I took LG Window AC on 20th April 2007 from Bajaj electronics Punjagutta, with three free service, when i called for first free service customer service told me that service person will come within 2 days but after calling again and again finally one person came and did the servicing, then for second time when called on 28th December(request Id#c2804304) no body came, then again i called to customer service he gave me new id(request id#[protected] on 14th Jan 2008, and gave me local service person's mobile no. (Krishna prasad [protected]) then he told me that he will send the person,and once one person called me then i informed him my address details but he didn't comethen after 15-20 days no body came and even there was no response, then i called to Krishna prasad, then he just told me that if you are not happy then call to customer service and change service person, when i called to customer service they told me that net is slow so we cann't check, so can u imagine LG is providing this type of service? i have so many home appliance of LG company, but i was not expecting this type of service from LG. only i can say worst service i ever see like this.

Actually this problem is not with LG, it is with every consumer service provider company. And in india Consumer Forum doesn't take hard step. These type of company should be either ban or should be charged with heavy compensation as does in US, only then these company will hear their customer. Hope this will happen in India soon.

LG Airconditioners — Product not serviced

I had bought a AC From Sumaria Electronics in First week of April on Gudi padwa which was installed on 8th April. SInce 22nd its not working. I filed a complaint with the service centre on 23rd April. Complaint Registration No. W8C42300324, till date (8th May 2008) the compalint has not been attended to, and i receive assurance everytime i call up that the complaint will be attended within 24hrs.
well the service of twincity climatizers has been found most satisfactory by me n my colegues
so i strongly dis agree may be there some specific problem
dear sir, soory for yur inconvence, althought our svc is best in market.
but in your case its regrated.in future u just call our tool free no-[protected] or[protected]
we at lg appreicate ur values.

LG Air Conditioner — AMC

I entered into AMC on 22-August-2008. Till date not even one service has been done. Nobody has called me in this regard. Hence I want to cancel the AMC and refund the money back.

LG — serviceing of A.C.

we have made 4-5 times on phones to customer care for servicing of AC but no engineers sent at my office
we are facing very problems our A.C. is not working properly

There can be no worse service then LG. Even I have an LG AC whihc is not working fine and I have logged a call about 20 days ago...all that I am doing now is calling up here and there. Just like Mr. Patel, the service center people are not bothered and they just tell you to log fresh call...but how does it help? No one is bothered in LG about the customer and I have promised to my self that I will never buy any more LG product. I would like to explore some medium where i can actually tell people about how bad LG's after sales service is so that people know what trouble they are getting into. Its a horrible company. Bad products and worse service
i broght LG split AC three yrs back- right from begining its not working properly initially service person told regarding failure of compresson- changed- still not working properly after water service and changed compressor- they are not picking phones- disconnecting phones after hearing my voice- toll free no. always engaged- what to do-

My split AC is not working form 01/06/2009 and I made a complaint same day to customer care ph no[protected] I was given request id no S9C60807743.on 03/06/2009 a service person came to my house and inspected the AC and told no gas in AC I will come in the morning with gas cylinder but didn’t come. Again and again I am going on calling every day three to four times but of no use every time they say with in a hour service person will come but no one will come. This morning at 10 o clock. I called one Mr. Sandeep was on line .I asked when my compliant will be attended he told your old complain no S9C60807743 is canceld.you pl take new request id noS9C60900474..I requested him to but my call to the manager. He told we don’t have any manager in the office only sr executive .I will give your call to him and he made me to hold the call for 15 mits and one person with by name Mr .Shanker came on line he spoke to me and told your old number S9C60807743 is canceled now you have to take a new Requested ID S9C60900474.I told him, how can you cancel my old requested ID no. S9C60807743 without doing any repair of AC.Then with in half an hour i will come back to you with the position, but he did not call me. Again at 12 o'clock i called one Mr.Ajroz person was online, I told him put my call to sr.executive Mr.Shankar.He told we don’t have any person in our office by this name. This is the way you make the customer FOOL. And this is the way your service center people respond am Ex-Army person, Heart pation, Sr.Citizen and my father 87 Years Old Sr.most citizen. and summer days. You tell me how i am facing a problem without AC for so many days.

I have so many home appliance in my house, if this type service from LG Company...I can say its a too worst serviceman I will not promote LG appliance any more to my friend, As i was doing before. Because after sale service is too worst.

Hope you can understand my problem, and hoping for positive response and quick resolution from your end, without any further disappointment.

LG Make AIR CONDITIONER — SERVICING

Ihave bought 2nos Air Condioners from local dealer M/S Chawla electronics, Khetri Nagar, Subhash Market.My request for getting servicing through LG service Jhunjhunu is not done.Itis requested to instruct LG dealer to depute sevice engineer immediately as one of the A/C is not working properly.

I have purchased one window AC and in the month of June 2009. But the functioning of AC is not proper. When I contacted on LG servicing centre on dated 25.07.2009 they told me that service personnel will visit your house on monday. But they have not send the service engineer i am continue facing problem with my AC. The attitude of personnel receiving the call too was very bad and they do not reply satisfactorily. I am lodging this complaint and if my complain will not be attended i will stop purchasing the other produts of LG also. At persent i have got most of the home appliances from LG brand.
Kindly look in to the matter.

L.G Window A.C. 1.5 ton — Unsatisfied with L.G. Service Center Dept

My name is Niraj Sachan, i recently bought a LG1.5 Ton window AC. from Home Solution, Ghaziabad.
1 week back i shifted my room, for the same i dropped my request to LG customer care on date 01/8/09 for Re-Installation of the AC with Request N0. N9C80109531.From that date i follow Call Center[protected] times with my Request N0.But till now i am not getting any response neither from any Customer care nor from Service Center.



It would be great if any body could help into this issue as soon as possible.

I have 1.5 Ton Window AC working since 2004, with minor problems, But at the start of this summer season i.e. 15 May09, I planned to get my AC checked/serviced. I have logged my request to customer care center . After few days of followup representative from - COOL CARE SERVICE CENTER Faridabad, visited my house and told that there is no gas in AC, so my AC was taken to Cool care service center to fix above problem. Then this AC returned back to me after almost one week after many follow up. But after few days, I felt that AC is not doing cooling as expected so again I lodged request on August 5, 09, vide request ID-N9C80502440, but the representative from Cool care Center who visited our house was demanding visit charges, for which I refused due to reason that Gas filling is having a minium guarranty of one season or three month. After nobody turned up for closing this service request. But in system I hope they might have closed this service request. Again on 10 August I made a request to custemer care - ID- N9C81014515, and had spoken to executive who was also not clear about payment terms and conditions. Next day I had spoken to sr. executive customer care Ms Supretee, She was also telling me to pay visit charge if there is compliant after one month. But kept on asking logic for the same. Finaaly she had checked from her seniors and agreed her mistake, and confirmed me that if it s same fault i.e. gas leakage then there is no need to pay service charges and now agreed to send cool care representative.
But why there is no clear guidlines to service centers or customer care, this is surprising, they can ask for any charges any time. such companies / centers should be penalised for harassing customers. Earlier I was a fan of LG products and services as I have at least4/5 products from LG- AC/Refrigrator/Washing m/c/TV and about to buy few more home appliances/AC, but looking at this situation I have to change my mind and go for other brands.

