I have registered a service request no RNA[protected] .The concerned technician visited on 25/10 and said that my refrigerator needs a gas filling.When asked when the work will be done he didnt give any fixed time frame and said he has lot of work to do.Till 26th evening no one visited for the gas filling. and all my medicines and items are getting spoilt

THIS IS MY THIRD REFRIGERATOR, AND PRIOR TO THIS I OWNED A GODREJ AND SAMSUNG PRODUCT WHICH NEVER REQUIRED A GAS FILLING IN JUST TWO YEARS.FURTHER SAMSUNG AHD GODREJ SETTLES ALL COMPLAINS IN 24 HOURS AND HAS AN EXCELLENT BACKUP AND SERVICE.

I AM REGRETTING FOR BUYING AN LG PRODUCT. THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. I AM GOING TO PUBLICISE THIS THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORK AND MEDIA IF MY COMPLAINT IS NOT SETELLED BY TOMORROW MORNING EVEN THOUGH TOMORROW IS A SUNDAY (27TH MORNING). I FEEL THAT THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL MUST NOT BE CHEATED BY THE FALSE PROMISES REGARDING SERVICES BY LG.

MANY TIME REMINDER AFTER RECEIVED REPLT THAT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL INDIA, WE HAVE PAY ONLY 35400/=AFTER DEPOSIT MICROWAVE.       1. I have a plasma TV 42 Inch of LG company which i have an AMC valid till Aug 2014. 2. I reported a complaint about display on 20th (approx) Sep and the RNA no is[protected]. 3. I am not being contacted by the company. However, when contacting the concerned engineer I am being told that the part is not available and has been ordered. I am also being told that it would be available in four days positively. This has continued for four times and therefore now almost 33 days have elapsed. 4.         I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT TO THE TOLL FREE NO AND THE SER REQ NO IS RNA[protected]. THE SERVICE REQ WAS ATTENDED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PCB IN MY MICROWAVE MODEL NO MC 8082PRR BDRQEIL(IN) NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AS NO REPAIR IS BEING DONE BY LG. I AGREED TO IT BUT THE NEXT DAY A CSE TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT AS YOUR PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE YOUR PCB. I HAD PURCHASED THE MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE YEAR 2011. HENCE NOW MY REQUEST IS TO SHOW ME A WAY OUT HOW TO REPAIR MY MICROWAVE OVEN. THE WAY OF SPEAKING TO ME BY THE CSE FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WAS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT HEARING GIVEN TO ME. I WANT A STRONG ACTION AGAINST THIS SORT BEHAVIOUR. THE CSE WAS A LADY AT THE LG SERVICE CENTRE.

          Bought a LG LED Television Model 5120 on 1st Oct 2013.The salesman at the time of purchase showed mr the product featuring Model 5120 with IPS Panel but when the product was deleivered the product had VA Panel not IPS Panel. I have spoken to the delear several time about the same but they are reluctant to solve the issue and offered me to buy a higher version of the product Model No. 5150 with the extra price, then I have lodged a complain to LG Cusrtomer Care on 20th Oct 2013 and wrote mail to them on 21st Oct 2013 ([protected]@lge.com), but till date there is no reponse. Please help.

