i bought a xolo a800 on dated[protected]. after 1 to 2 months there was a problem reg. heating n switch off automatically. i went to service center. they sent my handset to company for repairing. fially i got my hand set after one month. secondly there was a problem held in my handset reg. battery. i again submit it to service center. on dated 4/03/2014. after observation they return my handset. but problem was not solved. again they sent it to service center on dated[protected] . i received my had set on[protected]. but problem not solved. again they sent it to company. i received at[protected]. but this was shocking. previous problem was not solved n a new problem created by company that touch of my handset was not working. again they sent it to company, till that time i didnt receive my handset. their customer care executive always say, your handset is under process. i suffered alot and it affected my work. my case has been repeated four time i their service center. still neither they are giving proper solution nor replacing my handset as my handset was under warrenty period. kindly help me. i am not getting what to do. please help. customer name:- kushal singh thakur([protected]) mail id:- kush.[protected]@gmail.com handset name xoloA800 IMEI NO.     I have updated McAfee Mobile Security in my phone but now it shows-" To unlock the device, enter your pin".I dont know the pin so now it shows-"Your device is locked.This device is locked.Please contact the owner at awasthi.[protected]@gmail.com to return the device.Thank you." Iam also not able to to access my email id mentioned above.I have also contacted the mobile distributer & he is asking me money to unlock my phone & told me that Lava Service centre will not help me on this.       This email is with regards to my Xolo Phone, please find the details below: Model Number: Xolo Q700 IMEI: [protected] I gave my phone to Siri Communications, Khairatabad, Hyderbad for display and touch repairing. My Work Order[protected] was taken on 27-December-2013 and still i listen to the same lame excuses from your service center that the parts are not available, we are searching for it and i shall get my phone next week. After waiting for 2 long weeks i was promised that my phone will reach to me on Saturday (11-Jan-2014) and surprisingly again i was told to get back to them on Tuesday (Next week again). I was a happy XOLO user before i experienced this bad service quality which you provide to your valuable clients. Is this the way a big brand should delay the service to their customers? You have no idea how badly these two weeks has effected my work, plus i have my all personal data and contact in my hand set and today it comes to 25 days that my phone/data/ contacts are not with me, and i feel that i am at a high risk. I have bought almost 5 handset from xolo for my family, but i completely regret doing that, seeing such bad service i am already at a risk of loosing thousands from my pocket. "I WANT MY PHONE BACK" In todays date the service center representative phone is switched off, i want my phone back, after all its about my hard earned money which i spent to buy this phone and looking at their service i regret. Please help me out with this, i am a business women and my all contact details plus my personal data is in my phone. I am really worried about this.The customer care people are unable to do anything about this.

        I had purchased a A 800 XOLO mobile on 18.03.2013. The IMEI number of the same is [protected]. I had paid Rs.9, 900/- for the same. However within a few days of purchase the mobile was detected with some display problem. I found this to be very strange as my mobile was recent purchase and hence I reported the issue to authorized service centre on 14.09.2013 but sadly they could not do anything about it. My mobile was in service centre from lasts four months and now the executives told me that my mobile could not be repaired and offer me the replacement of another mobile XOLO Q 700. But I refused to take it because that was an old mobile, having no warranty and no documents.

          HI, I purchased Lava Iris 458q on 7th december 2013. Next Day it started switching Off on its own. I was asked by the seller to go to the service center. I went to the service center (Shankla Telecom) in Gurgaon Sec-17. They asked me to keep for 2 days and they will inform me looking at the issue. There was no call for next 2-3 days. I went to the place again and they informed i will receive a new Handset in replace. It has been 1 month now, I am keep on following but there is no response from anyone. Every time they say it will be done today. They don't even pick call, its very difficult to reach them.

          They are the worst. They just cell dummies to fetch money.

          I think they are fraud..

          They just attract you with their high and fake specifications. I have already suffered.

          I dont want anyone else to suffer the same.
          I have been using sony, samsung and even LG... I never ever faced any problem.

