We have purchased a Refrigerator on 30 march,2007 from S.P.Galaxy 13-Gole Bazar, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The model is- MM-S 180 ltrs.
This Refigerator is not working properly from last 2-3 years. Its cooling is out of work. We have complained to service center they provided us service but that was temporary thats why it again and again go out of work. So please provide us Permanent and Proper Solution of our problem.

    1. Kelvinator 300 L reported faulty and the district agency (Mr Krishnakumar) took the refrigerator for warranty replacement from my home since 10 days without any alteration. Now is the peak temperature time. Hence it is requested that please tell palakkad agency to give the refrigerator as early as possible.

      have purchased a refrigerator 190 ltr. model no. KD195M-A from M/S Sia Enterprises T-583/2/1, Gali No. 2, Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi110008, on 08/06/2009. now it has stopped cooling and when checked by their service deppt. they are asking for Rs. 1043 for replacement of faulty compressor. my refrigerator is already under warranty of 5 yrs., then why they are demanding money.

        I Purchased a Kelvinator Refridgerator from one of the shops in Meerut, City Electronics on 24th December' 2008.

        After a couple of months of the purchase it stopped cooling and contacted the dealer. A serviceman visited my place and told me that there was some gas leakage and the problem was resolved in a couple of days.

        Again in July 2009 cooling stopped and I again contacted the dealer. A compalint was registered but no complaint number was given to me. However on 12/07/2009 the freezer was replaced.

        In February 2010 again the machine stopped cooling and again i called for help. This time i clearly told the company engineer that I will not be paying for such repeated faults that have been occurring and i was assured that if such problem occurs again the product will be replaced.

        Still again in November 2010 the fridge stopped cooling. I registered a complaint number- GHA[protected]. The engineer visited my place and told me that the compressor was out of order. They told me that Compressor was guaranteed it will be replaced free of cost. Although I regularly asked them to get the product replaced but i was assured no such problem will recur in future.

        NOW again my fridge has stopped cooling since last 1 week. I have registered a compalint number- VAR[protected] (which i was later told has been wrongly registered) However the service Incharge Mr. Pravesh seemed supportive and assured of his best. The Service engineers visited my place on 1st of May-2011 and told me that the compressor was out of order. In such a hot weather i am staying without a fridge and repenting on my decision of purchasing such a product. The company people who were supportive initially have not been answering my calls since last two days.

        I am standing in lurch and cant understand what to do. I feel cheated of my money and harassed because of such attitude.

        I seek your guidance in appropriate redressal of my grievances.

          We have a kelvinator 1.5 ton split ac , purchasing on 2004 , now the ac is problem we are called the custamar care , excutive also camed and he is tell to me in the ac main board is a problem and he is take out the board of outside , but still the person not bring that board , the period of one month above , still we are calling that person every weeky two or three times that person response to me on every time , sir your ac is very old model the spares not avalable in main office .

            The door of my Refrigerator (Kelvinator Ref KD 225 LG [as per the invoice] ) was damaged, i registered the complain with the customer care of the same company , the people from the company came with a wrong model door and on objecting to it they asked for some time for the product to be available.
            After few days the answer from them was same. its been more than 4-5 months now, but there is no response from the company. i kindly request to please look into the matter and help the customer from wrong and misleading promises of the company

SHIRODKAR AND NUMBER WAS [protected], HE SAID I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ANYTHING ABOUT D COMPLAINT AGAIN ON 12-APR-11, I RECIEVED AN ANOTHER SMS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MR. HARSHAD CHAVAN IS ANOTHER ENGINEER , I CALLED HIM ALSO HE SAID THE SAME HE IS NOT BEEN INFORMED.                 Dear sir,
                I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 5th september 2010 from MGB Electronics,Tirupur, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like IMPROPER WORKING,COOLING.

                When I called customer care they have taken the complaint.The call was attended by the local mechanics.The Refrigerator again failed to function next day after repairing .The complaint again attended by the same mechanic & the result is same .After third complaint the mechanic traced the fault that in minor in nature & it was Relay switch replacement. Again the fridge taken to service care,but am not satisfied with their reply,plz take immediate action.

                  Sub: Complaint regarding KD 195 Ltr. Kelvinator Refrigerator

                  Dear Sir,

                  I purchased one Kelvinator Refrigerator KD 195 Ltr. From Prerna
                  Electrovision , Sector -55, Faridabad (Haryana) vide their bill no.
                  987 dated 07/09/2008 for Rs. 8000/- .

                  Sir , my complaint for No Cooling in the Refrigerator started during
                  Dec. 2009, the complaint was lodged and it was rectified by your
                  service engineer on 19/01/2010. A cash memo no. 2234 dated 19/01/2010
                  for Rs. 781/- of M/s.A One Service, Faridabad (Authorize Service
                  Centre) was given to me for payment which I paid. Your service
                  Engineer informed that complaint is rectified and there will no
                  problem in future.

