Dear Concern.


Kalim from Varanasi. I bought LAVA B8 five months before and now I am getting problem in my Phone outgoing voice problem (it’s not working).
& also i lost back cover So I given this mobile to the service center available in Varanasi on 22th August 2011, but still it is pending at service center.
I visited there 6 -8 times but there was no response from those people. They always use to says that it will take another 15 days to repair. due to part pending & our Sevice Area Manger was at leave due to his father expired After 15 days when i contacted to service centre the situation was same as earlier.

On 20th October I got The contact no of Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) i called him & tell him my problem he simply says this is not in my knowledge till time so your Handset is not repaired & your Back cover of handset not provided to you . I am very shocked to hear but after discussion he committed that within two days your handset will be repaired & your Back Cover will be provided to you within 10 days..after two days i called to Service Centre he said your handset repaired but Back cover Not Recieved.

After waiting 10 days when i recall to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) & remind about my back cover he simply said talk to Concerned Service Centre he will give order to him then he will able to provide service centre & than service centre provided to me after confirmation to service centre he will give order to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) but still not recieved..when i recall to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) he is not picking my phone...


What u think , can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a two month just because of service center problem.

One thing more , I called to your Office at Noida &( [protected] & tell him my problem & atttitude of your Area Service Manger But no response they want the WO order no. When

There is a one more conflict between service center and us. That they provided only receving of handset on cash Memo . and there is no computerized receipt and work order I got from service center .

    i had bought lava arc and now it is having following problems
    1. call receiving problem.
    2. mouthpiece and hearing speakers don't work properly, can't connect to calls. the other person can't hear what i'm talking. and even i can't hear their voices properly.
    3. loud speaker not working properly, rough sound, specially when listening to FM or audio player.

SUDDENLY MOBILE SET KEYPAD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE SET IS UNDER GAURANTY PERIOD SO I HAVE CONTACT TO ATHOURISED SERVICE CENTRE "ROYAL COMMUNICATION", LAL IMLI CHAURAHA, SHAHJAHANPUR & SET WAS HANDEDOVER TO SERVICE ENGINEER ON 12.9.2011.
      I HAVE MEAT/CONTACT TO SERVICE ENGINEER SEVERAL TIMES BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THE PART OF THE SET IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS SERVICE CENTRE AND PART IS BEING ARRANGE FROM NOIDA CENTRE AND NO SATISFACTORILY REPLIED.         A LAVA A10 mobile has been purchased by me on 18/02/2010 from Diamond Enterprises, Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar. His imei number is [protected] & [protected]. Mobile is not working properly whenever battery whenever software problem is continuously facing by me and i have been meet lava authorized dealer M/S Asian music center, sultanpur road, Kapurthala, but handset repaired/software re-installed by kapurthala dealer.i registered my handset complain at kapurthala dealer on 04/10/2011 recently and 2 complaints already registered by me before 3 & 7 months also but Job card is not made by dealer.after this handset all menu is not working proper as like butterfly option is not working yet. regarding this dealer said butterfly option is not running but all menu running proper when i ask him for this option on date 04/10/2011.
        I want say that satisfactory service is not given by dealer to me regarding handset. please do needful for me because i can't believe on my handset that this will working proper or not, a doubt lives in my brain. thanks

          lava A10 — not yet received

          Sir I have purchased lava A10 mobile on 3rd April through internet banking. It has been 20 days from the day we have ordered, but still we did not get the mobile.An amount of Rs.4970 was also deducted from our account.We need an assurance about the date of delivery of the item that we have ordered.please reply to us as soon as possible.My mail address is [protected]@ymail.com .

          lava A10 — ISSUES AFTER PURCHASE OF LAVA A10

          Hi,

          This is in regards to issues am facing since bought new "Lava A10" from "Balaji CellPoint, Gurgaon Haryana".

          This set is having manufacturing defect of 'Network-Failure'. As i purchased this set it was with the issue of call drops for every network i had tried in handset (Idea- Ncr, UP West; Airtel- UP West; Uninor- Ncr, UP West).
          I contacted the vendor i got this set from, they diverted me to contact the Service center and get this set issued an certificate/document confirming the said issue (i was of mindset that sets with manufacturing defect must be replaced).

          Anyways i took half day leave from my work for locating this service center and submitted the set on date 20/5/11 (details of service center are at end), and was said to contact in weeks time.

          Since then i am contacting your service center regularly but no output, EVEN NOW on my last call i was informed that even manufacturing defected set will not be replaced and be repaired (MOTHERBOARD CHANGE). Above all they are not confirm when i will get back my set (not even in a month or two). Sometimes their contact numbers doesn't work, other times the servers are not working according to them.

