I shekhar Jain having Lava IRIS X8 mobile phone. from last 2 days there was problem in TOUCH. I went to customer care but they have asked me to leave mobile handset for 15 days with the care. even that they were not providing any alternative mobile phone. there behaviour was rude & they were not co-operative. mobile[protected]

    i had purchased a mobile of lavairis x5 on[protected] having imeis [protected], [protected]. my problem is that i had given mobile in lava service center which is arena complex near dilshuknagar hyderabad to solve the problem of motherboard but the technician made a mistake that problem is due to powerbutton after that the same problem is repeated at the service center the first complaint recorded on[protected] after then the next complaint file on[protected] at that time i recived a call from the customer care that my problem had solved .after then due to change in motherboard the imei are in 0000 again they did the same the imei registration takes few days when i had complained to customercare at noida [protected] they recived my problem and said that the new imei are generated to your mobile but service care agents said that it was not updated and it takes some more time so pls solve this as soon as possible update my new imei [protected] and your technicians were unfit and your service were very worst consider this and satisfy customer services as early as possible

      Dear Sir / Madam, I have a lava iris 405 handset, IMEI No. [protected], it was some problem on “display / touch screen / Mick speaker”, that’s why I was submitted for servicing & also paid Rs.2010/- on 03/06/2015 at lava service center Kolkata-“MOBITEL”, Address: 3A, Madan Street, 1st Floor, Opp. LIC Building, City Kolkata-700072, W.B, Till Now(14/07/2015) it was not return my handset to with complete, everyday they’re harass me, When I was contact to they’re phone no.[protected] /[protected], they’re told me DAY AFTER DAY it was not completed, Please call on next day & ask for details…. we will confirm you..!!! But, when I was call on next day they’re told me again Please call on next day & ask for details…. we will confirm you….!!! What is this…??? It is the services on lava service center….???? I request to you pleas solve this matter/tack action as soon as possible within 24 hours… I need my handset with complete… If any clarification You may contact to me on my e-mail or mobile no.-[protected].           Hello My Name is Shahjad Khan My contact Number is- [protected], [protected], office no[protected]please call in this number during office hours) Address- S-4/48, Ground Floor, Old Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 My [protected]@gmail.com I purchase Lava irish alfa IMEI No.[protected], I have submitted this phone to service center(Sharda Communication) on 15-may-2015 and at the submission they said there is a problem of touch after one week they change touch but when i get this mobile back same day within 10 to 15 minutes i m getting same problem and submitted once again and after one week they change touchscreen once again and when i get phone, problem has been same they does not solve the problem but they said they have change touch i submitted phone once again and they again saying there is problem in motherboard and also in touch. i want my phone as new becouse when i purchase this phone i getting problem in just 5th day of purchasing of this phone. and i purchase this phone on 26-april-2015 and i m getting this problem from 1-may-2015 and every time lava service center change touch even service center people also saying that this is defected product u get from company i want my new phone now. and i m going to file a case in consumer court against your company because your company gave me a defective product after that your service center is not giving me my solution. if i not get this product within this Monday(12/07/2015) then you will see what i do with you and your company

            My nphones IMEI number is A[protected]E7C7. I had submitted it to babli media centre on 6th june 2015 and again submitted on 8th june as it has developed some other problem(previously that ew problem was not there). They said they need PCB from company. the order id is[protected]. I contacted lava customer care and the ticket number is 24280. They said you can pick your phone from service centre on 6th july. i contacted service centre on 4th july(5th july is sunday) and they said they have not recieved any parts. today again i consulted and answer was same. today i contacted lava customer care and enquired about status of order id and ticket no. he requested my phone to put me on hold to fetch information. after putting me on hold for 4-5 minutes picked the call and said we are not getting any response from you thank you for calling lava. how pathetic!!!(there tollfree number[protected] is chargebale.) i want refund, i had have eough of them for last one month.

            Again after calling them they said they are forwarding my complain to higher authority and they will call you within 6 hours(all crap).

            BEST ONE IS THAT THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE SAID THAT YOUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPED AND YOU WILL GET BY 7TH OR 8TH JULY .POSSIBLE CAUSE OF LATE IS MONSOON. NOW TIME HAS COME FOR MONSOON TO RETURN BACK AND POSSIBLY MY MOTHERBOARD TOO.

I am Using the Mobile and Suffering Network Problem, Hanging, Auto Switch off, Volume Down Key Not work etc Problems from Last three Months for that I was Approached Lava Iris Service Centre. After few days the service centre Services same Problems occurs and again I approached Service Centre today 01/07/2014 for the same repeated Problems at the time of Removing sim cards Mobile Phone Fall down and Screen is Broken from side but phone and touch is working as usual properly.Authorized Service Centre Sunil Electronics, Gandhi Bazaar, Bhilwara(Rajasthan)-311001 said to me We are not Authorized to Provide any services to the Screen Damazed Mobile Phone under Warranty any Services either other Mobile Problems or Repeated Problems. I Politely asked him that phone was Serviced by your Centre Few Days Ago and Same Problems Occurs again thats why I am Coming here.I want Service of My Phone Problems Which Occurs Repeatedly.                     unable to charging phone.approached to sai communication hyderabad, they declared battery problem, taken job order and received number wo[protected] and MAH Part chrg 0 and lab chrg 0 total 0, approched to service center and show the message they said battery not received from company so came return and called to toll free she said you can collect from battery under warranty, i have explained to her what service center person told, she told no sir, battery avilable at service center if not give call me, i said ok after next day approched to service center and asked battery, he said not avilable we will call you, still not received any call, i will trying daily to toll free number not connecting we will record for official pupose same tone comes 3 times and disconnected, why like that.we have works, only phone trying is not work.if possible give service otherwise why phones are selling why suffering the customers, toll free number is very bad, connectivity is very bad.

