Hi

This is disha from Mumbai. I'm a frequent traveller in Kingfisher but i dont know the company appoint some rediculos girls as GSA in your airlines. This girls are really working for there buisness not for the kingfisher i can give a example of one girl Ritu Bhure working in Bangalore for your company but mostly this girls have a great business working over there i want to know why the senior authorities are not taking any decissions about these girls. me being a girl i'm ashamed to say this to any other girl. I think you will take necessary steps and clear this issue. I love the airlines but not this..

This comments is very ridiculous that this person is mentioning girls. that do also means all the girls in kingfisher. They only work for Kingfisher & not for any other extra business.

Kingfisher Airlines — Illegal Rebooking fee

I booked a return flight journey for London-Mumbai-London by Kingfisher Airlines travelling on 23-Dec-2011 and returning on 12-Jan-2012 with provision to change my return journey free for the first time and £30 for additional changes. I flew in to Mumbai accordingly on 23-Dec-2011.

On 10-Jan-2011 morning well before 48 hours of journey I called Kingfisher Airlines on[protected] from my local Mobile (+91-[protected]) informing I would NOT be flying on 12th Morning and will come back later with my new date of Journey. Please note the rule no where says it is manditory to provide a new date when changing date of return journey.

On the 15-Jan-2012 morning I called informing I would like to fly on 18-JAN-2012.

To my surprise I was informed that on 12-Jan-2012 I did not show up (NOSHOW) for to catch my return journey flight and that I will have to pay a £100 fee for any further booking changes.
Not only that they have errored in noting my instruction in my earlier call but, This also sounded no different to a Blackmail.

I insisted to lodge a complain providing my earlier call details (was provided a internal complaint ref no. 17298) and paid the £100 fee to fly back to London. I was promised within 48 hours I will get a response and a email confirmation of the complaint to my registered address.

However to this date I have not heard from Kingfisher nor have I received a copy of the complaint either by email or any other communication.

I insist I be refunded the £100 which I was forced to pay to fly back and a compensation accordingly for putting me through Blackmail for the mistakes their Customer Service has committed.

Obviously, the complainer is propagating fake derogation for whatever reason. The misuse of consumer forum for such remarks/grudges should be monitored and corrected accordingly.

    This was our first time, we all had preferred your KINGFISHER AIRLINES to travel from Jammu to Pune on 14th May 2009.

    > And so i had booked in April, total 12 tickets for all my family members directly from your Goa office.We had paid approx Rs.60, 000 for this travel thru your regular Kingfisher airlines flight which included Jain lunches for us as commited on! our e-ticket.Firstly due to delay in your flight, we had to wait for 2 hours at Jammu airport. Instead of 12, the flight departed at 2 pm.
    > Secondly we were shocked to hear from your officials that our flight has been downgraded to Kingfisher Red due to internal cost cutting & we had no choice to travel from Jammu to Delhi via flight no.IT655 & Delhi to Pune flight no.IT152 thru Kingfisher RED flight which has lesser fare & no meals.
    > Lastly we were given LIGHT SNACKS instead of VEG / JAIN LUNCH which was commited as per our e-ticket & we had to suffer as we had started our journey early morning from Jammu & reached Pune late @ evening 7 pm.

    > As assured at that time by your airport officials & Pune callcentre executive Cheryl Sharma on 14th May, we would get the refund of difference fare within 7 days.After reaching Pune, the same was re-confirmed by Pune callcentre manager Meghna.     Dear Sir pehredar

    I have booked three ticket for Kinfisher Class for myself, my wife and my son on 01.10.2008 from Delhi to Lucknow using makemytrip.com. I have paid the money as per the rates of Kingfisher Class (Economy Class, not a low cost airlines).
    Just two day before the departure I have been informed by Kingfisher that the scheduled flight has been cancelled and there is one more flight which will be departing nearly one hand a half hour early on the same day, and asked if I am ready, he can book my ticket on that flight. I asked about the difference between both the flight, if any. I have been told that there is no difference between them except the schedule of departure.
    I accepted the proposal. When I reached the Aircraft at Airport I got to know that it is a simplified Deccan aircraft flying as Kingfisher RED ( A low cost airlines).Then it was a disappointment to me that I have paid for higher Class of travelling and I have been offered a low cost airlines.
    After completing my journey at Lucknow Airport I made a complaint then I was told to contact [protected]@flykingfisher.com and lodge the complaint. I did the same and requested the refund of fare difference between the one I have booked(Kingfisher Class)and the one I have travelled (Kingfisher RED, a low cost airlines).
    Initially they have talked me on phone and responded that they are looking into the matter. However, lastly they replied the regret for refund of the difference.
    To the best of my knowledge I Know that If I have traveled in a lower class for which fare is less I cannot be charged a fare of higher class.
    I am enclosing the details of the mails received from Kingfisher as well as ticket details also. It is my Earnest request that kindly help me for getting me the difference of fare between Kingfisher RED and Kingfisher RED as on the date of journey.

