I am H.I.KHAN from kalyan purchased a microwave convection oven on dated 23 jan 2009 from NEXT's showroom, murbad road kalyan.but till date no demo provided yet.this is for your information and necessary action.

i bought kelvinator oven on 22nd august 2009 from VIjay Sales andheri w since then no demo peronnel turned up on 7th sept the gave me a call and said theyare coming, as i was not availalble at home told them on 8th come at 6 or 5 pm and took half day for the same and now today the ppl are calling me and saying i will be coming at 11 am ...is this the way you train your tele callers to grumble on phone she said if not at 12 am then he will be coming tommorrow ...so for ur demo i should adjust timings according to your conforts or you should see my comfortable timings ...
i got the call for demo from your parel branch
I want an answer for the same as soon as possible

I also bought kelvinator microwave convection oven from videocon via times group site.

first of all they did not had the model in stock, so they told that they will be supplying videocon, then suddenly after one and half month after they got the kelvinator oven delivered and that too without the invoice.
When i tried to used it it was not working at all and then their service guy the circuit is damaged, they asked for the invoice, these people are so ... that they send the invoice too after 20 days that too by email and without sign on it.
now, when i asked to replace it with a new one, they are telling that they will repair and give it.

that was really a disgusting moment and i thought to never purchase a videocon product in near future.

the people checking for their products pleas please dont prefer videocon or any of its allied brands