            Sir/Madam, I got some problems in my XOLO x900 mobile that if am using video calling facility around half hour my handset showing the error and going to shutdown for 10 to 15 min (the error showing is : Mobile is going to shutdown because of thermal temperature ) & one more complaint is handset micro phone is not working, this causes if am calling to any one i want to talk through headset otherwise nobody can hear my voice in other end. This complaints logged in XOLO care at 05/0/2013 they arranged home pickup facility to take to service center for repair. My handset taken away from my office at 16/08/2013 via FedEx Courier and handset reached XOLO care at 18/06/2013. After 15 days i call to xolo care because they didn't give any replay or call regarding my handset repair. Till the date when am calling to customer care they will replay sorry sir your mobile is in under repair please give us 48 hours. Now 1 month & 19 days, Sir please help me to find out a solution.               Sir/Madam I am Bablu from Jammu ( J&K ). I bought LAVA iris-502 3-4 months before and now I am getting problem in my Touch Screen (it’s not working) suddenly it stopped many times and back option also. So I given this mobile to the Chetas Enterprises ( LAVA SERVICE CENTER), Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 16th of Sept. 2013 and they said me it will return you after 10 days., but still today[protected] it is pending at Chetas Enterprises, Gandhi Nagar Jammu. I visited there 5-6 times and call them manytimes but no response from those people. Today i went to the Chetas Enterprises (LAVA SERVICE CENTER) at Jammu they wants more time to repair my Mobile. They always says that it will take more days to repair and they lies to me your mobile send to delhi for repair. Im very disappointed with Chetas Enterprises (LAVA SERVICE CENTER) Gandhi Nagar, Jammu What u think, can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a month just because of Service Center problem. One thing more, I Email to Delhi Service Center but there is no response. There is a one more conflict between service center and us. That they provided only Job slip and there is no computerized receipt and work order I got from service center . Can I expect for a reply from your side as a responsible representative of a brand name company LAVA ? Service center Details are as follows.

              i Mr. robert from jaisalmer. i bought iris fuel f1 on last year oct 2015. but after 3-4 months back key, minimize(home) key, and recent keys work automatically. i have already complaint for three times continuously at different service i.e jodhpur and jaisalmer service center of lava company, but till now no improvement in the mobile. in the above three times complaint made by me firstly, they installed a new software. secondly, they change screen. thirdly, i hve complaint again at jaisalmer they installed again a new software.

                Dear Sir, I have purchased XOLO Q800 mobile from M/s. J.K. Next, Thane (W) on 30th June 2013. In less than two months it stopped working and when I approached the shop they told me to contact the company directly. I contacted XOLO care customer service on their toll free No.[protected] on 16th Aug 2013 and they told me to deposit the mobile at Raj Mobile Shoppe, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for repairs. I have surrendered the mobile at Raj Mobile Shoppee on 20th August 2013, vide work order No.[protected]. IMEI No. of my mobile is [protected]. At the time of surrendering I was told it will be repaired and sent back in 5 working days. Now more than 35 working days are over but there is no trace of the mobile. Almost every day I am calling the customer service employees and each time they promise it will be repaired in 48 hours and they "regret the inconvenience caused". They do not know the status of my mobile and they dont give the service centre or any other officials number with whom I can talk.                       Its worked well for 2 days but Its completely closed from 8 sep night...How a new Phone was stop to work within 2 days? Its really a question on the quality of company's products....

                        I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a XOLO – A800 handset (IMEI#[protected] :), date of purchase 09,January, 2013 from the distributor “Punjab telecom. The handset has not been working since july 13th, 2013. The problem was that when turned on i put my phone in charging .in morning phone is not working) and this did not allow me to switch on the phone. I complain to the customer care..then it was sending a pick boy on my address on 26th July 2013. 2nd august, 2013. The service center repaired that(Dear Customer, We have received your handset in our Service Center through by courier on 1-Aug-2013.But your handset has been found Tempered damage. Please find the attached Snap of your Handset Damaged Parts .Now your handset is not repairable condition, so today we will return your handset as per same. Notification :[protected] Customer name- gaurav IMEI NO- [protected] Problem reported – Handset found Tempered. PCB Price-Rs;5500/- LCD Price-Rs;2000/- Regards XOLO SERVICE )my question is how my phone was tempered from inside.when seal is not break... I was given contact numbers of people working with XOLO but they refuse to help me with a replacement. I would like to know what would be the process of having my handset replaced with a new one as it is well within the warranty period.

