I bought a 42" LG LM6700 3D TV from Jumbo Electronics on 10th Feb 2013. As per the offer I was eligible for free 3D bluray home theater and 2 additional 3D glasses. The shop owner told me that the gift will be delivered in 4 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks and then called customer care. They told me that I will get a call in 48 hrs from LG team. I didn't receive any call. I called them again after 3 days but even didn't receive any call. I called them several times but all efforts went in vain. Finally I argued with them then they give me one mobile number, I called that mobile number the person said, I am not from concern dept and he gave me one email id (ashish gupta from LG company). I sent an email to Ashish. Ashish kept making excuses for 4-5 weeks but the problem didn't resolved.
1 month before I called Jumbo electronics, they gave me another mobile number (Rahul Devgan). Now its Rahul's turn to do the time pass. He started making excuses that the gift will be delivered by weekend and so on.
Now Rahul is saying we have dispatched the gift to Jumbo and Jumbo team is saying they didn't receive the gift. WHAT THE HELL.
It has been more than 3 months now and I am still waiting for my gift. This is really very ridiculous not acceptable treatment being given by such a giant LG company to their customer.

    I purchased LG television dated on 13 aug 12.
    and after 18-19 days it lost its sound i complaint to customer care and it short out but after 10 days same problem generate again and i repeated previous step . these steps , i repeated approx. 19-20 times but they are not giving final solution that is the replacement of television or kit. without replacement this problem cannot solve. i have talked to many persons in company but every says it is not in my hand. i have to postponed my urgent work when engineer came at my home. once they have tested it in there company for 7 day but no solution.
    kindly help me i am writing some complaint nos.

    I have purchased an LED LG TV [ Sl No. LG LED 32LS 3700] on 26.01.2013 from Nikshan Electronics, Kannur in Bill Serial No. 28096.
    The TV is not functioning since 30.08.2014 and the same was registered on 31.08.2014 and received the request id as RNA[protected] from VM LGCARE.
    One serviceman named Abhilash came in to house 2 times and inspected the same and said that he will report this to the company servicing centre. He also said that he not know why such compliant occurred.
    Since, no one attended the case.

    It is true that, I am not satisfied of the purchased LG TV. I felt that the service is also very poor.

    As a last attempt, I am informing the matter to you for kind consideration. I also request to help me to rectify the complaint of the TV at the earliest.

        I AM LIVING IN VILLAGE RAI, DIST. SONEPAT, HARYANA. I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN OF MY SPLIT AC ON DATED 22th APRIL 2013 AT LG HELPLINE NUMBER AND THEY ISSUED A COMPLAIN NO. RNA[protected]. THEIR MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THE GAS HAS LEAKED OUT SO HE HAVE TO REFILL IT AND WILL REPAIR IT TOMORROW i,e ON 24TH APRIL. BUT ON DATED 25 TH APRIL, ANOTHER PERSON CAME AND TOLD THAT PREVIOUS MECHANIC IS NOT WELL SKILLED AND THE INDOOR UNIT OF SPLIT AC HAS TO TAKE TO SERVICE CENTER. NEXT DAY I CALLED TO LOCAL SERVICE CENTER, THEY REPLIED ME THAT THEY HAVE ORDERED THE REQUIRED PART TO COMPANY. BUT STILL THEY DID NOT REPAIRED IT TILL TODAY ON DATED 8TH MAY 2013 (APP. 20 DAY ). I HAVE SPENT APP. 23000 RS. LAST YEAR FOR 3 YEARS AMC [KIND OF EXTENDED WARRANTY] FOR 2 SPLIT AC AND 2 LCD.
        I HAVE CALLED THEIR LOCAL SERVICE CENTER AND HELPLINE 9- 10 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER TO ME, AND DO NOT KMOW HOW MAY DAYS THEY WILL TAKE TO REPAIR IT. LAST YEAR AS WELL THEY TOOK MANY DAYS FOR SIMILAR KIND OF COMPLAINTS WITH MY ANOTHER AC.
        NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO. LAST TIME WHEN I CALLED AT HELPLINE NO. HE GAVE ME ANOTHER CONTACT NUMBER OF MY LOCAL AREA IN-CHARGE [NAMED HANSARANI WITH MOBILE NO. [protected]] BUT THIS NO. ALWAYS REMAIN ON SWITCH OFF MODE.
        THIS COMPANY IS VERY CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND ONLY MOTIVE IS TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT AND EARN MONEY WITH THEIR SO CALLED AMC FACILITY.

