[Resolved]  Lg Air Conditioner — Problem in Room Air Conditioner

Dear concerned person,

On 9th march, I bought one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA19YBVTY2) from PUSHPAK ELECTRONICS (TP NAGAR, KORBA, CHHATISHGARH). At that time of purchase I asked for a fresh piece from them, but they forced me to buy a display item .They also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be immediately replaced with newone.
From the very first day of installation, from the product abnormal sound is coming and several times Mr Lochan Sahu from Star Vision Services, Authorised Service Center, had been contacted and the people of him didn't able to rectify it, but they are able to completely ruin it . Now the condition of that Ac is completely dead and PCB of that also damaged.
Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it changed it with new one.
Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.

Sir, I am from kerala, Kottayam District. I purchased 1.5 ton split ac from kottayam dealer QRS. But this ac is still not working, I am not happy. 4 times this ac is serviced, sir resolve my problm, speedy.

I have byed LG A/c 2 ton from ashoka trading company shop no 46-47 sector 16 market faridabad on dated 25/4/2011, he biiled me model no LWA6EWIFI sr no 000431, i found cooling problem in the same and i complain for the service, your LG representative confirm that A/C which i have buyed is of only 1.5 tone with model no LWA6EWIDFI, i have been make fool, after that i complain to the shopkeeper, but he is not giving any response, so i have planned to go in media for this 420 cause, if my a/c will not be replaced with in day and also will go in consumer court.

i request LG to not provide dealership lience to these type of 420 people.

Model No: LST1862QCP.(Whisen), 8 of these AC's are ot working it stoped working as soon as the warranty finished. now we have no after sales service. & we were informed that a part called PCB is not manufactured any longer. I am a old customer of LG products and i have been using the same in my offices and home as well. I had recently purchased a slipt AC for office from Metro Cash & Carry which was installed by the LG installation center. Purchase Date; 3rd May 2011 in the name of A. Basu (my father).



But the same has stopped working since yesterday, late afternoon. Naturally we dailed your customer care no[protected] around 8.pm and we were told that the engineers would visit us within 24hrs from the time of complaint. However after waiting till 12o'clock in the morning we had called cust care again. This time some male representative took the call and said that " I have taken a note of it but cannot commit that your complaint would be addressed within a day since today is Sunday"



Now, may i ask is this the way you are providing the support to your customers? During purchase of any product the sales representatives give an idea that we will be given support 24X7 related to any problem with the product and now when there is a genuine problem the support team is having such a relluctent attitude!



We are facing serious problems in the office work and unable to find a solution to this since noone from the LG team can promise to send an engineer to repair the product!



If this is the scenario then am afraid your projecting a very wrong and recullent image from your company which will result in drving away your customers to your competitors.



i would therefore request you to handle these situations sensitively and recruit proper cust care executives to tackle situations properly.

I want inform you that from the date of purchasing it has occurring problem that it stop working after running few hours or some time in few minutes.i put complaints in your LG customer care .one untrained guys visited to my house without giving solution he went away without signing on his job card saying that AC is OK you have electricity problem.i have resolved all electricity problem as well taken separate line. but still it has same problem occurring .i have call to LG AREA SERVICE MANAGER so many time but he hasn't pick my number. i am feeling cheated to take L.G AC.i took it because of good brand name so i hope it will delivered me good service but right now it has make my life hell really.so much of money i have invested to rectifying the problem but problem remain the same.
so i requesting to Senior person of LG people to sent a good service engineer who give me right solution to resolve the problem or change my this model to new one.
else if i couldn't find any help from the company i will go to the consumer court.

I sri Pravat Kumar Mohanty purchase one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA5CW2AF5) on.7/6/2010 at choudwar, cuttack, orissa . At that time they assure me for immediate service as and when required, but unfortunately the above product not working properly from very beginning of installation. we have ask for solve the problem but no one from LG service center help us for the same. Meantime pls note M/s. Jagannath service center at Rajendra nagar cuttack branch, orissa taken the above ac 20 days back but not resolve the problem yet.

Hope you will solve the above issue as urgent bss.

LG 1.5TON Windows AC — Frequent problems in AC from date of purchase

LG 1.5T Windows AC purchased from AC mart, 32-A, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 their bill no.176/10-11 dated 15.05.2010, same day installed.

From the date of installation the AC started giving problems like more noise, no cooling etc and immediately I made a complaint with AC Mart and their mechanic came but the problem remained same.

I made a written complaint on 14/08/10 to AC Mart and again the machanic came and informed the outlet to be changed and he did at our cost but the problem not solved viz more noise,no cooling.

I wrote letters to AC Mart on 14/08/10, 17/09/10, 14/01/11 and 25/01/11 and several complaints over phone and internet.

Our last complaint made on 11/05/11 COMPLAINT NO RNA[protected], RNA[protected] WERE UNATTENDED. AGAIN MADE COMPLAINT ON 13/06/11 NO.
RNA[protected] AND THE MECHANIC CAME YESTERDAY AND INFORMED THE WARRANTY IS OVER ON 14/05/11 AND HE WILL CHARGE RS 350.00 FOR INSPECTION OF THE AC AND FIND OUT THE FAULT.

SO FAR 17 COMPLAINTS WERE MADE BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES.

LG/ Window A/C — Non functional Unit

16 month old unit is a constant job on hand.Frequent complaint lodging phone calling is routine.Last repairing after 9 days of complaint lodging and further 10 days o[censored]nit lifting have sustained 5 days of normal functioning, and we are again at it........... of course lodging a fresh complaint.

we have purch lg 1.5 tons ac in 10 oct 2005 and on 28 sep 2009 its compressor is dead and as par warranty ur service man change its compressor and gas and plug they have charge 1900 rs for gas and now its create again problem ur customer care no [protected] is not responding i dnt what i hve dooo second tym its create problem ...i m not satisfied wid ur product and service and respected in future i hve never buy lg product and also suggest 2 my friend not gooo wid lg product ... so please respected i[censored] want 2 save ur reputation... then please send ur service guy ...i[censored] /////////////

MY LG WINDOW AC stops after every 3-10 minutes running. However during its 3-10 minute run the compressor also starts and cools. But after 3-10 minute when it stops, I need to switch off the stabliser and switch on it again after 1-3 minute gap. Sometimes even it does not stops and keep running for hours. What could be the possible reason for it as your technician could not resolve the problem as problem did not occur during his presence.

I Bought an AC from Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu LG dealer. AC has gone bad in 2 months and I have been asking the dealer to change it. He is giving excuse saying next week AC will be replaced. It is over 1 and half month but next week does not come
We have 7 A/C in Amc, We register comlient 2 months before, Service eng person attened the issue, . He replied to us some part need to be replace in A/C, Still problem is not solved. Lase few weeks we call his mobile number he responded not properly over by phone.that complaint still open.

split window a/c — not working

I had bought a 1.5mt split a/c from Vijay sales Mumbai, for the day one the a/c is not working, when ever the machine is inspected the reason given is that the gas is over, the machine was taken away by the authorieded service person for further investigation but the problem continues, now the only option remains is refund or take the matter in the consumer court. I hope on receipt of this mail there would be response from the corporate office.

We have purchased 2L.G.