LG — AC Service

I have request for the AC complaint on 07/08/2009 request id. N9C80710390.
When there is no response from your side I launched another complaint on 11/08/2009 request id. N9C81107588, the tele customer executive told that your complaint will solve within 2 hours. But till date there is no call from service engineer.
According to your website they claim "PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER SALES SERVICE", but this not suits to LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.

LG — Air Conditioner AMC Services

I have paid for Annual Maintainance Contract for my LG Make Air Conditioner in January 2009 where in they were suppose to complete 4 services in last one year. Till date no service is provided and now AC is not giving required output.

Complaints registered are nor attended, over and above receiving messages on feedback whether I am satistifed with the service provided.

Please help.

I am having 1 ton split ac in my office that is cover under AMC of two years. On 29th of march, 2010, registered the complaint of "no cooling" vide complaint no.c-[protected] with lg costumer care. I have been told that a call for appointment to check your Ac will come from our faridabad service centre with in two hours and check up time would be settled to reslove it in 24 Hours. I was very happy to hear the sort of service from lg. But happiness gone when I found the unprofessional attitude of lg people. After the tall claim of 24 hours tag, I contacted customer care next day and assured the job be done by evening. Again same, no body turned out. On 31st march, I contacted costumer care and insisted to talk sr.of the concerned department, got the gurgona office incharge no. same day I contacted him again the assurance statement comes and proved futile. on 1st april I tried at diffrent intervals of time but the officer didn't pick my call. Then I contacted the Senoir of this officer, he also assured me to solve this problem. Yes, this time a representative of service center visited and checked it and told me to come next day 2nd april to fill gas. This next day hasn't come till yet. on 3rd of april I again contacted the same 2nd officer to make him aware the attitude of faridabad service centre people, he convinced me to look into matter but no results. I would like to know from lg guys if this sort of Amc they provide to costumers then better to make wide & tall claims of 24 hours tag. I have been using the lg products for last ten years, but this time lg after sales insisted me to say "no to lg products" in future. what range of product lg is making, i am having all. if this sort of customers are unsatisfied then think the future of lg sales? when lg will understand the importance of aftersales service?

I brought LG 1.5T split ac on March 2010 Sr no CS-K 2662 QHANP 15DL (10) 909NLVE00231 now it is not working from past one month back. i complaint about this issue to our supplier he is telling compressor burnt you LG company will replace it & u have to aproach there.

My LG Split AC remote is not working. I called the toll free number they asked me to contact the local LG service center to repair the remote or buy a new one. The person also advised me that I can visit the service center to avoid the service charges and I need to pay only the cost of the remote. I called the LG service center in Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar and went there with my defective remote. They accepted the defective remote for repair and promised to complete the job by next day. The next day, i went there again as per the promised time, but even after waiting for 30 mins, they could not advise me on the status of the repair...reason the person (Anand) who aacepted the remote from me was not in. After that I have been calling them eveyday and sometime 3 - 4 times a day to follow up on the repair status, but they just keep on promising next day. After I pushed very hard, Mr Anand agreed to send a new remote or the repaied remote on the 5th day. But even after that and after another 5 calls from me, finally the serviceman arrived with a remote. My goodnes...he did not even check if that remote was working. that was a dead remote and the was asked by Mr Anand to collect Rs.643. Rs 202 for the remote and Rs 441 for the service charge. First of all, as advised by LG, I drove to the service center to avoid the service charge...secondly, they sent the remote after 20 odd follow up calls from me and now Rs 441/- for delivering the remote???? Is this the way reputed company like LG want to make money??

I had asked for my first service on my 1.5ton LG Window A/c and the service man, a young boy 20 yrs old came to my house and just cleaned the front frame and asked me to sign the service confirmation copy, when I telephoned my husband and asked him to wait, he just dissapeared. He had told me that the 1st service is a dry service. The A/c is logged with too much dust and the shafts are all blocked.
My suggestion is that LG cannot provide you the after sales services, I have decieded that I will never buy any LG products and request everyone not to buy any.

Never buy LG again. Worst part is no escalation forum. it means its' a LG management approved sytem of handling customers. I was a big fan of LG products but now i take an oath, will never buy it again.
I lodged a complaint on 3 May 2011 but till date LG is not able to send its service personnel to attend the complaint. LG is not able to attend all complaints as it has sold the products more than its capacity to handle. LG should be banned for selling its products till it is able to provide services to all its sold products.

Since I am suffering from the same problem, I agree with the complaints against LG. I have done a blunder by goign with LG Split AC which was purchased on 4th May 2011 from Arvee Sales, South Delhi with the assurance to installed it with in 24 hrs time. But till date i.e on 10th May 11 I am waiting for the same. A number of call had been made to the LG and Arvee Sales but without any result. I will sugggest my friends not to by any LG products.
we can write a whole book full of complaints against LG service center & after sales service.

L G ELECTRONICS/ WINDOW A.C. — REPAIR NOT DONE ALMOST 15 DAYS HAS PASSED

I have lodged a complaint of my A.C. not working with L.G. customer care on 29/4/2011, on 3rd of May 2011 they picked my window A.C.to workshop at noida for gas filling as gas is leaked the complaint no.given to me is RNA[protected] with the assurance that it will be repaired and delivered by 5th May2011.Till date I have not received my A.C.and the phone given are never picked by the workshop, on my personal visit to the workshop i was told that compressor need to be changed which will take some time as machine is under warranty. I have reminded the customer care umpteen no. of times but only assurance are given, i fear that these workshop people might have given it on hire & only will deliver in winter.
Kindly take up the matter with L.G.

Today two employee of lg ( 1) Mr. Monty Tyagi (2) Mr. Manish visited to my home and demanded Rs. 331.00 as service charges. as i had already explained in my complaint that two free service of my lg air conditioner are still pending. every time when we complaint for service they asked us to pay charges. On phone Mr. Mohit Rathi ( Superviser ) confirmed that no service will be executed without money. I have taken in writing from the both of employees.



I had very bad experience with lg and their customer support deptt. Please give me in writing why lg denying to provide free service as committed on papers or at the time of buying of air conditioner by return mail.



I again requested to lg to resume my 2 free services as soon as possible, otherwise we have no option to file complaint in consumer court.



Any loss and damage caused due to lg negligence, lg would be responsible for that.

I called to your esteed organisation for service of my air conditioner, on your call centre no.[protected]. a person come and denied to for service as bill of our airconditioner were lost, i show him a police ncr but he refund to service the airconditioner and asked us to pay for them. for your kind information this is first service of our lg ac. now i personally request to you to send the person and get in serviced free of cost because this is the first service and in your terms and conditon three services is free for customer, otherwise i have no option to file suit/complaint against you in consumer form/court. this is the iind remainder to you.
i am fedup with lg
after switching on the machine, there is ice or snow formation on the fins. if i increase the temperature, it disappears. but there is no cooling. pl.give me a solution

LG — No product and charged me

Greetings!

