bought Iava Iris 250 on 09/01/2015, but i faced 3 times power key not working problem then unfortunately i got an replacement of LAVA iris 405+ but now this new mobile has a charging socket problem then i submit my mobile to nearest service centre on dated-04/05/2015, but still they cant able to resolve the problem, the foolish service, Work Order No[protected]. i request you to plz do the need full.I hope lava authorities will answered to my mail properly.

    i purchased lava handset iris x1 beats from flipkart for android development. but when i connect it with my laptop it doesn't response. it is not recognized. i complaint about it in customer care, service center, Flipkart but i didn't get any solution. Customer service is very bad

      I bought a Lava X8 in last month and while using the phone in the first week I realized I the phone gets heated up even for using simple apps like facebook, whatsapp. Besides that the phone gets heated very much when connected to a charger. It also blinks at times during usage of games and gives strong current while being connected to charger and taking a call. I raised the issue with the call centre of yours and they asked me to bring the handset to the service centre. On approaching the UNIQUE MOBILE CARE service centre in Srinagar, J&K. I asked them about the problem and due to the threat of flood in Srinagar over the city they asked me to bring the phone after few days. When I again went there on 20-march for second time they were busy with repairing of service centre and didn’t took phone that time also. After few days again going there on 29-March they gave mwe excuse that the shop is closed due to non availability of light and cant take the handset. Going again for the fourth time on 10-april they took the phone and gave me the workorder no. as[protected] and asked me to wait for few days . On 16-Apr they gave me phone back under same work order and asked they have upgraded the software and changed the speaker. When I realized the problems have not been closed yet . I again went there for the fifth time on 17- april and asked them to duo my phone coz I don’t want to use any repaired phone within a month. They gave me a work order no. which in enclosed in the mail on 17-april under which they now have changed the motherboard of the system. I am very much disappointed with the service lava is providing. The phone is still in their custody and now I m not going to take a phone with everything repaired. Plz help I have heard enough of inconvenience/ apologizes from your service centre but on the practical grounds I feel I am cheated. I still didn’t have the possession of my phone which is still with them since 17-april under the work order no.[protected].

        I am bye a Lava Mobile model no IRIS 250 on Jun 2015 in one year warrantee period, My moble swich on prpblem strart from 19/04/2015 means not proper work of the side swich on. then i am submitted our mobile in Lava cervice centre TSA Enterprises B-1A, Union Bank Bldg, Khurram Nagar, Lucknow due to dated on 20/04/2015. But my problem not property short out in due to 15 days and not any sutisfied information from service centre on due to dated 29/04/2015. I am very angree for Lava mobile and service as well as very bad observation of lava cervice.

        I was buy a Lava Mobile, model no IRIS 250 on 07/12/ 2014 in one year warrantee period.           Dear Sir I am Nilesh Gurav from mumbai i am using a lava mobile last 2 years few days my mobile touch pad and display problem so i am going to lava mobile authorised service center in Byculla (Sai Electronic). I know my mobile is not in a warranty but i am thinking at least they use a original parts so i give the mobile for repairing but this persons using duplicate parts and give me a mobile retrun when i know this think i ask to this person they taken again my mobiles and give after a 5 days when i reached a shop he didnt make my mobile in ok condition if this type of service given lava mobile service center then why not mobile company taken action this type of service center please guide me to fight this type of services

            10/4/2015 i went to Mobi phone g 3/73, sector16.rohini .Delhi 110085 .my phone batte ry was troubling.What's App trouble was in it.tThey spent my 2 hours and use my phone bill no. in their computer and told that my is now OK they not issue any jobsheet and say phone ok problem not solved till now .today they used abuse language, quarrelled i called police.this kind is this coustmor care service

              I gave my phone in one of the Lava Service centers in sangli on 18/03/2015 and they said it will take 15 days maximum for my phone to get repaired. But as of now there is no positive reply from their end and they are npt taking this matter seriously. Every time I call them they make the same excuse of not getting the parts needs to be installed on my phone. i ask them for job/work order no but they refuse they just gave simple receipt Because of delay I am suffering a lot in my professional life Please take this matter seriously.

                  Pl note my phone is still not working and not with me pl note date of events 1) I had purchased the the phone on 16.03.2015 12.30 pm but the phone did not work full contact were not displayed at 4.30 pm same day 2) I returned the the phone the same day to Mobile store (Virar w Maharashtra State) at 9.00 night dt 16.03.2015 3) Next day the mobile store people took the phone to service centre ie Sharada Teleworld Vishwakarma Nagar Mumbai ph [protected] Mr Atul ( contact person) Servcie centre the problem told was software and the repair was done, returned to me on 17.03.2015 at 9.30 pm ( no job work issue or given by ser center ) ( as they did not educate me on the procedure that has to be done by service centre) 4) on 18.03.2015 morning 9.00 am the same problem raised, handed the mobile to the service centre at 3.00 pm same day, the probiem reported was software ( no job work given) As I was told that they (Ser .centre) will keep the phone for 2 days 5) 21.03.2015 (Saturday) went to ser center morning 10.00 am, I was give job work copy when insisted ( they were not ready to give) as the same problem was recurring again & again and from that time the phone is in servcie centre ( pl note the problem was same contact not properly show in my phone as previously reported)

                      I have submitted the mobile XOLO 8X-1000 in service center on dated 29/12/2014 because of following problem. 1) Scratches on Front side (This is not by Physical Damage, this is by too high temperature) 2) Home screen button not working 3) Battery Temperature & draining 4) Application crashing 5) Music player not working properly But service center & XOLO company saying i need to pay Rs. 4, 000/- for all this because this not in warranty period. I purchased this 14/08/2014 lots of problem are i am facing for this.                       How can you prove this is physical damage, you have done any investigation in customer place through any police COP and you have any verification report where & how this is damage??. This damage occur by temperature heating. OK!!

