I've bought kent grand+on the date 17 aug2013 and they will only worked in a week properly after that they not working proper like water supply problem and water overflow problem the technician could also not solve this problem and now this week the kent grand + is only mounted on a wall and we see that only and no response from the service centre we are pissed off with this product pathetic product i never see like this product in my whole life ...plz help me...on this...

    Dear Sir

    I have brought Kent Pearl RO from Total Mall, Sarjapura Road Bangalore.After one month it stops working and last six months it gives a problem, the technician from the Srinivasa Aqua Sale Service not able to resolved the issued, people are rude they don't attend the complaint in 48 hours minimum three days, sometime one week, the reason they don't have a spare part.

    Please rectify the issued immediately.

    We brought a kent pearl ro machine purchased on 18th November 2013 bearing serial no. KR[protected].Since the day we have brought we had always faced problems with the water flow of the machine.Every next day the machine stops working.Whenver we call the customer care, they wash off their hands by directing us local service provider(SNS SERVICES) and they take their own sweet time to come and check the machine. The make some temporary adjustments and go off.In few hours again the problem starts.We have to order mineral water from the outside vendors despite having a RO of rs.16000 at our place which is more of a dummy product lying at our home. Despite our representatives are neither repairing it permanently nor replacing the piece.
    We are fed up of the poor service level of Kent and did not expect such a bad response.We want our machine to be replaced immediately as we have faced enough problems now.If Kent cant replace the machine, kindly refund our money.It was the biggest mistake spending Rs.16000 on this pathetic product.


    Hoping Kent representative's to respond immediately and replace our machine.
    Get yr Kent RO fixed and instantly sell it online, i[censored] get Rs. 5000 for a year old Kent Pearl then consider yourself highly fortunate. Also make sure that you suggest people to stay away from Kent products. Word of mouth will punish this fraudulent company and throw it out of the market.

      Pls note we have a Kent RO + UV (Grand + NRO) Water Purifier (Machine No. KR[protected] for past 2 years. Couple of months back the Purifier has stopped working and a constant sound is there in the machine. We have done several complaints to the Local Service Station but its of no use. Every time they give us the Complaint no but no service is received from the Service Center. A month back Mr Ujjwal ([protected]) from Kent(Local Sales & Service Person from Kent) came to us and said that an AMC need to be done and as per suggestion from him we did the AMC by paying cash 4000/- . But since then we are unable to get to the person and he even does not respond to the phone calls. While complaining the same to the Help line: [protected] every time we get a respond that a person will visit us next day but no one Visits. As we are unable to get any services from KENT, we are now moving to the consumer forum for official complaint and further support. We will also suggest everyone not to purchase any Kent Products. Pls pass this message to every friend and relatives.

        I have brought the Kent in August and just 1 week, it stopped working and called the call center they took 20days to turn up. and it became September, exactly 10days again it stopped working, I called call center they took 20days to turn up and even now the Kent is not working because of the bad manufacturing unit. The technician says better go for Aqua Guard. Even I wrote e-mail to main [protected]@kent.co.in. I got immediate response saying I need contact number.           I had purchased kent hard water softener 9 months back from Manohar Agencies Pune. The purifier stopped working after use of 4 months despite of me changing the salt regularly. It is a worst product of kent. On top of it, i must have called the service people of Kent from Manohar agencies about a 1000 times to rectify the problem. But they themselves dont know anything about the machine.

          Now after 3 months of calling them they say cartridge of the purifirer needs to be changed and my product is out of warranty. But its only 9 months back when i have purchased the product. I am a doctor and for such a small thing i have to call the serviec people a thousand times.

          I am getting hopeless service from kent and feel like throwing the hard water softner on the dealers face.

          Request to all, please dont purchase kent products because of such service and pathetic machines.

              I had purchased a Kent RO on[protected]. But it is not working satisfactorily since the purchasing day. Problem with it is that when the tank full, machine is stopped but after some time it continue and water started to fell down. Repeated complaints to Kent RO Service center but useless. Service engineer visited three times but have told that it can't be repaired. Please get it replaced or repaired immediately.

                I have installed a KENT grand+ RO purifier at home. I had requested for the product at Kent's web site. Then I was contacted by a local vendor JBT Green Tech [www.jbtgreentech.com], Trivandrum. The product was bought on 7-JUL-2012. There was a replacement of Electronic choke done on 12/APR/2013. And I was charged Rs. 945.00. At that time I was told that electrical parts carry only 6 months warranty. I have the bill details with me. This agency charges Rs. 500/- per visit. Then I send an email to Kent explaining the above experience. Then they sent another service personnel from a different agency. And it seems JBT is no longer their service partner. The service personnel came and checked the product. He informed me that the TDS filter was missing in the device. Till then only JBT was providing the service. Then the new service agency installed the TDS filter and I had to pay for that too. But even after all this, we are not sure about the quality of the water. It was really good for the initial months after the device was installed. I never expected this kind of experience from a company like Kent. I think when it comes to water purifier, Its not the website or TV ads that matter to a customer, but the QUALITY OF WATER and GENUINE SUPPORT.