            Hi, I purchased this plasma TV on 10/08/12 (Model No. 42pt350r). Serial Number 202ppjc000524. I hardly used this plasma tv for a year and problem of distortion came into it. I called LG people and they told me that they have to change board and they took visit charge and price for board which they changed (amount around 2500). And they said that if you will not use your TV regularly than u might this kind of problem again, i dont know how this can happen. And again same kind of problem occur again in your product. I dont know what kind of quality you have in your product. I hardly used for more than a year and it is the 2nd time i am facing this problem. I used almost all the TV brands but LG is worse of the all. Please fix this problem, so that i can sell it and will not purchase any product of LG in future. I want to get rid of this product ASAP, please help me. Or i[censored] can purchase your 3rd class product from me than you are more than welcome. I have already registered the complain.               Dear Sir, As expected there was no reply from your side to my earlier mail. As per your commitment, the problem was going to get resolved last Friday (18/10/2013) by replacing the panel. But as you are aware that the panel which you had specially got from Bangalore did not match and the problem still persist. It is little surprising that after so many visits by your engineer how come the panel was sent for different model. Anyway just to put on record here is the summary once again, please acknowledge the same. Developments that have taken place since the complaint placed with you 03/09/2013 – 1st Complaint RNA[protected] 28/09/2013- follow up complaint as the earlier complaint was not resolved – RNA[protected] In-between responses from your office from 03/09/2013 till 12/10/2013 1) Problem- Panel problem was diagnosed. Response- Panel will be replaced 2) Problem- Panel to available. Response- TV Set will be replaced 3) Problem- Same Model not Available. Response- Money will be refunded. 4) Problem- Panel available with Bangalore unit. Response- Panel will be replace within a week (as per your mail dated 12/10/2103 below.) 5) Problem- Panel brought from Bangalore does not match.                 I have bought a LG LCD 32CS470 six months before but now it is not working properly, On complaining to LG care, a engineer came and took it to the service center and give it back to me still it is not working then i again complained and contacted service center they told me that part is not available so please wait for 3 days, they again and again told me to wait.                   i went to a lg store at real tech park, vashi, navi mumbai. i wanted a 32 inch tv that i could use as a monitor via hdmi connection. i went in the shop and i asked the dealer what was the frame rate of 32ln5110 tv and he replied 100hz. i asked him about the frame rate many times clearly mentioning the term "frame rate" and he always replied stating the frame rate to be 100 hz. i bought the tv and i noticed while playing a game that frame rate is not up to the mark. i checked it out on internet and saw that the frame rate of the tv was 50hz and mci was 100. i contacted the dealer about the problem and he replied that by frame rate he meant "motion clarity index" and they are one and the same thing. i told him that frame rate of the tv is actually 50hz and then he replied that the mci is 100. he is telling that he cannot do anything about it. he called me to the shop so that he could explain me what mci is. he sold me a product based on false information which is now of no use to me.

                  i registered a complaint to LG and they told me that i will receive a call back from the concerned department within 72 working hours. i called them many times and after 12 days when 72 working hours time period was long gone, i contacted them again and i got a reply that the complaint was not registered and i will have to register a new one.

                  then the next time i called, i got a reply that i have to call a new no. which they have given me.

                    I Bought this LG charcoal grill model For Rs.25000+ on August 15 2012, It was working fine for 6 months, after that suddenly it stopped working. There came a service guy & replaced some circuit board & then it was working fine. Suddenly it stopped working again From last month.

                    I Registered a complain on 20- Sep, finally a guy showed up on 24-Sep & he tightened some screws & said its working all right, The same day it stopped working

                    I Registered a complaint again, after 4-5 days of Follow up & with the Help of some senior person (Ms.Bharati Devi # [protected]) there came a person & he checked & said that some holder issue & he replaced & it worked ! but before he left (thank god) it didn't work.

                    Then he came up with a solution saying Need to replace some parts ! i said ok, & he commited it will take 3-4 days max, its now exactly 15 days now & also the technician stopped picking up the calls ( & infact he was murmuring that its a useless model which does not have a good Door switch... isssssh )

                    Finally i am hopeless, dont know what to do further... I[censored] call customer care they will be giving random complaint number & try to immitate world class service... BUT FINALLY NO ACTION... Now the so called senour person (Bharati Devi) & the technician stopped picking up my calls tooo.

                    LG YOU ARE THE WORST - Pls stop advertising your products...& mention your machines can work only for a year.

                      I have gas leakage problem in my LG refrigerator. I have called LG customer care several times. They have registered my complaints (nos.[protected],[protected],[protected] but still there has been no action taken. The customer care person insists that an engineer had contacted me, and could not agree on charges.But till date, no one from LG has contacted me regarding solution of my problem. Also, my mails to LG company (as given by customer care on phone) are getting bounced. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.

