[Resolved]  Kelvinator Refrigerator — Repair/Replacement of KELVINATOR Refrigerator ,Customer care negligence in responding

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 1 no. kelvinator brand 165 Ltr. Refrigerator from one of dealer.

Within short period Refrigerator’s main door bottom hinges [Fiber Hinges] are Broken/damaged due to bad quality of hinges.

Due to crake in fiber/plastic hinges, Door is not closing properly hence all cold air removed outside from gaps & Refg. Compressor is not tripping & I am paying more amt. of electricity bill.

At present refg. in close condition due to removed main from freeze.

I request you to please replace the door with metal hinges.

I hoping from your for your best service to customer after sale of your product.

I purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on oct 2013 from Hyderabad, and since the machine is giving trouble like improper cooling we complaint several times the response they are giving was not good they took some day to come and check, after that they told there is no problem and they replace some parts from that then it starts working after few days the problem continious it happens 3 times now my warrenty is going to end what i have to do please solve my problem again my Refrigerator is not working

I have purchased refrigerator in kelvinator brand on 13.01.14 from purchase onward I suffered lot of problem in this instrument I feel very bad y I bought this brand with in one year 9 months I faced lot of problem u r not providing proper response with in one month I faced problem I called to customer care I requested to replace but u r person is said not possible wt a service u r providing to customers u have not feel about it and the customer stuff also wost service u r providing now also the instrument again problem wt u will do really very bad I hope I will get proper response from u r end pls cal [protected]