                  After five month again No cooling started during May 2010 complaint
                  was lodged and rectified by your service engineer on 21/05/2010. Cash
                  bill no. 257 dated 21/05/2010 for Rs. 906/-of M/s.A One Services,
                  Fbd., for Gas and Dryer given to me which was also paid . Your
                  service engineer again assured that there is no any problem now.

                  Again after seven months, third time within a period of One year,
                  complaint of no cooling lodged with your customer care vide complaint
                  NoGUR [protected] dated 30/01/2011. The complaint was attended by your
                  engineer Mr. Adil Khan (Mobile: [protected]). Observation of your
                  engineer are given below:

                  1.Blockage of gas, Expense of Rs. 1000/- Approx. to be born by me for
                  rectification.. I told your service engineer to hold the work for
                  seeking your help.

                  2 He also advised me tohave AMC of refrigerator for such problem which
                  can be rectified without any cost . IS THIS JUSTIFIED ?

                  My request is that I need maintenance free product which Kelvinator is
                  unable to give me and reputation of product is deterioting. You are
                  requested to arrange to change theCompressor of my refrigerator
                  immediately which is under warranty period. Since the necessity is
                  urgent. Your attention is requested immediately.

                    This is to inform you that, I had purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator KSP204, INVOICE NO. 646 on 17 Feb-11, from Electro Cottage 40, Sheo charan lal road, Laxaman Bazar, Allahabad, after a month it stop functioning, I have made a complaint to the company in their toll free phone number [protected] on 12th may '11, as my Kelvinator refrigerator is not functioning. No any service representative attended the problem against the complaint. I got a message from company service centre Mr. NAZER ([protected]) will attend complaint number VAR[protected] within 48 hours.

                    Today is 07th June whole summer session is going to change into rainy and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care many times. All the time customer care executives told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

                      We purchased kelvinator refrigerator on march 2010, after two months o[censored]sage the freezer box fitting on one side came off and the box is hanging on one side (the front left came off), when called for the cust care the tech came and he told nothing can be done for thr fitting and don't use the freezer insted use the tray under the freezer. THIS FREEZER IS USELESS pls do something. I tried one more time with the cust care again the same tech came repeated the same .what can be done pls adv.....

                        we had purchased kelvinator refrigerator in 2001. but recently it had not been working properly. despite in very good condition the lower compartment (fridge) is not getting any cooling but the fridger is working. we are facing this genuine problem since last four months. we had contacted the authorise service centre M/S S.G Electronics 18-B Purvawali Ganeshpur Roorkee Ph N0.[protected].
                        They changed some parts of our refridgerator saying that the problem is now resolved, we paid an amount of Rs.3283.24 vide billNo.140 dated 22/08/2010 and were assured that the problem will not be repeated, but with in two months the same is happening again and now we are trying to contact the said service centre but to no avail.Inspite of spending the amount we are in the midst of problems and nobody is listening.We are feeling cheated.
                        At last we approached you with a hope that our problem would be taken care off.With great hope we are looking forward for your answer.

                          I have purchased a Kelvinator fridge on 03.10.2008 from Radio house, 172-173 yadav complex, nehru road, sadar bazar Lucknow, Serial No of fridge is 6362. When i have purchased the fridge then there was some cooling problem for which i have complaint to the shop keeper and nothing has been done. Finally when it stopped working then i have complaint the same on 02.11.2009 then he has send some engineer from Quality India Electro- care Pvt Ltd and complaint number was LUC-[protected]. Then as per engineer there was Gas problem in compressor and my fridge got repaired and i have to pay the charge of Rs985 to them. Then i have thought that now my issue has been resolved.

                          Now again the same problem starts and again cooling of my fridge stopped whitin a year. This time again i have called the toll free number and logged a complaint on 04.12.2010 and complaint number is LUC-[protected] and this has been taken care by A & A Electronic Services Aliganj, Sector J, Lucknow and now as per engineer my compressor got damaged and i have to pay gas charge and some other charges and they have to replace the compressor.

                          Now my point is when i have purchased a Brand of Kelvinator then why i have to suffer this much. Now i am totally fed up for the services and in future i have decided not to purchase any of the brand of Kelvinator. Being a reputed compant you should take care of your clients. When problem starts whithin a year then why i need to pay the charges again and again.

                            I BOUGHT THE KELVINATOR REFRIGERATOR MODEL NO REFKWL215SL FROM POPULAR ELECTRONICS, DUMDUM CANTT, KOLKATA DTD 02/05/10 WITH INVOICE NO 1479.

                            AFTER A MONTH THE PROLEM OF THE REFRIGERATOR HAD STARTED. THERE IS LOT OF ICE FORMATION IN THE ICE CHAMBER AND THE GASKET CAME OUT. I HAVE LOGED COMPLAINTS LOT MANY TIMES. MANY ENGINEERS CAME BUT COULDNT SORT OUT THE ISSUE. THE ENGINEERS CAME ON JUNE , JULY , AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER .EVERY TIME THEY COME AND PASTE THE GASKET WITH ADHESIVE BUT STILL THE PROMBLEM PERSISTS. REGARDING THE ICE CHAMBER THE ENGINEERS TOLD ME TO SWITCH OFF THE FRIDGE EVERY DAY FOR ONE HOUR. IS THIS THE SOLUTION AND SERVICE OF KELVINATOR INDIA ?????????.

