my self jitendra kumar dwivedi and i am purchaser of kelvinator kge[protected]refrigerator) on dated 07/06/2010 and bill sr no. 219 & book no. 03 through Anuj Seles,verma chauraha fatehpur u.p. but i am facing contineu cooling problem i complain my saler anuj sales he registred my complain no all[protected] dated 07/07/2011. he provide service for cooling problem he told me that your compressor is not working so that replase your compressor and replase compressor to him and he service charge rs 950 to me but till date i facing same type of problem my refrigerator .

so i request to you please provide service in proper way.

    we had purchased the 173 ltr Kelvinator Nutricool Refrigerator ( Modle No.KHE 173BR-RDA- SRL NO.[protected], Compressor No. VIDEOCON-SETR 5TV SRL NO.[protected] from Prabhat Electri Vision, Gandhi Chowk Circle Hospet-Bellary (Karnataka) vide Cash Bill No.1109 dated 14.10.2009. The said Refrigerator not cooling , on checking local machanic stated that the Compressor was struck while running condition.
    Hence it is requested that the compressor may please be exchanged at the earliest please.

      I have purchased one Refrigerator, branded Kelvinator (froast free type), Model No.KCE244/2011, capacity range of 230 ltr, vide Bill No.179 on 21.06.2011 in my wife's name, from a registered electronics retail shop named Thottumpuram Agencies, located at Paravur of Kollam district. Suddenly, on the 3rd day of purchase it was noticed that the refrigerator have cooling problem in the bottom portion and the froasting panel is filling with rock hard ice cubes on alternate days. Immediately I informed the complaint of non-cooling to the shopkeeper and he has managed to send servicemen for troubleshooting from company service centres. Unfortunately they were unable to find/resolve the problem yet making silly excuses against replacement or repairing. Subsequently, the refrigerator was taken to the service center and returned after 1 week contented that all mistakes were resolved. Their false information in respect of the repairing of defect showed the same complaint on the very next day. Hence, the shopkeeper again registered a complaint and concerned engineer visited my residence and assured that the refrigerator will be replaced. I were in good faith by purchasing a Kelvinator branded item. Now weeks have gone no response till date.

        This is to inform you that a refrigerator has been brought by me on March 2011 by the name of Dev Methwani .The model no. of refrigerator is KCP324.
        But from last few months have door problem over their, it is not working properly. we have complain to the dealer and customer care but no one yet to solve our problem as per your engineers said ultimately their problem was door not shut closed properly and required to change the door ..if you will not short out this problem than I will complaint with high level of consumer departement.

        I hope you understand me and I request you to kindly change new door in my refrigerator to any body to solve out this problem.
        because i am lots of bothered regarding this matter.

          I have purchased Kelvinator Fridgebatch no.205659 for Rs.10300 from KANCHAN AGENCIES, NEAR-TIKONA CHOWKI, FARRUKHABAD, U.P.

          This fridge is having water leakage-problem since the day we bought it. Many times maintenance engineer of your company came and fixed the problem temporarily. Meanwhile I have also requested to change the piece, but your company only assured me that the problem will be solved soon. But still I have this problem of water-leakage. and out of few complaint and other complait numbers are supposed to be in your record. Plz try to solve the problem as soon as possible

            1. I had purchased a 240 liters kelvinator refrigerator Model No. KSP 254 GH, Serial No.[protected] on 18th September 2011 from A. B. Electronics, S-20, Maszid Road, Bhogal, Delhi - 110014. The refrigerator was pluged in next day as the shopkeeper instructed to switch on the supply after 24 hours as during transportation the cooling gas may flow in the pipes which required to be settle down. But even after 2 days, the cooling of the refrigerator was improper and also freezer was not freezing ice. On complaining to the shopkeeper, he told to go for complaint service center at No.[protected]. After registration of complaint on 20th September with regitration No. DEL [protected], a representative came to my residence and after cheking the fridge he reported that the oil from the compressor has risen up into the gas pipe which reqiured to be wash out and further refilling of gas will be reqired to do. I enquired about the problem of refrigerator that how a new refrigerator can behave in this way. The Engineer told that during transporatation from kelvinator production site to the dealer shop, the oil of compressor may risen up to the gas pipe. Next day of the visit, the oil from the pipeline was washed out and gas was refilled by the technical staff of the service center. The technician told to start operating the frige on the next day. The frige worked properly for 4-5 days and again the same problem arised of improper cooling, I made complaint at service center at No.[protected]. After registration of complaint on 28th September 2011 with regitration No. DEL [protected], an Engineer came to my residence and after cheking the fridge he reported that the gas filled last time was in excess which required to be lessen for proper functioning of the fridge. Again on the next day a tecnician/engineer visited, named Ali, who attended the complaint last time. After checking the fridge, he reported that the gas is not in excess and continue operating the fridge for further 3-4 days. But the fridge is not working and the cooling is not there even after complained on 06th October 2011with registration No. DEL [protected] and on 13th October 2011 with registration No. DEL [protected]. The head of the Service Center, Mr. Upadhyay Mo. No. [protected] has sent Engineers who are Seniors than the predecessors, but the fridge is not working properly.

