Hello Sir,
I had purchased LG model number GL-225FTD5 and serial number BMTZEBN(IN).The compressor is not working its lost the cooling gas.The service engine told me the expense around 1500 indian rupess.Althrough my compressor is having 4 year warranty.

    Hi, This is a message to point out your absolutely shoddy customer service. It has definitely put me off buying an LG product ever again. I lodged a complaint for a malfunctioning microwave oven on your toll free helpline. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed and to top it all off, when I contact the toll free number again today, I am redirected to contact the service centre ??!!. I call the service centre and they ask me to lodge a complaint again at the toll free number ? What customer experience exactly do you think you are providing ?       I have recently purchased a Fully Automatic, Top Load washing machine Model: T80CME21P (Serial # 306NWPL027832) on 11-Aug-2013 from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad. The machine has developed a fault with its Gearbox and Clutch Assembly just after 20 days of purchase. The spin operation of the drum is causing a loud screeching noise even if the machine is operated without any load. I had raised a service issue for this (Ref: RNA[protected] on 8-Sep-2013 and the machine has been inspected by an LG Technician and also by a person from LG Technical Support. Both technicians confirmed this to be a fault of the Clutch/Gear Assembly. Since the unit is less than 1 month old with a confirmed problem with the Gear Box/Clutch Assembly, I want to get a FULL REPLACEMENT of the faulty machine with a new one on PRIORITY. I do not want LG to service/replace any parts which themselves will actually make the entire system more unreliable. You are requested to process this replacement claim on priority and revert with a confirmation. I tried contacting the LG-Customer Care Officer (Ms. Rajitha) on the cell number provided by Customer Support but all my calls went un-answered. -Ashish Mathur.

      A screen-shot of the support incidence opened with LG is attached herewith. The online Customer Service simply washed their hands off by saying that the complaint has been forwarded to the Service Center.

      I would appreciate any help that could guide me on getting this resolved with a full replacement of the faulty machine.

        I am having an extremely bad experience with LG microwave. We had purchased it thinking it is the best quality but it seems it is no longer true. Our microwave stopped working after an year. they replaced the magnetron. The real story starts here Our microwave has stopped working like it did earlier...it does not cook at all....if kept ON for more than 12-15 mins there is no heating at all....it seems they have replaced with a defective magnetron or a third quality magnetron...despite calling the service guys multiple times they refuse to agree there is a problem as they would have to admit their scam. Please be advised against buying LG microwaves...I guess this must be true of all their products

          My LG Microwave Oven is out of service for 1 full week. I have registered following complain , 1 week ago, however it is still not addressed .

          Our font panel is not working, and motor is not rotating. The front panel will need replacement.

          The visiting engineer , charged us for his visit, however he is yet to repair/replace the panel and motor .
          This puts up very bad light for LG brand . I specifically purchased LG for its best after sale service, however I am very disappointed with the quality of service offered.Please provide as much information as possible...

            I had purchased a Single door LG fridge in nov 2012 which stopped cooling in sept 2013.I called customer care on 4 sept 2013.I briefed them about fridge is not cooling and also gas leakage is there.They assured that technician will attend problem after 24 hours.I called up next day they said the same till 5 sept 2013.On 6 sept technician said that your home is far away from service center. When I called up on 7 sept they said that our technician is not feeling well.and so on.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

              I have raised a request on 22nd August, 2013 for my Televisions model 21FA20Q. LG Services centre Engineers came in my home 23rd Aug and take a TV part for repairing in Service centre. Every time I call LG Customer care they say give us 24hrs your issue will resolved. Also I all Service centre, they say every time different (your TV’s part are testing, Engineers are not available, Your TV’s Part are not coming, if part are coming, we will replaced) But today date 5th Sep 2013 part was not replaced. I don’t understand how a company can do this when customer is ready to pay repairing+ Visiting + parts charges. Repair Request No. RNA[protected]. dated 22nd Aug, 2013 This compliant transfer to following Services centre Sky Services Sai Complex, Ground Floor, Opp Railway Track, Mira Raod (E)