                      I have purchase mobile done hand set lava p1 from local shop keeper Deepak tyagi in lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad on 17/6/2015 which was not working properly not download battery charge which I complaint hin yesterday morning which he ignored on 21/6/2015 he sent me at service center who return my set and told me its OK when I ask him its not function even not download he sent us back to shop keeper for this I paid 100 rupees to rickshaw and come to shop keeper. I bring my phone to a Lava authorized service center on 12/05/15.they give me 15 day for repair my phone.after the time period was over I visited the service center. But I didn't get my phone. They ask me to visit again after 15 days.but next time when i visit to service center. They in form me that my phone is lost.

                          replaced handset against fault within waranty. Original bill value Rs. 14000 Replacement done worth only Rs. 9700 (Rs 8800 New handset + Rs. 900 cash) Balance Rs 4300 still pending and the company says that is the retailers margin we can't refund. But why should a customer pay for this when the device has not served its waranty.

                          Sorry for this delayed response as I was out of station for official purpose.
                          Further to this I must submit that from Jan 2015 I've contacted Lava Care several times they assured me for the early resolving of the issue but till date the issue is unresolved. I have sent notices to the company in hard and on email also. But it looks that the company is not serious over this issue.
                          It's a privilege for the company that due to my prior assignments still I haven't filed a case in Consumer Court.
                          Now as I came back I'ld surely go for legal actions against Lava International on the issue and will claim a huge sum for not paying heed to consumer issues, neglecting consumer requests, causing mental agony / harassment to the consumer.

                          Be prepared for the same or come up with a suitable compensation.

                            I have purchased lava iris x1 on 2nd of august 2014 and since i have purchased i am facing hundreds of problem, the phone remains in service center most probably. And the service center guys are really disgusting they do not repair the properly. I have to be around them twice to thrice a week and still they don't repair the phone each time a new problem comes out. I have even sent mails to company's website still no action has been taken... !!

Hi, I bought the Iris X5 in the month of Dec''2014 and have given in service centre for the problems with Microphone & Camera on 17th May''15. Leo Communications service centre has given back mobile only on 01st June''15. Again on 03rd June''15 I went back to the service centre for the complaints of same Microphone, Camera, Mobile Heating, low performance in speed & very poor backup in battery. I did not get proper response from service centre and I approached Lava Helpline team for quicker responses. But I am completely fed up with faulty product and very very worst service in Lava care. Everyday I was calling and enquiring about the device with lava care but no other responses till dated. I spoke to Senior person named as "Rohan" in customer care, he also did not confirm the status and he asked me to wait till 18th June''15. I want to lodge a complaints in consumer court for replacing the New Iris X-5 (white) in next week. I have consulted one of senior lawyer in consumer court also. Before that I wanted to register this in forum for NEW IRIS X-5. Again I do not want to use the existing faulty product and am sure definitely it will give some dangerous situations and that is not safe for my living. I request this consumer helpline to satisfy my need as soon as possible. For any clarifications please do call me in the above mentioned number and am ready to co-operate.

                                I brought my lava iris x1 on 25 sept 2014 and from 3rd month my phone start switching off automatically I had visited many time to lava care yet problem is not solved .and on 5 June 2015 when I visited to care and said to them about the problem and told them that I had visited 3-4 times before and they said no its your second time to reach our care centre and still having same trouble with phone

                                  Hi Team Lava, Please check what can be an issue with a phone which is purchased six months use resulting in PCB replacement. Work Order No.:[protected] Model Name:- Lava Iris X5 Issue:- Signals Resetted every 15 Seconds on SIM 1 Slot. Replaced SIMs and also checked with different SIM of different operator issue not resolved. I gave this handset for PCB replacement which I have ideally asked for replacement because the handset is within 6 months of Purchase. I was informed by the service centre of delivery of the phone by 23rd May but I am still to get the phone. The phone of the service centre is hardly reachable and I have to dial atleast 50 times to get call through. I have to finally ask my colleague to visit the centre for the status update only. And I was informed post severe follow up and physical visit that my handset is delayed after 3 days of the date of delivery.                                       Dear Customer Care, Pls note I have given my mobile for touch Pad repairing on 22/04/2015 against work order no[protected] and when on 01/05/2015, I have contacted service center they provide me it in damged condition ( Outer Body damaged) so Again I have given it same and after 10 days service center gave me a replacement of My mobile and in which charging was not happening so I again provide it on 14/05/2015 agaianst work order no[protected]. I have mailed several times from my mail id ( [protected]@gmail.com) to [protected]@lavainternational.in and [protected]@lavainternational.in but no body responded. I am 100 % sure now I will not get my device in good condition and facing such issue since last one month and got mentally disturbed by service center and customer care both.
