I purchased a 1 ton split AC on 7.11.12 from khosla electronics kolkata (Dalhousie ) branch and booked a call in lg customer care on 6th December for installation People from Lg came and installed my Ac but I was not satisfied with it but they didn't do anything.Again after 10 days I called customer care and asked them to send a representative to my place for demo and inspection they visited my place and said very thing is fine in spite of my complain that the Ac is not installed properly and closed the complain .Again I booked the call in customer care on May for 1st service they came and only did dry service and went away. Again when I booked a call on 26th August in customer care for 2nd service they visited my place and after seeing they are telling me that the service cannot be provided since the outward unit is not installed in proper manner and asking me to pay Rs 2000 for re installation .And have closed my complain without any action .Lg Service team is running a racket of fraud first there own people will install the machine wrongly and when customer complain they ignore and after few days they will say that they want money for the same service.

    I purchased an LG refrigerator two years back. The handle is seen broken from the next day. The dealer assured me to repair the problem with immediate effect. After 11 months the fridge was replaced without my request. After two or three months the replaced fridge was seen rusted. I called the company people as the dealer was closed the shop forever.But they never registered a complaint as told me to look into the matter many times. After two years from the date of purchase the service people came and informed me that the fridge's door must be replaced and the same should be done at my own cost. If a fridge become rusted even before tow years of purchase how can we purchase new one. (or I think the replaced one was an OLD one)

      I purchased LG 32" LED Color TV while on my holiday at Bangkok in Jan 2012. I availed LG India services for installation. On 20th July 2013 my TV stopped working and I logged a complaint with LH Support. Engineer visited the very same day and diagonised that the Mother Board was faulty. I was provided and estimate of around Rs. 6000.00. Next day the Engineer replaced the faulty part but the TV did not work. He then order for another card. The second time card arrived after 10 days as LG India were unable to get a common mother board in 24-48 hours. Not sure why spare are not maintained even in a city like Mumbai. Exactly after 9 days the TV once again stopped working. The call was again logged with LG India and this time another Engineer visited. This time he wanted to replace the Mother board and order for one. Same experience another 9-10 days delayed for want of spares. Finally, the engineer comes and rechecks with the new card and now diagonizes it as Picture Tube failure. How can a TV that stopped working and was repaired by qualified LG Service Engineer keep changing cards and picture panel on trial and error basis. It is very frustrating that LG India products suffer both on quality of products as well as service as it evident above. Now the Engineer is estimating the Picture tube around Rs. 13,000.00. Even if I were to opt for this after sepending Rs. 19,000.00 I get guarantee for 90 days. It is just not worth the money. I would Like LG India Management to respond to my complaint else I would be constrained to take this matter to consumer court for redressal.

      LG color TV — Poor quality

      TV Model: 21FS4RGE

      The power switch (push button) is of very poor quality. This switch gets stuck frequently. It seems to be of poor design which cannot withstand normal average ON/OFF function at least once per day!

      Very sad indeed, from LG.