                          I bought a Intel Xolo mobile from Lava which I sent for repair twice due to the signal issue. Even after the repair, there is still problem with the handset. The problem is, the handset keep dropping the signal and thus effectively useless. Xolo customer executive and call center facility is pathetic and even after repeated attempts, no one connects me to higher official. To a mail, they do not bother to reply unless they feels. So, I wish not to send my handset for the repair third time as they are not competent enough to solve the problem and thus insists on refund of money for their faulty handset and pathetic service.

                            I have purchased Xolo x900 in univercell store and after two months my phone has got wifi problem and gave it in a pickup centre on may 17-13 but it has been 3 months i still didnt get my phone back,my complaint number is[protected] .they are such a cheat and frauds and they assured me that they will be giving me a Standby handset ,i didnt even get that please help me as soon as possible

                              1. I bought the Lava “Iris 502” after reviewing various phone in less than 8000/- budget from the Online shopping Portals in May 2013. After getting this sealed phone at my home I used it in day to day little bit use only 8 hrs per day and not used up to 24 hrs in a day. After that nominal using till now I noticed and observed prudently that :-

What I do very hate this LAVA Iris 502 product is that which I would not expect from LAVA Company mobiles (as I already consumer of LAVA CDMA Mobile KKT23C) that in comparison to other mobile in Market like if I rightfully chose mobile of Celkon, Xolo and iberry is that:-

                              SERIOUS “DRAW BACK AND CONS” IN LAVA “IRIS 502”:-

                              a). It has only Single Core processor 1GHZ while others mobile companies giving Dual Core processor or Quad Core processors and 1.2 to 1.5 GHZ speed with additional GPU for gaming performance.

                              b). The Battery given 2000Mah is very low & down grade or third grade quality and may often discharge very quickly while the others mobile companies giving robust and durable strong battery life having 1500 no of cycles and works much longer than LAVA Iris 502

                              c). No Phone flip Cover or casing is given with this Mobile while others mobile companies giving additional mobile accessories with their mobile.

                              d). USB Charging cable is very low grade quality and stop working in one hour when I received the product at my home after that I have to go to service center to get new one replaced.

                              e). Camera is of only 5MP rear camera and secondary camera is VGA while others mobile companies are giving 8 to 12 MP rear camera and 3 to 5 MP secondary camera.

                              PROS OR MERITS:- Nothing any kind of specialty it has or may have which I like in LAVA Iris 502 and may mentioned here.

                              CONCLUSION- So at last I as consumer and end user conclude that this product LAVA “IRIS 502” which I had chosen take my savings money or my money goes into Garbage or Dustbin or vanished and I decided not to buy next time LAVA Mobile and chose other others mobile companies better than LAVA.

                              Dear Friends!

                              I bought the Lava “Iris 502” after reviewing various phone in less than 8000/- budget from the Online shopping Portals in May 2013.                               g). The Internal App. Storage space is 503 MB only while other mobile companies are giving 1 GB storage.
                              h). The 5 inch screen, pixel density resolution is 187PPI only while other mobile companies are giving up to 300 PPI for better quality view on mobile screen.


                              PROS OR MERITS:- Nothing any kind of specialty it has or may have which I like in LAVA Iris 502 and may mentioned here.

                                I have purchased a lava iris n400 on march.After 20 days mobile stop working and i gave the set in service center on shastri bridge.After 45 days the mobile doesnot repair so they have to give me a DEO to take new mobile set from service center.I take new mobile and after 15 days the new set also stop working with the same problem.This time i gave the set in service center at yadav colony after 15 days they give the set after repairing the problem.But after 7 days the same problem come on that mobile set and i gave the set in service center at yadav colony on[protected].I want that they gave me a DEO to take the new set of other company.

