[Resolved]  L.G/ Double Door Refrigerator — Very Poor Customer Service

I bought a L.G refrigerator on 16/12/2010. Please find the purchase
details below –
Model : GL- 255VA5
Shop : Metro Cash & Carry India Pvt. Ltd.
Voucher no : 220V826734

On the same day, I called L.G customer care centre [[protected]] and requested for demo/installation. The docket no was RNA[protected] and I were assured to get
service within 72 hrs. No body came within next 72 hours, so on 21st Dec again I called and this time they assured me to provide service within 48 hrs.
But, no body came within the specified date, so on 23rd Dec I called at 13.20 hrs.
The customer care executive assured me to get status report within 4 hrs, but no one called me or visited me.
On the same day I called at 18.45 hrs and got assurance for service within 24 hrs.
This time they provided a new docket no : RNA[protected].
Till now I didn’t get any service or call from L.G.

Please do the needful as soon as possible

LG Double door refrigerator — very poor service for a customer

this is to the general manager marketing L.G

i purchased a lg fridge doble door last year on 15 april. i am regreting for buying L.G product . as not even a year i am facing the problem. i hav a tv that to showed the quality in within a year i had to get it repaired . i dont know why i trusted the lg . ne ways this is to tell you i had given a complaint regarding my fridge. no body bortherd to chek or ask wts the problm. rather i use to call lg customer care and service provider in pune. aftr 4 days of struggle engineer came down.he saw the fault . defrost timer has to be changed. its 48 hours no body has turned up or contacted.

i think while buying your company calls eveytime wit new schemes or productso that you can fool him like me. whn its time for a repair u dont bother as it waste of time and no money gain.

i am really regretting today for goin wit L.G products. i tell people not to go for lg products as quality n service both r the same.. very very poor.

hop ur company changes your system of working service n quality.

LG Refrigerator — Very Poor service

I purchased LG 200ltrs IntelloCool refrigerator in 2009 & right now there is one plastic basket in rear part of fridge ,where water is collected when you defrost d fridge & one side of it is braken,so I called customer care & technician came on d same day ,but after that diagnose he didn't come and when I called him he told me that the part was not available in office,If LG is not able to provide that part then why should they have to make production of LG refridgerator,very poor service....I never recommend to any relative to buy it...

LG Double door refrigerator — Poor customer service

I Posses a LG Refrigerator double door VD 238 lts bought in oct 2009.
I found that the cooling in lower compartment is less and i complained in Service Centre.
Complain No RNA[protected]. They assured me of service within 24 hrs.
A mechanic informed me that that he is comming for service 2 days before.
But still he is not availaible and the service is not completed.

LG — LG service waste of time and money !!!

Hi,

On last Friday (10th Feb 2011) , I logged a case via customer care for my Front loaded fully automatic 7 KG washing Machine which is having some issue. A technician visited my place on Saturday and told me that sub parts needs to be replaced and hence machine should be send to service center, He also proposed me for AMC. I took the AMC for all my LG products ( WM, Fridge and WMO). He told me that machine will be called back to service center on Monday.

On Monday when there was no follow up till after noon, we called the technician and then he told that vehicle is getting ready and machine will be picked with half an hour. When there was nothing happened after 3 hours we again called technician and he then told it will be picked in next 1 hour and same story continuous till evening.

On Tuesday morning he finally told that previous case has been closed after AMC , hence I again need to raise a call with CC (customer care) for WM ( Washing Machine) call back.I again raised a case and it was told be CC executive that there will be a follow with next 24 hours which was not made. Then I again called same technician on Wednesday and again the same story continuous that machine will be picked within half an hour, an hour .... and the day passed with no result.

On Thursday, I again called CC to log a complaint against service center they told me that they will re forward the case again and but they are not authorized to log any complaint against service center. Finally they provided me a mobile number which is of CCO (Customer Care Office) I am calling the number since 10 AM in the morning but no body picked the phone till 11 AM and after that the phone is either busy or on Call waiting. Its almost 1 PM now and I am continuous calling that number but no response.

Now finally it seems to me that I have done a blunder mistake in purchasing a LG products and after that purchasing AMC for those products.

I would have got my WM repaired on the same day by paying the same amount that I have paid for AMC.

I have dropped many mails to LG complaint email id but no response.

Not sure what to do now.... Please assist.

LG Double door refrigerator — Poor Service and pathetic Refrigerators and inferior products

This is in reference to the LG double Door refrigerator model no.GL-408YSQ4. I purchased this refrigerator on 25th Jan;2012 from "M/S/ Apollo Sales Corporation, Rajapuri, Dwarka, after the recommendation of the sales executive present at the shop. But my nightmare started ever since I bought the refrigerator. It started giving trouble. I have made several attempts through Customercare and owner of the Agency but no action has been taken yet. There is a lady by the name Ms. Shpbha Pandey, who I was told is the supervisor at the Call centre. She arranged one mechanic from the service centre, who came and informed that the sensor of the refrigerator is not working, and they do not have this particular spare available with them, hence product cant be repaired till they procure the same.

I am failed to understand as to why consumer has to suffer due to faulty product. Consumer buys such things for peace of mind not to get harassed. I am a Diabetic patient and on daily basis my issulins, which are quite expensive are getting spoiled.

So far I have been very polite to everyone and it seems that they all are testing my patience.
The summer has not yet started and your product has starting trouble.

Now I do not want this faulty refrigerator to be repaired. It is extremely important that you replace the product or I will be forced to refer this matter consumer court.

I beleive you have not read the details in my complaint above. It clearly says that I have called CC many ties but response was not satisfied.

LG refrigerator (double door) — poor quality & poor customer service

We have purchased LG double door refrigerator on 18Th May 2011. it has not completed 1 year also but we have faced problem of gas leakage till two times. Customer service is help less to solve the problem within 2 days and behaviour is also not good.