        Bad product support & bad quality product (LG PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING ) To whom it may concern . PRODUCT MODEL NO. 335 VS4 320 LITRE MODEL NAME : LG DOUBLE DOOR hello Sir, I m frustrated after buying the LG REFRIEGERATOR product and I m not satisfied with the service of this product. I bought the LG FRIDGE on dated 30th October 2012 now I have a lot of trouble at present it is not working. There is a major problem the REFRIGERATOR is not working, its been repaired 3 times already i told the service Center people for replacement past 11 days m chasing them but nothing has been done i only hear give us 24hr you will get call from us but there are no calls. nearly 6000 rs worth of my stuff has gone waisted i have to throw it everyday i have to buy ice twice to keep my medicines normally how much more i can bare the in convince. They told me to speak with there area manager he told me to mind my tone and when i did not then shouted at me and told get it done from anywhere then i have given the no of there service centre Cco she did not come on ph other lady told i[censored] want repair then fine or we can't do anything everyday i make calls to there service centre and there customer care centre but they keep on delaying it past 4 months i have been harassed so much facing hell to buy LG product.I can imagine that its not been year and product is in warranty then m facing so much problem what will happen after the warranty gets over LG causes so much inconvenience and there customer care department people can't Handel anything they want there way or high way. Kindly register my complaint and replace my REFRIGERATOR was bought . If the LG REFRIGERATOR is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs. i have very bad experience with LG product. Even i don't know where i suppose to go with my complaint. what should i have to do? Should i never purchased again LG product, even not suggest other to buy LG product.           I have purchased one Side by side LG refrigerator GCB-217BSJV 581 Litres on 08.07.2012 The freezer side started trouble in the month of June 2013 well befor completion of one year, water not freezing and ice creams melted, on complaint LG service centre sent one person after one month and after inspection he told us that you should attach voltage stabilizer to this fridge, when we countered that why he is speaking the already obsolete technology while your sales person at the time of purchase told us that no such attachment required as this fridge is of latest technology, then the service centre person said that at the time of sale, the showroom sales man used to misguide the customer, this model of the refrigerator generally purchased by the people to show off otherwise it is just an almirah. I have made complaint of this person to LG directly, then they sent two new persons but of no use. In nut shell during last one and half month my poor refrigerator has been met with 5-6 open surgeries but of no use, water is still remaining water in freezer at the temp set at -23 degrees Appending mail contents sent to the LG Service/Customer Service Date 24.08.2013 It is more than 9 hours now your service engineer visited and said to be refilled gas in compressor,still the water kept in freezer has remained water,you people are really serious to rectify the problem?             Complaint ID: RNA[protected] This is to inform you that i am really fedup with the service provided by LG. On 31st July we have logged a call with LG toll free no[protected] regarding a LG 22" monitor which is not powering on and after 3 - days their technician visited our office and just took the purchase invoice and left the office without informing us the status of the screen, since then i am calling again and again on the toll free no to find out the status of the screen but the only reply i get is someone give you call or attend the call within 24 hours but all this words are just to say as nobody calls nor there any mail or any reply from them. i am really fedup of calling the toll free no as there is no point in calling them coz i never get any response from them. i even tryed calling Goa service no their phone is either busy or not answering the call. Finally the tollfree people gave me a mobile no of Goa Service center now they are saying will see if the part is come will attend the call. is this the way to treat the customer if they dont have the part they could have replaced the screen.               Dear Sir, I have two split AC of LG in my house. The reason for purchasing LG AC was its good after sale service. But I am now losing my faith due to not resolving my problem despite of repeatedly complaints. My case is as mentioned below: 1. There was water leakage from AC Model No. LSA5FR2A of 1.5 ton 2. I paid service charge Rs. 450/- dt. 8-6-2013 via retail invoice no. 4125. The service was done by Mr. Shamshad. 3. The problem of water leakage was as such there. 4. After registering complaint, they recommended chemical service. 5. I paid Rs. 1300/- dt.[protected] via invoice no. 5379. Out of this Rs. 1000/- were for gas filling. This was done by Mr. Vashi Ahmed. They said that there will be no charge for next three month. 6. Then AC starting making noise immediately. We again made complaint for it then it was told that chesis has been broken and needed to be replaced. They added that gas will filled in again and charges will have to be paid by us. 7. Now it has become a case of harassment to us. The chesis was broken by either Mr. Vashi Ahmed or Mr. Shamshad during their services.It was also noticed by my wife that Mr Shamshad was striking it hard during re-installment after chemical service and even was made aware for any breakage by my wife. 8. Once we have paid for gas they are again asking for gas filling charges. 9. Due to noise of AC we are forced to switch off the AC and suffering a lot. 10. Kindly look into the matter immediately to solve the problem. 11. I was very strong and faithful customer of LG but now I have to change my opinion after this degradation in LG’s after sale service. I was planning to purchase two more AC’s but till now I have been postponing the purchase. 12. Complaint no. is RNA[protected] dt 5 aug 2013. 13. I am waiting for your action in the matter.               lg,split ac — gas filling

              i have given a complient on 18/10/2010. Till now (that means 27/10/2010)the problem has not rectified. we have purchased 2 split ac from sonovision.(eluru). our complient number is c10A1813594 . Very worst service they are doing.