                        Its been 4 days since my fridge's cooling system is not working and after each call they say within 24 hours things will be fixed. But in fact we have been chasing them without any result. Got a kid at home and it's difficult to manage without a fridge. With LG - Life becomes Grumpy and can never be good. Never seen such a bad product matched with it's lousy service. Definitely would suggest all known and unknown people to avoid buying this product.

                          My LG A/C stopped working on 20th of September and I booked for Repair service through LG toll free support with number : RNA[protected]

                          It was automatically assigned to :

                          SERVICE CENTER INFORMATION
                          Center Name CHARM ENGINEERS
                          Address 212/9 ST'MARYS ROAD MANDAVELI
                          Phone[protected]


                          The technicians from CHARM ENGINEERS arrived the next day and looked around for 5 minutes and told me that they need a ladder to reach for the outdoor unit and will be back with it and left. They never came back. After 3 days, they cancelled my request without any intimation. I came to know this through the status tracker on LG website here : https://www.lg.com/in/support/repair-service/track-repair-detail
                          But still I waited for 10 days for them to come. They never did

                          So I rented a ladder myself and booked for another repair service RNA[protected] on 3rd of October. Then technicians arrived the next day again. This time since they had no excuse, they did the diagnosis and told me that it is compressor problem and people will come and take the outdoor unit the same day. They did not come till 8th of October. Finally on 8th they came and took away the outdoor unit, promising me the issue will be fixed in like 10 days.

                          But on 12th of October 6:05pm, I got an SMS from VM-LGcare that says

                          "Your Service Request RNA[protected]is closed.(Reason: Customer Reschedule). If need any further assistance pls SMS "Service" to 5757554"


                          I thought it was a mistake but I logged on to your website and confirmed that status was changed from "Progress" to "Cancel"

                          I sent "Service" to 5757554" but there was no response.
                          So I called your toll free number[protected]

                          They told me to call one mrs. Bharati[protected]. I tried several times. but she never attended or called back.

                          I googled the number and found that SHE NEVER ATTENDS CALLS

                          So my situation is, the service request is cancelled TWICE without solving the problem and now even my outdoor unit is with CHARM ENGINEERS


                          I want answers to the following questions :

                          1. Is it usual in LG Customer care to close complaints without solving them ?

                          2. Will CHARM ENGINEERS ever give me back my outdoor unit because they have FALSIFIED the information that "CUSTOMER RESCHEDULED" the request ?

                          3. If at all they come back with my unit, will the billing be informed to LG ? They need to have an open complaint for showing the billing details to LG, right ?

                          4. Your toll free support did nothing but giving me a dummy number. why ?

                          5. The SMS to 5757554 was also had no use. why ?

                          6. Since I proved that CHARM ENGINEERS is closing complaints without solving it, what will be the action taken against them ?

                          I DONT WANT LG TO REPLY HERE SAYING THAT WE HAVE FORWARDED TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL HANDLE IT.
                          I WANT THE ANSWER HERE, SO THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE.

                            Dear LG, My 240 LITER double door refrigerator giving problem. For that I try to lodge a complain on Sunday 13th of October. Mysteriously the customer care executive listen my problem but didn't give me a complain no and assure me tech department will call me within 24hrs, which I never get. Again I try to lodge a complain on 14th of October. Customer care executive Mr Arjun, First of all confirm me that Sunday no complain was lodge and then he only take my complain and give me a complain no- RNA[protected]. Again assure me tech department will contact me within 24hrs, but still now nothing happen. Need not to mention my family is suffering with this faulty equipment and need a urgent solution.                             Thanks for your reply. Today some tech visited as per him he or some other tech will come (with spare parts) after 4 to 5 days or more than that tosolve the issue. Dont understand the reson behind this delay. Really dont expect this type of solution from a reputed brand like LG. Need an earliest solution of my issue. Hopefully you will do something.