    from my account on 1/19/09. The purchase was for $135.62. I would appriciate it if someone
    with your airline will please contact me so we can resolve this matter so I can find out who stole
    my credit card and get my money back. When I am contacted I will give further information such as

    Kingfisher — cheap airline

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this email after very much disappointed with your airline service.

    I had reservation from Indore to Delhi on 22-June-2009 by KINGFISHER AIRLINE Depart at 20:10 and Arrive Delhi at 21:50. It reach Delhi late by 3 hour at around 23:40 and by the time I collect the bag and reach the International airport I got late by 10 minute by gate closing time for Air India flight to Frankfurt- New York at 1:10 and missed the flight.

    Even though I mentioned at Indore Airport and inside the Aircraft about getting late for International flight at Delhi but nothing was done.

    Once I reached the Delhi Domestic terminal I mentioned about my problem to your staff about getting late in connection and need some personal help to expedite the baggage claim and transportation to international airport. I was told that your airline have counter in International airport and would help me in case I missed the flight.

    I took the private taxi to reach the Air India counter on International airport and gate was close by 10 minutes (24:10). So I asked Air India counter supervisor to re-booking the flight with other airline and they told me to contact Kingfisher for the same because this delay was caused by Kingfisher airline and not by Air India.

    I approached to Information desk and they contact to Kingfisher staff at departure terminal but no one willing to talk on phone or come personally to help me. They also tried to contact the domestic airport Kingfisher supervisor for the same but no help was given.

    I had no option then buying another one way ticket with different airline for Rs. 33927 (EITHAD Airline) EY211/EY101 to New York.

    If I would have given some help from Kingfisher Staff to resolve the issue with Air India staff about paying penalty and difference in fare for rebooking the flight on next day would saved me lot's of money.

    Your staff should always try and find me the next available flight. And it's a shame that your staffs weren't able to re-protect me onto any other flight. Its look like your staff is not trained to be as helpful and friendly as possible. I would expect some one from your staff to make judgment call to resolve this matter on spot.

    I would expect from your airline to reimburse me Rs33927 for the amount I paid due to late in arrival of your airline at Delhi Domestic airport.

    I am also sending you copy of ticket details.

      Kingfisher Airlines — Cargo status & info

      We gave cargo to london and manchester, but we cant check the cargo status.

      when we call the officials, they said that their website is not working due to IT problem, even their mail server also not worked.

      it was 3 days passed after the schedule, cargo not yet received. information too.

        I booked a Pune to Delhi ticket in Kingfisher Airlines that was scheduled to depart from Pune at 6:40 0n 26 June 2009 and was supoose to reach Delhi at 20:30 on 26 June 2009 but on the day of journey and thus I booked a train ticket which was from New Delhi at 11:45 on 26 June itself. But as on the day of journey they have suddenly rescheduled the travel timing to 20:40 now I just cannot catch my train becuase it will reach Delhi at 22:30 and in no way I can reach from airport to railway station at 11:45.

        When I asked them to shift me to some othet flight they said they don't have any other flight and when I said that shift me to some other carrier [airline] they said they have no provision of that. When I said what compensation do I get out of this inconvebience and trouble they said the best I can get is cancellation of tickets and my amount will be refunded.

