A complaint was regisrered with the toll free number on 22/07/09 under ref [protected]. No response from the service Engineer who had visited the place and had promised a quick solution. Reminder was registered on 07/08/09 and on 13/08/09 Only promises were delivered and no solution

Non availability of thermostat
I do have Kelvinator Refrigerator 315 Ltrs. Double Door Model-(315L), wherein I would like to service my refrigerator, there is non availability of spares and there is no company official web-site wherein I can launch my complaint or spares parts of dealer name in Delhi for thermostat.
