I am a customer of your Flatron Plus RD 21FA2OV for 2years. from 2 weeks it has not been working and no picture is coming.i have been calling your toll free number of[protected] from landline which has not been working.pls send your toll-free number of call center/service center in kolkata immediately in my e-mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

LG SERVICE IS WORST. MY BEST ADVICE IS DON'T GO FOR ANY LG PRODUCTS. LG COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO MANAGE CUSTOMER CARE UNIT
I bought a LG Bullet Mobile Model No: KG288 through Lg dealer in Chennai. Within couple of days, i had a problem in my mobile display and i have inform the shop where i purchased the mobile, he promised me to replace it within 2 working days. But till now he is giving words like they have to get it from LG. I dont know what kind of service LG providing to the customer!!!!!!

I have shifted from chandigarh to Mumbai this July.The households were shifted through Aggarwal packers and movers and in the process the LG referigerater's shelf got damaged along with veg.tray.I registered my complaint with local customer care centre on 8th 0r 9th of August (complaint id- W8C[protected].It's more than a month I am still waiting for any respnse from your local people inspite of my reminding them every week nor I am issued a letter that the referigerater can not be set right .I am unable to use my referigerater and facing lot of inconvenience and harassment.The only option left with me would be to throw the referigerater down in full public view so that people do not believe false/ empty promises of efficient 'customer care' by the LG and buy another one from some other more reponsive brand.Could the company respond?

I purchased 1.5 ton window A/C on 3-6-2005. It is not working condition. I made repeated complaints since[protected], 3 days back Mr Nadeem pretending himself to be LG mechanic came to the house saw yhe A/c opened the same and told me that its compresor is out of order and assured that the same evening he shall come to collect alongwith standby A/C so that I not put to inconvenience. He got certain papers signed by me stating that he shall give his report to the office. He hs left the A/C dismentled. I am all along waiting. It is very hot weather here I am not able to take sleep. The teliphone Nos MR, Nadeem has given are as follows.

Today again I requested Mr. Nadeem, he has assured that on 8-5-2009 he shall come and collect the A/C and instal standby as the compresor is within warranty period.
Strangely I am trying to contact[protected], but all the time compuerised voice I am hearing that LG executives are buisy with other customers.
LG has been reputed Brand that is why I have purchase all LG appliance for gifting to my daughter in marriage.
I request immediate help.

I visited LG service centre (Universal Electro Lab), Hisar as of some fault in my Microwave. R.No. 490 was issued on 09/05/09 with confirmation that the microwave can be collected at 03 pm.I visited the service centre premises at 3 pm but Mr. Sartaj told me that the part is not availaible and the same will be done by Tuesday i.e 12th May. I visited to collect the Microwave on 13th May, but again I was assured that the same will be done by today afternoon.I made repeated visits since 9-5-2009, but it has been 10 days the complait is not yet solved.I am still waiting for response from Universal Electro Lab. The Microwave is lying at the premises o[censored]niversal Electro since 09th May. I have sufferred a lot bcs of this kind of service from LG, and it is totally harassment of the customer. Hope that I will recieve my Microwave in working condition before I go through some legal proceedings.

This will be the last requesting letter or registering a complain to consumer court.

You claim LG is life good but it was a Horrible experience we had in our life.

More Frustrating part is Girias and Mr. Ashoken (DSM senior Engineer-[protected]) is Keep on Ignoring our calls, he has used all vulgar word to me .
