I have given my Lawa A9 mobile IMEI NO A: [protected] IMEI 2 : [protected] for reparing during warrentee period at Anupam computer , near kotwali Dehat ,Distt. Gonda 271001 .on date 09.09.2010 When I asked him about reparing of my set they started that this phone Plate was replaced & changed IMEI but he is not wrote on my original bill. I have tested own mobile st on the Local care of LAWA for not properly functioning of mobile set. He told you come next day and he did not changed IMEI on Original Cash Memo,At present time my mobile is in bad Condition, So kindly take Some serious action against them, your faith fully

      Am Dhanasekar from chennai. I like to share my critics about lava A9. Wright now am using lava A9 mobile it has good battery back up up to 2 days for my normal standby time also well if i use music player. It has such a good feature of i like they are, search a contact by entering the some of numbers is easy. But i cant make a call by this search directly. I have to go contacts and search & call, its just a disappointment for me. To make a call for selecting the network is easy. it has 3.2mp camera, but its not having the clarity of 2mp of Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung & etc. And there is no flash light for camera & cannot be used as a torch too. This is a much disappoint for me. The mobile music player hangs every time whenever i like to change the play list, at the time i have to switch off the mobile & switched on to recover this problem. I hate this problem. sending a message to any one there is no recent sent members & there is no multi select option to send to many. Send to many is difficult to select a some person every time is irritative. I was a customer of Sony Ericsson. I feel Sony Ericsson is easy to use for message typing, sending options & etc. Please use Sony Ericsson good options for messaging & user friendly options. And S.E has the key of ‘C ‘that makes us easy to delete & other options easily. Above all i mentioned problems are disappointed much & i like to buy a Sony Ericsson mobile after this mobile. I[censored] can help me please take this mobile back with u and give me a 90% cash of this mobile cost. That will help me to buy a new s.e mobile. I just bought this mobile for 3.2 Mp Camera & Dual Sim. Now i feel i wrongly invest my money in this product to say. Here after i wont buy & advice to buy lava A9 for those who are all ask me to buy a dual Sim mobile. But still the mobile has no problem of lack of network signal & battery life. That i will appreciate the product. And also using fm is difficult, use the system of nokia mobiles fm system that is easy to change the channels by hands free switch and we can adjust the volume easily. I feel Sony Ericsson is user friendly than nokia. Fm is the only exception in the S.E. mobile number is [protected].

        BAD Support from LAVA Mobiles and HARSH treatment from service centre

        there is service centre in Ghatkopar, Sakinaka, as stated on website.. but thats only on

        the numbers are wrong.........

        Also the one which is operational in Dadar treat customers very rudely.. and its almost dictatorship
        attitude.... rather helping customers it ORDERS customers and that too in rude manner.

        Is there any mechanism were in regulatory bodies itervene and keep a check on service network, or make it mandatory for all mobile companies to give correct and right information on net with procedure
        for getting items service during warranty period, they invest crores in advertisement but whats point
        when they dont have proper service to back it up...

        pathetic phones and chargers. The sound quality is bad. I am using arc 02 completely unsatisfied with the phone model and the service is equally bad.

          I bought a dual sim LAVA Mobile handset (model KKT 24 with red keypad) on February 21, 2010 from M/s. Poorvika Mobile World, T. Nagar, Chennai – 17. IMEI Nos. are [protected] and [protected].

          Exactly after 2-and-a-half months’ of purchase, on May 5, 2010, the handset developed a problem while charging under normal conditions. We enquired with the dealer who sold the handset and accessories to us, on May 6th and got the contact details and address of Authorised Service Centre for LAVA Mobiles in Chennai, M/s. MAS Mobiles, Parsn Manor, Mount Road, Chennai – 2.

          On May 7, 2010, we took the handset to the above said Authorised Service Centre, M/s. MAS Mobiles who diagnosed as “Connector problem” and took the same for repair under Job Sheet / Delivery Challan No. 320.

          After so many repeated calls and long wait at their office on May 22, 2010 (Saturday), they gave back a handset claiming that they had carried out repair / replacement of parts and some changes in the panel also (black keypad instead of red keypad in the original handset). However, they gave back the battery and mobile charger originally purchased and said that the board has been replaced, problem has been rectified and that the handset will work normally.

