As per the feedback from our service center, machine has been reinstalled at your residence. We gave enrolled you vide Reg. No: DLDT-67008 and we have lodged another complaint. The new service will be provided by 30th March 2011.

kent grand + — installation delay
I had bought a kent ro plant in aug 2010. The warranty of the product is 1yr. I have recently moved in from port blair and want to get the ro installed.the request was logged on 21 mar at 0930hrs but there has been no response from the company rep till now. The complaint no is 96754. There have been 03 reminders given on the customer care and everytime the response is that within 24 hrs it will be completed. It is hard to believe as to what type of clock do the Kent RO people follow that the time of 24 hrs have not been completed even after 72 hrs of the request.
The services require immediate attention.