        LG- split unit — part repairs

        we have forwarded the complaint of our split ac not working on 4th may.part needs to be replaced as per the LG tecnichian. till date 10th may not yet replaced and unit under warranty. summer around and it takes so long for the replacement of the part? Hurry up

        LG — AC repair

        We own a 2 ton AC of LG. The compressor is still in warranty and is not working properly. So we registered a complaint to the service centre. Someone from the company came and told that AC will be picked up from our house tomorrow for repairing. When it was not picked up for a week we again registered a complaint then the AC was picked up and we were told it will be delivered back within 2-3 days.Its been more than a week but we havent received it back and when we call them and ask about the status they are unaware about it and tell us you will be notified very soon. We still wonder when will be receive it and what problem does it has and how much they are going to charge us for it?
        We never thought at the time of purchasing that such Branded companies will also trouble us to such an extent.

        I am vibha from avis e solutions pvt. ltd.i called so many time customer care and LG manager also for the AC repair, some times they picked my phone and give me a complaint number but they did not come for the repair. but now whenever i called them they are not picking my phone or not taken any action.

          I registered a complaint in you CC department , complaint number is "RNA[protected]" but unfortunately no response from your technical experts regarding the same.It's a second time that I registered a complaint for the same issue but yet not solved by LG technical team.

          I spend 25k for this product to make my life/family entertain but i think i am wrong , as issue is still in its place.

          I bought LG LED-32LS3000-32" LED from your distributor (Ganpati Plaza Sec-4 Vaishali Ghaziabad) on 20 Jan 2013.

          In these three months my LED TV creates problem two times.So my request is that please change my system and provide me a new system, as its not good that in a short period of time a product like TV creates a problem.

But even today the installation is not done and I have visited the shop many times and every time they said installation guys are on their way. Now they even stopped answering my phone call.

              I have purchased a windows AC 1.5 Ton and brought AMC for 3 years for LG . This AC is not working form last 2 years and when every I raised a complaint LG Team unable to fix the problem.

              After raising many complaint with LG and writing to them I am unable to get any solution form them .

                Since we have purchased this AC we are not satisfied with its cooling as it not at all gets cooled, we registered its complaint with L.G and our dealer many times, L.G service engineers visited thrice to check its problem but the same problem still persists and now both have stopped responding & now we are left with nothing neither we are getting facility of AC in this hot summer season nor we got the return of our hard earned money invested in this product. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

                LG AC — ac cooling not proper

                LG/ Split AC — Not Working Properly

                I was having a LG Split Reverse Cycle AC ( Hot & Cold Model) in my Bed Room , it got burnt and with that my whole bedroom caught fire ,then company only replaced there AC , any way now from last four days my AC Fan stopes in the night but the compressor does not stops, not i am afraid any time it can catch fire again and it can burst ,, i have complaint about it but they are unable to solve the problem . . .

