pathetic aftersales service.
the service mechanics are trying to make money by selling parts in personal capacity/
they take a part for replacement under AMC, and bring it back after 10 days to say that, it is not theirs and that we can buy a new one at a price to be paid to the service boy.
after re-installing the machine and changing parts worth more than rs.4000/= and taking an AMC , the company is unable to make the machine operate. everytime a mechanic comes, takes away or replaces a part, asks for money/personal selling of parts-when compaining to the company, no one bothers to take action.
How can responsible citizens like Hema Malini, endorse such a product, that also something related so importantly to human health?
Would the consumer forum wake up and take note and action?

I am calling your customer care no. 39404040 from past three days, every time i call up they just ask me to wait and when i requested them to connect me to the senior executive they hangd up my phone thrice.
I once again request u to help me out. i hope u wont force me to knock the doors of consumer court for this.