          I am Pursuing Engineering in SASTRA University Tanjore Tamil Nadu. My Parents live in delhi. I came for vacation and the college was to reopen on 24th june 2009. I have reserved vide PNR N.O CZKZJU from Delhi to Chennai in Kingfisher Airlines (IT-232) scheduled to depart at 12:15 PM. Before leaving for Airport i checked the airline site and found the flight was on time. But to my surprise i came to know that the flight has been cancelled after reaching the airport. I returned home which is nearly 30 kms from my house. The airlines did not provide proper information and i had to cancell the onward railway ticket from to chennai to trichy and lost around Rs 750 as it was booked under tatkal. And also i have incured a sum of Rs 1000 towards conveyance from residence to airport and vice-versa. So i have rescheduled my travel for 25th for IT-232(Scheduled departure 9:50 AM) as i could get the railway reservation on 25th only by a train leaving at 3:30 PM. Today morning i was informed through my father's mobile that the flight has been delayed and will start at 8:50 Hours. This has created a confusion and contacted the airline and thy inform that no such rescheduling has been done. In the evening one more message came that the flight has been rescheduled for 1 PM which will again result in cancellation of the railway reservation as i would not be able to catch it as the probable time of the flight would be around 4 PM if at all no more rescheduling take place. So i am still not sure about my travel plan Already on account of the above i have lost 2 days attendance and also important classes and lab. Because of this i have to face university authorities for explanation. By the above act of Kingfisher Airlines i have lost around Rs 5000 & a lot of peace in my mind. For the last 2 days i was in great tension so i hereby request that proper punitive action against the airlines. A proper response from you would enhance the reputation of your organization.

          Dear sir, we have booked 5 tickrets from Bagdogra to Mumbai for 10/05/2009 through travel agent Padmaja Travels, Ghatkopar(E).Mumbai-77 Detail of booking are as under

          IXB TO GAU by Kingfisher RED IT3334 and
          GAU toMUMBAI by Kingfisher Class IT-136.Both the flights were late.
          Complaint:Flight from GAU to MUMBAI was booked under Kingfisher Class but actual flight we forced to board was Kingfisher RED.Ground staff was arrogant.They were not cooperative.At last they gave us in writing that we have boarded KF RED flight from GAU to MUM.hence we should get Difference of the fare between two class plus compensation for non cooperation and not providing the required KF CLASS fligkt as per our Booking

            My family is quite a frequent traveller - specially my daughter who flies from Pune/ Mumbai to Guwahati and return.
            Today, my daughter was to catch the connecting flight from Delhi IT3512 scheduled to take off at 1600 hrs. However the flight has still not takenoff till 2015hrs and no specific information is available as to the exact time of take off.
            Also, passengers are the responsibility of the airlines once they check in. Then why was there no support from any of your staff?
            Her Reservation Code is IHUWTR.

              As Kingfisher was offering the least fare to Andaman, we five friends decided to book tickets through it. We booked the tickets through http://www.flykingfisher.com, a big blunder it was.

              We selected a round trip to Port Blair (Andaman) from Chennai with the following dates;
              Chennai to Port Blair -> 22nd Aug 09
              Port Blair to Chennai -> 29 Aug 09 (Return ticket date)
              And proceeded with the booking - there was a provision to enter two different email id's primary and secondary - I specified two different email id's here (This is what has to save me - read through further) and made the payment through credit card.

              Now, here is the blunder, I received the itenary details to the primary email id with the following details;
              Chennai to Port Blair -> 22nd Aug 09
              Port Blair to Chennai -> 22 Aug 09 (Return ticket date) instead of 29th Aug 09.

              I received a SMS alert from fly kingfisher which states the below;
              "Your booking is confirmed on Kingfisher Airlines flight IT3631/22AUG MAA-IXZ @0455 hrs, IT3632/29AUG IXZ-MAA @0725 hrs."

              And as well received an email to the secondary email id (specified while booking) from fly kingfisher with the below details;
              "Dear Guest,
              Thank you for choosing Kingfisher Airlines.
              Your booking is confirmed on Kingfisher Airlines flight IT3631/22AUG MAA-IXZ @0455 hrs, IT3632/29AUG IXZ-MAA @0725 hrs.
              Your PNR is AAAAGY.
              Guests who are booking using credit cards are requested to carry their credit card / Copy of the credit card for verification at the airport.
              You can reach us at [protected] or [protected]"

              Now, when we contacted the KF customer care team on the same, their answer to this - 'Sir, you have selected the wrong date, you had never selected 29th Aug.'
              When we mentioned to them about the message/email I had received with the correct dates and told them they had a faulty application, they reply - There is no problem with their application, it is perfect. The email was not sent by them, inturn they said - we must have manipulated the mail to reflect the correct dates. They did not have an answer to the SMS on my mobile.
              Fly Kingfisher is asking us to pay a rescheduling fee to get the return journey date changed.
              When contacted the [protected]@flykingfisher.com, they as well had the same answer.