                Please provide as much inHello, I had purchased a 39 inch LG LED TV from UAE on 14th Aug 2013 with International warranty. As I had to fly the next day I was not able to check and test the TV. I opened the TV box on 16th Aug 2013 after reaching India and to my surprise the IPS panel was found to be damaged (Kindly note no signs of physical damage on the box). I immediately logged a call with LG customer care and was assured a call back within 24 hours. But there was no callout until 19th Aug 2013 (that too after constant follow-up). The engineer Mr Anil visited my place and checked the panel and said it won't be covered under warranty and need to be paid for panel replacement. That was a real shocker for me as I am very much sure that the TV was damaged during the transit as there were no physical signs of mis-handling of the box. I spoke to his senior Mr. Imteyaz and he said he would check with his HO. Now I have been trying to reach Mr. Imteyaz but no success (as the call is not been answered at all). This is the worst experience I had with a company/organisation (though being a techno/ gadget savy I have dealt with many organisations). Here I would like to highlight some very key points: 1) No timely updates to the customer as per the guaranteed hours. 2) The customer is being kept to constantly follow-up and still remains without solution for more than 15 days. 3) The call being cancelled without any updates to the customer. 4) Mental harassment to the customer. Can someone urgently look at my issue and contact me to get my TV repaired ASAP. formation as possible...

                  For the past 2 weeks, I'm engaged in a fools' errand - trying to buy 3d glasses to go with my LG plasma TV. As these are sold only by LG directly and are not available with dealers, I have had first had horrendous experience of LG service. 1. I registered online with my name number, address, and fish - the web page does not allow me to select Plasma TV's at all !! I thought up quickly on my feet and entered a LCD model at random and explained my predicament in the email body. Then I was asked to select when it would be convenient for the service to be done. Filled that up and got a RNA no xx, Yippee - I was done and could wait for my new glasses. 2. 2 days later, I was still waiting. Guess I was wrong, and LG wants to make things interesting and eventful, then only our lives will be good. 3. So I called the 24x7 customer service 1-800 number and after playing 20 questions, I was informed by earlier request has 'been closed' and they would raise a new one to be fulfilled in 24 hrs. I got a new RNA number and another promise to fulfill in 24 hrs. 4. Guess again - yes, noone called and the day after, when I called, I was offered another RNA, as the earlier one was 'cancelled' . Wait, this time I even got the number of the service center in my city as a bonus. This time I wrote down the RNA number as[protected]. 5. Tried calling the direct number, and the phone rings but nooone picked the phone all day. So called 1-800 again and was told it would surely happen the next day. 6. Today, I got a message that the second RNA too is closed, stating the reason 'Customer self-repair' whatever that may mean. Tried calling both - cant get through. Wondering whether I should continue in the game, or simply buy universal 3d glasses tuned for LG. But whatever I do next, I am correlating this with a rip-off service I got on another LG product in 2011, and decided ' no more LG for me'. If I ever want to scrimp, I'm buying locally made, cheap products, and if I do want service, I will go with Samsung/Whirlpool etc, Life may not be Good, but it will be better!                     We had purchased a LG fridge (side-by-side door) on 27 July 2012 from a renowned dealer "Em Dee Electronics" , Sadar bazar, Delhi Cantt. It functioned fine for good one year. We got a call in July 2013 from New Way Electrotech, WZ-1 Rampura Opposite Ashoka Park Metro Station, New Delhi-110035 that we have not got our fridge serviced since we had purchased the fridge so we should get it done, as after completion of first year the free service would not be valid, hence we called the service engineer to service end of July, 2013. After the free service, the service engineer advised us to get the AMC as a routine sales call but we told him NO as this fridge is a new and expensive fridge, and it would work fine. He started following up for the AMC repeatedly for a few days and on our repetitively telling him NO he told us get the AMC done it would be beneficial for us only, else we will be in problem with the fridge soon. A few days after his call we noticed as the fridge started giving trouble in terms of "icing" (no ice was being formed ). We ignored this issue unless one day the freezer stopped freezing but the other half- fridge was working perfectly fine. We called the same number (agency) from where the service guy had come initially thinking they are from LG for checking the engineer who came charged us 300Rs and did some adjustments post that even the fridge stopped working and cooling in the fridge and freezer stopped totally. Here on my inquiry we came to know that LG has outsourced its service to its electronic equipment to private showrooms as per the area and the person who came was from a private Agency. We had called the service center of LG last Thursday, August 29th, 2013 withe the request ID RNA[protected]. One of LG's outsourced Engineers came to visit and said its a "Gas Choking " issue and would come in a day to repair it. It has been 5 days the problem has not been resolved after repeatedly following up with them.. We had bought one of the best model available out of the LG fridge that was available at that point of time but in almost 1 year of time the fridge has starting giving trouble and I think it is due to the service engineer who had come to do the service, for his commission he purposely did some adjustments that the gas started leaking and the fridge stopped working within almost one month of the service done by him. What kind of dealers do you authorize for LG product's service/ repair???? It seems we are cheated. I want you to send a person from LG company and not from any of the private agencies that you have authorized, to check and replace the fridge as the problem has been created by your authorized person in an expensive LG product or we will be forced to move this matter to consumer court to get the fridge replaced.