                LG(split A.C) — not working properly

                Sir ,i am complaining again and again that my A.C is not working properly but they are not listening.their technician visited and took charges and said A.C IS FINE..when we again comlainted about that,they said we will take charges again.when i complainted at their customer care,they gave me number of P.R.O but she is not picking the phone.once she picked and said that it is consumer fault not their.
                yesterday their another technician came .when we discuss our problem he replied in wiered way and roughly .
                now we again complainted but no one has called us

                    LG Split Ac 1 Ton - intelloair installed in my house needs repair every summer... Chasing the service engineer of LG is a major event marked in calendar every year. This time, I thought of writing it here..
                    As usual in this year also I faced the same trouble, when it stopped functioning on 27th April 2013. I registered a complaint on 28th April at their customer care center. Ref No: RNA[protected]. They promised that a service engineer will visit my house in 24 hrs. When there was no further call or visit from any of their service engineers even after 48 hrs, I called the customer care once again. With my mobile number, they confirmed my complaint registered on 28th April and once again promised the engineers visit in 24 hrs. I must be fool to wait for another 48 hrs for the call or visit by an LG engineer. Once again I contacted their customer care on the next day and this time they gave me the contact number of their regional customer care head.. I tried to contact the person for 2 days and finally succeeded after 2 days. She promised me that an engineer will contact me in 3 hrs.. We are waiting for the call from that engineer even after 3 hrs... Wait continues...
                    My humble request to every one is Do not buy LG electronic items.. Even if you buy one and it gets break down, then never wait for the service engineer's visit from LG. Try to get it repaired by any of the local engineer.
                    I read many of the complaints from LG users stating that LG engineers misguide their customers and make them pay unnecessary for the parts.. It is one more reason for not approaching them
                    Please never get into AMC or CMC with LG..
                    Now let me try to contact any of the local engineers.
                    This is not a complaint letter as I lost faith in LG service and I realize that there won't be any action from their side. I just shared my experience.

                    LG — No Response from LG

                    The refrigerator we purchased was burnt recently and I called the customer care. The next day a service person arrived and told us the refigerator can not be repaired. After 3 days LG service centre in Bangalore came an took the refrigerator. Later they told us that the report has been sent to the head office and the head office has agreed to replace with a new one or refund.

                    I got this information a month back, since then I have no information on the status. Every time I call the service centre, they tell me the same story. every time they tell they are going to provide the standby until I receive a new piece.

                    I wanted to Escalate the issue to the nect level. I got the number from the Customer Care. But the higher authority do not even have the courtesy to receive the call. The service centre has a land line number which is not working.

                    I am really worried now since most of my home appliances are LG.

                    LG Split AC — no response from the company

                    purchased one split a/c of 1.5 ton capacity on 19/9/11 but after the waranty period i went for a AMC ON 20/4/12 AGANIST a happy living plan Mc no 007295 dt 20/04/12 and a lodged a complain aganist RNA[protected] ON 24/4/12 your representative came and he founded that there is a gas leakage and he said that the machine will have to be taken to the workshop but till date nothing has happened. sorry to say but the service of your kolkata office is spoiling the reputation of the company. my contact no is [protected]

                      The very first day began with the struggle in opening the door. As we tried to open the door, it had to be pulled with great force as a result of which milk and other liquid items spilled all over. The service engineer identified a problem with the leveling and replaced the support. He also said that "single door refrigerators need to be pulled". The problem eased A BIT because of the bottom levelling but we still use both hands to open the door. Other MAJOR complaints are: 1. The freezer door doesn't close as ice blocks it. 2. The problem recurs soon after defrosting. 3. Great force has to be applied to remove ice trays and plastic containers from the freezer compartment. 3. Requires continual defrosting 4. As we defrost, the water leaks all over, enters the vegetable basket and spoils the eatables. 5. The leakage wets the floor causing great anxiety among elderly parents. 6. ICE CREAM MELTS WITHIN MINUTES AS A RESULT OF WHICH WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO KEEP IT AT HOME. IT'S HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The service engineers as well as the staff we were told to contact have told us that because it is an energy saver model, these are not the problems but the 'FEATURES'! We have been suffering from the past TWO MONTHS. I expect an early redressal.

                      L.G — DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR

                      When I go to PRAKASH TRADING CO. for telling the defective product they said that we are change this product within 10-15 days but from last two month they give excuses that product change within a week but On 06 may 2009 they said that we are not change the product we repair the defective product. I am not interested in repairing the defective product because i paid full amount of product cost, so I want to change the product. Prakash trading co. cheated with me they give defective product in a new carton of another model for hiding the defect.