              We friends are still trying to get this solved.

              Please be careful while you are booking tickets through Kingfisher.

              I have another complaint -

              I booked a ticket in May for 27th June from Bangalore to Nagpur and had an important meeting on 27th 4 pm at Nagpur. 2 days ago i received an sms (not even a call) that my flight has been cancelled. The customer care provided me with an option of travelling via Hyderabad and halting at the Hyderabad airport at night and travelling the next day to Nagpur. When i asked about the accomodation i was asked to call back after 3 hours. Do you guys have something called `ETHICS AND MORAL VALUES????? How do you expect a girl travelling alone to stay in airport the entire night?? Then finally when i called they replied the flight will be operating on 27th. Now the flight timings were changed and the flight was supposed to leave at 12.15 pm and reach at 1.55 pm. Finally when i was about to leave in 10 minutes i received an sms again that my flight will depart at 2.50 pm. When i inquired from the customer care i was given an excuse of OPERATING ERRORS and that they do not have any aircraft right now to fly to Nagpur. Such kind of POOR operations are unexpected from Kingfisher. I have been a regular guest of Kingfisher Airlines and this kind of PATHETIC AND POOR service has made me think how can Kingfisher even claim to be called as "KING OF GOOD TIMES" it should rather be "KING OF SAD TIMES".I think instead of travelling by plane i could have boarded Rajdhani Express the previous night and reached Nagpur on time and that too at a lower price. I keep reading quotes by Mr. Vijay Mallya but this kind of services has made me believe that there is some serious fault. Have you ever analysed the fact that amongst all the airlines operating in India Kingfisher has the maximum delays. I am indeed planning to go to Consumer Forum because of the poor services and miscommunication i canceled my meeting.I am not concerned about the money but Kingfisher should learn a lesson from this case rather than playing with the emotions of the passengers and Cheating them. Kindly consider my advice seriously and advice the Management to hire some Management Grads to take care of the operations.

              i have booked my ticket thru kingfisher from srinangar to delhi. i was with my family wife & two children my children pressurise me to book ticket thru kingfisher since they want to experiance of 5 star facility.
              they want to have chocklates, they want to watch TV etc.

              Our Experiance:

              TV at all the 4 seats no>35A, 35D, 35C &35B We called the flight attended to see the TV Function they said we are soory it's not working.& they have shown us that Seat buttun itself was not there ( enclosed please find photos)

              Than we asked for cotton since my wife was feeling pain in her ears. they said sorry we don't have even cotton.


              I am really shocked to see the kind of treatment kingfisher has given us they actually spoil our holiday mood & my children said we will not travel by kingfisher in future.

              We have given our complaint in the complaint form but till date there is no reply.

              Mr. Mallya is this the way you are treating your guest??

              Is this is your 5 star flights.

              Please note that we have paid for it as other cutomers paid.

              You are requested to refund my money immediately.

              Otherwise we have no other option to go to MRTP.

                The staff at the kingfisher counter is unaware of the contract for carriage rules and is misguiding the passengers (they call them guest). I was carrying an important demo to be shown to some buyers and this weighed more than 35Kgs. The person at the counter declined to accept the baggage and I had to cancel the ticket and meetings for next day. I travelled without this baggage and now the airline has asked me to produce copies of the past counterfoils to justify their position.<br />
                <br />
                The lot appears to be unqualified for their jobs and takes the passengers for granted at the cost of the passengers’ expense.<br />
                <br />
                I wish the Chairman of this airline Mr. Vijay Mallya notices this complaint and takes appropriate action to keep up the reputation of his airlines.<br />

                  I was a passenger on one of the flights (Flight No. IT 4588) from Jamshedpur to Kolkata on the 30th of April, 2009. My PNR No. was GKMFRK. I was served with a bottle of water on-board which was contaminated and had fungus in it. On the basis of mere faith that airlines provide non-spurious edibles and drinking water, I had consumed the water post which I started having nausea. I immediately escalated the matter to the cabin crew who after inspecting, agreed that the water had fungus and the only thing that she can do is lodge a formal complaint which I presume has been done. On disembarking in Kolkata, I vomited thrice and since then my health has deteriorated.