                      I have purchased a 47" LED on 21/10/12. The company offered warranty for 1 year. On 11/07/13 the set developed some problems. I made a complaint in the company's toll free no. The complaint no is RNA[protected] on 12/07/13. The company's official inspected the set on 13/07/13 and asked for a week's time. After not receiving any response from them, I complained many times( RNA[protected] on 25/07/13, RNA[protected] on 12/08/13) but this did not yield any result. Every time they ask for a week's time. Kindly help..

                        This is to state that I, Sri Dipesh Saha of 5 North Panpara road, P.O. – Talpukur, Dist – North 24 Parganas had purchased one double-door refrigerator of LG make (model number GL - 254AM5.BLIZEBN serial no 105NRLW054912) from M/s. Sankar Electric vide tax-invoice/challan number 1503 dated 01.05.2012. But from the night of 24.08.2013 we observed that process in the fridge was malfunctioning. We formally lodged our complaint through toll free number [protected] as well as through the M/s Sankar Electric and accordingly had received a sms mentioning complaint number as RNA[protected]. Consequently your service man named Mr. Sukhen Bose ( cell number [protected]) had inspected the fridge on 28.08.2013 – during inspection he informed that this particular model of LG fridge had a in-built defect and as a consequence of this defect the gas got exhausted just after 13-15 months from the date of purchase. LG company would rectify the defect at their own cost – not only that, if the same problem persists after filling up of gas or other rectification process required in the fridge, the same will be replaced by a good one. He assured us that another person would visit our house by Friday or Saturday next (i.e. 31.08.2013) for the sole purpose of remedial measures. But it is unfortunate that till today (i.e. 31.08.2013, 8-30 pm) no representative from your end has come to our house for filling up of gas or other remedial measures. We make contact with your Sodepur unit (cell number [protected]) a number of times but no fruitful action has been taken by them. As a result we are facing a lot of troubles in our daily life.                           i had given for serivce vehcile no TN02AT 8962 in month of Feb 13 for 3rd service Now mid aug when i had tyre puncture,i was looking for jockey rod / wheel spanner i am shocked that both rod/spanner is missing.it is new one & not used till now. I am totally upset on the entire episode & 100% your DSC -SAIDAPET svc station had taken this Logic here being tubeless,punchture first time it had happened.Hence there is least possibillity that i will come to know I am also holding RegMgr svc.ACcessories are not taken from the product.Now i am totally upset on this.Find below esclalation mail sent to your MID where i did not get any reply