          Now could you answer my following questions:

          1. I believe the handsets must pass the quality check before coming to market, isn't?
          2. If yes, then the manufacturing defects must be not that common and ethically they must be replaced right away at the service / selling centers?
          3. Have i done wrong in trying your new brand (expectedly emerging, and thus not able to use my so called newly bought handset?
          4.Should i forget this matter and, buy another hand set as after sales service is not important at LAVA (i believe)?

            I purchased LAVA A10 Mobile handset from HOMESHOP18.com website online. I want to replace product because the mobile screen is not working properly. I sent mobile hand set to HOMESHOP18 with REPLACEMENT Certificate of the LAVA Company.

            But HOMESHOP18 not return back new mobile handset.
            I sent before 2 months. I call lots of time to customer care of the HOMESHOP18 but there was not satisfactions reply given me.

              Hello.
              I'm Vijay Raj from Pimpri, Pune-411018
              I have a Complain abut LAVA Service center (ARIHANT SALES & SERVICES, Shop no-2, Sai plaza, Sai cowk, Pimpri Camp, Below Indrayani Co-op Bank,Pimpri, Pune-18).

              During warranty period i deposited my mobile (LAVA KKT25 by[protected] to Service center.
              It had restart problem.
              They kept it for six months but they not operated properly. whenever i asked they told me the different reasons for late.

              Lastly they charge 600 for repairing but my battery (RMD10B0080117) & board IMEI ([protected], [protected]) was changed. I refused to accept it.

              Actually they haven't allotted me any Work Order No. & i'm was also unknown abut this.
              But I have their receipt which contains their sign & some description.

              now how can i take a action against them. i want my mobile back from them.

              I'm a working man & Friday is my week-off day therefore I'm available for any activity only by this day whenever u need me

                  I have submitted my Lava A9 handset IMEI no.[protected]/31, work order no. NZISMH00211409R74 to
                  Frasline Tech Care. shop no.3, Hilton Apartment, Ram Nagar, Borivali(W) on
                  09-April-2011. After submission, they said that my handset will be ready within 10 days. I have
                  made 100's of calls to the service centre but still my handset isn't ready. I have also made
                  calls to Lava Customer Care but haven't got any positive response. They said they will call
                  within next 48 hours but they haven't.
                  On 19 th of August they replaced my handset which is much more worse & defective than my previous handset. I asked them this handset seems more older than mine. They replied only body is old but all internal parts are fine. But that handset isn't working at all.
                  I am feeling very harassed with all this stuff.
                  Kindly guide what to do in this particular case.

                    sir, i just purchased lava A10 mobile phone one month back . Their is a problem in its 3.5mm audio jack .Ear phone are working but when ever i m trying to play external subwoffer (with built in amplifier) they are not working . but that subwoffer is playing in other handset . I went their at service center but they told me " yeh kisi lava a10 mai baj jate hai aur kisi lava a10 mai nahi ". so their is a 3.5 mma audio jack in lava a10 what is the use of that if it cant play subwoffers.
                    i even mailed to lava mobiles online line but i cant get any result. i also went to service center but no result >
                    i spend 5500 rs on that so i want all the functions which is shown>
                    i hope that u will undestand my problem .

                      I purchased Lava B8 and was provided with one year warranty, but the pushmail & WiFi are not working. Also when i insert sim in card first slot , it shows 'check operator service' and runs fine in second slot. Tried calling Customer care on[protected], but the call was put on hold all three times and got auto disconnected after 3minutes.
                      An email was also sent at [protected]@lavainternational.in, but no reply.
                      The company should look on these matters of the customers
                      Please help me with these problems.

                        Please note that Work Order no: LIN [protected] dtd.13-Aug-11 ( updated on 16-Aug-11). I handed over my hand set on 13-Aug-11 and till date the same could not be repaired at N.J.Telecom - Authorised Service Centre - Kandivali - West - Mumbai.

                        I am enough harressed by Service of LAVA . I am getting all wrong answers. Now a days mobile is very essential requirement and within 10 days - Authorised Service Center could not repair thats a great shamful for such Comapny.

                          I brought a Lava A 10 Mobile handset from Paulson Electronics, Nalagarh wide bill No. 738 dated 24.03.11. but after two months I face a problem with touch of this set. I complaint this problem to M/s Paulson Electronics they suggest me Monu Computer & Mobiles near Micro Turner Dhaman Complex, Jharmajri, Baddi Distt- Solan (HP). Mob:-[protected]. i sent this set to them for repairing on 10.07.11. but there is no result till date.i make calls so many time to them but no satisfied response from them. now i am frustrated. can you suggest me what should i do.

