Hello Lava,

Workorder :[protected] months Old mobile got battery problem & no service

I am Chetan Bhosale (my number [protected] ) I admit i have done a mistake by buying LAVA Iris Fuel 60 in April 2015, I bought because i was impressed with Battery 4000 mAh. But within 4 month got battery problem mobile battery gets exhausted hardly survive 30min.

I gave my mobile in service center on 17th August 2015 ( Workorder :[protected] they said it is chargeable it will cost me Rs 850 I agreed to pay charges

Now it is more than 25 days service center people is not responding on calls if i visit the center asking me escalate the complaint this is not in their hands Battery is still not available.
This is called a pathetic service firstly mobile is not good then it comes to service its worst.. I request all of you DO NOT BUY Lava mobiles
.
I hope LAVA will repair my mobile before 2016.

    I have visited to lava cnetre to check my battery problem and then they try to convice its not working due to screen scratched and same time i inform its was 4 month old but its working after scratching and from last 2 days its not charging but then to i convince because i an not technical expert but still same problem is there pls return my total money at time of new purchase around Rs 7000 as well as your screen charges Rs 2600. Pls if you can not solve afer visited 10times in your lava center then you have to pay and if they will not serious then i take legal action against Lava company.       I gave my cell phone IRIS 444 for repair 20 days back to Aleef agency, pudupattinam, Kalpakkam post, Kanchipuram. I bought my cell on March 16, 2015 from this agency only. There was connector problem. In 5 days that is on 17/8/2015 they called up and said that the phone was ready but when i checked in the shop itself my cellphone the same problem persisted. So I gave it back to aleef agency then i kept calling them only yesterday they said my phone had got lost during delivery from the thrukalikundram lava service center. They said they will question the delivery boy. They now said my phone was repaired 10 days back itself. but it was delivered to a wrong person. How can such carelessness be put up with. My phone itself is lost. I am attaching my bill it is under warranty. IMEI no: [protected]. battery no: STS [protected]. I want my money 3199Rs refunded or atleast a new replacement

      Thank you very much sir. I have got replacement for my lost cell phone. I appreciate LAVA for the care they have taken to give a replacement. Service men should be guided to deliver the cellphones to the correct customer. Such carelessness by service men can be avoided. Customers have to go through so much of mental tension for their mistake.

They said they had given it to a Lava service center at Thirukalikundram but during the delivery of the phone the phone got lost. I have lodged a complaint with Lava customer care. He Not Respond Properly. I Have Shown This Mobile In Your Service Centre Three Time. Two Times He Give Me My Mobile On 20-20 Days But Last Time He Tell Me That This Phone Will Repair By Charge Not Under Warranty. First Two Time I Tell Him My Phone Have Many Problems Like:- Battery, Mice, Touch, Hang, But He Not Repair Properly. And This Problem Is Continued. One Time He Order A Battery For My Mobile But He Not Give Me. But I Came A Call From Lava. And He Tell Me That For Your Phone Battery Came To Service Center You Go And Change It But When I Went To Service Centre He Told Me Battery Not Come For Your Phone.

              Actully i bought lava iris x5 from october 2014, and now my phone is troubling to use like power key is not working, camera can't be display, battary automatic reducing %. this phone never open local service center but the seal has broken by me while i was cleaning my phone and the lava service center are not taking this phone in guarntee period, i dont know why tell me the reason for that.