                      LG Refrigerator — Defect in Refrigerator

                      Dear Team,

                      I need to put this down with agony that once again LG has prooved that it cannot serve its so called valuable customers.
                      I have purchased a LG Refrigerator in the month of Feb. Since the delivery one of the door screw to the bottom right is missing & the door once opened, the entire refrigerator gets tilted to the opposite side. The initial complaint was lodged on 19 Feb along with the Demo. There were 2 guys who dropped in for the demo & promised to get back within 2-3 days, Request ID is W9C21902049.
                      The defination of 2-3 days still to be known. However failing any communication, the second complaint was lodged on 21 Mar, Request no W9C32103513.
                      Third complaint Request no W9C32103516, Fourth on 28 Mar Request no W9C32705855. Fifth complaint on 19 May Request no W9C51904005 & the Sixth complaint on 29 May Request no W9C52904823, After all these lengthy procedures I was intorduced to Shweta - Area Manager Mobile no [protected]. But her false promises has ended in Zero resolution. The call centre people contacted[protected] thereafter but the so well trained people did not know any procedure.
                      Again after repeated reminder Shweta said that she will get back but we are still waiting for some responsible person to get back.
                      Hope this is the formal channel to express & expect some solution for customer problems. Mind you it is product defect which has caused all this. We have paid about 19, 000/- for a Refrigerator which is lying idle due to LG Comany pepole who do not have any time to look back once the sale is done.
                      Failing any revert on this a formal complaint will be lodged with the Consumer Court within 48 Hours.

                      This is a high time for me so I am addressing this letter to you.
                      After calling and writing several mails the whole team right from dealer Branch Manager to LGEIL Head office are playing around and not serious with their commitment.

                      REFRIGERATOR was purchased as on 13/02/2009 from L G dealer M/s. Batra Electronics Gallery for Rs.45511+5689 vat total Rs.51200 .There was a problem from first day.At the time of demonstration there was no gas.The demonstrator told that due to mishandling in transit it may possible .After some month the same problem was again there the gas was filled at our cost Rs.1600/-. Now third time the same problem was again there.After complaint to service center engineer told that there is leakage of some oil from compressor and it choked the gas and is not repairable.He asked to contact officials for its refund.The officials offered Rs.25000/- as on telephonic talk.
                      We are not ready to accept there offer.Why we pay for their fault.So you are requested to do the needful and oblige

                        I lodged a complaint on 1st May'13 with LG Toll Free Number [protected] since TV was working at all. I was given the complaint number RNA[protected]. A service man visited the next day and informed that the power supply has stopped working which needs to be replaced. As he didn't have the part available at that moment, he promised to come back again as soon as he had one available. The service agent came back the next day as he had the part available. After he replaced the SMPS, he informed me that the power on/off switch in the LCD will not work as it is not compatible with the new SMPS installed in the TV. Now I had to switch on or off the LCD directly from the power supply. I found it absurd and called on the toll free number who in turn provided the number of the region head Ms. Chandrika [protected]. I wanted to confirm if the part of the LCD is unavailable at the moment or a stop placed on its manufacturing. She did not have the information handy and wished to speak the technician. He informed her that this was the equivalent part available for the LCD. Though she didnt sound convinced herself, she suggested that I should speak to the parts or the service center manager. Mr. Arjun from the service center was of no help at all. He said that the part is no longer available that needs to be replaced. The only option I had either to get the available SMPS replaced or not. I wanted him to give it to me in writing that the part for my LCD is no longer in production, for which he refused.

                        Unfortunately as I did not have any option and I wanted the LCD to work, I asked him to replace the SMPS with what he had got. This is highly disappointing because I am still not sure if the LCD's parts are no longer in manufacturing or if the service personnel just wanted to close a complaint with what ever they had available at hand. I am surprised that if customers have bought the LCD model, I am sure there would be lakhs of people across India using the same or similar product how can be parts no longer be manufactured? Now the power switch on the LCD has no use? I just wanted a satisfactory answer which was not available from any of the sources of LG. LG LCD Model # 26LH20R.