                Yesterday 13-FEB, a person from JBT Greentech came and handed over the cheque for the amount I was charged for replacing Electronic Ballast during the warranty period. I assume I got the payment because Kent team would have talked to the agency. I thank Kent for their action, but I had to be really spent lot of my time in raising this issue through email, phone, and through this web site.

                But JBT Greentech or KENT is not saying anything about the TDS filter which was missing in the KENT purifier device when the official KENT team verified the device after my initial complaint. Kent has replaced it then, but I was charged for that.

                Kent — Worst customer service in whole world

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                I have purchased water purifier RO System manufacturer : Kent Po number :[protected]worth 14894)on 23rd May 2009. The equipment is arrived on 24th May & no person yet come to install. I have called 250 times from my office numbers / home number / mobile number & nobody has picked up the phone call. It seems that I have to personally go & bring the service person to install. Due to my limited time, I always go and purchase from their shop, I have to pay 500/= more that whatever is available in other place.

                I have also purchased following within one month :-

                UPS / 2 Stabilisers ( PO number[protected]/[protected] : Rs. 9979/=
                2 1.5 TON LG AC (Worth 40000) : PO number[protected] : Rs 40000/=
                310 Ltr Refrigerator ( PO Number[protected] : Rs 20690/=

                Total approx 86000/= (EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND ONLY).

                I am new to Gurgaon & ignorant about the shops here. I have paid 5 to 10% in whole & spent 20% cost on followup. So I have paid 25-30% more than any normal shop.

                I have horrible experience of getting the material, installing the material. I find the Reliance digital is the worst shop in the world. All customer supports are worst. You call any time to their customer support, no body will pick up the phone. Once they get the money, they will forget you. I request each one of you in the world not to visit Reliance digital in Ambience Mall.
                Service Is very Poor. my Ro is Not Working. Kindly Help
                KENT is worst serviced company in the world. None of their service guys doesnt have any knowledge on their products, they are cheating customers not more than that.
                Since our fate as indians written like; since our rules are allowing them to enjoy we have to struggle with this type of pathetic service... I also another victim for this.
                I think god also cant change india... we are sinking country not developing country. We are comparable to pakistan not to china as well. Getting fed-up with the system... its better if time comes move out of this country to save your kids bright future.

And I have not got any response after that. Actually he was unhappy with me that I paid for the component during the warranty period. And did not say anything about your service partner.

                we have purchased kent Grand+ on Nov 7th 2013. In 3rd week of Nov it stopped working, we called customerservice people and got it repaired they mentioned it as Loose contact. Till today we faced same problem around 6times and got it repaired getting reasons being power problem, no problem, watcher problem, fuse replacement so on. We have asked them to replace the piece if its a defective one but no one is bothered. They say its okay. we feel very bad as we have ordered for other brand water purifier and then cancelled it and preferred Kent being such a popular brand and trusting you this way. If the franchise people want to drag this way repairing until warranty expires and later leave it to our fate. Could you give us any better solution?

                My name is Somdeb.

                I am using KENT Water purifies for last couple of years in Bangalore, Electronic City. I purchased it from Pure Water House, Thomas Town, Bangalore.

                From last year I was having lots of trouble with it, every time the service guy comes and ask me change one filter after another, and when he comes back again he asked me to change the filer what he has changed 7/8 months back. I am fade up with this.

                Just yesterday again I was having trouble with the system again. The service guy came and ask me to change UV filter, then ask me to change the sediment filter. Once sediment filter is changed he was telling me you need to change the membrane filter again :(, what is has just change 8 months back.
                I am sure either he is bluffing or and selling the used products to me every time, most of the time he changed the filter I was not present at home, but this time luckily I was there.

                I sent him off, without changing anything and asked him the escalation points, he has given me the number of there office, the office then given the number of a person called Nagesh, Nagesh then given numer of a guy from head office name Lokesh. I spoke to Lokesh yesterday and he promised to do something, but today I am ringed so many times but he not picking up.

                I think from last year I have already spent good amount of money in changing the filters and service charges almost alternate months, some that they have recoded in the service book and some are not.

                I am seeing Team Kent has solved many issues for other customer, I am writing this email with that hope.