                I wrote below email and manu such similat emails in the past to LAVA . Hi, What is the status of below work order number. I need my X1 IRIS handset asap. I was given X5 in replacement to my X1 which is NOT NEW HANDSET. I want a brand new handset ASAP. Please consider this at most priority, i cannot wait any longer. WorkOrder :[protected] Imei: [protected] Note : I have about 4-5 such work orders in the last 5 months. The X5 handset which was given as a replacement was not legally eligible to use. My handset has spent close to 5-6 months of warranty period at service center. If your technical team (be it service center technician or whoever) is not equipped enough to fix it then arrange for a brand new of the same model. I warn if this issue is not handled asap, i shall taker this to consumer court. I never thought of you having such hopeless experience. My money is gone in vain. Now i shall leave a feedback in almost all sales website and social websites. Mr. Govind who happens to be Area Sales Manager ( ASM) bearing cell phone +91 [protected] will never answer phone, we have called at least 300 times, he never picks phone neither when called by myself, when tried to conference by lava care nor does he responds to service center phones.How busy is this person on earth? Why doesn't the LAVA CARE or SERVICE CENTER not following flow chat for escalations. Your LAVA CARE also does not have toll free number, inspite of i repeatedly calling the service center and lava care, there hasn't been any progress. I wish to ask if there is any responsible person in this forum who can bring a resolution to this issue.                       I purchased a Lava Iris X5 in April 2015. Wasnt getting backup. Submitted to service centre. There also many people came with same model with various complaints. This is the model with lots issue i understood. When i contacted lava care also they told dont have replacement or refund option. I have to pay extra & buy higher model.                           Dear sir, I am sorry to inform you that your service centre people are not under your control.They are totally indisciplined and crazy people.They only know to harass the customer who donot pay bribes to them. According to your mail and the message I have received on my number [protected], I went to the service centre on 13/8/2015 at 3.15 pm and shown them the messages that my device is ready. I am surprised to hear from them that my device is not yet ready and it will take a month or so to get ready. When I have shown them the message they told me this is the '...' message.They told donot come unless the call come from the service centre and when I asked when I can expect the call they told me not before a month or so. The guy name is Swapan and he told me if you want an early call pay Rs100 to the person who is receiving your phone. I have already complained about this over the phone at the customer care number.My complain no is 192105. Today is 15/8/2015 and I have not yet received my phone. Kindly help me to get back my phone from the corrupted service centre guys. Please ensure first from the service centre people before giving me the mail that my device is ready. I have already been there thrice and wasted lots of my time.Please donot waste my further time by sending me again and again to the service centre. Hope the problem will be resolved and I will get back my phone.                               Respected Madam/Sir,

                              We have purchased lava iris 504Q, IMEI 1:[protected] & IMEI 2:[protected] on 27/07/13 at sri divya mobiles, banjara hills, Hyderabad-34. After using for 4 months, the screen of the mobile was broken. We have enquired a lot for rectification. But we didn’t find any authorised service centre.
                              After few months we found lava authorised service centre (Yashaswini communications) in ameerpet, Hyderabad. And we have approached Yashaswini communications for the lost part replacement, the respective service centre asked for 7 days of time for replace of part.But there is no response from their side.when ever I called to that service center, they asked 2 to 3days more time for replacement, Days went on, I called many times to given phone numbers in receipt, but no response from service centre. I also directly approached so many times.
                              After 1 month when I went to service centre and seriously asked about mobile status. The service centre people did not respond correctly, I got doubt that whether the mobile problem has rectified or not, so I called owner of that service centre Mr. sunil, he said the mobile is not ready and it takes some more time to rectify the problem. Because the mobile to be be send the company, I received one massage from lava care centre on 4-6-2015 at 11: 03:21 work order number is[protected]
                              After 10 days when I again went to the service centre he (sunil) said that the mobile problem is rectified, then I verifying the mobile I observed that the mobile is not working properly, but he influenced me to take the mobile and I rejected, I asked for the proof of receipt that has sent the company but he refused, after a few minutes one technician came and shown the mobile status in online which stated that problem was un rectified and returned . But the service centre people tried to give the un rectified cell to me stating that the mobile problem rectified, so the yashaswini communications did not rectified, the problem and also tried to cheat me saying that the problem was rectified.
                              In between this period I had under mental tension and a severe loss, because of travelling from my residential area to the service centre so many time and also lost my valuable time, in this between I request to do justice to me in which I had last my cell, valuable time, money and my mantel tension.

