We have purchased the Kent Grand + in the year of 2011 December from VGM Enterprises Chennai Tambaram.
On June 2013; we have log the complaint to VGM Enterprises for "Purifier did not work" .
After a few days later VGM representative broke some spares in the KENT and they said it is not a important part and they charged (inclusive of Carbon and Sediment cleaning)1100Rs and for service they charged 450 Rs. separately. On that time also water supply is not proper so they removed one valve kind of thing and instrument is directly connected to power;after that water supply is ok and the representative said it is working fine. -"We thought the issue is resolved"
For a couple of week again" purifier did not work" then the complaint is lodged and they changed 350 Rs worth of spare and went off.
Then this week the purifier is not working again and the complaint has been raised to VGM and they came and said you have to spent 6500 Rs. for Parts and for service is also chargeable and it is 1000 Rs.
So Finally the product cost is 16000 Rs. After an year we spare cost comes around 9000 Rs. which is more than 50 % of product cost.
Please look on the service provider and their charges. The service is still worth to proceed the good relation ship with the product user.

I called Kent and they redirected me to VGM Enterprise and on 20/04/2012 I purchased Kent Gard +.
Which worked fine till 07/08/2013.The filter had to be replaced. Then again on march 2014, had to call the service centre for some problem and they are insisting to Chang the filter again and also replace some part inside. Which is not acceptable. I think I have wasted money in wrong product( Kent ). I will never ever recommend any one to buy Kent, because the quality of the product is very poor and the service (VGM Enterprises, tambaram, chennai- 45) is very bad.
I defenetly think Kent Gard+ is not worth for the money that we pay..

M/s. VGM Enterprises, is one of the worst service provider. I had been using KENT RO since 2008. I was in Rajahmundry and recently go transferred to Chennai in July 2014. Since then I had spend nearly Rs. 7000/-, but still the machine is down. They use in-genuine spares. Very bad customer representative, very rude.