                  The bottom-line: My health had got affected and I missed all the important appointments in Kolkata on the 30th of April, 09. I have sent numerous emails to kingfisher (even to it's chairman) but the only reply that I have got is "We have raised the issue immediately with our suppliers who are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.We thank you for your feedback and hope you will favour us with your patronage".

                  This has been going on from the past one month now and I think Kingfisher Airlines should take a heed of the seriousness of this situation and compensate me accordingly. I will be going to the media and consumer court soon.

                  When it came to the actual redemption of the ticket, which I had requested on the 16th of June, 2009, Kingfisher Airlines has stopped replying to my email, leave aside issuing the complementary ticket. Anyway since Kingfisher has turned a deaf ear, I shall pursue the next course of action as I had decided inititally to go to the media about such sub-standard services and to add to it, the laid back attitude of addressing this issue.

                  It is really sad that when the rest of the world is giving so much importance to Customer Service, our so called Airline Industry turns a deaf ear to customers.

                  I hope that Kingfisher takes things a little more seriously and I would also appreciate if some journalist/media person would like to do this story.
                  I was a passenger on one of the flights (Flight No. IT 4588) from Jamshedpur to Kolkata on the 30th of April, 2009. My PNR No. was GKMFRK. I was served with a bottle of water on-board which was contaminated and had fungus in it. On the basis of mere faith that airlines provide non-spurious edibles and drinking water, I had consumed the water post which I started having nausea. I immediately escalated the matter to the cabin crew who after inspecting, agreed that the water had fungus and the only thing that she can do is lodge a formal complaint which I presume has been done. On disembarking in Kolkata, I vomited thrice and since then my health has deteriorated.

                  The bottom-line: My health had got affected and I missed all the important appointments in Kolkata on the 30th of April, 09. I have sent numerous emails to kingfisher (even to it's chairman) but the only reply that I have got is "We have raised the issue immediately with our suppliers who are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.We thank you for your feedback and hope you will favour us with your patronage".

                  This has been going on from the past one month now and I think Kingfisher Airlines should take a heed of the seriousness of this situation and compensate me accordingly. I will be going to the media and consumer court soon.

                    This is against Mr Chandreshwar Yadav, Airport Manager, Ranchi, Kingfisher Airlines. He is harassing female candidates by luring them a job at Kingfisher. Later, he severely harasses these female candidates. Due to this, many female candidates have to resign. I would request you to take action against him. I have already informed Kingfisher chairman for the same. below is the text from the mail which is written to Chairman-Kingfisher Airlines ([protected]@flykingfisher.com).

                    Dear Chairman Sir,

                    With due respect, I would like to highlight certain issues regarding one of your emplees. Your employee Mr Chandreshwar Yadav, who is currently serving as Airport Manager, Ranchi (Jharkhand).

                    The agenda of this mail is to bring your kind attention to the fact that He (Mr Chandreshwar Yadav) is severely involved in harassing girl students. This harassment has led to resign two girls namely- Rina Kumari, Rima Upsana Kashyap.

                    Recently he has managed one more girl, Ms NIHARIKA KUSHWAHA, who is not even graduate. He managed to get her graduation 'fake' certificate and broght her on the payroll of Kingfisher. She is supposed to join very soon.

                    I would request you to kindly take actions against all these mismanagement happening at recruitment team and particularly against Mr Chandreshwar Yadav.

                    I am really disappointed to after todays travel From sxr to dli In your kingfisher airlines .i couldn't even believe that In the airlines of this reputation things would be stolen from the luggage . I am really shocked and feel sorry for myself for flying with your airlines..This has rouined the image of your airlines in my sight and I think tihs airlines will always be the last option for me as well as my relatives when ever we are going to book ticket.
                    I still couldn't believe kingfisher airline of such class could...I am really sorry for flying with you.
                    Yes strongly agree of the allegations against him because he is actually of such a character. Going back we also find his name published in newspaper of such nuisance when he was in Jetlite.. He was involved with a girl name Bani and many more but her issue mainly highlighted. Jetlite staffs have also been a viction of such a behaviour.

                    This is utter nonsense.I know Chandreshwar for many years, now.He is a thorough professional and a true blue gentleman but yes he is very strict and does not tolerate slack attitude at work.He had a clean record with his previous company and so was promoted and on the same basis he joined the current company.Probably, his only flaw is that he is a very simple and straight thinking human being.He is a good soul and believes in 'common good'.Just for the records no recruitment can be confirmed by him without the consent and approval of H.R. officials from the head office.