                      I will not pay anything for that. This is only 4.5 months old mobile and your service center is declared this out of warranty on the spot itself.

                      on 06/01/2015 i received a SMS from AD-LAVAMO handset is repaired but i when i called in service center they are saying it returned back as it is. Why XOLO doing fool to customer by sending this kind of SMS & confirmation.

                        I inform u that I bought a LAVA Iris Fuel 50 from Uncle Ji Telecom & Mobile Centre (Regd) 96/1, Main Chowk, New Seelampur, Delhi-110053 on 28-Dec-2014. Cost Of Mobile INR:7500/-. Today at 18:30 it showed blank screen after that I have cummunicate to retailer about the problem and he told me tomorrow is Sunday so it is not possible to replace it. But at the time of selling he told me that company gives replacement if product has any defect with in seven days from purchasing. Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.                           Dear sir, I have mobile of LAVA irish 455 since last 11 months, andfaceing problem since last 2 months, i have visited to service center two timebut problem has not been resolved (it was working three day only ) and the sameproblem occured again. problem is in voice, it is not clear while talking with someone the voice get disturbed. 1st time engineer has changed the receiver and second timehe has changed the both the speakers (on24.12.2014 – 25.12.2014)that time it was working properly for three days butstill same problem. Unfortunately myhadset fall down and screen has gone Brocken on 27.12.2014 now company saying that my earlier problem will notconsider under warranty because hand set has broker.                             Respected Sir, I bought a Lava Iris 550Q Handset on[protected]. Then I found display problem in my handset from the very next day and which was able to use. On 20/12/2014, i found my handset's display condition got very bad and unable to use. Then i submitted my handset to lava service centre for repair on 22/12/2014...because the handset have display problem so the personal at the service centre told me that the screen would be replaced by within 7days and give me a job order number[protected]. When i contacted the Lava customer care number [protected] on 26/12/2014 to knew the status of my phone, they give me a complaint registration number 1_352189 and said i will get an update regarding my phone's current status with in next 24hrs. After 24hrs i contacted the service centre and they said which is not repaired. When I asked the date that i suppose to get my phone repaired, the personnel at the service centre 3G service point at cochin he said i will get my hone back whenever i want and he suddently canceled my job order and told me to come and get the phone and and he is not ready to give a written reason for the cancelation. Now plz tell me what can i do..my handset is in under warranty i have bill, box, and all accessories with it. I bought this handset for my personnel use not to keep it in the sevice centre.                                   I am having a mobile IRIS 402 purchased in the month of January 2014, but the mobile is always having problem from the first month itself, even I have visited the lava care at Bhubaneswar twice within six months, now again the mobile is having problem i.e. sim card not detecting, battery life, software issue, contacts vanishes automatically.. what to do now...?

                                    Respected Sir, I bought a Handset Lava Iris X1 from Electro Pacific, S.C.O no 1024, Sector-22/B, Chandigarh on dated[protected]. Then I find display problem in my handset on Aug/2014. Then i called to service centre and ask him to give any solution then they told me to went to Baltana, there is a related Service centre of your Handset Company And then i submit my handset to lava service centre, Baltana, Distt. S.A.S nagar to repair it...because my handset have display problem so the service centre told me that screen would be replaced by our end within 7 days. But they returned my handset in 20 days... But the main issue arises now, that even after repairing of screen i facing same problem in my handset. Then i reached to Karbonn/LAVA/MAX/Micromax Smart phone S.C.O 1092, 2nd floor, Sector-22/B, Chandigarh as shopkeeper said me from where i Bought a handset..I.E ( Electro Pacific, S.C.O no 1024, Sector-22/B, Chandigarh). and they returned my phone after 24-25 days but the problem of my handset remains stand.. Now plz tell me what can i do..my handset is in under warranty i have bill, box, and all accessories with it... Name- Jagdish Kumar Address:- V.P.O baltana, Teh Derabassi, Distt.                                       I have purchased a lava tab z7c 513F0001737 with IMEI No. [protected] at Vijayawada in the month of Mar 14. My tab became unserviceable with problem dead. The tab was given in service centre, Shillong in Apr 14 and after a period of 40 days it was returned back. after bringing back after repair it is found that the SIM is not being detected again the same was deposited in service centre. after a period of 2 months the same has been returned back stating that it is having mother board problem and it cannot be repaired. I have approached the manager of service centre for replacement in the month of Aug as I cannot go to Vijayawada for replacement . Till now the same has not been replaced. Kindly advise how to get back my tab back.

                                        I had purchased a Lava iris x1 from BIG-C mobiles, hyderabad on[protected]. After a week I got a problem with the display and gave the mobile for service at Prime-Tech solutions, Abids, Hyderabad on[protected]. When I am calling the service center, till date I am getting the status that it takes minimum 10-15 days for service. I have already written to Lava customer care but not satisfied by their responses given to me.
