I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Electronics Pvt Ltd / 1.5 Ton Window Ac — product not delivered after 3 months of full payment

I have ordered a 1.5 ton window AC from TECHNO ELECTRONICS, AHMEDABAD vide bill no 239 dated 30 Dec 2010. The official receipt no for this order is 44180. Despite my repeated requests to the dealer from last 3 months he is not sending the product and every time I call him up he says that the company does not have the product and he asks for 10 more days to deliver. Now I am losing my patience. So can anyone please help me out to get my AC.

L.G. India / Air Condition. — Noise by compressor

I have purchased 1 tonne window air condition by LG in the month November 2010. From the date of installation the product is not working with efficiency. Compressor makes very loud noise during its functioning. I have complaint 4 times in vijai sales office from where I have purchased the product. Technitian came and do here and there and told that check its working for next two days. Till date the problem not solved. Kindly here its a notice you that as early as possible (within comimg week) solve the matter for good service.

LG 21fu3ag — Poor Service and colour attitude of Service centre

My registered a complaint around 1 week back but got no resposne in 2 days. Then again i called 2-3 times, then a person came and changed some parts and charged 1400/-. After around 1 hrs since he left, the TV again stopped working, I called the service centre again, but got no satisfactory response. I tried to contract CCO, then again a service person came to my house and after trying for half an hr, he said he don't have the required parts, and he will come again.. Its been 3 days since this thing, i am calling daily 2-3 times to service centre people, but getting no response. I am really fed up with the poor service and product quality of LG
You have to employed proper ground than problem will not come the ground to neutral voltage should be in 1.5 to 2 volts

LG India / LCD — picture problem

i had purchased this lcd model no. 22LU11UR on 25.02.2010 and the lcd picture quality was not good on 24.02.2011. (The brightness of the tv became dim). I made a complaint and service engineer visited my home and replaced one part in the lcd (Input card). After two-three days the same problem was seen in the lcd and I complained again for that, and again the same part was replaced two times and was told by the engineer that it is ok now. But have the same picture problem in my tv till date. Please help me and resolve the issue. I have one more same lcd at my home but there are huge differences in the picture quality of both the lcd.I had filed a complaint and got this no. RNA[protected] as complaint id.
Then i received a call from lg service center saying that I will have to pay the service charges as the tv is now out of warranty. When the same problem is being reported and there is no other problem in the tv, how can they force me to pay service charges.

LG Split Ac 101nafy081795 — Installation of AC not satisfactory

We have purchase a Split unit from LG Best Shop, D.D.Puram, Bareilly vide their bill No.037 dated 06.04.11 we are facing problem of installation since then we have buy it as per their assurance it was to be installed on same day after chasing and requesting them they have installed but the installation is not satisfactory because the condense water is flowing on the wall and on the electric cable also. corresponding to that we have contact several time to the dealer and to the technician bearing the cell no.[protected] and [protected] till date we did not get any response we are before you if you can help us in this matter.

Bought LG split and windows ac, one lg microwave, one lg refrigerator, one lg washing machine on 13April 2011. Washing machine team is very good. They gave regular support also. AC installation was poor, asked me to buy assembled AC from them directly at half price in future. The split Ac digital indicator was not working properly from first month. Inspite of several complaints they never came. Mittal Elctronics, Kolkata was also contacted and he also loaded the complaint but again no news. Yesterday a person from lg service from [protected] called, asked serial nos, asked to keep original invoice ready but again did not come.
The warranty card clearly says three free services in warranty period - the call centre replies that for free service we have to call but there is no mention of the same condition on the warranty card.
I was really upset with myself of buying so many products from such a company which just does not care.
How can a new branded ac work properly if you do not give a maintenance service in full twelve months ???
The digital indicator problem is still there.

LG — Faulty Refrigerator , Poor response from dealer

Hi,

We purchased whole suite of LG consumer durables for our home (TV, Washing Machine and Fridge) .
Every product was delivered at home.

Initially we did not operate the Fridge as those were winter months.

This April 2011, when we tried to make the LG Fridge operational, It was found that the door panel did not fit itself correctly to body.

As a result, most of the cooling done was rendered ineffective.

We politely asked dealer multiple times to either replace the faulty LG Fridge or fix the problem as the product is still in warranty.

But our requests were not met with prompt response as they should as we invested a lot in this reputed MNC product. The dealer is just shirking off the responsibility and till date we have not been provided any solution.


If any of the esteemed LG consumer executives are listening to complaints,
I request LG to replace this faulty machine and provide us with new one which can ACTUALLY WORK.

L.G. 1.5 Ton Split A / C — bad installation n service

We have purchased an A/C from Reliance Digital/Vashi on Sunday 17th April and same was installed on 19th Evening . From 19th onwards it stopped working, and lodged complaint in L.G 24hrs Service Call Center and Relliance digital/Vashi. The problem was identified yesterday that gas was leaked(may be because of wrong installation) so there was cooling problem. Till now no one was attended and I want To claim my money back and my phone call charges n the tension.

Please consider this and take proper and immediate action.

LG Split Air Conditioner 1.5t — Service

More than 10 days have passed since I made an online request for servicing of our air conditioner. No one has yet come to service the air conditioner. 2 days ago I called up the too free number. I was given a docket number - RNA[protected] and was told that someone would contact me within 2 hrs (which never happened) and that the work would be done within 24 hrs (which also never happened).

Service of LG is pathetic since they have outsourced the servicing to private contractors. They have absolutely no control over them.

For fixing the drain pipe (Copper pipe with foam cord wire)

The poor service from the above firm. So please take necessary action.



So please send the experience person as early as possible to ratify the problem.