                            I purchased a 1 ton split AC on 7.11.12 from khosla electronics kolkata (Dalhousie ) branch and booked a call in lg customer care on 6th December for installation People from Lg came and installed my Ac but I was not satisfied with it but they didn't do anything.Again after 10 days I called customer care and asked them to send a representative to my place for demo and inspection they visited my place and said very thing is fine in spite of my complain that the Ac is not installed properly and closed the complain .Again I booked the call in customer care on May for 1st service they came and only did dry service and went away. Again when I booked a call on 26th August in customer care for 2nd service they visited my place and after seeing they are telling me that the service cannot be provided since the outward unit is not installed in proper manner and asking me to pay Rs 2000 for re installation .And have closed my complain without any action .Lg Service team is running a racket of fraud first there own people will install the machine wrongly and when customer complain they ignore and after few days they will say that they want money for the same service.

                              I purchased an LG refrigerator two years back. The handle is seen broken from the next day. The dealer assured me to repair the problem with immediate effect. After 11 months the fridge was replaced without my request. After two or three months the replaced fridge was seen rusted. I called the company people as the dealer was closed the shop forever.But they never registered a complaint as told me to look into the matter many times. After two years from the date of purchase the service people came and informed me that the fridge's door must be replaced and the same should be done at my own cost. If a fridge become rusted even before tow years of purchase how can we purchase new one. (or I think the replaced one was an OLD one)

                                I purchased LG 32" LED Color TV while on my holiday at Bangkok in Jan 2012. I availed LG India services for installation. On 20th July 2013 my TV stopped working and I logged a complaint with LH Support. Engineer visited the very same day and diagonised that the Mother Board was faulty. I was provided and estimate of around Rs. 6000.00. Next day the Engineer replaced the faulty part but the TV did not work. He then order for another card. The second time card arrived after 10 days as LG India were unable to get a common mother board in 24-48 hours. Not sure why spare are not maintained even in a city like Mumbai. Exactly after 9 days the TV once again stopped working. The call was again logged with LG India and this time another Engineer visited. This time he wanted to replace the Mother board and order for one. Same experience another 9-10 days delayed for want of spares. Finally, the engineer comes and rechecks with the new card and now diagonizes it as Picture Tube failure. How can a TV that stopped working and was repaired by qualified LG Service Engineer keep changing cards and picture panel on trial and error basis. It is very frustrating that LG India products suffer both on quality of products as well as service as it evident above. Now the Engineer is estimating the Picture tube around Rs. 13,000.00. Even if I were to opt for this after sepending Rs. 19,000.00 I get guarantee for 90 days. It is just not worth the money. I would Like LG India Management to respond to my complaint else I would be constrained to take this matter to consumer court for redressal.

                                LG color TV — Poor quality

                                The power switch (push button) is of very poor quality. This switch gets stuck frequently. It seems to be of poor design which cannot withstand normal average ON/OFF function at least once per day!

                                Very sad indeed, from LG.

PRODUCT MODEL NO. 335 VS4 320 LITRE MODEL NAME : LG DOUBLE DOOR hello Sir, I m frustrated after buying the LG REFRIEGERATOR product and I m not satisfied with the service of this product. I bought the LG FRIDGE on dated 30th October 2012 now I have a lot of trouble at present it is not working. There is a major problem the REFRIGERATOR is not working, its been repaired 3 times already i told the service Center people for replacement past 11 days m chasing them but nothing has been done i only hear give us 24hr you will get call from us but there are no calls. nearly 6000 rs worth of my stuff has gone waisted i have to throw it everyday i have to buy ice twice to keep my medicines normally how much more i can bare the in convince. They told me to speak with there area manager he told me to mind my tone and when i did not then shouted at me and told get it done from anywhere then i have given the no of there service centre Cco she did not come on ph other lady told i[censored] want repair then fine or we can't do anything everyday i make calls to there service centre and there customer care centre but they keep on delaying it past 4 months i have been harassed so much facing hell to buy LG product.I can imagine that its not been year and product is in warranty then m facing so much problem what will happen after the warranty gets over LG causes so much inconvenience and there customer care department people can't Handel anything they want there way or high way. Kindly register my complaint and replace my REFRIGERATOR was bought . If the LG REFRIGERATOR is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs. i have very bad experience with LG product. Even i don't know where i suppose to go with my complaint. what should i have to do? Should i never purchased again LG product, even not suggest other to buy LG product. I am requesting you to see the matter and try to solve my problem.