                    This is impossible he is not like this, as I know him since 2005 when I was in other organization and know him very well, and directly I am working under him from 2008, he has take care of all the staff ad being a guardian of a family, and when it’s come to work he is too tough person and very difficult to face him. But when it’s come about staffs problem he is like our guardian and take care o[censored]s like a family member, and somehow I know about the personnel life as his in-laws are a semi crack person who all has spoiled his life and still trying to do so. But god is great any how he will come out from all this trouble and wish him all the best.

                      ON 15TH ME AND MY WIFE TOOK A KINGFISHER FLIGHT TO DELHI FROM BHUBANESWAR. THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED BY OVER 2 HOURS. SO WE REACHED DELHI AT AROUND 12:30 AT NIGHT. THERE WAS NO FOOD IN YOUR AIRLINE SO WE WERE OFFERED SOMETHING WHICH WAS AN EXCUSE FOR FOOD. FIST YOU DELAY US BY OVER 2 HOURS AND MAKE SURE WE DO NOT GET FOOD ANYWHERE AND THEN YOUR IN FLIGHT REFRESHMENTS GET OVER HALF WAY DOWN THE AISLE AND MAKE US SMELL THE BIRYANI WHICH THE OTHER PASSENGERS WERE HAVING. BEAUTIFUL GUEST CARE.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had purchased a ticket to travel from Mumbai to Hyderabad online for 02.May.2008 on the 26.04.08 and paid by credit card, however due to some unavoidable circumstances had to cancel the ticket and was advised that the amount will be put back on to my card as per the process - It has been more than a year since the trasaction was done and I have not received anything back on my card yet. I have been waiting VERY patiently for this to be sorted but to no avail. To ensure that I have not deprived yatra of the last chance I called them even today and they denied to give me the reference number and tried to bluff me with my original booking reference - when I further insisted saying I need the # to submit an online complaint on consumer forum he said he cannot give me any number without his manager's permission (Is it not my right to get a reference #???) The person i spoke to was Anshul Jain from Yatra at 9:55AM on the 3 May 2009, he then came back and said I could use the original booking reference - 31INYS. He asked me to get in touch with the airlines again as they cantrefund the amount. I do not know who owns this but please note it has been more than a year since Yatra/Kingfisher have held my money without even interest. Below is the mail trail - PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!

                          After repeated phone calls spanning over 9 months I have been told to get a reference number for the refund requested.

                          All the details of the flight have been listed below - this travel was cancelled and I was informed that the money after necerssary deductions will be put back on my card. Till date no such refund has come through.


                          Please give me the refund reference number on priority - I do not see any reason why a simple monetary transaction could take 9 months to materialise - I am really interested in knowing the "complicated" process invloved.

In the web also, there is no information about my mail.

                          I have been the member of kingfisher airlines since December 2008. I got a mail from Kingfisher that I will be getting my Card and Personalized tags and guide within a week, but till now I haven't received anything.

                          I have reminded them at least 10 times by now. Every time the response is "You will be getting it within 15 days". Nobody has any information regarding this.

                          Please help.

                            Neha Pathak in the section of GuestCare ignored my all e-mail requests of change of reservation and cancellation of ticket. I lived outside India and the web describes that requests should be made by e-mail.
                            Who is Naha Pathak?
                            I lost a lot of money and time and of course it is the Kingfisher and Naha Pathak that steal me them.

                              I had booked a flight for my parents on the 2nd of February 2009. The PNR number for the same is OLJSRP. The travel date being 8th of March 2009 from Mumbai to Guwahati non-stop on Kingfisher Airlines. The return was supposed to be on the 21st of February, again on Kingfisher Airlines. Mumbai - Guwahati is a long sector and I purposely booked my parents on Kingfisher airlines because I wanted them to travel comfortably on "India's only 5 star airlines". I have paid the full amount for the tickets at least 9 weeks prior to the travel date.