                My issue is still not resolved. It went in to same loop and went to same service guy, who only asking to change the filters. I need some one from other center to check whether the parts supplied are genuine and up to the mark.

                I agree with gurupgcsuni, absolutely right thing you mention. Read the reviews in Mouthsut, it is horrible.

                Be aware before buying Kent water purifier, I suffered a
                lot. . I am not sure how the service in other locations, but my experience is
                horrible with Kent, Bangalore and Pure Water House the franchise of Kent here and the guy who come for service here in Electronic city.

                Even after I have escalated it to their office then head office and here. But it went into same circle. Most frustrating they
                will ignore you and don’t do anything. I doubt the product supplied was genuine.


                Finally I decided that I will buy a new water purifier from other company, after frustrating 3 weeks by calling them number of times and asking for help, now I am forced to drink packaged drinking water.


                They think that consumer does not have any power and one customer is nothing for them, think twice before buying from KENT.

                  We bought a Kent RO Purifier for 17000 by June 2013 from Evergreen Home Needs, No.68/5, Near GRT and Nathella Jewellers, Bagalur Road, Hosur-635109. We are using the Kent Pearl model and the problem now is that some insects have entered the purification system. We noticed this as the water in the tank was starting to grow dirty. When we reached out to the seller, none of the numbers were answered. There were upto five numbers that were provided during purchase and when we tried reaching, one number did not exist, others were left unanswered and one number was answered but all we could hear was some song being played each time we tried. Finally the owner picked up and we were asked to call after half an hour. So we waited and we called back and told the guy to resolve our problem asap. The owner replied that the office is to be closed for 2 days for some festival and that i should call back on the third day. I tried to explain him that we wouldn't be able to drink the water from purifier and that he should immediately send some person to get this problem resolved, to which the owner irresponsibly replied that we should try getting from external sources and also very rudely told that we could do whatever and that he would not send any assistance. The owner very irresponsibly added that since the insects were in the purification system and not in the water tank, it was not major and he wouldn't provide any assistance for now and immediately cut the call. To get such an irresponsible reply when needed is an extreme disappointment. For a company that boasts to provide healthiest water, does the health of the customers not mean anything at all? We pay around 17000 and when assistance is needed all we get is rude answers and threats. From a company like Kent, its very disappointing that the company has a big image and the service equally poor. Definitely would not recommend this product to any.

                  Please refund us the money as we do not wish to continue with Kent services anymore.There is no point in trusting the company that promises to provide free service for 1 year, during which the customer is abused and threatened. If we do not get the proper service during the warranty period we are entitled for, then how would we get any after? This is just an use and throw product. Please do not opt for this purifier.

                    I am Ramnish Kumar who fell prey to false promises of kent and bought a purifier from kent. Just in 3 months the purifier has stopped working and now I am struggling to find a the person who should service it. The shop from where I bought it is not ready to help as he already had suggested me against buying Kent RO. Now I realize why did he suggest to go for other purifier than Kent. Somehow after writing some 20 mails a technician came to my home and said that a part needs to be replaced and he went back. Since then neither he came nor he picks up my phone nor his fraud owner i.e. srinivas aqua is replying to my calls or mails. I know this 15k will not make much difference to me but this is my hard earned money and I would not let these thieves or dacoits loot this money. I will take this fight to consumer court like i have done against couple of other service providers in past. This is just to let you know that if you are planning to buy Kent RO then beware.                     Is there any way to rate less than one or to provide some negative rating. Just after 2 and half months of rectifying the poblem my purifier has stopped working again. And when i tried to call the service center there phone number is not working. It took nearly one hour for me to just register the complaint after som ehundred attepts. There call got disconnected at least 20 times during the call. After taking the complain they said the technician will visit within 48 hours. The problem now is that I will have to buy water for next 48 hours as i know the person will not come before 2-3 days. Even after coming i am damn sure he will say that the spare parts are not available and then he will keep me waiting for next one or two weeks. Last time when they came they even installed external filter worth 1800 too. Disgusting product from a disgusting company. I am really surprised that how are these companies allowed to run even for a single day. :( My complaint id is 3885. Please have a look and see if any thing can be done to expedite the process however I have completely lost faith in this company and the product. Have suggested and influenced couple of my friends to not buy this product on any cost even if they are forced to drink normal water. And happy that they understood my point and bought product from hindustan unilever.

                    I am another unfortunate guy who has purchased KENT as water purifier. It stops woking after every 3-4 months. I have got everything replaced membrane, filters, and any other spare you can think of. Now also water is not getting filtered and i am really not sure how to get out of this hell.i have already spent at least 7-8 k on maintenance in less than 1.5 yrs.if there is anything called service please do call me and help me

                    Leakage and change of pipe.