                            We have been sifted to Pune from Delhi on 15th April 2013 and we transported our households and a vehicle through the company LG Logistics packers and movers. We were told that the company has its head office in Pune and the branch office in Gurgaon.
                            Mr Rajbeer was the concerned person with whom we were dealing. The goods were sent from 2 different places, Mohali and Delhi on 11th April 2013 to Pune we were charged Rs. 30000/- against the same. The total declared value of the goods was Rs. 1,50,000/-
                            Rajbeer –the company employee and the dealer visited our home at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi for the discussion regarding the deal and committed that our goods will be insured from United insurance as per the declared value of the goods and he charged 3% of the declared value against the same and promised that we will receive the insurance policy of the goods within a day on my email and will receive the hard copy of the policy in a few days before the delivery date of the goods but nothing was done till that time. He made a false promise and didn't raise any insurance policy and during our follow-up over the phone for the policy, every time he made some lame excuses and fake commitments for the non-delivery of the policy. Moreover every time he gave us the false information regarding the exact status of our goods.
                            The payment of Rs.24000/- was done through cheque on the name of Rajbeer and the balance amount of Rs. 6000/- was paid in cash at the time of delivery of the goods.
                            On 17th April 2013 we received our goods at our address in Pune but it was the horrible and a messy condition in which we received the goods in the truck.. It was a fully/over loaded truck with the goods of two different parties and most of our goods were damaged. Out of all the goods some of our furniture and other goods worth Rs. 31,500/- were completely damaged
                            One newly purchased almirah and the other almirah are not in a postion to stand/place properly.
                            We bought the completely new furniture which was then directly loaded into the truck for the transportation. As it was the liability of Mr. Rajbeer to deliver our goods in the exact position, he refused to even talk about the complete mess. Neither he neither made any insurance policy till now nor taking our calls to discuss any further.
                            We went to the Pune’s office address of the company but it was the fake address mentioned on the bill etc which was given to us. On local investigation about the company it was found that it is a fraud company which does not exist anywhere, neither on any website nor at any of the mentioned address.
                            Rajbeer has blocked all of our contact nos. on his phone and is not ready to talk to us.
                            Rajbeer is running a fraud packers and movers business with a fraud company name..

                            I MENTIONED ON RECEIVING THAT ALL GOODS ARE PACKED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES

                            This person charged me 3% as insurance but never gave any document for that.

                                I had recently purchased a LG 1.5 ton Split A/C (Model LSA5MR3M) and am extremely disappointed with the poor installation service from LG. It took almost 3 days of follow-up to get the service engineer to install the A/C. The engineer did not have adequate knowledge about the installation. The engineer mentioned that the installation cannot be tested because we needed our own electrician to do fix the power for the stabiliser. When our electrician did the electrical settings and we switched on the AC, there was water dripping from the AC vent within 15 minutes of operation. We again lodged a complaint for that (complaint number RNA[protected] and the technician who came in could not fix the issue and informed that he will be back in 2 hours. His mobile was not reachable after that. From the service center we found that the call has been closed and had to register another complaint RNA[protected]. They said that it will get resolved in 24 hours. But after 24 hours and 4 follow-up calls nobody turned up. We were surprised to receive an SMS asking for feedback on the service from LG. They had closed the other service ticket as well without resolution. In response to our email complaint, their service desk responded back saying that the complaint has been forwarded to the branch office. We tried reaching the branch manager for close to 2 hours, but nobody picked up the call or even bothered to return the call though the mobile was in use. Its more than 10 days now and we are not able to use the A/C. Utterly disappointing service and customer seems to be their last priority.

