I gifted XOLO X900 to my wife, she faced malfunction problems related to software in handset (IMEI Number : [protected]) It was bought in Aug, 2012 & less than a year, the phone stopped working completely. I contacted Xolo Customer Care. They suggested to submit the handset on given address (1003/1004 10TH FLOOR SECTOR:19D THE AMBIENCE COURT OPP:RTO OFFICE, NAVI MUMBAI VASHI 400703 MAHARASHTRA India) & ensured it will be returned within 5 working days (Case id :[protected] It is confirmed by them that my handset has been received on 20th April, 2013 Since, then i am taking follow up with them about return date of my handset. Every time I get answer that it will be received within 48 hrs. but its more than 29 days now & I am not getting any satisfactory answer from Xolo Customer Care. as per their intial commitment if the phone will not be in repairable condition with in 5 days they will replace the phone but delivery will be in 5 days. but Every Tuesday to Friday they used to say it will positively get dispatched to you on Saturday.its under repair. I had a talk with Mr. Mohit, Mr. Ajay and Mr. Yashraj (senior executive) regarding this, but of no response. neither they provide the true information on status nor they provide the contact details of service centre so that we directly make follow-up with them. I requested them since one month have been passed atleast now make the delivery date as Saturday on priority, but the reply is “sorry sir we cannot do this, you have to wait we cannot make it dispatch before Saturday. (every time they says the same thing). How much time one need to wait for his phone. Within this time frame the phone would have repaired or replaced from USA, but they are not able to repair or replace here.
I want to file the case on LAVA International for compensation against the delay in service, response and making false commitment to the customer. please suggest..

I have faced a similar issue whereby I had given my xolo A700 on the 20th May 13, and they promised me 5 days TAT. its almost 9 days now, i get a response from their call centre that it shall be dispatched within 24 hrs...which doesnt happen at all. Today when i call them they tell me the status updated is under repair.

I feel Lava is cheating the end users and I recommend not to trust Lava and buy any kind of products from them.

Now I have no option but just wait...Hope for the best.

    Bought a Lava iris 501 in March end 2013 ,since first day it has a bluetooth problem, three times it has been sent for repair to service centre,but no help,area service manager bhupender singh has been informed about it ,but no response in last 3 days,Now after checking again,as per him i need to deposit my handset again to service centre to send it to head office to investigate and do repairs,which will take undisclosed time,in the meanwhile i will be provided a Desi handset against my smartphone to wait endlesslessly,I access my official communication on my smartphone and can not afford to live without it even for a hour..,,,,,,,,,,plz help

      Respected Sir,
      I purchased LAVA X900 XOLO BLK handset on 30/09/2012. Within next
      2 months I started getting network problem in the handset. I tried to contact customer
      service Toll free no. but many times I was not able to talk with the customer assistant.
      Then I send an e-mail on 25th feb 2013 to xolo care and same day I received reply
      and then pickup of my handset was arranged. My handset was picked up on
      6th March 2013 the with in 5 days I received it back my handset back but with the
      same problem unrepaired. Again my handset was picked up on 15 march 2013 and
      after 8 days I received it back but very shame full that the problem was not solved
      and over on that the handset was not even properly packed. The backside cover was
      open. By seeing this condition I registered online compliant at National Consumer
      Helpline. On 10th April 2013 my handset was again picked up for servicing purpose
      and till now it has been not received. Sir this handset has manufacturing defect and
      I want this handset replaced

      I had purchased a xolo x900 around two months back. After developing a network reception snag, the same was revers pick-up from my place almost a month back.Since then, after umpteen mails and phone calls, no satisfactory answer has been provided to me regarding the status of my handset.

          Dear Sir / Madam

          I Girish Bandaru Purchased one Lava IRIS-454 Mobile On 10th March
          2013, from ebay.in, And received on 14th march 2013 and make a complaint on 14Th
          march 2013, My complaint No is 183395. My complaint is not Yet
          resolved but the complaint was closed by ebay with out
          taking confirmation from me, there was somany contacs withe bay customer care person that i am ready to pay even Rs 2,000/- more for
          another product. The local service engineer is refused to replace the
          mobile because the product is more than one week old. but i saw in
          ebay web site that the product will be replaced with in one week if
          there is any problem in the phone. i had somany talks with the seller
          but the seller always saying that the product will be replaced, but my
          mobile is neither replaced nor repaired. now what will i do?

                Im writing this mail with dissatisfaction as all my effort to reach out to Lava help has failed. I had purchased Lava W150 Pocket Router and some how I have admin Login credentials and tried reaching Lava Customer Care hundreds of time but they seems to blid eyed for caring the customers. While they cliam to have all the system in place with phone numbers, email Id and an online form to supprt, none of them are o[censored]se.

                lavamobiles — no consumer service within warranty period

                Its showing "invalid SIM" while the same SIM is working in another handset. This mobile set is kept with the service centre from one month and service centre has taken no remedial measure as yet. The contact no [protected],is not entertaining the call.