I had bought a LED 47 Inch in January. I had requested for the TV to be delivered a little later as my house was under construction. When I later requested for the TV, I was told that they do not have that TV, as they gave it away to some other customer and cannot give it. I have paid a down payment of around Rs. 30000 and paid 3 installament and 4 installment is due. The total cost I paid for the TV was around Rs 77000 and was suppose to get a free gift of blue ray DVD player. Even after paying huge amount and still dont have TV. Even after 6 months of booking the TV and paying huge amount, I dont have the product with me.
I was promised I would be getting a TV the next day so I bought a refrigerator as well. I was given this refrigerator with lot of problems the next day.
Having said that, they asked me to buy a TV at higher rate instead of the TV that I booked.

This is highly unethical and unacceptable and making customers losing trust in the BRAND. How can LG just give away one customer's product to some one else and say, cannot give as we dont have...
Please do the needful of providing me the product I booked and reduce my hardship that I am going through to get my product.

I am completely unhappy about this kind of service provided.

Pathetic installation service in Pune & they are ovecharging for installation
They are looting customers while reinstalling AC in Pune. I have recently relocated to Pune & called customer care to send their ppl for installation. On phone they told me the charge of Rs 1500. But after fitment they charged me Rs5000 for installation & they did not even gave receipt. They charged Rs 3000 to drill a hole in a wall. Then I called customer care to complain but they replied that we don't file complain for overcharging. But we file complaint only for AC issue.
Even the AC is not working well. I will never buy LG brand in future..worst experiance!!!

    I purchased a fridge from ARCEE Electronics, Nerul on 30th October 2007 with bill no 24522. M/S ARCEE delivered the product on 30/x/2009 promptly. We noticed a crack in the top portion of the fridge. From that day onwards we are regularly contacting ARCEE and LG for rectification/repair/replacement. As on to day 07/02/2008 nothing happened from the shop side and also from the LG side. IS LG WORST? IS THEIR SUPPORT/SERVICES ARE SO BAD!!!

      We have purchased a television few months back around 28 months back. it is 54inh projection television. we had complain in service center of pat par ganj industrial area east delhi. To complain that there is some problem in our television they came to our house to check that what is the problem with it and then they told us that they will take 1100 as there visiting fees and then the total will take about 2,000 Rs. Then They Told us that they will come next day to check our television but they didn’t came next day. we call them and asked hem why didn’t They came then they told us that they will give The television in the service centre, and after that they told us that it will charge about 5,000.then we said that first you told that you ll take 2000 and now you are telling that it will cost 5000. Now, they told us that the company had stop making his kind of television then why have u purchased it. I would like to ask to you if the television is not a good then why had you manufactured it and now our television is has some problem and it is not starting so what should I do with it my money is getting wasted because of you and your television .The person who came to my house was Mr. .Sachin and their owner is Mr.Adesh his mobile number is [protected] and we had talked with him also he also told us that it will charge about 5000.we have called them about 20 times and they had harassed us too much so some one told us to directly complain in the company so please take the action immediately.         i had purchase one lg tv golden eye flatron multi system from roop technoglies, hyderebad.(andhra pradesh). with in one year lot of problems started. nearest service centre techincians repaired the tv. but again the problems sarting. i have been transfered from hyderbad to newdelhi. i am working as a journalist. i have to watch the tv every day . it is must in my life. because of latest political developments. recently tv again the problem. middle of the tv some line comm ing, sound is comming but picture is not comming. its my request to lg company solve the problem as early as possible. i never purchase lg tv in future and never suggested any body.

          There are no spares available for LG RD 8000 in Visakhapatnam service center.I got soft ware after 9 months that too when I when I taken This WEB SITE. After getting Soft ware CD now Trying for U.S.B cord for connecting my mobile LG RD8000 to computer.When I equired about the wire I came to know that it can be obtained only on placement of order.I am sure that this type of fone cannot be used by acommon man like me.I willbe great to the manufacturer if he can pay me at least half of the coast by taking back USELESS CHOCOLATE LG RD8000 Phone.

          I have purchased the LG RD8000, cdma cell phone.There was not any software CD for downloading in the inside of the pack.

          1.The software cd is not available / not present in the kit, for connecting my mobile to the computer using U S B Chord though the chord is given by the company
          When approached reliance shop from where i purchased my handset they directed me to download the software from the system for which i have tried N numder of hours-I failed to locate the same, When again I approached the same centre they gave the suggestion to contact the LG Centers.This is not the answer which we anticipate from them.It it their responsiability to extend/arrange to tackle the after sales service problems

          2.Blue tooth sharing from mobile - mobile
          When tried to share bluetooth with other mobiles, It recognises upon transmissiom i receive the message as transmission failed.When again approached the same Reliance shop i received the information as blue tooth does not work for mobile to mobile .it only operates for headset, If this is the case then why should L G the premier company in consumer products should give false message/information/advertisement on the packing box .

          I had lot of confidence/affection /loyalty towards the company said L G .My house hold articles starts from LG & ends with LG but this bad experience with LG handset has made me to change my mindset /longlasting relation i had with L G

          LG — Phone spares not available with LG

          I have given LG BL40 mobile handset to LG service center on 24th Sept'11 for checking screen display at Jamnagar,Gujarat and after few days guy told that screen needs to be replaced and will take some time to get the new one.

          Now its already one month pass there is still no signs of getting the new screen display to replace.
          I can't beleive the service LG is providing,it is totally worst ever seen.They have neither provided stand by handset.
          If it will continue for few more days,then I have to file a complaint against LG in consumer court.

            BOUGHT FRIDGE ON 17/11/2004, FROM L.G LIFE STYLE SHOPPE SECTOR- 11 PANCHKULA.
            MODEL NO.- GL-T262QM, SERIAL NO- J6CC411IL002071IN

            It stopped working after 1 year. Got it repaired and AMC renewed from 14/06/06 to 14/06/10. HLP no. FC 16882 paid Rs. 3185/-

            Got the compressor changed 2 times, 1st on 05/10/ 06 and 2nd time on 11/10/06.
            After change of the compressor fridge yet had no cooling and is not working since then.
            Numerous no. of complaints had been made to the authorized service centre but no one entertained the complaints.

            Lastly we were promised that the fridge would be changed and we relied upon those words given by Mr. Anil Bisht. But till yet fridge has not been changed the concerned person cannot be traced and the authorized service centre is not ready to change the fridge.