                            i was not able to make calls with my lava b8 and i submitted it to lava care and all i got was dates and dates and dates and i got it after more than a months time but it dint even last for even a day and again showed the same problem so again submission of my cell and a month has passed and still i have not received my cell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Query :I purchased Lava Hand Seat B8 from Rajkot in Jan 11 and within 7 months Circuit failed . Also Off KEY came out and I handed over my Cell for Repairing to Mumbai. I leant that parts are not avilable and from Chennai that parts will be desaptch - this will require 8-10 days. I experianced very bad, now a days so long time for Spares- no body can wait, I feel this is a harrasement of purchaser of LAVA mobile.                               i have lodged a complaint in your Jammu service centre last week for repair/replacement of the touch screen of lava A10 black, imei no: [protected]&20 , purchased around 08 months back [dec2010]. my complaint number is 319, dated:-19th july 2011. the service centre is non-committal and has failed to rectify the error in the system. their replies are confusing. neither are they returning it nor repairing it.
                              Kindly look into the matter ASAP. my handset is under warranty period.

                              i have have using a lava hand set, you mobile is good. but u service not good as you hand set.
                              so i have suggest my friends to dont go for lava hand set, they will give good response
                              its been 15 days and still no respite...LAVA authorities have not contacted ...
                              i visited the lava centre today afternoon (around 3.55 P.M) .. on asking about the status of my mobile set they again tried to confuse me. first said the concerned executive has gone for lunch.. then said the set hasn't arrived. i lost my cool and told them to give me in writing that they cannot provide me with a replacement and return my set. and i will then go to the consumer court about it. their body language changed immly they asked me to wait went inside and ... just imagine immly came back with a brand new set and replaced it.

                              i think we all should try to curb this mentality of working only when we are pressurized or forced or coerced to do so. i think if it is our work... we should do it. it is always good to act as a facilitator rather than an obstruction.

                                    This is Anil Sherkar from pune. I bought LAVA A10 Two months before and now I am getting problem in my Touch Screen (it’s not working).
                                    So I given this mobile to the service center available in pune on 18th June 2011, but still it is pending from service center.
                                    I visited there 3 -4 times but no response from those people. They always says that it will take more days to repair.
                                    Last time they said that you will have to wait for 25 days more.


                                    Is it okey…….????

                                    What u think , can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a month just because of service center problem.

                                    One thing more , I called to your customer care at Noida but they want the WO order no.

                                    There is a one more conflict between service center and us. That they provided only Job Sheet no. and there is no computerized receipt and work order I got from service center .

                                    Can I expect for a reply from your side as a responsible representative of a brand name company LAVA ? Service center Details are as follows.

                                    POOR SERVICE FROM LAVA SERVICE CENTER OF PUNE...

                                    I bought LAVA mobile in weeks before and now I am getting problem,

                                    I visited there AVS computer Technology which is AUTHORIZED service center of LAVA mobiles and STILL keeping followups from last 8/9 days. but no proper response from those people.
                                    As they always says that it will take more days to download Software .

                                    I got below reply from LAVA service center from 1st day.

                                    1) Day1, 26th Feb 2013- will download software for ur mobile and let you know after 2days..

                                    2) After 2days - Software is not downloaded, will call you on 5th march once it downloaded.

                                    3) 5th March- will download software by tomorrow (on 6 th march)and call you.

                                    4) 6th March- Sent mail to LAVA, ... bla bla bla

                                    5) 7th March today- will call you...

                                    Will call you, ... Will call you, ... Will call you, ... Will call you ... WHAT IS THIS ?

                                    I have bought LAVA-X1 8GB Black few
                                    months back thinking that the brand is putting efforts in building their
                                    reputation in the market and their product and service must be good, but
                                    unfortunately they are also like china made stuff.
                                    After, 2 months of purchase I have been witnessing the problems and started
                                    visiting their service stations. From past 2 months my phone is with the service
                                    station with no assurance that they can fix the issue and by when .
                                    They try to fool people by advertising and making fake commitments.
                                    I strongly recommend that it’s worth buying Samsung/htc or sony instead of such
                                    newer brands i.g LAVA.
                                    Their customer care center also just don’t work and never able to provide
                                    support .seems like their support center is support less.
                                    I have losted and wasted my money buying LAVA and ending up buying Samsung
                                    again.
                                    My Strong advice is not to buy any Phone of LAVA company to safeguard your hard
                                    earned money.

                                      I purchased Lava A10 mobile from Mobile Plaza Shp No. 25, Shiv Market Gur Mandi,Ludhiana on[protected] vide bill no: 15. During first week of April 2011, the touch screen stopped working. It was duly complained to lava care, noida, and was told to submit the phone in question at the service centre of M/S Arora Comm. in VPO Barotiwala Tehsil Baddi Distt Solan (HP). He Said this is not a Company Care center. Visit the Company Care Center to Solve ur Problem. I am so suffer with Lava Mobile. It is therefore requested to you that in favour of justice to the suffering customer please look into the matter and do the needful

                                        LAVA produced its Wifi enabled Handset LAVA B8 in market, but Wifi function is just for advertisement only. Wifi doesn't work and if you want help from company, would not get any reply of email/call.
                                        I have committed a mistake of purchasing Lava B8.
                                        So please avoid Lava.