                    Servicing is due, pipe is leeking and whole structure is leeking. Multiple times called your people but no one comes here to fix this.

                      We had bought a Kent ro in April -2013 from Alka Enterprises Allahabad, and it had stopped working in July -2013, after complaining one person came from s.k. enterprises Allahabad, Charged Rs.1300/ and gone, after few days it again stopped, after calling service centre the same person came again and changed main filter with a duplicate one and charged 2400/, it worked Only few days and still in same mod .                         Hi Service, I have purchased a Kent RO in the month of June 2013.I want to bring to your attention the poor service and the unprofessional behaviour shown by Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service, Bangalore .I have complained a lot of times as my Kent Grand RO is not working since the time I bought it.First it was problem with the Water Tank not getting filled up.The Service Technician came up first time and fixed something and then it worked for few days.It again stopped working and I complained again to Srinivas Aqua Sales last Wednesday.Service Technician came up and he just removed the RO and put it back again and it started working.He left saying it is working fine even when my wife asked him to stay back to ensure it is working.After he left the RO stopped working and we again called up the Technician but he didn't turn up.I complained to their Service Center on last Friday again and a person a turned up this Tuesday.He replaced a part and then again left it is working fine.He did not stay back to check if the water gets filled again after we fill some bottle from the container.The RO stopped again and we requested the Service center to send technician again.He came yesterday and replaced 2-3 parts.He again wanted to leave but my wife told him to stay back to ensure the RO is working fine.He started shouting at my wife but stayed back to see if it is working fine.However he behaved very rude with my wife.After he left, in the evening there was a beep sound coming from the RO like for filter replace maybe.I called the Service Center again today morning and the person at other end started abusing me and said he will not send a person to my home to fix it now.He gave few abuses to me and even threatened by wife. I think I have done a big mistake by buying Kent RO and now suffering.The service provider is not fixing the problem and in turn abusing and threatening me and my family.I request you to take some action against the Service Provider and please refund my money back for the faulty RO.I do not wish to continue with the services of Kent RO.                         I experienced same Problem with Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service Bangalore([protected]), They are there to spoil Kent brand name, they dont know how to speak with women's, they r abusing and threatening me i am planning to lodge a complaint on them on nearest police station.

                        Better take some action on Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service bangalore and protect your brand value, bcz of such a poor service your brand value go down.
                        In July 2013 we purchased a Kent pearl water purifier till date we are facing problem in the machine. This is the 4th complaint we r facing. Why this is happening I don't understand. Very poor service and poor quality of srinivasa aqua service centre. They don't response as per our requirement. If we ask for the service they don't take immediate action.

                        I asked for the service on Apr 16 till now they have not attended. at last we took the service from nearest dealer. What is he use of free service for 1 yr. No response from the service centre at all. This is 4th incident for me. once i called for the service by evening the lady who picked the call she told, same day service we need to call morning 10 'o' clock. when we call around 10 'o' clock she told that today it is not possible by tomorrow she will send the service person. Is this is the way they speak. even the fellow who came for the service, from morning he is giving a call for each hour asking for the address to my wife he reached my home around 4:30. What ? is this the way to behave with customers. Really very poor service... We don't recommend our friends for this product.

                        I purchased Kent mini softner around 2 months back in Bangalore Karnataka. To get it installed we had to call customer care at least 20 times. Finally it was installed and work just for 10 days and then it stopped giving any water and we are not able to use bathroom after that. So since last 1 month it is not working at all. I have made at least 100 phone calls to get it rectified but nothing has been done yet. We are extremely frustated by extremely poor services of Kent. Customer services has assigned the repair work to "Srinivas Aqua Fine" (phone number [protected]). Initially for 2 weeks when I used to call them they use to say that someone will come today. One fine day a technician came and said that the part needs to be replaced and then he closed the compaint in the system. After that when we called Srinivas Aqua they opened new complaint and said that techician will come. Since then we are calling them every day but nothing has been done. Now when we call them they just hear the complaint number and are disconnecting the phone.

                        This is height of poor services. You are just selling poor quality mini water softner and not at all bothered to take care of services. For last 1 month the equipment is not working. I have called custmer services nearly 100 times - to customer services number[protected], Srinivas Aqua (phone number [protected]), Mr Manikantam (mobile [protected]) but nobody is even trying to sort out the problem. I am left with no option but to post it in all social networking sites, apartment adda, Paredaar program of news channel if you dont take any action now.