                              On the 7th of March, at 21:15 hours, 12 hours before the flight departure, I got a call from Kingfisher informing me that they are not operating Kingfisher full service on this sector and my parents will have to take Kingfisher Red. My grievances are as follows:

                              On what basis can they call me about 12 hours before a flight departure and inform me of the change. I booked the tickets 9 weeks prior and they all wake up 12 hours before the flight. Absolutely ridiculous.
                              This is even more shocking because they were aware of this change at least 2-3 weeks ago because I knew that they had started Kingfisher Red on this sector. Inspite of this I get a call barely 12 hours before the flight. Kuldeepak Singh, the team coach at the call centre, acknowledged this fact that they were aware of this change at least 3 weeks prior.
                              Thirdly, they need to confirm with the passengers whether they are ok with this change. If they are not ok with the change, IT IS THEIR DUTY to give them alternate options like flying them on another full service provider like Jet Airways or on connecting full service flights. Their call centre executive just called me to "inform me of the change". That is not how we deserve to be treated especially when we have paid the full amount and way in advance.
                              Fourthly, when I have paid a huge amount for a full service flight like Kingfisher, how can they call up and ask us to take a low cost airline like Kingfisher Red erstwhile Air Deccan? There is no reclining seats there, no entertainment system on board and no meals on a 2.5 hour flight.
                              After having an arguement with the call centre team coach Mr. Kuldeepak Singh, I managed to get the flights changed to Kingfisher full service but with the following problems:
                              A. Instead of taking a flight at a comfortable time of 10:45 am, my parents have to get up at 4 in the morning to take a 6:20 am flight.
                              B. This is not a direct flight and there will be a two hour halt in Kolkata to catch the connecting flight.
                              C. On the return journey, there is a 3 hour halt in Kolkata and they reach Mumbai at 11 in the night instead of earlier time of 5pm.
                              D. Moreover the two and a half hour flight now becomes a five and a half hour and six and a half hour flight respectively.

                              The whole purpose of booking the flight with Kingfisher was to have a comfortable journey on this long sector for my parents. Now where does this stupid change of theirs leave my parents? Kingfisher has caused immense mental agony to me and my parents. Moreover, the flights will be physically tiring for both of them both ways.

                              I have sent 5 emails to Kingfisher since then on 8th April, 9th April, 13th April, 17th April and 21st April 2009. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO THESE EMAILS ONCE.

                              Kingfisher has really tested my patience and I am really angry with the callousness with which they are handling this. I want to take this matter up seriously and serve them a legal notice. Can someone help me on how to go about doing the same?

                              This is to inform that I booked kingfisher air tickets for Agatti island for 4th february 2010, through Travel agency Labbiak Tours & Travels Banglore. On my arrival at Kochi Airport I was asked by Kingfisher airlines that Permission was required for going to Agatti which was not informed to me by the travel agency.
                              On reaching to airport I was surprised when I was not allowed to travel for the wrong of the travel agent. I suffered mental agony and humiliation alongwith my family at cochin airport besides suffered a loss of money by cancellation of tickets and in coming to Kochi airport from Thiruvanthapuram. I had to cancell return tickets also sheduled for 7th instant.
                              This is the primary responsibility of the airlines to enqire/inform about such requisits at the time of issuing air tickets because it is not otherwise possible for every customer to read out all supplementary information in your rules and regulations.
                              besides I suffered mental agony and humiliation along with my four family members.
                              Kindly take action and inform me as early as possible and also explain as to whi I shall not proceed against you in the consumer court.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had to bring to this your attention, since was not able to breakthrough through the same / not getting a proper response so far. Require your personal intervention in the same.

                                The case:

                                As per the chain of the mails below mentioned – my communication has been extremely clear that I would look forward for re validating the voucher issued to me, but in spite of repeated mails am not able to get a valid response and the customer friendly attitude- customer first thing does not seem to come across. I have also gone through the circular issued by the Civil Aviation authorities (point 3.F) and drawn the attention of your staff members towards the same.

                                My request has been to re validate / re issue the voucher, so that I do avail of your services and should not be penalized for canceling a ticket. Am sure you would appreciate the fact that since the voucher is not transferable, I only have to travel- and I would travel only when it is required. Surely I would not avail of any leave and go to a destination just to avail the voucher. You may also want to consider the option of refunding the same.

                                The intention of encouraging me to use your services or an attempt to do so has not reflected so far. Going by the book and snapping the relation is the simplest thing that one can do. I know for sure that an organization of your stature and repute is brand conscious and customer friendly, quite surprisingly the responses received are contradictory.

                                My sincere hope is that this incident should not deter my patronage towards a particular service provider.

                                Very kind of you to revert at the earliest. But as stated earlier by me, I have not traveled, did not have to, so no question of me availing your services, my simple request was to have this re validated which the call center mentioned that can be done by writing a mail.

