a complaint request with dealer for few faults, which we noticed.
In regular intervals, we have registered few other complaints with kelvinator services center.

Dear Sirs,
I live in Egypt.
I bought a Kelvinator washing machine on July the 15th 2016.
it was installed on July the 21st.
I used it 3 times. On the fourth time the door lock light kept flashing and whistling .
I called the service center it's called Azmi.
I had the worst service ever. Totally unexpected .
They sent me 2 technicians in 2 times. They both took everything out and unplugged all the connections and they were totally unfamiliar with the model. I don't think the washing machine will work again after what happened 2 times. And they did not diagnose the problem. And to find a way out the told me it's the voltage of the plug .
Totally does not make sense to me. I have a dishwasher 4 A/Cs, an LCD. And lots of sensitive appliances. If it was the voltage it should have ruined lots of these appliances.
I kept on calling for a week. They tell me go to where you bought it from. I bought it from Egypt's duty free store . I went to them they told me we can't help you . You have to deal with the agent. I started calling them again. Told the employee that I need to talk to your boss or the owner or anybody in charge.
He gave me the owner's number.
I called him " Adel Azmi ", told him the whole story. And I told him that I bought an expensive appliance so that I can guaranty the service and the quality of the inner parts. And here is what I get a lousy service and an undurable appliance which was broke after using it 3 times.
He was terribly rude .
Anyways I am defiantly shocked that a big multinational company like yours give the agency to such a company like Adel Azmi!!!
And I am stuck with a brand new BROKEN washing machine .
That only operated 3 times. The most expensive 3 washes in my life.
I don't want this washing machine anymore. Either a new one or my money. I did not buy a new machine to fix it after using it 3 times.

My compalint number is GHA[protected]. I am in noida. I have contacted customer care of kelvinator in 22nd june 2016. No one visited till 25 june 2016. Everday service centre used to call us and say that we will come but they were not coming. When i called customer care they are asking me to service centre head. I called him and then they sent teh person. He examined the fridge and said that the freezer needs to be replaced. Now its 1 july 2016 still no one has come and everyday i got the same answer from service centre head that sir it will be done today. Really fed up of customer care of kelvinator whom to consult to make it working. Really pathetic service and service persons are wasting our time by giving false promise. They give us promise that we will come at this time and when we call the service person tehy donot pickup the calss. What type of service they are providing us.? Are tehy fooling the customers.

Brought kelvinator ksp252frc 245 l double door refrigerator kelvinator ksp252frc 245 l on flipkart october 2015, re-frigerator was working for 3 moths after that getting repaired every month, but service is very pathetic the take 1 to 2 months to fix the problem, currently again the fridge fot repaired has cooling problem raised complaint long back but they are not bothered and closing the complaint without any service. We bought a kelvinator fridge 8 months back. It was working fine for the first 6 months but later the cooling began deteriorating.. We registered a complaint post which the serviceman came after 3 days (The point when the whole fridge was dead). It took him 3 hours to fix it. Its 2 weeks since the fix and the same problem is creeping back. We had been using a kelvinator for 15 years. We thought that there was a trust in the brand and hence we opted it when it came to buying a new piece. Turns out it isn't

Product has complete only one month and Refigerator is not giving coolness. i have compliant to Deep Kamal Electronics many time then also problem not solved after this i contact to customer service of kelvinator with complaint No: AHM[protected] DTD: 27.05.2016, then person come at home for checking but still i am facing same problem. I am faded up from this product.

I had purchased a kelvinator refrigerator
This machine has been giving trouble like improper cooling. When we called customer care they have taken the complaint and given the complaint reference number as jod[protected] but after multiple calls also nobody has turned up for the last 4 days.

My Kalvinator refrigerator is not cooling .I contact to your service center.they take Rs 3800.00 and repair but unfortunately after one day my refrigerator is not working. Again I contract to your service center tach care India pvt ltd. He didn't take any action and misbehavior .