                                Hi, I bought LAVA Iris Fuel 60 and specs says GPS. GPS is not working when I am driving the car. I have given for service for 4 times. They didn't fix the issue and now wi-fi issue is coming after technician trying to fix the GPS issue. I gave 4 times for service and they keep the phone for ever to fix the issue.                                   I (Kailash Joshi) had purchased lava iris x1 from Haldwani, District Nainital, Uttarakhand on 28.09.2014 and my phone is under warranty period. there occurred some charging problem and contacted the authorized service center, monu teleshoppee at Haldwani.. they did not address my problem for a month and finally refused to accept the phone for repair under warranty period. I have submitted so many complaints in this matter on your official website. but no action has been done. kindly take action against the service center and return my money to me.

                                    Hi, Mobile : Lava ARC 22 beats IMEI No : [protected] My self Sathish Kumar S, i have purchased the Lava ARC 22 Mobile. on 17th May 2015 from Poorvika mobiles, forum mall, mangalore-575001. Its just 45 days over, i got this issue. The problem is automatically profile selects to headphone and due to this there wont be any ringtone or we cant talk without headphone. And i have notified this problem to Lava authorized service center in Mangalore. And given for repair for the first time on, 11.07.2015 at 10:58:42 AM. With work order number is :[protected]. And they told me that they will call back. But 1 week over no call nothing. So i went directly there and asked about my mobile. And the female staff, told me to wait and i waited for 15 minutes. Till now no response, so i asked her about mobile she told QC is going so please wait. So again i waited and after looooong 45 minutes, she returned my mobile and i took it with angry status and went home.And checked it was ok. When i check my mobile on next day morning, again the same problem. Automatically profile selects to headphone and due to this there wont be any ringtone or we cant talk without headphone. So next day again i went and gave the mobile to the same Lava authorized service center in Mangalore(Since its the only lava mobile center we have in mangalore.). 20th July 2015, and i have attached the job card image here. Then that same female told me that please come on next day. Due to my busy work shedule, i couldnt go for 1 week. And there was no phone call from this service center also. Then my self went with my wife.Then the same female told please wait for some time. Now the same as first day, i waited for 15 minutes. Me and my wife got angry and asked what about our mobile whats going on.?She replied that they are checking i am not the one repairing there are people repairing..blah blah... Then again we waited for 30 minutes, finaly mobile came. And we tested its ok and we returned home. Now its ok for next 2 days now again the same problem.The problem is automatically profile selects to headphone and due to this there wont be any ringtone or we cant talk without headphone. I have wasted my time behind this. Even after twice the repair happened also they couldnt fix the problem. And that service center lady is very rude, making customers to wait for long time. As if we dont have any work to do. I want my mobile to replaced immediately, this will be the only solution i feel. Because after 2 times failure of service, i dont think that service center has qualified, certified staff for mobile repairs. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.                                       I had purchased Lava Iris X1 Grand from a shop in 6 No. X Road, amberpet, Hyderabad. Shop name is Durga Digital Studio and Photo Emporium, on 7th July 2015. I noticed that when my friend bought same mobile, he got all accessories including Flipcover. On 28th July 2015, I approached the shop owner and inquired the same. And I got hasty reply that, go and inquire with Lava Mobiles Customer care & he told me to bring my friend who has the same mobile, to his shop. How come this cheap people alter the box accessories and contents. Lava Mobiles have got good reputation with its models. But these waste fellows are defaming the Lava fame. I request the correct to be taken on the shop owner.

                                        Hi, Mobile : Lava ARC 22 beats IMEI No : [protected] My self Sathish Kumar S, i have purchased the Lava ARC 22 Mobile. on 17th May 2015 from Poorvika mobiles, forum mall, mangalore-575001. Its just 45 days over, i got this issue. The problem is automatically profile selects to headphone and due to this there wont be any ringtone or we cant talk without headphone. And i have notified this problem to Lava authorized service center in Mangalore. And given for repair for the first time on, 11.07.2015 at 10:58:42 AM. With work order number is :[protected]. And they told me that they will call back. But 1 week over no call nothing. So i went directly there and asked about my mobile. And the female staff, told me to wait and i waited for 15 minutes. Till now no response, so i asked her about mobile she told QC is going so please wait.