          Just after we brought home the repaired handset on May 22nd, we tried charging but the same problem persisted and the handset did not even switch on.

          Again I dropped a mail through their website on May 24th, but no response from the Company's side. So, we called LAVA's Helpdesk in Gurgaon, who asked us to take to another Service Centre (TS Infosystems) near Koyambedu. I went there on May 29, 2010 and handed over the handset for repair. No response from the Service Centre till date and always put me on hold or asked to call after some time, when contacted over phone.

          With deep regret and dismay, I am posting this complaint hoping that LAVA International will pay heed to its customers like me and not cheat its customers any more. Also, it should be an eye opener for the general public not to fall prey to such irresponsible service providers.

          The Company should redress my grievance effectively and restore the position.

          gps problem

          in lava iris 504q the gps navigation system does not work properly

          I use lava iris x8 last month i upgraded my android to 5.1.I have issues while installing apps an message comes app not installed There is enough storage and good internet connection. i formatted my phone and tried installing again still problem wasn't fixed.please tell me the solution

            Regarding the problem and service of my LAVA A9 Mobile. Based on your information the newly launched software has been upgraded for my mobile. After upgrading this, only 2 days my cellphone worked fine and now the same problem persists. Kindly note that this is the third time the software problem occurs and third time software has been upgraded. After upgrading the software even by thrice as well as the new one, still the same problem.....

              from personal experience i m telling, who so ever company doesnt oblige to its warranty and puts on undue delay to provide service, just file a case in consumer court, advocate fees is fixed rs.5000 for the whole case, and case will come out in your favour in 5-6 months, the company will pay your advocate fees + damages + penalty . just talk to the lawyer the to be sued on the firm may be ranging from rs. 50000 to 10 crore . just sue the company u will have to go for just 4-5 hearings and case is over . it will be no loss deal . beleive me !

              Only OK button is there.               Please note that Work Order no: LIN [protected] dtd.13-Aug-11 ( updated on 16-Aug-11). I handed over my hand set on 13-Aug-11 and till date the same could not be repaired at N.J.Telecom - Authorised Service Centre - Kandivali - West - Mumbai.

              I am enough harressed by Service of LAVA . I am getting all wrong answers. Now a days mobile is very essential requirement and within 10 days - Authorised Service Center could not repair thats a great shamful for such Comapny.

Now my complaint is that my phone hasn’t yet given to me. I have visited at this centre many times but the same answer is the phone hasn’t come. So we are unable to give you. On 16.10.11, he asking to come after one more month. After One month on 30.10.11, once he denied to give the mobile and asked to come after another 15 days.
              Kindly look into the matter and arrange to give my mobile as soon as possible.

                We purchased LAVA Mobile 6 months back. Within six months we serviced twice for speaker defective through their authorised dealer. Third time also we are facing the problem, speaker is not working. Now we would like to the replacement of the mobile handset. Regarding this we have written complaint to LAVA international. But they do not reply. I worte complaint to [protected]@nic.in. They also do not reply it.

                  I have purchased a Lava A9 mobile on 07/07/2010. I have found many problems while operating the mobile like:

                  1. Mobile turns off when i click the still camera
                  2. No zoom option in still camera
                  3. Music Player options are not working
                  4. Phone Book Back-up is not working
                  5. Charger got damaged after one month of purchase.

                  I have made the above complains to the retailer. About charger, he kept it 2 months ago and told me to replace within 2-3 days but I did not got yet, today he was offering me a duplicate charger i did not accept.

                  About Mobile, he kept it 1 month ago and assured that he will replace the mobile with a new one within a week as promised when he sold to me the mobile by saying that "If I get any trouble while operating the handset during guarantee period he will replace it with a new one" with this offer only I purchased the said handset.

                  Unfortunetly, today with argument he refuse to change the handset and returned it in the same condition after keeping it for one month.I did not got the charger yet he wanted another 10 days to replace the charger or he want to change with a duplicate charger.