                Complaint No RNA[protected]. This is to inform you that we are really annoyed & Fed up of calling LG Customer Care & its service Centre for repair of my Microwave in the Office. The complaint was logged to LG customer care at[protected] on 12th Aug 2013 that the Microwave is not working. They assured that technician from the service centre will call us back & come for repair. But no one arrived that day. next day again we tried LG Customer Care & they again committed the same same thing, I also took the Service centre Name & no, so that if again no one come then will contact directly. Again same thing happen, no one arrive. I called up the Service Centre "Shree Electronics" & spoke to Mr. Sameer. He said the internet is down thats why we have not received any complain & he will call back once internet is up. Again that day no call from him. Next day I again called sameer & shared my Complaint no & explain him every thing. He said he will send the technician to check the same. I also took the Technician Mr. Sudarshan's no who was suppose to come to rectify the same. Till 1700 hrs that day no one arrived, so called up the Technician, he says he cannot come today coz he is busy some where, after hearing this I really got pissed off & immediately took Mr. Sammer from Service Centre on Conference call. He convinced the technician & asked him to come & check the same that day only. The technician arrived & checked & said that the Transformer has gone & needs to be replaced, as he was not carrying he said will get it tomorrow & replaced it. The same was conveyed to Mr. Sameer on Mail & he also quoted back INR 2387/- for replacement of Transformer & Service Charge. I confirmed Sameer to goahead with this & get it replaced asap. but he said the parts are not available in the Service Centre so will get it By Monday 19th Aug 2013 & will replaced it on Tue 20th Aug 2013. This conversation I had it on Mail. On 20th Aug 2013 the Technician arrived with the Transformer & tried rectify the same but later on find that the other part "Magneto" has also gone. as he was not carrying the same, he said he will get the same tomorrow & replaced it. But no one arrived next day for the same. Again called Sameer to check for the spare parts, so he said he, we have to send the microwave to his service centre for repairing. I denied for the same, coz we are running a Business Centre/Corporate Office & here we cannot have cafeteria without a microware. so i requested him to pls send the technician here only to rectify, but he denied saying that talk to Customer care we will not help. Again I spoke to some customer care & he connected me to his Manager Mr. Ramesh Harijan. He assured me that he will coordinate with Service Centre "Shree Electronics" & give me a call back. But there was no call back done. Again next day I spoke to some one from Service Centre & he saif to Contact to Some Ms. Minakshi Dhumal for the same, she will be able to help us. I tried calling Ms. Minaxi but there was no response from her. I dropped 4 mails to her but she did not bothered to revert back with the solutions. Again next day I contacted Customer Care Mr. Datta & he connected Mr. Ramesh Harijan from LG Customer Care & asked him to take Ms. Minaxi Dhumal on Conference Call. That day 22nd Aug 2013 Ms. Minakshi Dhumal & Mr. Ramesh harijan both committed & confirmed that the technician will come before 1800 hrs & rectify the same. But again the same thing happen & no one turned up, neither any one called back to day that it will be delayed. Today gain I called the customer care Mr. Rakesh Kudwa & asked him to pls help us with the same, but he was very rude & mannerless & was not willing to help us. we asked him to connect Ms. Minakshi & Mr. Ramesh But he was not connecting the call, rather he said that Mr. Ramesh has not come. This conversation happen almost for 20 min but he did not connected us to any Sr. manger. He provided us Mr. Ghotekar;s no [protected], tried this but some Pravin answer the call & said Mr. Ghotekar is in a meeting & will call back. But again no revert. This service centre guy was very rude & helpless to us & disconnected to us by bangging the phone. This is really a very pathetic Experience with the LG Service Centre & LG Customer Care, where people dont understand the things on Priority. I am really annoyed & unhappy with theLG Services & will never go for any LG Product in my life, & also will not advice any other to purchase LG products.                   My father purchased one LG 3D LED 32LM6410 Tv of approximately 56,000/- on 20 december 2012 from lulu mall,qatar. He reached cochi on 25-th dec '12. We anxiously broke the sealed packing of our first 3d LG TV, to the surprise of all o[censored]s there was some cracks on top nd right side of the LED panel of the TV. Please notice that we opened it for the first time. Because of the facts that it was our first 3d tv nd worth approximatly 56,000/- we handled it with care .. Above all this,i dont think tv will broke with a light pressure or something.The way TV was damaged, it is likely that it had been broken at LG’s Godown(.i think) - Please note that the box in which TV was packed was absolutely fresh with not scratches or cut marks on it. Infact the TV was properly packed in the thermo coal packing and even there were no scratches on that thermo coal packing. my father complianed about this in lulu hypermarket,qatar. They gave him an international waranty card nd advised to contact the nearest lulu mall to our residence,which is lulu mall,edapally,cochin. When i contacted them they gave me the toll free customer care number nd ask me to register the complaint. I register the complaint as they said,then they gave me a complaint number RNA[protected] . On 1st july 2013 one technician came to my house nd checked the tv....he also take a look at the box of tv.....there were no scratches on the box....he said that they cannot replace the led panel until they got approval.....so i email a complaint to lg servise india.......they replied me like this... "We acknowledge your concern and we have forward this to our Branch office to take an immediate step in this regard.'' but after this there wasn't any reply from LG....we select brand lg because we think it would be better.....but now iam very dissatisfied of how they treat a customer....                     Actually i have bought an AC 4 months before,I have found a problem in my AC from when i purchase.I have contacted to a shop many times for this matter but they neglecting this matter by saying me other type of words.On 13 july my AC got choked,i have contacted shop,but they wont help,and they tell me to talk to the sevice centre.Till now i havent got any positive response to the sevice centre.PLEASE KINDLY help me to replace my Ac to a new one THANKS