            The details of my complaints are given below. I would be grateful if you could assist me to replace my refrigerator with the New one of the same cost or refund my price of the refrigerator.

              Respected Sir/Madam,
              I am the customer of your Videocon product named ‘KELVINATOR KC314GN’ having Set Sr. No.[protected]. That I purchased the said product on 07/04/2011 From retailer named ‘M/s Harish Electronics ‘ Amravati (M.S.) by paying the consideration of Rs. 17,000/- (Seventeen Thousand)in cash. That I received the delivery of the goods on the very day and thereafter I took it at home and plug it , but surprisingly it didn’t worked properly, therefore I contacted the retailer and service provider for assistance, that initially the problem was of cooling related, but later on as the service provider repaired it the problem for the time being resolved, but again after a week same problem persisted, therefore I again contacted and asked to repair. This time also the service provider opened the parts and repaired it and stated that it is internal problem. That that again within weeks same problem aroused, hence I contacted to your companies District service provider and area manager Mr. Akshay Nanawati, but I am badly disappointed from this service provider and his services. That I am consistently and regularly visiting the office and service centre and looking forward for the positive reply from the company , in fact the said service provider did not contacted and conveyed my problem to the company and also did not furnished me the details thereof, but as today I came to know that said service provider forwarded my complaint/ grudge to the company for the RAN(Replace against New) on 24.08.2011 and again he asked me to wait for month, this again caused me to great mental, physical and financial loss, agony and strains. Therefore I directly sending my complaint to the company and looking for positive reply of RAN.
              That I regularly contacted and intimated the company about the faulty product and by getting following numbers as complaint numbers.

                I have purchased new Kelvinator fridge from Next Retail Maninagar, on 01-06-11., I rased the Complain on 16-08-11 in my fridge Top side of Door some water marks falls. then after Cpmpany Engineer visited in my home, as per him this is the manufacturing defect we need to replace the door and he ask for charge, however it comes under warrenty period as i am Purchase on 1.5 month ago, then after i getting call from Customer sevice center by Kaya Madam, she told me that this problem is solved by Next show room, they can manage some from direct godown. After I am re complaint in Next Show room as per him they must try to Support me and they escalate the mail to higher authority on 19-08-11.. but still not revert from that side...What is Do....I want to Replace Fridge... Pls Help me...

                  I HAVE PURCHASED FROM VIKHORLI DEALER ON 11 MARCH I GOT DELIVERY ON 15 MARCH AT MY VIKHROL ADD BUT DUE TO SOME PROBLEM I CANT ABLE TO SHIFT TO VIKHROLI ADD SO I TAKE MY ALL BELONGING TO TOWN ADD IN JUNE AND I STARTED USING MY REFRIGERATOR FROM JUNE AND ON JULY 30 MY FRIDGE STOP GIVING COOLING SO I MAKE A COMPLAINT AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINT AFTER 4 DAY A MAN CAME AND CHECK AND TOLD THAT TOMORROW A MAN WILL CAME AND THEY WILL TAKE OUR FRIDGE TO SERVICE CENTER AND TWO MAN CAME AND TAKE OUR FRIDGE TO SERVICE CENTER NEXT DAY THEY CALL US AND TOLD US THAT THERE IS NO GAS AND ITS NEEDS 2500 RUPEES TO REPAIR A NEW REFRIGERATOR JUST 2 MONTH OLD OF COST ME AROUND 8000/- NOW NEED 2500 TO REPAIR IT IS REALLY REDUCUILUS NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO AND I THINK THEY HAVE DAMAGE MY REFRIGERATOR.

                      this is dr n m batra residing in anand gujarat. my sister in law (a widow) residing at dahod, with her mother in law and a son bought a kelvinator refrigerator from modern radios, nr ajanta talkies, dahod in october 2010, invoice no 1714 machine sr no.[protected], REF,KF 260P/BSL, from the very begining the machine is giving one or the other problem, she has spent about 2000 or more rupees so far, got the gas also changed, but the machine is not working properly, there is one or the other problem always which is not being rectified by the supplier. kindly help her in this regard and obelige, mu mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and cell no is [protected]
                      I am not satisfied with kelvinator refrigerator. just oney in One Year two time refrigerator colling problem faced. i puchased this refrigerator just 1 year before on (20-jun-2011), and supplier tell me that compressor warranty is 5 year . when i register the complain they are asking for 200 service charge and 1200 from gas filling ( if compressor problem is their).please tell me that it OK or not

