[Resolved]  LG Electronics India — my product not working regarding their already given conditions

am purchasing a lg inverter air conditioner on 6th April 2013 , after installation thee product work properly around 10 days .after completing 10 days thee problem has been appear, & now also continuing thee problem. am forwarding this details to service centers, aerial service manager (ASM) & division service manages (DSM) those are tell to me don't operate thee air conditioner on particular mode. am asking to those peoples "why am not operating on particular mode , in thee company manual they don't say these conditions ".

finally am going to say is this product not satisfies rules of they are copyrights taken regarding product .they cheats thee all thee higher authority's & government all this .

LG Electronocs — Not cooling

I'd complained on 18.06.09 the no was N9C61811903 . On 24.06.09 LG Technician visited and inspected that the out door unit's Fan motor has out of order. He could not replaced the motor because he did not bring . He told that within a couple of days the motor will available at his store and he will visit again and rectified. But till days no service technicial's call has come and my a/c is not repaired. It is too hot in summer I am suffering since 18 days.
Would you check whether the motor is availabe at Jorhat service centre or not ! I have not believed that one motor will take so much time to Jorhat, secondly in summer time these types of spare should available so that customer could satisfied.
Frequently I'm touch with call centre [protected] and they are also following up the issue but nearby servise centre is telling that motor is not available.
Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible. My concept is reversed on LG on this types of customer care
I was long 12 yrs in Navi Mumbai and I was satisfied with LG customer care . So I have purchaged 4/5 products from LG brand. As I've reached in Assam it is like PSU. My concept changed on LG in Assam.

LG India — AIrcondition not working

My name is Mahesh Chand Verma ( Dy Manager Maintenance & Engg, ).My working with R.M. Entertainment (The center stage mall ) L-1, sec -18 Noida . I have two nos LG ductable split units Capacity 8.5 Tr ( Model No. - LB _ H0850QC ) & 5.5 Tr ( Model no - E0550QC ), Those are coverd under comprehensive AMC from last four year. Last AMC renewed on date 30th march 09 AMC period is 1st march 09 to 28 Feb 10 & AMC nos. is 1865 . 8.5 TR Unit is under breakdown form March 09.I trying to follow with LG. Authrised person Mr. Ankus Verma Mob. - [protected] &Mr. - Rakesh Mob - [protected] & Mr. santosh [protected] but I have no response.

So, I would like to request you to do the needfull ASAP

After that we remove the unit to another house the temp plate is not good some sought
of bend etcc. we have spend lot of money to purchase the unit.but the quality of

AC IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS AND WE HAD FILED A COMPLAINT WITH LG INDIA. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE VISITED US ON 16.08.2010 AND TOLD THAT THE COMPRESSOR OF THE AC IS FAULTY AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND IT WILL TAKE 1-2 DAYS. WHEN NO ONE CAME BACK, WE AGAIN CALLED UP THIER CUSTOMER CARE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION. THEN ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE VISITED OUR HOUSE ON 18.08.2010 AND AGAIN TOLD THE SAME THING. HE ALSO ASKED US TO PAY RS. 441 AS VISITING CHARGES, AND ALSO THREATENED THAT IF HE IS NOT PAID THIS Rs. 441.00, THE COMPRESSOR WILL NOT BE CHANGED. WE DENIED TO PAY ANYTHING TILL THE AC WAS FUNCTIONING. WE SIMPLY TOLD HIM THAT SINCE THE COMPRESSOR IS UNDER WARRANTY, IT HAS TO BE CHANGED FREE OF COST AND WHY SHOULD WE PAY ANY VISITING CHARGE FOR IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE CHEATERS AND DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. AFTER THAT WE SENT A MAIL TO [protected]@lgindia.com, NARRATING THEM ALL THE ABOVE MATTER, BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE.

lg electronics india — Sub-standard Services of Company

I had purchase LG LCD. but it is incurring some technical problem i.e. it is not working. I had complained Company Several times via telephone and via internet. The complaint No is "C[protected]" dated 25/08/2010.

But, it is still un-attended. The company is throughing the "Cheap Responses"

At every instance, they give promises and new deadlines, but nothing happens after that.

I am helpless and felt cheated by LG Electronics India. Give them an appropriate Lessons so that they may not dare to give such kind of hassarement

APPLIANCES, ONCE THE WARRANTEE PERIOD IS OVER. “THEY HAVE ALSO SAID THAT LG SERVICE OFFICIAL WHICH ARE ON THE VERY MUCH ON ROLL OF COMPANY AND ARE ASSISTING MY ORGANISATION ARE ALSO ENVOLVED IN IT. IT WILL BE OF NO USE EVEN WHENSOEVER &, TO WHOM SOEVER YOU FORWARD OUR COMPLAIN SO, IT IS BETTER FOR YOU TO DO OUR FAVOOR, & YOU GET YOUR PROBLEM SOLVED.

THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY PASSING THE TIME TO LET THE WARRANTEE PERIOD OVER, SO THAT THEY CAN SELL ANOTHER A/C APPLIANCE TO ME.

I WAN TO ANSWER TO LG COMPANY THAT WHY ARE YOU PROMTING SUCH GRAFT IN YOUR ORGANISATION, IS COMPLIANCE POLICY NOT UPLICABLE TO THEM?? ? ?

PLEASE REPLACE THE DISCUSSED DEFECTIVE SPLITE A/C ON PERIORITY BASIS & TAKE THE CORRECTIVE STEP TO STOP THE CORRUPT OFFICIAL, OTHER WISE, I WILL BE, COMPELLED TO FILE COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR OFFENCE O[censored]NETHICAL ATTITUDE.

Authorized service center in Sector-35 don't help.have given mobile phone for repairing for 4-5 times but all in vain

All together 70tons in our Multispeciality Hospital Krishnagiri.

After the Installation we have several problems in our Hospital
inspite of repeated complaints we are not getting our complaints
solved.We are taking care of patients life this is most important
role.In all our operation theatre(OT) only the hot air is blowing
because of this the major surgeries are getting cancelled. kindly