                            I had akelvinator refrigerator ( 163 lit. model: 286M) whose comprassure, relay, thermostate and overload protactor has gone bad and needs gass refilling too. I think the local repairer is charging too much. Can you inform me the cost of above materials so that I can judge if I am really overcharged.

I was contact your service person via toll free number. He came and checked and replied Compressor is not working. Please kindly replace the new compressor.

                              I bought a kelvinator split a/c in hope that its compressor is one of the best in the industry but allmy hope is gone in vain, and i am very sad because even after spending so much money i am not able to use the same. Its just 14 month old. While installing, the company executives told me that thier a.c. Had 3 free service but they dint turn up to do even 1. As soon as the warranty period expired, my ac could not provide the cooling. When i reported this to the authorized dealer from whom i had purchased the same, they shamlessly told me that only on payment they will come to rectify my problem. I agreed to thier terms and spended inr 2500.00 last month, but not even 20 days up and the same complaint has resurfaced. So should i spend inr 2500 every month. Did i buy kelvinator to see this day. Very bad and i deeply regret my decision. I feel cheated and a foolish person.

                                This is to inform you that your company Refrigerator with Model KF 260 PREMIUM of 250 liters silky gray which was bought from KANNANKANDY HOME APPLIANCES AT CALICUT is under continuous repair since it was bought.
                                I had selected your product from the market as your prestige company holds a higher fame in the Indian market.
                                But I painfully inform you that your product performance was really very pathetic. By the past 2 years i had called 6 times for the service of this refrigerator. We the customers by a product with faith in your company and when the things go worst i sincerely inform that these actions will negatively incident on your products.
                                The rubber beeding on the refrigerator door has got detached from it once and the same had happened again. Due to some errors within the refrigerator the covering of the bulb got melted. My refrigerator is no frost model but now refrigerator is full of frost inside the freezer.
                                What does it mention? I am not going to complaint the dealer or the product now. What i prefer is to leave my refrigerator in front of the KANNANKANDY APPLIANCES the shop from which i had bought it.

                                I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS FOR THE SAME.

                                  I have purchased a refrigerator (Kelvinator, Model No.-KFL-224-WT-RDS) on 02/04/2010 vide name of RAJIA SULTANA (My Wife) from the shop ANANDA MELA (address-Parcus Road More, G.T. Road, Burdwan, West Bengal ph[protected]. In this regard, I want to inform you that since the purchasing of the refrigerator we are suffering from heavy frost in the deep-fridge; often locking the deep-fridge door (It is not to open up to 4-5 hours of defrosting). I have made complain in the nearest authorized service center for twice ( they have shown their responsibility by visiting my home and tried to solve the problem by changing the Thermostat) but the result is yet to come. In the last visit, the service center boy said that if the problem would not solve there after, it is the product's in built technical problem. By the by I'm also not ready to open the machine for a number of time with no result, because by opening the machine for twice the machine is generating a unwanted sound (which was not sound earlier) and the previous problem of heavy frosting is also enhanced.

                                  What should I do then? can I recover from this problem? I want your extreme co-operation in this context.

                                    I have purchased Kelvinator Refregerator MODEL NO. REF KF2 60P BSL
                                    on dated 30.08.2009 from M/S.BHARAT ELECTONICS, SVP ROAD, GODHRA-389001, DIST.PMS., GUJARAT.
                                    But after the same was installed at my home, it has started giving problems of
                                    cooling,

                                    many times the engineer has visited when complain was lodged with m/s.bharat electronics, but after few days it again started giving problems of cooling,,,,

                                    recently the freeze is completely down, whatever we put in the freeze in night,
                                    in the day all the things are waste, because of no cooling at all....

                                    we are so much frustrated that now we have stopped using that freeze

                                    but because we have paid 14000 rs. for this freeze, now we have to purhcase a
                                    second hand freeze locally....

                                    I dont understand why such faulty piece of refrigerator are sold .....

                                    who is at fault.... GOD knows. .....

                                    BUT I PRAY TO ALL NEVER PURCHASE A KELVINATOR FREEZE.....

                                    and whatever brand you purhcase, if there is any fault .... please put the same in
                                    writing and get signature of the local distribuor on the same...

                                    Now the problem with me is that - the local distributor has wasted 11 months in
                                    solving my problem and there is only one month with me....

                                    please help me what to do in this matter.....

                                    Kelvinator — The product is not at all working from the date of purchase

                                    We brought refrigerator from distributor of Kelvinator but the product is not functioning properly from the date of purchase.

                                      I complaint so many times at your call center but i did not get satisfied action from your side.only one time ur engineer come to my home and said "the part that u need is not available in service center as soon as we got it than i come and repaire your machine."But thaire after i did not get any response from ur side.when i called service center or call center ur employee have so many excuses but no solution.Now i fade up I think I got mistake to buy ur company machine.If i do not get Proper solution than i have to go in legal.
