dear sir we have 25" golden eye lg tv and it is not working.we lauched complaint in lg customercare and they take our tv to ramesh ngr lg work shop and said that picture tube coil is damaged and we are waiting for a part to come from comp. and kept our tv for one and a half month after that they said that coil is not coming form comp. and gave our tv back unrepaired and some parts are missing
so what can i do now?

I had purchased a 29 inches TV on 30 august 2008 from Metro electronics
I had been facing problems with this model since the day I purchased it.Almost every week i had to log a complaint for it.N8CA1311348 and it is not working

I had requested to replace it or make it cabinate change but he is not responsing Hence please make this set change as early as posible
I would request you to please take this on a serious note and take the desired action.
I am highly dissatisfied with this product of LG.