            I hope that this time the complaint would be entertained or I would be instigated to go to CONSUMER COURT for further dealing of the matter. I hope that the requisite would be done as soon as possible.

                i have purchased lg rd 8000 and the software inside the mobile are not working properly.I gave it to service centre and they are telling me that we can format the software inside the cell only at your own risk.There is the probability that the mobile can become dead after formating and service cantre will not be responsible for that...the touch pad in the cell is also malfuctioning...service centre has changed the touch pad but i am still facing the same problem

                The above mobile was purchased by me from Mobile Store vide their bill No. GJ / 01090/00001/4518
                on 6.7.2008.
                I have found that the mirror effect adversely affect the visibility of the mobile as during day time it can not
                be used. No digit or any thing are visible on the screen except that of your own face. This draw back of
                the mobile was not explained to me by the Mobile Store people. Hence I am forced to suffer.

                Moreover the keypad is totally faulty. I was constrained to get the key pad repaired on three occasions
                due to non functioning of one or other keys. The problem continues and I am forced to approach your
                service centre very often. It is surprising that within 3 months of its purchase there are already 3 repairs
                to the key pad.

                There is also net work problem. There is continuous intruptions.

                Looking to the severe problems being faced by me I have rather no alternative but to request you to make
                replacement of this mobile by another suitable running mobile model. The diferential amount if payable shall
                be borne by me.

                It appears that the concerned model cannot be relied for proper communcation and correct mobile operation.
                Since last 3 months I am being subjected to many difficulties and handicaps. Hence please consider my
                request favorably and allow me the option of taking another mobile model of your make.

                An immediate action in the matter is highly requested.

                Can someone explain me the logic behind this:

                Reliance offers Reliance Mobile World, Games and Mobile TV on this model.
                Is a customer suppose to watch Mobile TV only indoors, play games indoors . Does this not sound ridiculous.
                Secondly when someone goes to buy a mobile he would not ever think of asking the salesperson as to whether he can take the set outside in sunlight and check . Tomorrow you will come up with a new thing that a mobile can only be used outdoors and not indoors. Does this all make sense. or you would say a mobile cannot be used during rains etc. etc...

                This becomes a very good case for me to complaint to Consumer courts as detailed below :
                1. Shoddy product quality
                2. Unsatisfactory after-sales service
                3. Right to be informed about the quality and performance of goods and services.

                CAN I KNOW THE ESCALATION PROCESS..

                I am very much fedup with this instrument.I can not see the display matter in the day light.key pad also detached and it looks very bad when i am talking to my clients as i am working in marketing department of an engineering company having turnover of rs. 300 crores.This instrument also purchased in CUG, scheam.                 I have purchase LG RD6150 Reliance CDMA handset in 25 - september- 2011, after some time handset automatic off on, i just gone lg service center on dated 10- dec- 2011 and check it then he replied your handset is out of warranty, and give me estimate of 772 rupees and send to Reliance Head office gomti nagar to mr Dharmendra singh. He put my handset on two weeks and just return handset and replied your handset is ok. and not give me proper resulation.

                  Complaint: LG Model No.7062DN was purchased by us in the month of September 2007,Since October we have been filing complaints for its being faulty. The problem is every time we wash clothes they get black patches on them and they don''t spin well also. Though it is a fully automatic machine sometimes clothes come totally wet from the machine, tey don''t get spin at all. After Repetive complaints some person came and every time they came and said that they will revert. Thrice compoany has send some person, each time it is a different person. We explain over problem and informally they all have tell that this is a manufacturing defect but noone has responded officiaaly anything. We got a call from Noida office also that some person will come to reapir but that is also a alomst 3 weeks back.This is the height of negliengence.
                  Consequences : Most of our clothes are in bad shape and the most costlier is our curtains and bedsheets,imported woolens, along with formal shirts which have a these black or white patches. This is a complete manufacturing defect. SInce september we have filing complaints but noone has given it a serious thought. It is very annoying and not at all a expected thing from such a reputed company in the field of electronics. In winter it is very difficuilt to cope with out a fully functional washing machine. All our intent to save ourselves from washing clothes with hand is gone now. We want a complete replacement of washing mchinne as soon as possible along with expense of our clothes or want our payment back and recovery of charges that has spoiled our curtains and expensive clothing
                  Also want to complaint against your technician or engg. whatever he is MR Vikas sevice person from LG service Centre ,Karnal.He is not taking the problem seriously n giving us baseless reasons for our problem .We are very upset with all this.

                    I have purchaged a LG 21' FLATRON Colour TV. two years ago. Last one year I am facing an unnatural problem. Every evening from 7pm to 10 pm this TV is not working properly at all. Problem is,when I am watching programm in deferrent channel ,automatically channel changeing and going to '0'. Again and again it is happening. This time remort is also not working. I have complaint to your call centre complaint no. was C0502579. After 10 days engineer had come in day time and said there is no problem and taken Rs.200 as service charge. But in the evening evening the same problem happened. Again called up to callcentre and logged another complaint with clearly stating that problem happening in the evening after 7pm in complaint no. C1703761 on 17th Dec07. From callcentre I got a phone no . of local service centre , I called up there they send engineer again in the day time and said this is impossible to send engineer in the evening, and engineer said that this is not problem of TV this is a problem of Cable Signal. In referrence i am telling you there are three nos. of LG TV in our locality showing same problem in the evening, and this is happening only on LG TV
                    I am requesting you to see the matter and try to solve my problem.

                      I bought a LG Washing Machine Model No: WF-N7131FN through Lg deaer in bangalore on New year. My shop keeper launch informed to the customer care for giving demnostration about the new machine on the next day itself. But till they have not come for demo. But I got a SMS stating that my complaint id is S8C10201556. I dont know what kind of service LG providing to the customer. If they so many days for demo for the new machine , think about if machin gets faulty !!!!!!

Inspite of several repeated reminders to Mr. Deepak Koul, only verbal assurance regarding replacement of handset has been given to me but till a year has been passed neither i have received any response from company side nor my handset has been replaced till date. i have written more than 4 letters to Deepak Koul but all in vain. now i want to go to consumer forum kindly forward my complaint to company officials either i have to go to the court of law.

                      We bought LG Split AC from a delear in Guntur Name: Vijay TV & Video Home ( Digital Square ) Guntur.
                      The Unit has 1 year wareanty. The inside unit developed a problem. when we called service Centre, the agent said that the remote was faulty and wanted us to rectify somewhere else as the trasmitter was not working . We got the remote tested and found it to be working perfectly fine. We called the service center and told them the same. The agent came back and said the reciever in the inside unit was not working and also said the Reciever PCB needs to be changed. Its been more than 15 days and no one has turned up insipite o[censored]s calling them morning and evening.

                      This is a demonstration of pathatic after sales service provided by LG india. I would never recommand LG products to anyone.