                      On 12th of March 2012, I purchased an LG microwave. Within four months, it stopped working and being under warranty, it was serviced. Again two months later, it stopped working and we had to get it serviced. In March 2013, it stopped working again just before the warranty expired. At the time of registering my complaint with LG customer care, I told them that clearly this was a defective appliance since no brand new appliance needs three servicings in just the first year. The technician who came to service it the third time, advised us to take a four-year service contract. I'm sure he too must have realised that this is a defective piece and would break down often. My mother-in-law got convinced by his sales pitch and paid for a four year service contract. After March 2013, the microwave has stopped working three more times. In May (complaint no RNA[protected] on 6th May. No action was taken by LG so I waited and complained again on May 25th, complaint no RNA[protected] the microwave was finally serviced on May 30th only to stop working in July (complaint no RNA[protected] on July 5th). This time, the LG team took 12 days to get the microwave operational again on July 17th only to have it stop working within a month! My latest complaint was made on 17th of August, complaint no RNA[protected]. Yes, it stopped working a month after it was serviced for the 5th time!! Each time that I have complained, some spare or the other has been replaced in the microwave (mostly its been the magnetron). It is very clear to the technicians and LG company that the microwave is faulty. No other appliance gives so much problem in 17 months. Each time the microwave stops working, I have to call the customer care to register the complaint and to follow up on when the technician will come to service it and it is truly a huge hassle and nuisance. Why can't LG replace the faulty microwave and save me and my family this headache of having a microwave out of order for almost 15 days in a month?

                        Complaint number: RNA[protected] Product feature not working.

                        I have recently bought LG 42LN5710, technician who had installed TV as well as LG product representative has given false information about live channel recording. Both of them informed that whatever the live channel displaying in TV can be recorded if the source of signal is connected to RF/AV pins.

                        I have Airtel normal STB which has been connected to AV pins but not able to record live program. Error it appears as "Non Recordable frequency signal".

                        Once again I wanted same technician to visit my place to check the problem, but the person says, it records only "Local Cable network, not DTH service providers."

                        What is the use in buying 42 inch tv to watch from local cable and not have one of the major feature "Recording" not applicable for DTH.

                        One of LG technician had come few days later to my place and given information that Live channel recording is not possible only with Airtel DTH after registering the complaint. If this was a know fact, then it was not informed by LG representative or the LG technician earlier? Or it is no where informed in your website product details/technical specification/Manual/any documentation?

                          Microwave Control Panle Switch Problem was Reported to LG customer care .
                          Complaint No: RNA[protected]
                          No service rendered except having a look at the Microwave and noting down the model no by the service representative who came down after 5 days.
                          No response from him after that, till I called to customer care after an week.
                          Complaint Status was not available with CC and they directed me to LG service centre.
                          On my insistance they provided contacts of their CCO and ASM. Both contacts are of no use as the former no was in switch-off mode and not reachable. The later was always in meeting and redirected to one of hid subordinate and he in turn to the service centre.
                          Contacting the service centre, they said some one wil come and have a detailed look at the problem, but that neve happened. On enquiry with the status of the complaint registered, it was found to bw closed with reason being PART NOT AVAILABLE.
                          This is how the young technical service enginerrs at LG work. They are only for replcement and not for repair. They donot intend to do the hard work and only looking forward to quick easy options of selling and replacing with no repair.
                          So my high end Microwave model purchased few years back seems to have been discontinued nad no support or service available for the same by LG.
                          Its clear that all LG products have a very short life span and likely to be faulty and useless after a short period o[censored]sage.
                          Quite disappointed with LG service.

                          Hi,

                          This is to complain regarding the poor LG customer service which i am facing. I have raised service request for the repair of my LG microwave on 15tH jan 2010 the service request no is SAC11500494 and the customer care officer told to me that the complaint will be attended with in 24hrs.Even after 48hrs and around 20 calls to the LG customer care center nothing seems to be working out for me. Please help me with his.