                        I'm from Delhi - Our fridge (Kelvinator ) was not defrost functioning properly, complaint filed with customer service, - Thermostat (as told by the service Eng)was replaced & we paid Rs.1100 - from the date of repair my fridge not functioning ( Dead), almost 1 months have passed-we're calling everyday-we get no responses, our calls are cut, asked to call back & so on - once in a while someone comes and check new thermostat in defective & need to be replace but till date no one come back & leaves-your service people are absolutely incompetent ( Ph no [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]) & rude-our fridge is still not working properly-its 1 months (Complain No. DEC[protected] / DEC[protected])- shame on a company like Kelvinator.                           Kelvinator Refrigerator — not working

                          Our refrigeraor is not working properly(Rubber Problem), After calling many times to service center in Ambala two persons visit our house y'day, but still problem remains the same.

                          After talking to executive at service center, his behaviour is very rude to me, and he said whenever the engineer be free he visit at your home.

                            To Whom it may concern.

                            I have bought a kevinator dishwasher last year 2010 december and started encuring some problems and since i have reported the problem,i have had technicians come out and repair it several times and the same problem each time.

                            The last time i reported it faulty again with the same problem and now with a leak as well,i refuse to have it fixed and to be replaced with a new one.
                            I was told and rudely answered by a Mr De Bruin "we do not exchange any items after a year" and so then i spoke to a Tracy from head office and she said she will contact me the next day,i'm waiting for a week now and still no call back.

                            I spoke to Mr De Bruin again on the 07/06/2011 and he said Lynn From Head Office will contact me still no reply from her side.

                            Please can you tell me we do i go from here,i'm very unhappy about the service i'm receiving from the kevinator group,but also unhappy for i have not used my dishwasher for 3months now already.

                                My self Jagtar Singh s / o Sh Hardev Singh ([protected]) I had purchased the 300ltr Kelvinator Refrigrator on last month from SAINI ELECTRONICS KHARAR, DOOR is not closeing properly, same we have complaint on customer care against this - CHA[protected] ON 27 MAY but still noone has come to our home to resolve the issue...

                                Pl help to get the same !

                                kelvinator fridge single door — not working

                                complaint booked 5 days back and complaint number is BAN [protected]. Customer service centre promptly answers and book a complaint , No technicians visit the sites for attending the faults. While enquiring in the Service centre , they provide non working/ not answering numbers like land line[protected], mob- [protected]. On re enquiry in the service centre, they are not having any progress in attending the complaints, simply they will dispose the problems without any clear picture. Therefore kindly attend the complaint immediately. yours

                                    Sir, I Had Purchased a Kelvinator Ac in 2007.at First it started crating some noise.Some Days Back, When I had Called the Service Center in Gurgaon.The service Person Named Harish Came and Charged me For visit and told me that The Motor of Ac has weared of and is not aviailable.He also told me that he will Bring it after 5-10 days.Now When I Call The Service Person/Center , They Don't Pick up the Phone.This is Really Bad on the PArt of a Reputed company and I Request you To take Strict action against them!!

                                    Kelvinator/Air Condition — Poor Servicing

                                    I Purchased an AC from Laxmi Agencies (Jamnagar) on 16.03.2006 mentioned as under:

                                    I want to bring this into your notice that the above mentioned dealer has literally harassed me like anything.With the above mentioned AC i got four free services.I tried my level best to call the dealer all the times for its timely servicing.I literally begged many times to pls come n service my AC as it was covered with the cost that i will get 4 free services.Everytime the dealer was never interested. Sometimes he was quite rude on phone as if its my fault not his.
                                    As a result my AC went out of order and i again started calling him.I many times visited his shop but the way he behaved was not at all acceptable.He literally ignored me and gave attention to his other customers who were about to be cheated like me.
                                    Now the situation is that, my AC is out of order since 3 months.Summers are over and now I dont expect anything from him.

                                    Its my humble request to kindly look into it seriously and give proper treatment to the dealer so that no more people are cheated.

