I took a lg refrigerator on 2011. Suddenly on 24.3.2013 it stops cooling. After lodging the complain (comp. no. RNA[protected] the service man said it is the product failure and they will refund the money back. I lodged a request because my LG AC (1.5 Ton) which is 1.5 years old is not colling. The reason was probably because the cooling gas needed to be refilled. I have been running from pillar to post for the last 16 days but to no avail. The LG Service engineers in Kolkata ( specially the ones who service Salt Lake area) are the most ill-mannered and rude in the whole of India.