                          20 days ago complaint of "heavy water leakage from wash tub" was registered at M/S 'Lotus, Indore'. The complaint was attended by company personals. But after 15-20 days the problem repeated & the washing machine is unusable.

                          Reliance sucks ... the most disgusting company ever . . . They have been fooling the indian public from a long time. . .
                          But hey, we are the modern generation of india, and we know which products are good for us and which are not .
                          Why go for Reliance Big Tv, when we can get Tata Sky or Airtel, , they may be expensive but atleast they dont fool the public, like reliance did when they first launched their mobile phones, with a sceme- (get reliance mobiles for Rs.500 around[protected], and on the other hand the reliance postpaid users were complaing that reliance were making up false bills and charging the customers big time.
                          ... even now after so many years, they still suck. One of my friend was using Reliance Wireless Internet, and i saw that the download speed is way too slow, like around 6kbps ... and on the tv, they are throwing ads that they are the fastest net providers ... huh ... i mean even a tortoise can crawl faster than that download progress bar of reliance haha.

                          LG / Microwave — No service

                          I have LG microwave convection model which is not working for past 10 days. i have registered complaints for the same first 10 days back and again 4 days back with a promise that their executive will communicate with me in 24 hours. however to date there is no call. while registering the complaint second time they told my complaint was cancelled due to "no answer on my mobile number"! my phone has been working fine, and i don't remember of having missed a call which i didn't call back though. and even if that happened my land line number is also taken for the complaint and i can always be contacted again in next 24 hours on mobile. it is possible that some one is occupied and can not take a call once in a while but that doesn't mean you cancel the complaints without adequate try!! And surely that doesn't happen twice!

                          LG — No service even after complaint

                          We have one 1.5 T Split Airconditioner of LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. We had taken Annual Maintenance Contract from them on 16/03/2011 by their document no. HLP No.: KF15883. We paid Rs.2206.00 for the AMC.

                          We made a complain on 3rd May'2011 to LG India that our air conditioner is not cooling even when it is set at 18 centigrade. The docket no. is RNA[protected] dt 03/05/2011. Their person came on 4th may and after checking said that gas is not their and that is why AC is not cooling. So they will come again put gas on it. After that seven days has passed and no one came from LG service center. We had called three times since 6th May'2011 to LG toll free number and we get the same answer that the work in under process.

                          LG has the worst service in Consumer durable.

                          I want that action is taken against them as my office do not have any window and we are working in hot weather without air conditioner.

                            We have been using the above mentioned washing machine for around two years.Suddenly,last week,the Start/Pause button stopped functioning. We registered a complaint vide RNA[protected] which was attended to by your technician on 05/08/2013.The problem was rectified and the Start/Pause button started functioning again.We were given Invoice No.8703 in lieu of payment of Rs.394.00. Your technician insisted that we join the AMC scheme on payment of Rs.5000 which we refused.The Washing Machine was functioning well till 11.08.13 when once again the Start/Pause button stopped functioning and we lodged a complaint vide RNA[protected] which was attended on 12.8.13 by your technicial.He informed that the PCB is detective and needs to be replaced which would cost around Rs.3000. Moreover, when the Washing Machine was switched on after your technician left, it was seen that none of the lights were glowing on the PCB though earlier all the lights were visible and only the Start/Pause button was not functioning.
                            It appears that your technicians deliberately made the Washing Machine non-functional so as force us to change the PCB/enter into AMC of Rs.5000.
                            I would request you to kindly look into the matter immediately failing which we will move the consumer forum for deficiency of service and willfully causing loss to us. We are also very much disappointed with your product breaking down just after the warranty period and would not patronize LG products in future.