                                    hi i have a ref. of kelvinator we purchased it on 20th jan. 2009. Itz not working properly n not cooling itself at all. So please rectify this problem as soon as possible
                                    I purchased 1 unit refrigerator describe as 2 door Chrome Black 7.6 cuft last April 19, 2013 which was delivered the ff. day dated April 20, 2013 from a distributor/seller of appliances known as Abenson Walter Mart Philippines.
                                    With the latest design series and tag of more energy efficient, I been convinced to buy a refrigerator KELVINATOR brand. Knowing that it is more better than any other brand but 2 days after I try and use the Unit, I was dismayed to find out that it is slow/low icing on the freezer even on its maximum level. It has poor performance on the freezer compare to my old refrigerator describe as 2 door same size, NATIONAL brand ( but today known as PANASONIC ) which was bought 10 years ago and it is still active today with good performance until now.
                                    At first, I don't know if the Refrigerator the I bought has manufacturers defect or it is just its normal and usual performance but one thing for sure is that I am not satisfied of its performance and I want a replacement of the unit. Last Monday dated April 22, 2013 due to my desire to replace the unit I went to Abenson Walter Mart, Pampanga Philippines to complain and demand for replacement of the unit. but their customer service inform me that it is not that easy to replace the unit because if the replace the unit they cannot sell the used product. It must be check first by the technician from KELVINATOR service center to make sure that the refrigerator has a defect from there they can decide base to the findings of the technician if they well replace the unit or not. But I am in doubt because the technician who well check the unit well came from KELVINATOR service center. while inside the Abenson, the Abenson customer service call the KELVINATOR service center and schedule to check the unit dated Wednesday April 24, 2013.
                                    As the date come the technician arrived from the scheduled date to check the unit and concluded in less than 5 minutes using only his Ocular vision with out looking and checking the internal parts of the refrigerator " NO FOUND ANY DEFECT/ HISSING SOUND ON THE SIDE ". So this means that it has no problem at all that despite all my complains about the unit is its normal and usual performance that the latest KELVINATOR brand today cannot compete to an old Model Refrigerator NATIONAL brand which is 10 years older?
                                    My apologies to all the words I used it not my intention to offend We just like you to heard from us our comments. Hope you well not be offend to those millions of people sending you negative feedback on your product but instead used them as a basis on how you can upgrade and improved to help people live easier and satisfied in terms of refrigeration. More Power.

Ludhiana (PB). bought kelvinator Refrigrator no KF 260A from Gobind Electronics Samrala Chowk Khanna(PB) Bill no 355 AmountRs 13800/- dated 7-9-2007 But this product is not very good .Company's engineer visited many times in my house . But your Khanna service center cut of a wire and your product reached in your khanna center .I paid Rs 600 labour and Rs 700 transport charges .After this your product reached in your customer care center plat no 78 indutrial area phase 2 Chandigarh dated 9-1-2010 at bill no 2698. I paid Rs4780/- and Rs 3000- transport charges.Your company and your customer care center cannot help me in warranty charges as well as compressior and other rerigerator parts .please provide compensation from your company.

                                      I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on December, 2010 from NEXT Electronics, Aliganj, Lucknow, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like improper cooling and noise problem.

                                      When we called customer care they have taken the complaint on 20th February, 2012 (complaint reference number as LUC[protected]) after 3 days i got a message your complaint has been closed. After getting the message, i had again complaint on 23rd February 2012 (complaint reference number as LUC[protected]) this time they send me a engineer name Mr. Afaq Siddique his mobile no. is [protected], i called him on 24th February 2012, he said i am busy some buddy visit to your house and short out your problem but no buddy was visited and next day i got the same reply "your compliant has been closed". On the 27th i had again compliant to the customer care executive he said engineer visit your home i also contacted to Mr. Afaq Siddique he also told me the same reply but still waiting for visit of engineer.

                                      After multiple calls also nobody has turned up for the last 3 weeks.This is the one of the worst service i have ever seen.

                                      kelvinator/refrigerator — Cooling in not proper

                                      Dear Sir, I purchased double door refrigerator in April 2012 from Mehtab Sales (Damija TV Centre) , Gill Road, Ludhiana but its cooling is not proper, working very badly

                                        I bought a new Kelvinator refrigerator kfl 195 yesterday

                                        As soon as the dealer delivered it to my house & we switched on the fridge, the bulb was not working. I am damn upset about it. I do not want a defective product.

                                        I called the customer care helpline & was provided with complaint#HYD[protected] yesterday. I have been trying to call the engineer RAMESH who is supposed to come down (ph#[protected]) & he does not pick up the call

                                        My point is as is a brand like kelvinator sells defective products which is very upsetting.

                                        I hope someone resolves this asap at no extra cost

                                        I bought a kelvinator refrigerator on 5th of March 2011. I could not use the product more than 5 days properly. I registered a complaint regarding the problem on [protected], the problem is resolved but took 10 days. Later there was another problem, again complaint raised on 6th april 2011, technician came checked told that there is a problem with the freezer box and has to be replaced, that is not at all resolved till date. Later I called the company management on 27th April 2011, with another complaint number, requesting to replace the product. Since then I have been calling the management team, no one is taking the ownership, not looking interested to resolve the problem. Till date I have called hundred times at least seeking the resolution. Am very much upset with the inferior quality, poor response and service.