                  Sir, I wanted to know is this appropriate way to deal with a customer? I am really upset he cheated me and I never suggest any person to buy any LAVA mobile.

                      i am dr.vikram.prabha, i am a kidney surgeon in belgaum, karnataka. last week i had been to tirupati temple but someone stole my mobile in a hotel, where i had been to have food in afternoon, i went to wash my hand keeping the cell on the table but when i returned back my cell was already stolen.i have the IMEI and the model number of the phone. i have given complaint in the local police station but the cops there are refusing me to give me any complaint slip, as the are saying that it is a case of missing thing and there is no proof of it being stolen. they just harass people they are not for people they are anti-people.kindly help me by blocking my mobile and if possible getting it back to me.

                        i purchased a lava mobile set on 12/02/2010 from Modi Mobile World , Baldev Plaza , Goalghar , Gorakh pur .

                        at the time of purchase the retailor told me the features of the mobile , but when i continue to use it many problems start happening. i was not able to hear the voice , the receiver of the call always complaint of bad voice and a lot of other noice ,its bluetooth software is very cheap. When i consulted the retailor he told me to contact to service centre and the service centre is telling me that it has no problem. Kindly suggest me the solution.

                        u must go to a consumer court and lodge a complaint against the retailer
                        and also the company. If the retailer of the representative of the company
                        fail to attend in the court the decision will from your side and you can get
                        a brand new handset immediately. I[censored] r sure that u have all the original docs
                        i.e original bill including VAT or any other taxes, nobody can stop u getting

                        I had purchased the LAVA mobile set KKT30 on 27/06/2010 from day one iamnotsatisfied with these mobile, main issue resound of the voice to the other person who made a call to us, all of sudden not accepting the CDMA sim for 3 to 5 hrs last weak on 15.07.2010 i had given at the service center at hyderbad ammerpet, he had said me that there is board problem and it takes 15 days time but i don't use these moble as it does not suits me i want to surrender back to the company and take another model, is it possible i have all the orginal bills. Please considor about my problem and give me a response as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have Purchased a LAVA KKT12 in the month of Jan, 2010.Before purchasing all the of Specifications I have checked thoroughly in LAVA official website www.lavamobiles.com.
                          But after purchase once started using it, I came to know that Lava mobiles cheated me. It is a worst mobile ever I had since now.
                          In the specification sheet it is mentioned that vibration mode is available and dual charging points (USB & Nokia Small pin).
                          But,
                          There is no such option available for vibration; due to this I am unable to attend most of the calls.
                          Also,
                          The second charging point is not at all working. The voice clarity also not good in this mobile, if i speak for more than 10mins. It’s Getting saviour ear pain.
                          The most painful thing is before purchase, I have enquired with LAVA Customer Care (Mr.Siddharth Shankar Sharma - [protected]) and asked feedback about KKT12. For which he told i can purchase there won’t be any issue.

                            I handed overe to MAHESH MOBILES CHOPDA MAHARASHTRA from there it was handovered to main dealer in Jalgaon.After one week it was sent to service center in jalgaon
                            service technician took 12 days to load software
                            I wrote letter and had telephonic talk with company.
                            Finally I received it with same problem without repairing
                            Now it is again in service centre in jalgaon.
                            the piece is faulty and company is not ready to replace it
                            It seems that Lava company is is bogus company.
                            The dealer and officer promised to Mahesh mobiles Chopda to replace faulty piece with in 10 days but it is one month For my Mobile

                            lava mobile spares not available in the market, i purchased lava mobile, and i opened the back cover to insert memory card and try to the cover the cover side knobs brokend, when i asked tirupati M/s.SUDHA COMMUNICATIONS he told no stocks availble for back cover and also advised me to sell the same for Rs.1000/- with items including box (for packing purpose). why he asked the boxes also? for re-pack and re-sell the product for new rates.

                            I am enough harressed by Service of LAVA . I am getting all wrong answers. Now a days mobile is very essential requirement and within 10 days - Authorised Service Center could not repair thats a great shamful for such Comapny.

                            Yes same to me for C12, day 1 i got network problem. They didn't replaced. I got service center after week they said replace date is crossed. I have raised request for service, after 10 days they replaced pcb. But its veins camera not working, torch not working, voice recording hanging. On switch on camera hanging. I am going for consumer court asap.