                              I have written many grievances to all departments including your LG office too related to my grievance but DC north and land & Building department has not been taken any action with regards to my grievance.
                              The Concern officer are not only working illegally but also insulting the Supreme court judgment pronouns by 5 judges Constitution bench special set up for sec 6 of land acquisition act and also to Parliament, who has been given power to make law and ignoring the report of Law commission. Even Constitution Bench of five learned Judges in Padmasundara Rao’s case “fixing another period of one year from the date of judgment for making the section 6 declaration, would amount to legislation by judicial fiat. The Supreme Court observed that courts can only interpret the law and cannot legislate and that if a provision of law is misused or subjected to abuse of process of law, it would be for the legislature to amend, modify or repeal the law. Supreme Court is working within in its position,(attached the file with this email) Hon'ble Lokayukta Justice Manmohan sarin in case C-1373/LOK/2012 said "They (public servant) have to remember that while in office,they are to serve the public and not to rule them".
                              Land and building delhi issued time barred(lapsed) notification u/s 6 of land acquisition act on the land of our colony situated on the land of village pansali delhi.The Supreme Court of INDIA in the case deep vihar welfare society vs LG govt of NCT delhi(appeal civil 3003/2012) on 21 march 2012, cancelled the notification of Sec 17 (urgency clause) of land acquisition act. Without considering our objection filed u/s 5-A sec 6 has been issued that too after expire of the time period specified under the act(one year) Sec 6 of land acquisition act “After receipt of objections, the concerned authority shall consider those objections, and if found unsatisfactory, then a final declaration rejecting the claims will be issued. Section 6 of the amended Act provides that the final declaration shall be issued by the authority within a period of one year from the date of issuance of preliminary notification under section 4(1) of the Act”. Explanation 1.- In computing any of the periods referred to in the first proviso, the period during which any action or proceeding to be taken in pursuance of the notification issued under section 4, sub- section (1), is stayed by an order of a Court shall be excluded.In our case Notification u/s 4 No F.10(29)96/LB/LA 11394 issued on 27/10/1999 and notification u/s 6 No F.10(29)96/LB/LA/19599 issued on 20/03/2013,(published in newspaper on 27/03/2013) even if case period excluded still the notification us/6 No F.10(29)96/LB/LA/19599 issued on 20/03/2013 is time barred invalid, void. Law commission of INDIA in his report D.O.NO.6(3)(78)/2002-LC(LS) dt 09 may2002 clarified the time period and said(page 4 line 10 of the report) "fixing another period of one year from the date of judgment for making the section 6 declaration, would amount to legislation by judicial fiat. The Supreme Court Padamsundara Rao v. State of Tamil Nadu JT 2002 (3)SC 1 delivered on 13.3.2002, observed that courts can only interpret the law and cannot legislate and that if a provision of law is misused or subjected to abuse of process of law, it would be for the legislature to amend, modify or repeal the law.Constitution Bench of five learned Judges in Padmasundara Rao’s case. In that case, the learned Judges have recently held that once a sec. 6 declaration was quashed or set aside, if the period of one year had expired by the date of judgment of court,then the Court could not under its judicial power, provide a fresh period of one year from the date of the judgment.The State, if it is still interested in the acquisition of the land, has to issue a fresh notification under sec. 4(1).In the report Page 7 para 2 line 6 "In law, if sec. 6 declaration was not made within one year as provided by the 1984 Amendment, it would be invalid. Once there was no valid section 6 declaration made within one year as aforesaid, the sec. 4(1) notification issued earlier would also lapse and the State would have to come forward with a fresh sec. 4(1) notification." In report page 10 para 1 "the Explanation inserted in 1984 does not exclude the period covered by the litigation where the various proceedings after sec. 4(1) notification (such as the sec. 5A inquiry) or the consequential section 6 declaration are held to be bad by the Court. This can happen, for example, where the sec. 5A inquiry is held vitiated on account of breach of principles of natural justice and consequentially the sec. 6 declaration is also quashed. The Explanation –I, it will be noticed, only covers cases where sec. 6 declaration is not quashed. In that event, in the absence of a provision in sec. 6, the Court cannot exclude the period covered by the Court proceedings leading upto the date of quashing of the proceedings or of the section 6 declaration. on above ground the declaration issued u/s 6 is illegal (time barred)”.
                              LG office Complaint No [protected] dt 25/3/2013, on 04/5/2013 when Land and building did not reply LG office. Grievance Officer in LG office on my complaint remark as “Please refer to the complaint that was forwarded to your department. the report of which is still awaited. It is requested that the complaint may be redressed immediately and intimation to this effect may be sent on line to this office.” again on same complaint on 17/07/2013 remaks as "The Grievance is still pending. Please take necessary action on the merit, inform the complainant and update the website." But no action taken even then.

                              On my another complaint [protected] dt 30/05/2013 LG office remarks “Since the matter pertains to Land and Building Department, immediate action may be taken update the website” The officers were not taking LG office remark seriously.