                        Is there any way we can give negative rating for these cheaters. This srinivasa aqua phone number is picked by someone else and they say wrong number.                           I bought the Kent RO water purifier-Pearl model on 10th September, 2013 on my repeated requests the customer care service with Ph.No.[protected], hyd has attended for installation on 14th September, 2013, within a month the product is not working as the green light has been switched off with out any alarm and the red switch is blinking. i again complaint at service centre to the above mentioned number and talked to Mr. Madhu, who promised me that he will get the problem done by 48 hours, i complained on 30th September, at 11.00 AM till today i.e on 03rd, Oct, 2013 it was not attended. i am as a consumer not at all satisfied with the product and mainly with the customer services, B.Prudhvi Rani, Khairtabad., Hyderabad

                            Hi, I have purchased a kent pearl on 21 Nov 2013. Installation has happen on 23th Nov 2013. It stopped working after 2 days of installation. I have called srinivas aqua service, bangalore several Times but they are not responding. I called your customer care they are also not responding. As per them with in 48hr call will be responder but it is almost 8 days. Please help. I have spent 18000 rupees. (16055 for the product MPS/E ZONE . /[protected]/0 and 1800 for some external filter).                               I have purchased a KENT Excel Mineral RO Water Purifier and was installed on 30 July 2013. As per policy I am entitled for free servicing of the product as well as free of cost in case of any defect. My product stopped working on 13 September 2013. I immediately contacted Kent service provider (B.R.P. Enterprises, SPM Road, Belgaum) on [protected], [protected], who informed me that a technician would be sent as soon as possible. Nobody came. Even after repeated calls, till date nobody has come to repair the product, and my family has suffered health problems due to unsafe water...

                              They are not responding to our calls and nobody is coming to our house to repair the machine.

                              Kindly look into the matter at the earliest...

                                I purchased Kent Grand+ product last month from Reliane Digital in Phoenix Market City, Bangalore.The day after installation, it started a warning alarm. Reliance RESQ team fixed the issue after replacing some parts. After 2 weeks, it stopped working. Again RESQ team came and replaced another faulty part as I hold extended service agreement with them. Now 3 days after that, again it stopped. Now even RESQ team is unable to fix it. Not even a month and the equipment has broken down. Will I get a replacement of the entire unit? I have paid 20000+ for it including the service agreement and is this what you offer?

When I complained literally I cried by their behaviour n their worst service person.nw I am going to buy aqua guard frm eureka Forbes .realy they r very good in service n their products also very good. Be careful to Sony enterprises service people for Kent water purifier.they r very irritating person.we people frm bangalore should together n will bring a big complaint to stop ths product so that further people won't suffer like us.

                                    Hi, Iam Narayanan living in No.3, Nandhini Elegence 2 MLA Layout Kalenaagrahara, Bangalore, I have Kent water purifier and using it for last 14 months, as the filter stop working I logged a complaint (complaint numbers 5572, 8392), the engineer who came to visit was very rude and quote around Rs.10000/- for replacing the filter, adding additional filter and also wants to replace pump as the pump is leaking. I was surprised to note that after spending 16000/- for purchasing the Kent machine and I need to spend another Rs10000/- in the next year for replacement. I log a complained to the Aqua word (Who is the service provider) manager and the manager was even ruder then his engineer stating we will not give any explanation and if you want to replace pay what is bee quoted. This is ridicules and the way the service has been provided by them is worst that I have not seen such type of service or behavior from any other product. I even escalated this to Kent (Magesh Kumar) who states "get the quotation and call me back" but these guys are not ready to give any quotation, to add to surprise how can the Kent doesn’t know what there contractors are charging for filer and pump. Now Iam waiting for last 10 days to see someone comes and clear all this but no one has turn up yet and every day I need to make 5-8 calls reminding them that the case is still open Request your support for someone to address this issue... else the product will lose all it’s worth because of such a poor service or pinching the customer with too extra cost My contact number [protected]

                                      This is with reference to my recent purchase of Kent Water Purifier Grand RO+ worth INR 15,900/- on 22nd Aug' 13 from Croma Store, Pusa Road, New Delhi 110060. The Invoice Number for the same is SLF02A[protected]. However, wihin first week of purchase, I have already got it repaired twice!! Even after getting it repaired twice, the RO has stopped functioning again. I feel that I have been cheated and a defective machine has been delivered to us. We had gone for Kent's RO water Purifier considering it's positive image and presence in the water purification segment. However, the experience till now has been very disappointing.                                         I am using Kent RO water purifier from last 15months. Now when i have a problem with the unit and gave the complaint at Vizag service centre RAVOURIES SERVICES more than 2 months back still the service guys havent turned up to fix it and even not responding properly for my calls which i am doing every alternate day.