                  I'm a retailer of Mobile phone.
                  Model :- Lava KKT 40+
                  IMEI no attached as bill file.

                  The problem is that, the phone has not any WEB or GPRS option in menu or sub menu (It may be any software up gradation problem).

                  as per Lava official website specification (till today's date) LAVA KKT 40+ has WEB and GPRS option, but the Service center manager/ owner/ dealer given a wrong information that the new KKT 40+ models does not contain as such, when i ask for higher authority help, he behave me very shameful and not provided as same.

                  I won't expect that type of cheap and poor, quality less service.

                  There is no WAP/Buddy options in KKT 40+ model.

                  I have checked more then one time,
                  But only this phone does not contain as such.
                  There is no support from Lava, 4 days passed but it's so shameful, that there is no response from Lava International (!) company.
                  I've returned the following handset to dealer.
                  matter closed with unsolved and very unsatisfied experience with Lava.

I send 2 time in your authorised service centre LAVA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, 260, Omkar road, Chukkuwala, Near clock tower, GPO Dehradun (Uttrakhand). But that time Bluetooth, wifi & charging not working some few days. So I gote on your authorised service centre LAVA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, 260, Omkar road, Chukkuwala, Near clock tower, GPO Dehradun (Uttrakhand) and received my mobile XOLO500S on dated[protected]. But after completion of half month no any response about repair of my hand set.

                    As everyone gears up for Holi, Lava has sought to up the ante by splashing in a brand new colorful feature phone. The company recently released a handset dubbed Lava KKT 35, which comes pre-loaded with a ‘Color Matcher’ app for Indian consumers.

                    The ‘Color Matcher’ app lets users select any hue as the background and use it as their homescreen wallpaper. The KKT 35 is jacketed in a slim metallic body and it encompasses a 2.4” QVGA TFT display screen for multimedia viewing.                       Hello Sir/Madam,
                      I had purchase LAVA MOBILE IRIS 501 on 22nd, January, 2013. AND from 27th, January 2013 I am facing Touch Screen problem of mobile. I had inform the problem and given my mobile to customer care on 29th, January 2013 (C/O Tamana Infotech, G-2, Gulnar Co-op hsg, Teli Gali, Cross Road, Landmark Shivsena Shakha, Andheri East. Mum -69 ). The customer care officer said according to the policy you will get replacement or it will get repaired. I had word with Customer care, NOIDA, Delhi they said that you will get replacement of your mobile.
                      Today is 5th, February 2013 but i haven't receive any response from company. Even I am interested in other model of LAVA Mobile and pay for it. But I am not getting any response, Even customer care officer don't response my call after calling 5-6 times. They make excuses.
                      I am facing lots of problem without mobile. So I would like to request you to look in this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
                      Hope you do the needful ASAP.

                        i have bought a LAVA tab EZ-7 of cost Rs 5600 on or about 1st september 2012 From JUNEJA MOBILES situated in GANGA PLAZA(meerut), after 5 or 7 days its touch stops working. i was too tense.
                        i went to the LAVA service centre BALAJI TELECOM in thapar nagar , meerut. after 2 or 3 hours the staffs of service centre provided me the D.O. letter and told me to consult with my retailer i.e. JUNEJA MOBILES to replace this tab. they told me that the retailer will provide you another tab hand to hand.
                        as per the instructions i went to the JUNEJA mobile shop on 19th september and i told them about my prob. but the retailer was not agreed. after requesting him he told me to consult after 4 days, i went after 4 days but he again refuses and told me to contact on 30th sept.
                        again i consulted him on 30th but he again denied. the final dead line was 5th oct. but still my tablet is in his Shop and the retailer is not taking any interest. i contact to the service centre but they told me that now they have completed their responsibilities and now the whole-soul is the retailer. but the retailer is not taking any interest and its a totally harrasing condition for me. please please please help me.

                          1 I purchased new Lava A-10 mobile set from authorized dealer M/s Seth telecom , Batala on date 8 February 2012 .

                          2 suddenly it,s touch got unserviceable and the same was sent to service center through dealer for repair on 11 feb 2012 . Regret to say that they took 20-21 days to return it after repair it by giving irreverent excuses . and now this phone is not pick network signal resulting i m not contactable with anyone which cause i miss my so many important phone calls .

                          3 Now do tell me that what i can i do with this mobile ? it,s really embarrassing that i spent money and i get a useless mobile .

                          it,s humble request kindly look into matter and do needful .