                              Complaint no [protected] dt 04/05/2013, on 15/07/2013 LG office remarks "The Grievance is still pending. Please take necessary action on the merit, inform the complainant and update the website."What would you say about these officers. How our voice would get heard if even the comments of LG office were not taken seriously. If i am wrong please do inform me.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  Our LG Refrigerator suddenly stopped working around 20 days back. We registered our complaint at LG Service Centre. After 3 days one person attended it and suggested that the compressor has failed. So we asked the company to do the needful. The Compressor replacement person came after a week saying that it was not in their stock and they had to order it from Noida. At the time of installation, another service person had come who said that compressor was working efficiently. There was some other problem. Again there was a break of 9 days and another (1st person who had come) service person came today just to say that the Refrigerator cant be repaired as they are unable to cite the problem and asked me to go for new Refrigerator.

                                  Our Concern, If this was the problem, why did the company personnel asked us to replace compressor?
                                  During third visit of the person (1st service man who had originally attended and suggested for a replacement in compressor) said that since he has not asked for money he is not liable to answer as to what exactly is the fault with the Refrigerator.

                                  I have lodged a complaint for my refrigerator having complaint ID C[protected], but I am sorry to say that I am getting false assurances from the customer care centre that the engineer will come to attend the complaint. One gentleman came and informed that there is a gas leakage or compressor problem in it, and the mechanic will come within two hours. But after that more than 26 hours have been elapsed and after my so many complaints nobody is listening to me. I am sorry to same that the customer services provided by the agent of the company is very very unsatisfactory and required urgent improvement. I will be happy if some strict and effected action be taken in this regard.

                                  LG — Repairing of Refrigerator

                                  This is regarding my complaint for the servicing of my LG 380 Liters refrigerator. It has stopped cooling. On 10.05.2011, I made a complaint to LG customer care ( No.[protected] and was given the request no. as RNA[protected] and was told that within 2 hrs. service engineer would phone me and within 24 hrs. the complaint will be attended.

                                  On 11.05.2011, one Mr. Manish ( contact no. [protected] ) visited my residence and noted the fault and assured me that the concerned service engineer will visit me the next day. Nobody from the service centre contacted me the next day. In the meantime, I made several calls to LG customer care only to be told that the reminder to my above complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department.

                                  On 13.05.2011, one Mr. Vivek (contact no. [protected] ) informs me in the afternoon that he will be visiting my place by 5 o’clock in the evening, but he did not. At 9.30 in the night he calls me up to visit my place to which I objected and requested him to visit sometime in day time.

                                  Despite my calling him a number of times the next day and requesting him to visit in the day time he calls me up at 7 o’clock in the evening and turns up at 8o’clock in the night.

                                  My refrigerator is placed in the kitchen and after 8 o’clock in the evening normally it is time for dinner and other household chores. It seems that this person is insensitive and is bent upon having with his ways and whims.

                                  Since then, innumerable times Mr. Manish Gupta has been promising that the service engg would be at my place ‘Within 2 hours’ but it seems as if his ‘2 hours’ never complete.

                                  Yesterday, 15.05.2011, Mr. Atul Wadhwa assured me that my complaint would be resolved the next morning on priority basis.

                                  Today i.e. 16.05.2011, Mr. Manish Gupta called me in the morning around 10.30 am and assured me that the service engg. would come in ‘2 hours’. But it has been more than 3 hours but no one has turned up.

                                  Sir, for past one week the whole day I am shunning my work waiting 4 the service engg. who doesn’t turn up and being deprived of the cold water in this scorching heat . My work is suffering and I feel frustrated to think that Mr. Manish Gupta and Mr. Atul Wadhwa are lying and playing jokes with me.

                                  It seems that the officers at the service deptt. are unresponsive and callous to numerous phone calls and messages. What is use of making tall promises mentioned in the beginning of this complaint?

                                  I have purchased a washing machine 4-5 years ago.now a days machine is not working properly.
                                  I logged a complaint for this machine one months ago.Their service engineer visited my home. When
                                  they knew that this machine is under AMC they went $ told us they will come later.
                                  It has been more than one month $ complaint still pending. I have also spoken to
                                  Mrs. POOJA MATHUR , Mr.SACHINE $ they assured me that tomorrow service engineer will resolve
                                  the problem, but tomarrow has not come $ problem is still pending.
                                  No action is taken on my call logged.
                                  Look into the matter as early as possible.

