I have purchased one fridge from JP BROTHERS SIRSA DATE[protected] .
I Submitted a complaint regarding leakege in side within one month only.
serviceman of company repair to many times .they passed only waranty time only.
in last they told me to make a DD rs.2400/- for change this.
i made a DD. as this said rs.2400/- dated 13/10/2011 .
they did not change but making more excuses.
please help me on thgis matter.

I want to share my sorry experience with next. I purchased kelvinator washing machine on 15th Aug. Delivery was promised same day but came the next day.
I had to followup for the demo which happened on 17th August . On usuage we found unbearable noise on dry spin. We lodged compalined and nobody came for serving.

We went out of station from 19th to 25th. We lodged once againa compaint. Se...rvice engineer came on 27th august. He mentioned that there is some balancing problem and left.

I felt a machine of one week old cannot get reparied unless it is faulty by delivery. I placed my request for replacement and i am being dodged between the next, service agent company of kelvinator and kelvinator.

They are not ready to give the details of any senior person to who we could speak across and we are once again leavinv mumbai by the weekend.

Buyers be aware of the practice of the company and their oem suppliers with regard to post sale services. Pls donot buy anything which is given in discount as they sold this as a great ofer and the offer is nothing but nuisance value. I have senth complaint to customer service of next and a promt auto response came but no message otherwise from them.

After i made my explicit comment to the showroom person that the complaint will be put in all forum, one supervisor called me to mentioned that they will resolve this by tomorrow evening i.e 30th Aug 2012

I came on vacation to stay in my house and purchased a new washing machine and i am wasteing my vacation talking to next show room, kelvinator and servicing company.

i complained about my fridge atleast thrice last year within gurantee period. now i am telling them to replace the fridge, they are not hearing.

I have purchased the kelvinator refrigerator on Mar 2011. On the 5th month onwards the defreezing is in problem. So I have made complaint and they have come attended the complaint and said not problem in it. Again past one month the defreezing is problem and I have made the complaint. One mechanic is coming from Karaikudi and asked to pay Rs.850 to rectify the mistake. So, Kelvinator take up the matter with the dealer and asked to rectify the complaint.

my complaint number is GHA[protected] .I have complaint for my refrigerator on 22 june 2012 but there is no reponse came from service center,no engineer visited at my place till i call mr. Mohit,after a check he told me the compressor of fridge is not working properly and he need to be replaced with in warranty nd commit to make that done in 2 days but now till 6th july 2012 .Customer care is saying contact with servise center but there is no one who is helping me from customer care no one is doing his job .Its a big shame of kelvinator that he is disappointing his customer .
Please help me in this,i hope you will help me in this .

I made a mistake to buy a Kelvinator Refrigerator. Its compressor is giving a lot of sound. I lodged a complaint your service number. The complaint ( K[protected]) is pending since[protected] your SMS said it will be attended within 48 Hours. But neither complaint is being attended nor your engineer Mr. Surinder of Ambala Service Center is picking my phone even after dozens of calls to him. The local (Ambala ) service center number ([protected]) provided by your customer care executive is also not valid. The customer care executive only send reminders o[censored]rgent complaint and do nothing also they hold for a long time and then ask to call again.
This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.

i would like to replace this fridge or i want my money back... i want solution for my regarding problem
or else i'll go for consumer court....

After purchesing of six days the refrigerator has makeing many problem like as not cooling not working etc. So I have made many complaint to customercare. After complaint the enginior has come he cheke the refrigetor but he can not make any solustion. So i am very upset. plz make some solustion as soon as possible.

sir i purchase a fridge .after one & half year compressor damage as per company person.for that they took money rs. 1136/ for service-gas refilling & convince .
so i want to say that this is not fair that in guaranty period they took charge.
that means if company give default or damage material after some time they took charge .
this is cheating pl .look this matter

I bought a new Kelvinator refrigerator 201L-Ksl215 on[protected] for 10,400 rupees. Product code: [protected]. Right from the day of delivery, I have found manufacturing default i.e. improper door settings. I have complaint for the same as on[protected]date of purchase). Two of their representatives visited to solve the issue, but in-spite of providing permanent solution. They just tilted the lower clip of the door. Still door setting is improper. I requested them to replace the newly purchased product, but without my consideration they have closed my complaint & avoiding replacement of product with manufacturing fault. Still we are not using this product. So we are suffering after purchasing product with manufacturing fault.

I am very much dissatisfied with the pathetic service from Kelvinator. I request Indian Consumer Seniors to get the replacement of newly product purchased.

Sir, I have purchased one Kelvinator fridge from Authorised dealer of Kelvinator. Just in purchase of one year 01 mont the fridge is dead. Now they are asking all sort of charges as visiting charge, Gas filling charge, servicing charge etc. Actually it is due to fault of foulty compressor which is already under warranty of 04 years but to repair copmressor as gas charging is required so it is charged on consumer. The total bill is about 1800/- almost 1/4 of actual cost of fridge. pls help me out

Hi Sir ,
I would like to bring into notice to production officails of Kelvinator that i purchased 220 l FRIDGE MODEL NO .BD 220 LA STEEL dated 18/06/07 .
After couple of months i was hearing some sought of compressor noise , for which i called service executive but the answer given to me was that it is normal noise , but due to negligence of the official that eventually resulted in the severe damage of fridge as that exploded , damaging other household produts too..
I would request Kelvinator officials to atleast look on the issue seriously ..

Mai refigerator se related 20 bar kelvinator customer care pr complaint krwa chuka hu.
5-6 company engineer aa chuke hai of bola k apka refrigerator replace hokar new milega..
6-7 months ho chuke hai bar bar complaint krwate hue pr koi b responce nhi mila hai
Or na he refrigerator replace hua hu.. Complaint contact number [protected] se hui hai..