                      I have purchased a assembled PC from a local assembler in PUNE.
                      The Monitor is Of LG - Flatron. The purchase was made in March & the there is problem with the monitor. Display getting interupted after 2 hrs usage. I have tried to launch a complaint at the TOLL FREE NO but initially the executive was not taking the complaint saying that this belongs to WEST ZONE.
                      Finally I could launch a complaint # W8C62305164 dated 23/06/2008. Today is 1 st July still the complaint is still open. I am calling LG authorised service centre[protected] nothing is moving. Looking at the attitude of the persons it seems that we have made a mistake by purchasing LG Monitor.
                      Considering a good after market service it is been brought but Unfortunately PATHETIC. I will not recomend to any of my relatives, freinds to go for LG PC.

                      i bought a washing machine on June 1st. LG servicers took one week to install the machine after giving so many complaints and call to the customer care of LG and service centres. That too they didn't provide the machine with the rat mesh. Even the person who came to install the machine, he also didn't tell us about the mesh. We bought the machine in Adishwars (bangalore). Actually, the sales centre (adishwar) has to provide the machine with the rat mesh. At first, they didn't provide. now, they are asking us to come and collect the rat mesh from them. Now, the machine got spoiled because of rat. After giving complaint to the customer care of LG, a person came and noted the faulty in the machine. Now, it has been 20 days there is no action taken. We called customer care, and the service centre in Bangalore, Purchase department in Bangalore (Mr. Mansoor). There is no response. Now, i am regretting that why i bought the washing machine from LG. I could have bought some other brand. I don't know what to do.. If possible provide me some contact number other than the people what i have mentioned above. I want to talk to them and i request them to take back the machine.

                      I haven't seen such a worst service anywhere or in any other brand.

                      i bought a LG 29 flat television last and its still in warranty. And in past three year it's been to service center thrice. The probelm started with a colur patches coming on the screen, I complained thrice before the engineer came to my place, and it took me around 3 months to to convince them that there is a problem in picture tube and get it fixed and its not more that 2 week since the TV came to my place that another problem has cropped up, now it's getting switced off automatically, contacted the service center again, engineer came to my place changed an IC and gave me assurance that it will work fine, alas it is not and now he is telling that the tv will again need to go to service center. So as a whole I have a very bad experince with LG, the manufacture the worst electronics goods in india and should be banned to do businness in this country. The are just selling pathetic electronics goods. I sincerly advise everyone, whosoever is planning to buy an LG product should not buy their products.

                      I haven't seen such a worst service anywhere or in any other brand.

                      I bought LG flatron TV on 30th August and presented to my sister for my marriage gift. The sad part is starting frpm the day one it has lot of problems like default volume rise & fall, suddenly switching on when there is power flickering in the tube lights/power resume albeit it is kept on standby mode in remote control.

                      The reference # received is s8ca0600642. I believe my problem will get sorted out through this complaint cell
                      there seems to be a problem with the LG customer care. My flatron TV is facing problems showing picture, the TV is out of warranty though we are willing to pay Rs 400 for checking the problem. We booked the complaint on 26th Oct, till no one turned up.
                      The worst part is that the CC gave a technician number to contact for service but the person responded he is a DEMO person and cannot do servicing.
                      I end up calling 7 times to Customercare and literally got frustrated with the support. I will be happy if someone turns up tomorrow

                      I would like to bring to your kind attention that, I am really not at all satisfied with the way in which your authorized dealer’s response on my complaint. I bought KG300 Camera Mobile 15 months back and that was not working for past 2 weeks. When I gave it for service I got a response from your service center (UNICARE INFOCOM SERVICES; 293 Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 24) stating there is a major issue in the board and it may cost Rs. 1292 (addition to Rs. 56). Since I am not interested, I did not give it for service.

                      But subsequently, I gave it to a local service shop and it was repaired within 30 minutes as there was no issues only rust found in the charging socket and he charged me only Rs. 50. If I believed the word of your service center I would have lost 1292. Is this the way you treat your valuable customer, how come I will have belief on LG Product and the kind of service you are going to render? I am looking at how many customers would have lost their money?

                      I am going to take this to Consumer count for the kind of service. Also, I will circulate this information to whole of my friends & family members and suggest not to go for LG electronics at all.

                      I have given complaint for house hold item i.e Refrigerator,
                      my complaint was not effetely cooling and also compressor continuously working i.e not tripping.

                      I call the customer care and given complaint and there given complaint no :W8CB0307788 and told the our service engineer will come and attain your complaint with in two workings. But service engineer did not turned up in two days. Again call up customer care and informed to customer care, that your service engineer did not turned up.
                      After so many times I call, on one fine evening I received call from service engineer, I have to attain complaint and give your address he told me.
                      Next day he attained complaint and see my refrigerator and told thermostat is not working and it will be replace told service engineer and went.
                      Again I call some many times to service engineer finally after 15 days engineer turned up to change thermostat and told to check one day and inform me status of refrigerator and told went. But till refrigerator status is same, again I call up the service engineer and told there is no change function.
                      Service engineer told compress as to replace.
                      But till date I did not received any phone call from service engineer nor customer care regarding my complaint. It is almost 40 days over but till my complaint not resolved.
                      LG service is very very very very poor.

                      1. That the noise emanating from the refrigerator has made our life hell. It has become difficult to sleep at night.
                      2. At the time of purchasing it, we were advised that there is one year warranty whereas complaint was lodged well in time but no action was taken.

                      3. My wife is of the opinion to obtain permission from the administration and place it in the prominent place in Chandigarh and put it on fire in the presence of Press.

                      4. I am of the opinion to call the press and ask them to record the noise emanating from it and let the people know through their news channel about the product and customer care of LG.

                      5. Last option rest with me is to file a complaint with the Consumer forum, switch off the refrigerator, put it in the corner of the house as it is not possible to bear the horrible sounds, and fight it to the last.

                      I would like to know what LG suggests me.

                      It is advised that I had purchased one LG T.V., A.C. and D.V.D. and did nolt faced any problem so I decided to purchase one L.G. Refrigerator also and purchased in April 07 from Chandigarh.

                      But this time I changed the dealer. At the time of supply, its veg./fruit container was broken which is very much evident from the supply/delivery slip and copy of bill. The container was replaced by the dealer. From the day one, the refrigerator was giving unusual sounds. Though irritating, we thought that it might be a regular feature in L.G. Refrigerators. We three officers purchased the L.G. Refrigerators simultaneously from different dealers. When I visited one of their houses and enquired about horrible sounds, I was informed that there were no such sounds in their refrigerators. I lodged a complaint vide complaint no. N8C21605675 dated 16.02.08. Service Engineer visited my place after repeated requests at call centre and to the dealer. As per service Engineer version, Capillaries of the refrigerator are blocked and it is the cause of sounds. There was huge water storage in the base of the refrigerator also. It was taken to the service station and was delivered next day. Immediately after delivery, we were asked to sign satisfactory report but we asked them to take after 2-3 days so that we could judge whether problem is rectified or not and mentioned on the job card as ‘under observation’. The problem persisted and we advised the service station people but did not get any response except falls promises. I again lodge complaint vide comp no; N8C3300013 dtd 30.03.08. But it appears that company has decided that loosing one customer will not affect it and further a person who has purchased a refrigerator is not going to purchase another one soon. But it is also true that image travels from person to person. Further if my request is not acceded to I will be forced to approach some Forum to intervene to get me the value of my money.