                                  Lava — not working

                                  I have purchase LAVA A10 mobil on 1st jan 2011, 5 months till now... facing problem with the hand set not working properly, battery not getting charged & finaly its dead today. I feel dificult i dont have even spare phone and my superiers at office raising noice since i dont have mobile.

                                  is there any solution for this...

                                    I gifted XOLO X900 to my wife, she faced malfunction problems related to software in handset (IMEI Number : [protected]) It was bought in Aug, 2012 & less than a year, the phone stopped working completely. I contacted Xolo Customer Care. They suggested to submit the handset on given address (1003/1004 10TH FLOOR SECTOR:19D THE AMBIENCE COURT OPP:RTO OFFICE, NAVI MUMBAI VASHI 400703 MAHARASHTRA India) & ensured it will be returned within 5 working days (Case id :[protected] It is confirmed by them that my handset has been received on 20th April, 2013 Since, then i am taking follow up with them about return date of my handset. Every time I get answer that it will be received within 48 hrs. but its more than 29 days now & I am not getting any satisfactory answer from Xolo Customer Care. as per their intial commitment if the phone will not be in repairable condition with in 5 days they will replace the phone but delivery will be in 5 days. but Every Tuesday to Friday they used to say it will positively get dispatched to you on Saturday.its under repair. I had a talk with Mr. Mohit, Mr. Ajay and Mr. Yashraj (senior executive) regarding this, but of no response. neither they provide the true information on status nor they provide the contact details of service centre so that we directly make follow-up with them. I requested them since one month have been passed atleast now make the delivery date as Saturday on priority, but the reply is “sorry sir we cannot do this, you have to wait we cannot make it dispatch before Saturday. (every time they says the same thing). How much time one need to wait for his phone. Within this time frame the phone would have repaired or replaced from USA, but they are not able to repair or replace here.
                                    I want to file the case on LAVA International for compensation against the delay in service, response and making false commitment to the customer. please suggest..

                                    I have faced a similar issue whereby I had given my xolo A700 on the 20th May 13, and they promised me 5 days TAT. its almost 9 days now, i get a response from their call centre that it shall be dispatched within 24 hrs...which doesnt happen at all. Today when i call them they tell me the status updated is under repair.

                                    I feel Lava is cheating the end users and I recommend not to trust Lava and buy any kind of products from them.

                                    Now I have no option but just wait...Hope for the best.

                                      Bought a Lava iris 501 in March end 2013 ,since first day it has a bluetooth problem, three times it has been sent for repair to service centre,but no help,area service manager bhupender singh has been informed about it ,but no response in last 3 days,Now after checking again,as per him i need to deposit my handset again to service centre to send it to head office to investigate and do repairs,which will take undisclosed time,in the meanwhile i will be provided a Desi handset against my smartphone to wait endlesslessly,I access my official communication on my smartphone and can not afford to live without it even for a hour..,,,,,,,,,,plz help

                                        I purchased LAVA X900 XOLO BLK handset on 30/09/2012. Within next
                                        2 months I started getting network problem in the handset. I tried to contact customer
                                        service Toll free no. but many times I was not able to talk with the customer assistant.
                                        Then I send an e-mail on 25th feb 2013 to xolo care and same day I received reply
                                        and then pickup of my handset was arranged. My handset was picked up on
                                        6th March 2013 the with in 5 days I received it back my handset back but with the
                                        same problem unrepaired. Again my handset was picked up on 15 march 2013 and
                                        after 8 days I received it back but very shame full that the problem was not solved
                                        and over on that the handset was not even properly packed. The backside cover was
                                        open. By seeing this condition I registered online compliant at National Consumer
                                        Helpline. On 10th April 2013 my handset was again picked up for servicing purpose
                                        and till now it has been not received. Sir this handset has manufacturing defect and
                                        I want this handset replaced
