[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — Not Able to do anything regarding my under warranty period mobile

Sir, I am manish kumar purchased a mobile set Lava A-9 in may 2010. But i didnt use hand set for a week. i went to service center many times for this i expend much money, but they cant solve my problem. And now my handset is in the lava service center ( ideal service center, sec-15, noida) from august 2010 to till date. and after two month they dont able to solve my problem. So please help me i am not able to purchase new mobile.

yes i agree gov have to take a hard step against Lava company.

sir my touchpad is not working and it had warranty also.but lava service centre of guntur (andhrapradesh) billed me with 650rs and they are telling that warranty is not applicable on touchpad. now whom i want to contact.yes i agree gov have to take a hard step against Lava company.
