Kindly solve my problem i bought a lava iri x1 mobile phone in the month of november 2014 and with in ten month i found that mobile is very poor and not working properly when i visited lava service center in pudukkottai, tamilnadu, they told me your moble phone display is not working change our display after working correctly.Ican also accept to change display but now they will say your mobile became board problem i will doubted the service...

Actully i bought lava iris x5 from october 2014, and now my phone is troubling to use like power key is not working, camera can't be display, battary automatic reducing %. this phone never open local service center but the seal has broken by me while i was cleaning my phone and the lava service center are not taking this phone in guarntee period, i dont know why tell me the reason for that....

I purchased Lava Mobile Iris X5 4G white mobile from Vijay Sales Vasai West on 22.08.2015. Immediately on next day there was no display on mobile. Hi, I bought LAVA Iris Fuel 60 and specs says GPS. GPS is not working when I am driving the car. I have given for service for 4 times. They didn't fix the issue and now wi-fi issue is coming after technician trying to fix the GPS issue. I gave 4 times for service and they keep the phone for ever to fix the issue. Original bill value Rs. 14000 Replacement done worth only Rs. 9700 (Rs 8800 New handset + Rs. 900 cash) Balance Rs 4300 still pending and the company says that is the retailers margin we can't refund.