                                LG 1.5ton AC — Poor service and follow up

                                I have purchased a 1.5ton split AC from
                                M/s Vasanth &co Purasawalkkam on saturday (03.04.2010) at about 14.00hrs in the after noon.
                                The seller promised me that the equipment will be installed with in 24 hrs. I had contacted LG on Monday (05.04.10) they gave a complaint no:C[protected]. Even after calling the service persons and Customer care office[protected] no one has been deputed to install the AC till to day(08.0410).
                                This has caused a lot of anguish, wastage of time ,money and sadness that despite collecting money for installation in advance the LG has irresponsible to its customer in not fulfilling its obligations.
                                Same is mine story.

                                I also got 'N" no of Customer Request no from Customer care.

                                In Chennai no one bothers about customer, when I finally scolded the customer care, they gave me there Area manager no.

                                When I called the guy he provided me new Request no and sent some very Unprofessional guys to install.

                                The face here is LG has given sub contract to local technicians, They don't have proper equipments and knowledge to install the AC.

                                Finally my ac was installed after 8 days.

                                And now the problem started now there is water leakage from both the copper pipes.

                                I have again logged 3 complanints and no one is calling or visiting the site.

                                Where as LG claims that after getting the Request id they will call a customer withing 2 hrs.

                                My Name is GL Ravikkumar, I had purchased a LG Split A/c. On 1st May 11 the complaint was launched with service centre regarding the problem in A/c after 3 days a person called us and visited the place. After checking the A/c, he said compressor is having a problem and it will be replaced FOC since it is under warranty within a day.

                                Despite calling the call centre on 5th, 6th and almost 4 times on 7th CSE dont have a solution for it. Finally at 7:40 pm on 7th the executive simply disconnected the call when i asked the timelines. It shows the quality of CSE used by LG.

                                I was told that there is a problem with service centre, hence LG is changing the Agency bcz of that he is asking to wait for another 2 days. WHY SHOULD CUSTOMER SUFFER BCZ OF LG PROBLEM.

                                    i purchased an electrolux refregerator of 165 ltr from manoj electronics ltd, darya ganj, new delhi on 23 july 2005. there was a problem of no-cooling on sept. 10, 2008. i complaied to call centre at[protected]compl. no. [protected]). the refregerator was repaired by a technician and i paid Rs. 1012 (vide invoice no. 8612 dated 11.9.2008).                                     LG/refrigerators — Repairing job

                                    we have purchased an refrigerator from dehri on soon(bihar). Make LG, Modal 258VT5.Now cooling system is not working from last two months, we have made a complain for this via complain no. RNA[protected] dated 26.02.2012.but problem is not solved again we had made a complain via complain no. RNA[protected] dated 11.04.2012,your service eng. visited against this complain on 16.04.2012 and committed that he will resolve this problem by tomorrow evening, but till now he is not visited to my home to solve the problem.

                                      I m using your product Walky Talky since 4 years but from last 4 months It has disturbance in voice and sometimes it disconnected between a call and yes I have already compliant 2 times but they are not coming so, it is request to repair either repalce it..

                                        I have a valid AMC for LG Microwave oven. My complaint nos. RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] dated 19/03/2013 & 31/03/2013 have evoked poor response from LG. The microwave oven is still not working and I am dismayed by the attitude of LG company towards its loyal customers.

                                        Hope to see some result after this e-mail, failing which I intend to approach the consumer court for resolution.

                                        LG / Microwave — Poor Response

                                        i had given my microwave for repair to the LG service centre in Trivandrum.
                                        Every time I call up they jsut repond sying that a spare has to come from the bangalroe office.
                                        it has been three weeks and still ti is not repaired and the reason is delay in spare arrival.
                                        They never update us on the status, everytime we have to make a call.
                                        Very poor service

Few days ago i registered a complaint for my Microwave Oven in "Electrocraft" at our Jamshedpur City, but they didn't took any action against this complaint., so, i submit a complaint here.

                                        Actually, every sign like "Start, Stop/Clear, Conv." etc removed from my Microwave Oven, so i can't handle it properly, i[censored] replace it, then i will be very thankfull to you.