                      On 3rd a service man Mr Santosh (Ph: [protected]) came to my place for installation and found out that the piece is defective and neeeds to be changed. I purchased the set for Rs. 26000/- and this was the scenario I was put under.

                      I registered two complaints[protected] &[protected] and the reply I got from Service Manager Mr Manish Gupta (Ph: [protected]) is he is very busy and will see what he can do.

                      I requested Mr. Manish to get the product changed but Mr Manish the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE told me that the dealer only has to sell LG products and no dealer is willing to change a defective project.So I commented then its a quality issue with LG and he should get it replaced. He cut me off curtly by saying he is too busy to track down all orders and will see if something can be done.

                      After I registered a complaint with LG he suddenly got time and called me up twice to call me up and ask me whether the issue has been resolved.He even asked me to withdraw the complaint.

                      I definately demand an apology/compensation for the harrasment I have been put through. My father had travelling plan for 1pm which we had to cancel due to the mess created by defective product and customer care.

                      i logged the complaint for my ac on 1th april complaint noN9C41313399, but no one is bothered about they get the case closed without intimating . i get the call relogged complint id :- N9C41705559. on which i got an assurance from customer care i would be reciving cal;l from service centre but still the result is ZERO

                      i must no one should purchase LG product after sales services of LG is WORST
                      I have shifted my Plasma TV from Delhi to Ahemedabad and wants the LG technician to fix it in the wall hanging. The plasma is in warranty.

                      I have registered a request W9C41606231. Although, LG says they attend the problem within 24 hours. no one bothered to call even after 48 hours, forget about attending to . After 2 days of follow-up I am told that I am dialling to a wrong number and I should be dialling[protected], and which is not reachable. This information could have been given 2 days back so that I would have not lost 2 precisious days in the time of IPL.

                      The moment you call any customer care executive of LG, the feeling is pathetic. The customer care executives are really dumb. They take 10 minutes to understand your problem. They give all the misinformations and they sound so low, that you yourself feel frustrated.

                      I would never buy or recommend any LG product in future due to this poor customer care. May God Bless LG.

                      We filed our complain through the call center (Reference Number N9C[protected]. However the system does not seem to be working. We sent emails and did whatever was possible except moving to consumer court (the only option that works with LG service).

                      We traditionally belong to LG family and everything in our house (2 ACs, TV, Fridge, Washing machine etc) are from LG. However, the service quality of LG is really pathetic, and we came to know after our equipment started having problems. Few months back I had a problem in TV and I filed a complaint with LG. There was absolutely no response and we kept following-up with LG for a long time. Finally we had to get it repaired through some local TV repairing shop. Irony is that we are located in Greater Noida and LG is based here - still...

                      Now we are trying to get our AC repaired. Same thing happened - there is no response for almost a week now and there is no hope as we did not receive even a single call. We called the call-center again and got the number of person responsible. We got various numbers and tried to follow-up for next 24 hours. We told (during filing of complaint) that LG person has already visited during the end of last summer and told that gas leakage is a problem and it needs repair. We told that AC needs to be picked-up. But nobody called or visited. We are waiting for the AC to be picked-up from our place. We know almost all the cell numbers of almost all the people - we are trying to get the A/C picked - but it is simply not happening. They are making silly excuses like "today paper that is to be given to the customer is not there", "work-load is too high" etc etc.

                      Please help me understand if this is the kind of support you provide for LG household items that you sell. Do we need to go to LG office in Greater Noida and create a big noise there? What should we do? Please suggest. Thanks.
                      I purchased 1.5 tonne LG split Ac on 3rd April, 2008 and get the same installed by the Company men. After about a period of 6 months when the service men made a visit for free check up he told that the machine is not properly installed and the total gas of the machine has leaked. At that point of time the service men did not have much gas in his cylinder so he assured that he would again make a visit and will fill the machine with gas. Since winter came at that point of time we did not chased the company and neither the company bothered to fill the gas. after arrival of summer season we opearted the machine and found the cooling effect is not there we made a complaint on 18th April, 2009 and request ID is N9C41805682. after loding of complaint no one made a visit to rectify the mistake. three more calls were made to this effect but all such efforts proved to be a futile one. one thing that appears to be sure that big companies like LG are only concerned to sell their products and not with customer satisfaction. I am cursing my fate why I opted for LG.

                      The whole order of events does not fall in any seriatim and clearly specifies that we are being taken for a ride and are being made to pay (both financially and emotionally) for buying an LG product. Time and again on every fault and complaint we felt that the service team is reluctant in accepting the fault, trying to avoid the complaint, finding fault with the complaint itself, giving different explanations (excuses) for the same problem on different visit, trying to find temporary and fragile solutions to the problem and most importantly trying to buy time to pass the warranty period so that they can start charging for their visits. This certainly was an utterly unpleasant experience leaving a very bad taste with a Die Hard LG user (Plasma TV, LCD TV, Microwave, Washing machine, Computer, AC’s etc)
                      The idea behind writing to you after last 9 months of tormenting, tolerance and the ultimate test of patience is to let you know the state of affairs and the kind of people involved with a reputed brand like LG. You need no directions or leads, sitting at the helm of affairs of a Consumer Durable Conglomerate like LG surely know better then any o[censored]s how to handle these situations, of course, provided there is a will to do so.

                      I bought an Lg convection 2 years ago in ahmedabad. Few days back I found the m/c producing a bit of a noise when switched on. When I contacted the Lg guys said that it was due to the magnetron, which needed to be replaced. This they declared even without checking the m/c. The magnetron was changed, and also got an AMC done.

                      Six months later, one day on swithching on I found the m/c completely dead. They said that it was due to humidity, and that I should keep the m/c switched on 24/7. (Ahmedabad is known for its dry and hot weather ! ). This problem has occured 3 times in a span of 5 days. The first time they attended to it the same day. the second time they took 4 days and a follow-up complaint. This is the third time it has happened. I have complained 3 days back and am still waiting...

                      One thing I know for sure - I will never buy an Lg product in future.
                      I Bought a Fully automatic washing machine on 1st Aug-09. Which deliverd us one out of fur legs dented.

                      LG 17" Flatron Colour Monitor — LG Cheated us in a Repairment Case

                      The LG 17" Flatron Colour Monitor of our personal Desktop was carried by a LG Representative for the purpose of repairement to there service center with a commitment to return back the same by one week.
                      But still we didn't get the same after 4 weeks, even no feedback is getting from them, they are just stolen it simply.

I logged a complaint at LG customer care, Complaint No: 90152 and on 09/September/2005 my monitor got picked up by one of the service engineer of Techsol Computers and Network Solutions, S.R. Nagar, Bangalore -27, saying that the LCD monitor needs to be replaced by issuing a Job sheet. Even after many weeks of following I don't get any response from Techsol Computers and Network Solutions and later I came to know that this company got closed with out any communication to me for replacement of my monitor.