                            I have purchased LAVA B8 handset through Flipcart.com in Feb 2nd week of 2012. Just in two months, Apr 2nd week around, all the top rows keys not functioning. Letters, E/2,,R/3, G/5, H, uparrow , downarrow, etc doesn't function. Without these numbers & letters a phone is a useless. Entered complaints in their www.lavamobiles.com and left my phone numbers. Multiple times. It doesn't accept after one successful register. They never bothered to call and offer to solution. They dont have 1-800 toll free number. I could not even type their numbers, as most of critical numbers like 2, 3,5 doesn't work. I have changed my SIM to temporarily to a old phone and called, after transferring from reception, they cut the call. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. They have only very few selected service centers in Bangalore, (when I called, at least 3 of them shut down their customer support for LAVA phones!) The other one is not working over week ends. When I contacted their Rajaji nagar service center, one "intelligent" person questioning me back asking "How come suddenly your key pad not working after working for 2 months" What would I answer to such jerks?
                            BOTTOMLINE IS: I AM OK TO LOSE THIS Rs3800, BUT PLEASE NEVER EVER PROMOTE OR BUY PRODUCTS FROM LAVA. I dont want others to get cheated like me by seeing their ad or their website. I am not sure How INTEL has made joint venture with this Fraudulent company to release smartphone. May be Intel is intelligent to use them as experiment rats. Never get TRAPPEd fellow customers. A company doesn't respect a customer, should not be in business for long. Share this story with any mobile buyers. NEVER BUY LAVA.

                              i gave my lava b5 mobile for service to your authorized service centre=MOBIZONE SERVICE=SITUATED at normal chowk,paltan bazar rahul takiz road in sultanpur-228001(u.p.)dated-27august2011.bcoz my mobile is suddenly swiched off .but my mobile is not meet to me till now.your employs are very irresponsible and very bad behaviour.they are not responsing me. so i have many problems without my mobile. please care with sincerely.

                                I bought a LAVA B* habdset in May 2011. I was really happy using the same. However, In october 2011, my mobile fell from my hand (Not from a very height) on the floor and its backside bottom part (lower) broke. I immediately contacted the asuthorised service centre at Ulhasnagar and they took down the details of the same and informed me to get back to them after 10 days. They did not provide any service form or paper to me. As usual after 12 days the ON GOING DRAMA of part not available started and still going on for last 5 months!!!!!

                                The final answer i got from Mr.Dinesh is that the company has STOPPED manufacturing this model......so they cant Repair the same?????????
                                I am really amused to see such UNPROFESSIONAL approach of a telecom company.
                                Is it that if the mobile manufacturing is discontinued....all the users will have to pay a penalty for the same????????

                                I need a feasible solution for the same.

                                  sir,
                                  i have a lava A10 mobile PHONE ON 5/6/2011, after 5 days the mobile is not working properly i have visited to the lava care center at least 15 times . each time they say that our engineer is not present please come after few days, on 3 /1/2012 they submitted my mobile phone and ask me o come after one month .on 2/2/2012 i have visited to the care center then they return me my mobile phone without repairing it and they again ask me to visit another care center .it was a really ridiculous , please help me to solve this problem .

                                    sir i had purchased lava a10 mobile phone and it had warranty for one year . AND now touch is not working and it had warranty also.so i had went to lava sevice center in GUNTUR ,ANDHRAPRADESH..at starting they told it had warranty and now they charged me 650rs for repair telling that warranty is not applicable on touch.he is telling that even after one day after the sell had purchased if touch is gone it had no warranty .but after the repair he is telling that warranty will now be applicable for one year. what is this non sense i dont understand.he is telling that company is not giving warranty on touch but it is not true. i had mailed to lava company but no response from them .what i have to do. my phone number is[protected] and lava service center phone number is [protected],[protected].

                                      sir i have purchased lava b 8 handset last feb 2011 from shri sunil kirana & general store cidco nanded wide bill no911 dated 12/2/2011 IMEI NO [protected] and within one month this hand set gets hanged various times then i talked to seller of this handset he told to show the hand set to authoried service centare then i lodge the complain with handset to sky mobiles shiwaji nagar nanded he said that the there is a software problem he return the handset repairing it after 2 days then after 5 months i got the problem with hand set that the battery is discharging after 3 hours then i repeat the complan to service centre they said that the warranty about battery is over you have to purchase new battery i purchased same after some days i fills my hands not working properly thats key pad not working then again i given handset to service centare they told that the key pad not not working you have to change key paid then he lodge the complain and after 20 days the repaired hand set handed over to me after ten to fifteen days again my handset get hanging then i rush to service centre and lodge the complain about handset they took the hand set and after 15 to 20 days they replaced pcb of handset but that time the poistion of torch is changed but i accepted handset but each and evry time i requested to handset seller and service centre plz replace my hand set by new one but they repair my handset and handed over to me now my handset is hans severals times so i requesting you plz help me to replace me the lava b8 handeset by newone in warranty period my name is NARAYAN K AKMAR FLAT.3 SHRISAIPRASAD APARTMENT MANIKNAGAR TARODA BK NANDED MAHARASHTRA 431605 CELL NO [protected] /[protected]
