[Resolved]  Kent RO Water Purifier — FOR SERVING

Dear Sir,
Why in Rajdhani express only one bottle of water is provided for 20 hours journey.A man need around four to five litres per day then why you provide only obne liter?The behave of the TTE and other staffs are not good when asked for the water.They say only one litre is sufficient.If the officials travel then they provide free amount of water.Is it not the double standard towards public regarding water?

PLease increase the amont of water.When I ask for more water I will have to pay for that.Why this is so?I have lodged a complain regrading this in the train but i do not fet any response .on the date 15 Aug 2007 travelling from Baruni to Dibrugarh.

I worked in Telco Water Technoloy Pvt Ltd for 3 months and the management was paying me and many more like me a very low salary, we no not have the facility of PF also, we have not received our appointment letter, we do not receive salary slip, we are made to sign on a higher salary and given a low salary we cannot complain . where do we go for our complains we need the job we cannot fight the rich management

My name is V.K Prathap, resident of Indira Gandhi Nagar ( H.No 14-17 ) Opp to IDPL Colony Balanagar Hyderabad ). We are getting drainage water continueously through our drinking water connection . Please look into this issue as soon as possible. most of the residence in the lane not connected their drainage line to new drainage line which has been provided by muncipality. so i request give strict instrutions to the residence members by municipality to all the residence of lane 4 starting (h.No 14-14 to 14-40).

Not Supply of water in our area
Sir,
I am living in Burari delhi north area in our area water supply is totally interrupted for the last 9days.
although near by area is getting water supply so please take immediate action to solve our problem ASAP.as we are in very bad condition due to unavailability of drinking water

Kent Grand +, I had purchased this about 2 years back. Although the purifier is good, but there are many associated issues. 1. The Serving part totally Sucks. 2. The maintenance cost is quite high. The serving chain pathetic. I have specific complaint over Strobe Enterprises, Dilsukh Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad. Their license to work on Kent servicing to be ceased. Even after so many calls, they don't turn. They don't seem to understand how this purifier works. The come after 20, 30 follow up calls, change something and but the problem again repeats. They don't analyze or understand the problem. They response is very rude, crude and unprofessional. I have spent so much money on replacing its parts, this replacement cost is now equivalent to the original cost of the purifier. I wouldn't recommend Kent to anyone and servicing is a total screw up.

Not functioning properly

Purified water is not coming out but waste water is continuously coming scene last 4 daye