                                  I made a complaint to customer care at[protected] after 10.12.11 around 1 Pm after trying customer care and their local office No[protected] it was coming engaged continuously,[protected] to 17 was ringing no one bothered to lift.
                                  I had registered my complaint with no RNA/[protected] , i was told local service person will contact within 1 hour and the complaint will be attended within 24 hours, when I asked for their local service mobile no I was refused . again on 11.12.11 I contacted customer care at 9.44 Am I was told again that it will be attended to in 24 hours and fortunately the person gave me Mobile No [protected] to be called after 10 A M . i am still to get a response to my calls since no one lifting the mobile. I do not how many times I have to lodge complaint and do not know when the 24 hours will be come. It is may be like to morrow which never comes.

                                  My complaint Reg No RNA[protected] dt 23rd Nov.11 not yet attended.Service Engineer is visited once and is still waiting for some spare part but on our continuous call to your call center it's being connected to some different centers like kerala and they are denying our request by saying to call on again. If the call center is not connecting to proper dept. its not our mischief whom to talk to please let us know. We have never seen such ridiculous services. Let us know the status of our above complaint.

So today I went to one of the company dealers and made an enquiry regarding warranty. They assured us that the company has a 10 year warranty period and if any part is damaged to an extent that it is irrepairable then the company will replace the unit itself.

                                  Having suffered for around 25 days now, we request you to kindly take some proper measures to repair/replace the damaged refrigerator.

However, due to space constraints we cannot accept any of the two models. We request you to provide us any option in which the dimension of width is upto 685mm and capacity is around 375-400 litres.

                                  Since you will be indifferent with price (as you have offered us discount of 45% on dealer price), we hope that you can provide us with the appropriate model.
                                  Model GL-388YEQ4 seems appropriate in our view. Kindly suggest us other models also if they suffice our size limitations.

                                    This is regarding complaint against the LG service provider,Pune.I never saw such poor service in my entire life.Now I will think 10 times before going to purchase any LG Product.My got some trouble in my refrigerator and called LG on 21th July and after several followup also LG engineer couldn't provide any solution.They don;t have any service SLA and don't have any process to give customer good service.

                                    LG — VERY POOR SERVICE: NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT

                                    COMPLAINT REF NO. N9C42913598 Dated 29 Apr 2009.
                                    1. I have put in a complaint vide above Refrence No. on 29 Apr 2009 at LG Call Centre regarding my 1.5 Ton window AC, which is under AMC. An engineer Mr. ABU IMAM visited on 30 April 2009. After the check-up he intimated that the AC will be picked up for GAS FILLING.

                                    2. After numerous telephone calls and complaint on LG Website the AC was picked up for repairs on 5 May 2009.

                                    3. After another round of telephone calls the AC was finally delivered after repaires on 11 May 2009 at 6:00PM. That is; after 13 days of lodging the complaint.Seeing this PATHETIC state of Customer Care, I am constrained to state that, neither I will go in for another LG Product and nor will I advise anyone else to go in for an LG Product.

                                    i purchased a LG rd 3500 two months back, n after that i have been getting regular problems in the set with no proper wrkng in the set & continuous starting of set again n again...kindly see the pbm n let me knw about it

                                    I have purchased one top loading washing machine from Amit Enterprises, Shop No. Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi - 110023 with telephone no [protected]. I found them committing false promises to me. The have told me to pay the full amount for the machine and invoiced me the same on 26th October 2010 They committed verbally that it can be delivered only on 27th October 2010 by 1400 hrs. I have taken a leave only for this reason that the machine will be coming by that time. To my distresses they started saying it will reach to you by 2230hr or before 2400hr on 27th October 2010. After calling several times to the helpline and Amit Enterprises the response was very very poor. So I have no other means than just to wait for the machine to arrive at their mercy. The warranty will start from the date of invoice which only means while not using the machine my warranty date count has already started. I don’t know what will happen to the service in future if this is the kind of response I am getting before the machine is at my place.

                                    LG Products and its dealer’s service are very poor not as the say Life is Good.
                                    It became “Life is Hell” by associating with them

                                      I purchased a LG Optimus L7 II P710 it clearly said 4 gb internal memory, where in the hell is it written only 2 gb usage from that 4 gb, the same is mentioned on www, THIS IS INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE CONSUMER! even your so called authorize dealer sell the same to customers, Non-sense, this post will also go up on the Consumer Court website shortly... It is clearly mentioned 4GB internal memory?! Also sharing this with the world now.... so that no one gets mis-guided, the consumer buys plus has to tell the truth to the world about"your freaking product" NPS - 0!