I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 15th April’2015 from Leader Radio Service, Bhuj-Kachchh(Gujarat) Pin.370001, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like improper cooling.

When we called customer care they have taken the complaint and given the complaint reference number as RAJ[protected] but after multiple calls also nobody has turned up for the last 1 week.This is the one of the worst service i have ever seen.

I have a Kelvinator Refrigerator KFE204 of 190 litre capacity, which I bought on 11th May 2011 from National Electronics, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. For the past one week, the fridge has not been performing - it's not cooling at all. It appears that there is something wrong with the compressor itself.' This morning, I called up the customer care in my state[protected] and tried to lodge a complaint with them. The response I received was very lukewarm. The executive asked me for the registered phone number. I said I didn't remember having registered my product. I, therefore, requested her if I could give my current mobile number. Instead of helping me or educating me, she lost her cool and banged the phone down. This was not desirable from the house of Kelvinator. We swear by Kelvinator when it comes to refrigerator. I would request you to take my complaint and act since it is summer time and you will appreciate that it is difficult to survive without a working fridge.

I baught Kelvinator KO255PTYG 245 L Single Door Refrigerator on 9th Jan 2016. At the time of delivery the base body thermacol cover was burnt. But we didnt find any outside fault.After lot of trials (keeping regulator from 1-6) fridge is not performing well. Finally concluded, the fridge is not working properly. It is not keeping food cool as expected by new refrigerator. and it forms alot igloo inside the fridger. These features are not accepted for a new and branded refrigerator. Please replace the Fridge, or change it with some other brand. I had specified the burnt base at the delivery papers. Please get soon.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. I have unfortunately purchased 325 ltr Kelvinator refrigerator bearing Regn no. KCP325TCWT-FDB[protected] on 15 Mar 2015 from M/s Kay Dee Audio vision Pvt Ltd, B-1/36 Sector 18, Noida. The phone nos of the vendor is[protected]. The copy of the bill is att for perusal please.

2. Immediately, after purchase of the refrigerator, I kept registering complaints for poor quality product, poor workmanship and defective sub assemblies. The complaints did not address the issue promptly and the same still remains unresolved. Every time complaints are being closed without attending. I raised the issue with Company’s Area Manager Mr Manjeet Singh and Mr Pandey. However, both of them failed to resolve the issue till date. You may like to verify these facts from your service centre which will substantiate my claims. The complaints registered and closed without being attended are:-

(c) GHA[protected] dt 14 jun 15
(d) GHA [protected] dt 29 May 15
(e) GHA [protected] DTD 29 MAY 15 and similar complaints on regular basis.

3. The vendor and your service representatives have remained unresponsive till date even after lapse of TEN months despite my repetitive complaints. The refrigerator has many defects since beginning and not functioning as required. have also been sending emails on the mail id provided for last few months but the mail is not being delivered /delayed. it appears that email id provided is fake. The phone numbers provided for consumer complaints do not exist. The complaint being registered through SMS are also being closed without attending. The website and email address to lodge consumer complaints also do not exist. The company appears to be in the market to fleece people.

4. I would request you to look into matter and provide me either replacement for the defective KELVINATOR refrigerator or refund of sale price of the refrigerator i.e; Rs 17000/- with 12% interest on priority .In case the replacement/ refund is not provided in next 15 days, I being protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 shall file complaint with the Consumer Forum for selling me defective refrigerator by your company. The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expense and I shall be seeking suitable compensation for the mental agony caused due to fraud committed by your company.
5. The photographs of defective refrigerator is att as Appendix for your perusal and further necessary actions on priority.

We purchased a kelvinator refrigerator in the month of march in the year 2013 and after 2 years in month of november it has burnt.Soon we complainted the shopholder and he has responded.Authorised technician visited and checked the refridgerator seen blasted and burnt suitation (Internal of refridgerator). Area sales manager responded to the issue and confirmed will go through the company procedure and revert.Till date we haven't received any kind of feedback...
