Hi,

I purchased LEVIS JEANS worth 1, 999 from LEVIS outlet in Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad.around 6 months back.

The quality of the jeans is so bad that i noticed that it is torn near zip.

Company should make sure they sell items worth the price they are taking.

Kindly take appropriate action.

Levis — delivery not done after alterations

I have bought two levis jeans from big bazzar store in udaipur on19/08/10 worth INR 1679/ bearing bill no.T13/9968 after two hours of hard search .At that point of time i was told it will take 4-5 days for alterations as the tailor is on leave(such a big store has only one tailor......surprising !!!!!) I left my jeans for alterations & requested to give me a call once its done. I recevied a call on 23/08/10 stating that my jeans are ready & i can come to pick it up.After a hectic day at work i reached there to collect my clothings. a alteration slip was given to me & i was told to collect my jeans from the baggage counter.Upon reaching the baggage counter the gaurd tried to search the jeans however could not find it. i was told to go back to the section & eniqure about it. Upon checking it with the salesman & the tailor it was told to me that the jeans have ben alraedy deliverd to security, however security did'nt had any clue about it.I raised the issure with customer care desk, the guy there assured me that it will be resolved, however nothing happened for next one hour, i started to feel frustrated bcoz theese guys were busy in passing the buck to each other & nobody seem to be bothered about any customer complaint.After being so irritated i asked the store manager to refund my money ,however i was asked to select the jeans again.It took me another hour to select jeans of my type.I wasted two hours of mine after my hectic schedule of work in store just bcoz the team doesn't know how to work & what coordination is all about???? In these two hours nobody was bothered to ask me for a chair or a glass of water... basics of customer service???? It was a very disappointing experience, now every time i have to think twice before heading to that store.

hi Can anybody tell me that where is Levis Showroom/Outlet in Chandigarh. prefer in 17c. because i have bought a men jeans from S.C.O. 68-70, SECTOR 17-C. ITEM NAME 0L531 0441
But this item name is not matching with http://us.levi.com/home/index.jsp
Is it original item no. or fake...

Levis — defective garments sell to me

sir,
i purchase a levis shirt and jeans from marda plaza , mi road, jaipur after two month both garments complaints and i return to marda plaza and they said that they will change it when there company sales officers comes to jaipur. they gave me also recipt no.1139 dated 29.07.08. but when i asking for my garments change they completely say no. pls do some action thanks

I have bought one levis shoe last month in levis showroom which is situated in R.S.puram in my home town(Coimbatore).i was used oly 5 day but its leathe and thread was damaged.i took tat shoe to showroom they are telling tat we will alter that damage and we aill give with in two weeks.I feel very by their silly answere

but same shoe at raipur with 60%off.
there is a difference of 40%..
so plz refund my money back

Levis — Black denim fades

Levis denim slight curve fades very easily after 1-2 wash. I purchased it twice thinking I wasn't washing it properly ( as was told by the store manager that its my mistake) but now i did as instructed and it still is the same levis sucks don't purchase it.

Levis — they sold me outdated product

Today(2.3.2013) I bought two LEVIS body wear Hip Brief of worth Rs.249 each. There manufacturing date is Nov/2011. This product of LEVIS is never going to match the quality of the LEVIS for which I have paid the price.

i am purchasing a T-Shirt and after two days some defects occured. when i am going to levis store then he told me that within 10 days you will be responding, and when i am calling at store then the employees gives rudely rply... please do my favour and exchange my t-shirt and please do some actions on the employees