                      After contacting LG customer care they asked me to contact Srinivasa Technologies, Mission road, Bangalore 560027. I followed up with Pushpa / Manikantan of Srinivasa Technologies many times. I have sent the Xerox copies of Invoice, Job sheet by courier to Srinivasa Technologies and they acknowledged it. So after waiting for couple of months I
                      decided to get one more monitor and got different companies Monitor. Finally In Jan 2006 Manikantan of Srinivasa Technologies said the monitor is ready and asked me to take it, but since I already got one more monitor, I requested them to pay back my money. Till now I did
                      not get any reply. I sincerely request you to settle this matter by paying the money I paid for the monitor plus the interest. Waiting for your quick settlement.

                      I bought an LG solardome microwave just 6 months back and I had to get it fixed 5 times already.The light in the microwave went out first, then there was a short circuit in the wiring, then there was a problem with the fuse, and now my microwave isn working again.There service engineers fix the problem and go and I have to call them within a week or two because of some other problem in the oven.I regret buying this product.I should have gone for a cheaper option in another brand .This is supposed to be LG's high end product.I spend half the time geting the oven fixed raher than using it!

                      The Lg company had taken a sum of Rs.1765, for maintenance for my microwave oven, covering a period of 4 yrs . This was on Jan 2010 . Around the month of October the oven conked off . The engineers came checked and informed me that part was not available and they could not do any thing about it . I called and questioned, why had they taken so much maintenance, they either refund the amt, or replace the oven . To this day they have not got back to me . And they keep passing the buck onto some one else . No one seems to be in charge or even care about the customers grievance . I did not expect this from a reputed company like LG.

                      it is big mistake I think I made
                      choosing LG for my house hold products, it made me to doubt on other LG
                      Products also.


                      I have two options left out now.


                      1. At present My TV is in DEAD
                      condition, I request your intervention in this matter and direct concerned to
                      resolve the issue without impact ( Free of charge replacement), so that Loyal
                      customer can stay Loyal to LG Forever.


                      OR


                      2. Please instruct concerned to take
                      back my TV refund the amount by deducting Panel cost, so that I can go for some
                      other Brand. hope they can serve me better.

                      some of members from service started calling me from Last 3 weeks, but given
                      different version, still my LED TV is IN DEAD condition. Service personnel from
                      Bangalore are saying there are waiting for Panel confirmation from Head office,
                      I have been chasing every alternate day but situation is still as it is ! LG
                      being excellent service provide within short response time. I don't know what
                      is the issue with my case &amp; what is obstructing even after your
                      intervention.

                      Myself Loyal customer of LG
                      Products and resident of Bangalore bring to your notice that. I
                      purchased LED TV 32LE5500ATR 3 Years back &amp; providing excellent
                      performance all these days, On 31/10/14 suddenly picture went off started
                      getting Vertical lines all over the panel and sound is fine.


                      I registered the complaint with LG
                      Customer care (Complaint no :RN[protected], LG Service Engineer from KR Road
                      Service center, Bangalore visited my house examine the TV &amp; Inform
                      that Panel is faulty, needs Panel replacement, costing around 14000.00 for
                      replacing the new panel.


                      LG Known for delivering Premium
                      technology &amp; High Quality product to customer all these, LG
                      Known name in Indian customer. I went with your Products not only
                      TV also owning appliances of LG.


                      I was surprised &amp; shocked
                      to hear panel (Heart of LED TV) is faulty in 3 years, where as it should
                      last for quite long period.


                      myself working as Quality Head in
                      MNC cannot digest Failure of Premium product of well know brand in such a short
                      period, penalizing loyal customer to such a great extent. it is high time for
                      LG to look into deep analysis of Critical parts to find out the Root cause for
                      failure.

And those people who try to forget about their roots, when the time comes that roots stop to give energy to that person and it become unnoursished.

                        Sir you kicked me out treating me like a DOG. Time change the fate of Every dog. Tgat day was yours thats why you shouted. I accepted your order treating it as the order of God. But I reminded you about your roots as well.

                        You are viewing the persons with spectacles, that passes wrong impression to your brain. Because the number of that Glasses changes to see one & other person as per his status. It is sure that the person who misbehave with a customer can never become a Good Officer.

                        You said that India is a democratic country. It is not like that you continue to play with the sentiments of everybody and lastly declare it valid on security Point of View. LG's Godown can be sensitive on Security Point of View. But is it that LG is more worried about your security.

                        I had not come with arms and ammunition to see you, then where the point of security exists. Whether you have got Z-Plus security. That you consider right every point of your staff due to security reasons.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I went to LG office /Area Depot Village Khajurla, Near Phagwara to make a query regarding LG26LX7R LCD Screen. I hope this is the number, mostly the dealers specify it as 7R. As there was a difference in the price in the market of Rs. 6,000/- for the same product, I went there to enquire about the matter and wanted to purchase the product. As the market is quoting the price starting from Rs. 27,000, with variation to Rs. 28,500/-, 29,500/- Rs 30,500/-, 31,500/- & again Rs. 32,500/-. As there is difference of more than 20% for the same product in the same town. I became curious to know the fact. In this process how I became the victim of callous, rude, discourteous behaviour of officials of LG. The tale begins as under:
                        1. On 1st Jan 2008, I went to LG Office at Khajurla to make the query with the concerned Manager. Firstly the Security Guard was reluctant to reply anything. Any how he told me that today is off-day so no staff member is there.
                        2. On 1st Jan the company's depot was also closed.
                        3. On 2nd Jan again I went to Company's depot first. The official directed me to contact to the Office. Then I went to Khajurla office of LG Company.
                        4. Ond 2nd Jan, I requested to the Security Guard that I want to see the Manager. He said why & Who are you? I said that I am a customer and want to purchase an LCD Tv, so I have come to get the query. He said go to the market and get the knowledge from the dealers. On my insitences somehow he permitted me to go to office.
                        5. Then I met with receptionist and said that I want to see the Manager. She enquired Why? & Who I am. I repeated my purpose that I want to purchase the LCD and told her that I am a customer. She said "No". You are not allowed. I requested her again and told her that previously I have purchased One Tv, One Refrigerator, One A.C. and the concerned Manager had arranged the deal. She said O.K. I just talk to the Manager. She went inside and came back and said the Manager? Who Manager? I said Mr. Sachdeva. She said O.K. She went inside and told me that the Manager will not meet you. Then I handed my Visiting Card to her that Specified that I am Distt. President of Bahujan Samaj Party (Khatri Wing). Then again she went in and said the Manager will not meet you.
                        6. After a few minutes an official came out Mr. Ashutosh Sharma[protected], He enquired the subject. I said I want to see Mr. Sachdeva. He enquired the reason. I told him the purpose. As he moved inside to enquire from Mr. Sahdeva as I tried to accompany him. He said Go outside. As I had just put a step inside the office I was made to Go Outside. I came out, after a few minutes the person named Mr. Ashutosh Sharma came out and said that you can not see Mr. Sachdeva. I requested him to arrange for the LCD. He told me that there is no Sales Personnel in the office at present. I shall make you a call shortly. After the expiry of 36 hours no one has called me.

