We bought a Kent RO Purifier for 17000 by June 2013 from Evergreen Home Needs, No.68/5, Near GRT and Nathella Jewellers, Bagalur Road, Hosur-635109. We are using the Kent Pearl model and the problem now is that some insects have entered the purification system. We noticed this as the water in the tank was starting to grow dirty. When we reached out to the seller, none of the numbers were answered. There were upto five numbers that were provided during purchase and when we tried reaching, one number did not exist, others were left unanswered and one number was answered but all we could hear was some song being played each time we tried. Finally the owner picked up and we were asked to call after half an hour. So we waited and we called back and told the guy to resolve our problem asap. The owner replied that the office is to be closed for 2 days for some festival and that i should call back on the third day. I tried to explain him that we wouldn't be able to drink the water from purifier and that he should immediately send some person to get this problem resolved, to which the owner irresponsibly replied that we should try getting from external sources and also very rudely told that we could do whatever and that he would not send any assistance. The owner very irresponsibly added that since the insects were in the purification system and not in the water tank, it was not major and he wouldn't provide any assistance for now and immediately cut the call. To get such an irresponsible reply when needed is an extreme disappointment. For a company that boasts to provide healthiest water, does the health of the customers not mean anything at all? We pay around 17000 and when assistance is needed all we get is rude answers and threats. From a company like Kent, its very disappointing that the company has a big image and the service equally poor. Definitely would not recommend this product to any.

Updated by Salma89 Please refund us the money as we do not wish to continue with Kent services anymore.There is no point in trusting the company that promises to provide free service for 1 year, during which the customer is abused and threatened. If we do not get the proper service during the warranty period we are entitled for, then how would we get any after? This is just an use and throw product. Please do not opt for this purifier.