                                I am not able to understand why would an airline company have such non- friendly norms. To avail of this I have to take a leave and go to some destination, which I have not done so far and no one would plan a trip just to avail of this voucher. By revalidating you would be actually encouraging me to avail of the services provided by you. It would be very easy to snap up relationship and go by the book.

                                Am sure I would hear from you at the earliest about revalidating the same.

                                understand that if I have not traveled in the near past because there
                                was no reason, just to avail of the voucher issued to me I would not
                                travel. Also the vouchers are not transferable which again is a pain

                                When referring to the terms and conditions these do form a standard

                                of terms and conditions and when I have decided to travel, least
                                would
                                be the chances of me canceling the traveler would not go through as

                                for the trip that I booked from Mumbai to Delhi. Hence I request you

                                This is in reference to my booking I had done for a flight from

                                Mumbai on 26 Jan 08. I am based in Mumbai and unfortunately due to

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had resigned from WNS on 1st OCT'07 and joined Kingfisher on 4th Oct'07. I had requested and submitted neccessary documents for transfer of PF FROM WNS to Kingfisher on Dec '07.

                                  Can you please trace and let me know at the earliest if the transfer is completed. I have not yet received any intimation from Kingfisher HR inspite of numerous followups with them.

                                    I emailed you yesterday about my predicament and explained why I missed my flight on the 23rd.Feb. I will explain again, I flew to Bangalore on the 21st Jan and had a flight back for the 23rd. of Feb. which I missed due to unforseen circumstances. I came to join my daughter who has been living in India awhile and she is in the early stages of pregnancy. On the 22nd Feb she was admitted into the Sanjeevan Speciality hospital in New Dehli, suffering from very bad pains, it was a suspected ectopic pregancy. They kept her in hospital that day and she had to have more scans on the 23rdFeb, because of all the trauma I failed to cancel my flight and when her partner arrived I took a flight to Bangalore to sort out my flight. They charged me 20, 165.00 rupees for another ticket to Heathrow the next day which I thought was a little steep as I had tried to explain to the staff what had happened and I did only pay £350.00 for my return flight originally. I would appreciate it if you could consider my situation and please reply to me as soon as convenient, yours sincerely. W.Shipman
                                    Let me tell you one thing. till the booking of ticket they will very very good response. but once your booking is over they wont given any response once the passenger is in trouble they wont help at all.

                                      Cheating and Deceiving Customers

                                      I had bought Kingfisher Class tickets from Mumbai to Guwahati and back. I clearly paid for a Kingfisher Class ticket, and they gave me a Kingfisher Class ticket, but they put me on a Kingfisher Red, the Deccan Airlines taken over by Kingfisher.                                       Ref: IT 611 Goa – Bangalore

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I am a frequent flayer in domestic sector, I choose “ KING FISHER” airlines because of the quality and overall and time factor.

                                      However, it was very disappointment and a bad experience I had after the Security Check. Every 30 minutes the delay was announced and finally at 4.00pm it was confirmed that the above flight will not take off because of major technical snag and I was rescheduled at 22 hrs.

                                      The total occupancy of the flight I believe would be above 70% all the passengers from Jaipur & Goa were taken in a very shabby mini van which probably would be used for Goa Rural Transport and we were put in a “JOINT GATE GOWMET” which would be official caterers and the time was 5.00PM and the food was wrong food for the wrong time. During this time there was not even a responsible soul or a senior member to attend and inform what was the fate of the flight.

                                      However, I appreciate the Junior Staff's who did their best to take care o[censored]s within their limits but what was surprisingly if the technical snag was guessed after landing at GOA at 1.30 pm and gravity of the problem to rectify then there was other four flights to Bangalore where all the passengers could accommodated to reach the destination on time. After great persuasion we were informed that we were booked in IC 594 (International Flight) which is also delayed by couple of hours.

                                      For a 45 minutes flight journey it was almost 11 hours trauma underwent by all the passengers.

                                      I DO NOT THINK YOU HAVE APPRECIATED OUR BUSINESS AND TIME WHICH COSTED US VERY DEARLY. I AM SURE ALL THE PASSENGERS COULD GET A SECOND THOUGHT WHENEVER THEY WANT TO TRAVEL, THE OPTION WOULD NOT BE “ KING FISHER”.