                                    I have purchased one Side by side LG refrigerator GCB-217BSJV 581 Litres on 08.07.2012 The freezer side started trouble in the month of June 2013 well befor completion of one year, water not freezing and ice creams melted, on complaint LG service centre sent one person after one month and after inspection he told us that you should attach voltage stabilizer to this fridge, when we countered that why he is speaking the already obsolete technology while your sales person at the time of purchase told us that no such attachment required as this fridge is of latest technology, then the service centre person said that at the time of sale, the showroom sales man used to misguide the customer, this model of the refrigerator generally purchased by the people to show off otherwise it is just an almirah. I have made complaint of this person to LG directly, then they sent two new persons but of no use. In nut shell during last one and half month my poor refrigerator has been met with 5-6 open surgeries but of no use, water is still remaining water in freezer at the temp set at -23 degrees Appending mail contents sent to the LG Service/Customer Service Date 24.08.2013 It is more than 9 hours now your service engineer visited and said to be refilled gas in compressor,still the water kept in freezer has remained water,you people are really serious to rectify the problem?                                       Complaint ID: RNA[protected] This is to inform you that i am really fedup with the service provided by LG. On 31st July we have logged a call with LG toll free no[protected] regarding a LG 22" monitor which is not powering on and after 3 - days their technician visited our office and just took the purchase invoice and left the office without informing us the status of the screen, since then i am calling again and again on the toll free no to find out the status of the screen but the only reply i get is someone give you call or attend the call within 24 hours but all this words are just to say as nobody calls nor there any mail or any reply from them. i am really fedup of calling the toll free no as there is no point in calling them coz i never get any response from them. i even tryed calling Goa service no their phone is either busy or not answering the call. Finally the tollfree people gave me a mobile no of Goa Service center now they are saying will see if the part is come will attend the call. is this the way to treat the customer if they dont have the part they could have replaced the screen.                                         Dear Sir, I have two split AC of LG in my house. The reason for purchasing LG AC was its good after sale service. But I am now losing my faith due to not resolving my problem despite of repeatedly complaints. My case is as mentioned below: 1. There was water leakage from AC Model No. LSA5FR2A of 1.5 ton 2. I paid service charge Rs. 450/- dt. 8-6-2013 via retail invoice no. 4125. The service was done by Mr. Shamshad. 3. The problem of water leakage was as such there. 4. After registering complaint, they recommended chemical service. 5. I paid Rs. 1300/- dt.[protected] via invoice no. 5379. Out of this Rs. 1000/- were for gas filling. This was done by Mr. Vashi Ahmed. They said that there will be no charge for next three month. 6. Then AC starting making noise immediately. We again made complaint for it then it was told that chesis has been broken and needed to be replaced. They added that gas will filled in again and charges will have to be paid by us. 7. Now it has become a case of harassment to us. The chesis was broken by either Mr. Vashi Ahmed or Mr. Shamshad during their services.It was also noticed by my wife that Mr Shamshad was striking it hard during re-installment after chemical service and even was made aware for any breakage by my wife. 8. Once we have paid for gas they are again asking for gas filling charges. 9. Due to noise of AC we are forced to switch off the AC and suffering a lot. 10. Kindly look into the matter immediately to solve the problem. 11. I was very strong and faithful customer of LG but now I have to change my opinion after this degradation in LG’s after sale service.                                         lg,split ac — gas filling

                                        i have given a complient on 18/10/2010. Till now (that means 27/10/2010)the problem has not rectified. we have purchased 2 split ac from sonovision.(eluru). our complient number is c10A1813594 . Very worst service they are doing.