                              I am having a reliance cordless connection for last 8 yrs' Its battery is almost dead. I want to replace it with new one but it is not available anywhere. I did not get proper response at reliance outlet. No other handset rendering this service is available. I have no other option but to surrender this Reliance service. The LG handset model is LSI-110.

                                We are facing problem of vertical red line in the 20" LEG LG monitor. Hence, I have raised the issue with LG support team on 15-Aug-13 and the complient number is CNA[protected]. LG engineer has visited and observed that the panal has to be replaced. Later, LG team informed that the panal not available with them. Hence, they accepted to refund the amount of Rs.6, 100 Regards, Amudhan

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I bought a CRT TV Make : LG Electronics, Model No. 21SB8RGE4TP having product ID 002LPMP007795 on 10.05.2010. from a retailer. The warranty offered was 12 months from the date of purchase. In the month of April 2011 I observed some issue with display and sound of the TV. I contacted to the retailer for service. He had given a service center number located at Shahdol. I called on that number and got informed that I have to contact service engineer for this purpose. They had given the number of service engineer and when asked for complaint ID they said that the engineer will check the TV and if the complain will be genuine than he will provide the ID. I called to the service engineer. The service engineer visited my place and checked the TV and repaired the same. I asked for service received but he denied by saying that he will lodge the issue to the service center then he can able to provide me the complain ID. For that visit he charged Rs.450/- without receipt and given reason that this is minimum charged by the company in warranty period.
                                  After 02 days of repairing same problem repeated again. I again called the service center and got same reply to contact with service engineer. I again called the service engineer and he visited my place after a month with a lot of follow up. He checked the TV and said that there is problem with IC and at now original IC is not available. So whenever the IC is available. I called many time to the engineer but nor he and neither the service center responded for the call. After 03 months the engineer pickup the call and attained the TV problem and replaced the IC and charged Rs.700/- for the IC. When I asked that this issue was not fully resolved from the first time when my TV is under warranty period, so what the need to charge so much of amount. As stated that this is service charge and visit charge, but they are not charging the cost of IC. Sir, even after the IC was changed the display problem was resolved not sound issue not resolved. The engineer said that I have to check the cable connection and if the cable is good that he again visit and resolve the issue.
                                  I checked the cable connection with service provider and operator and found there is no issue with cable connection. After that I called many time to the engineer but they never responded till now. Then after I lodged a complaint through email and I got a call from Shahdol service center and committed by them that they will look the issue but the complaint lodged is automatically closed. I again contacted to service center they said that I didn’t called anytime during the TV was in warranty period and If I called then where is the complaint ID but said also that they will replace the kit by charging Rs.2200/- for that. I denied for the same.
                                  Now I lodged the complain and found same reply from them that there is no complaint ID with me..
                                  It is regrettable and felt cheated by the services from your end and service center. I hope that company will look into the matter and will justify the same.
                                  If there is no solution of this problem then please clear your jurisdictions area so that I can go to the consumer court and media this cheating and fake commitment of good services from your end.

                                    Dear sir, Good Day! your model does not support internet much fast in any other mobile compared to any other models. it must be very slow in all process like calling, messaging and etc... its an major drawback in this model. its my suggestion. regards, vimal.

                                      Dear Customer care team Complain not resolve against no RNA[protected] My self atul kumar purchased new LCD 26LH20R.ATR (serial no 910LPWR041489) in 11/10/ 2009 and became a proud customer of LG electronics. But the things turn around when we have started using the LCD and gave me immense trouble during the span. Every time we have purchased AMC and their support is not as I have expected. your team has never bother to satisfy me in terms of smooth service and promises made. They service deptt not replaced the defective part as they said the spare part supply is not done and it was settled through direct cash with deprication as the would cost to me approximate Rs.20000/-as i have purchase 3years +2 years Consecutively Amc Of esteemed company due to the fear factor of getting problem in the LCD.