                        GENERAL:
                        1. I must not forget to mention that the officials of LG are absolutely callous, rude & discourteous.
                        2. Is it that Sales Manager & the staff has been employed with a lesson of rude behaviour.
                        3. L.G. is dealing with the consumer durable products which have service Orientation. IS IT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?
                        4. Whether the need is only from customer side & Sales Officers and LG officials are least bothered to manage customer.
                        5. Whether we the customers are not more than a mud that has no existence. It is Punjabi couplet "Roori de wi din badlde hun". That the dust (After harvesting wheat crop) changes its time. As when it gets the help of the wind it reaches to the head who press it regularly.
                        6. Why LG officials ARE FURIOUS. Is it because the cusomer came from lower caste & had not asked permission to enter in his office. Though Mr. Sachdeva belongs to a caste which is prominently called "Refugee" or "Jhangi" in our community & I belong to a prestigious caste Khatri with Doaba based ancestors. Our ancestors have never sold cowdung cakes as Mr. Sachdeva's community had been selling.
                        7. Though I never met Mr. Sahdeva, he must be living in inferiority complex. As this community had been deprived off from sitting nearby. That's why he tries to behave like this.
                        8. I had not gone to get any sort of the alm from Mr. Sachdeva. Now I understand why our forefathers hate this Aroras (Sachdeva Caste people) because they people don't have etiquettes to move in society.

                        The Sale & Purchase is the secondary point. The first point which all the advanced countries officials favour. That they people regard the Customer and don't misbehave with the customers like LG Officials.

                        I hope that the LG officials will investigate the matter.

                        1..It is very difficult to get SPRES AND SERVICE for LG RD 8000 CHOCOLATE MODEL.
                        2..The cost of a U.S.B cord is 800/-.
                        The model no RD8000 chocolate model costs Rs11000 But Now i wanted to sell back.I was shocked to know that it wilbe taken back only 4000 in service centers.My poor mobile is only 8 months older..

                          Hi,
                          I miss Pratibha purchased LG Flatron Golden eye TV from Top Ten Shop,Big Splash,Sec 17,Vashi,Navi Mumbai,
                          As soon As I bought the TV I saw colour patches but the delievery man said that it must be cable problem.
                          Even I thought the same and ignored the patch. Next day when I was watching movie on DVD the same patches were displaying again. Then I got it that it is the problem of TV itself. After that 4-5 times techniciamn came but patches go for 2-3 days and comes again.
                          Even till date my TV is facing same problem of colour patches on screen.
                          I want replacement of the TV.

                            I had just repaired my LG's DVD player ((LMK 2541 – 2200 Watts) from one of the authorised LG's service centre in Faridabad Sector 16A.

                            Every time it happens that the problem for which i give my DVD to them is not responded properly and i face some additional problem with the product which were not at the time of handling the product to the service centre.

                            2-3 Weeks back i had lodged the complainet as the CD was not working on it. Afetr follows up's and so many reminder the problem was taken care off but was not up to the expectation. Now the video output of the DVD is not working.

                            I have been using LG's product from a long time but never come up to these kind of problems.

                            Kindly attend this problem as soon as possible and get it rectify otherwise i would have no option rather than stop using LG's product aand take some serious action

                                We purchased a LG fridge from LG shoppe Malleswaram Bangalore .wide no:23794 dated lg tromm washing machine. After installing the fridge we had a doubt that the fridge was not working fine and informed the LG service people at LG Service center at Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore. He was showing that there is cooling from the door and said is like this only. But things kept in racks are getting spoiled and he did not respond to our question and told that it is our imagination that the fridge is not ok. He again that the fridge is absolutely fine & there is any problem they will be replacing the fridge. The door beading was not fixed properly and there was always gap and cool air was going out. We again gave a complaint to Mr.Mansoor LG service manager at Rajaji Nagar center. He again send the same technicican and the person repeated saying the fridge is ok. Milk purchased in the fridge is getting spoiled and persishables like vegetable, pickle are getting fungus infection. The service person told that we have to keep the control knob only to 3-4 points during winter season.Still we have kept to maximum. Even after that the fridge is giving complaints and no action has been taken by LG service person. The service people told that if there is any problem they will replace the fridge after the technician reports a problem. Till so far no body turned up since 3 weeks. Being a branded product we got duped with such a refrigerator and now feeling so depressed. We are from a middle class family and getting another fridge is beyond our capabilities. We had taken this product because the shopper was assuring best post sales service from LG.
                                Hope you will look to the problem seriously and take necessary action immediately

                                Kindly provide the contact number to enquiry the LG refrigirator model GR-1911TSC, 190 ltrs, which has a broken freezer door as well the cooler is not suffeceint or reuires servicing.

                                  My handset is not starting properly.it's just showing the LG symbol and again restarting untill i remove the battery. acording to you what shuld be problem? I mean to say what should be the solution?

                                      I am disappointed to state that the quality of service I am receiving to my complaint is pathetic in Bangalore. I want to escalate this matter to the highest possible level and I will do that if I don't get an acknowledgement to this email.

                                      Here is the description of my problem. I logged a complaint on 19th November (B[protected] regarding the LG dishwasher functionality and was not paid attention to at all. I kept on calling the service center for two weeks before the engineer showed up at my place on 1st December. He spent hardly 10 minutes and said, we have to take the dishwasher to service center to replace a part. He said, he will arrange for someone to come and pick it up the very next day. It has been since then, we are calling every other day without any result and to our surprise, we were given another complaint number (S7CC0601087) saying, please use this one instead of the previous one, which was opened on Friday, 7th December if I remember the date correctly. I believe this is to show in the system that the case is not open for too long.

                                      In a nutshell, this was the worst experience of my life. An immediate action on this complaint and acknowledgement of this email is highly appreciated.

                                      Complaint of poor service of LG dish washer

                                      I have given cheque to LG dealer for getting dish washer.First they said they have received the cheque.After that, they said they have not received the cheque and asked me to send a second cheque. So I went to bank and cancelled the payment to be made for the cheque. Then I got dish washer for cash. After that, the dish washer is found to have broken parts inside. Then water leakage problem error E 1 was glowing. I have contacted the dealer about the problem. He gave me a code of S9C51506619 and said the service engineer would correct it. I am waiting for the positive reply regarding the matter.
                                      Unknown fault with dish washer of LG.

                                      I purchased a dish washer from LG. The dish washer was not working and I complained to the dealer. After getting the complaint the dealer sent two service persons to look into the problem. They came at 7.30pm and started installing the dish washer. They found that the E 1 i.e water leakage message is glowing. The brand new dish washer is opened with all side, top and bottom doors and the fault is not rectified. After that they said they would replace the piece and went away at 11.30 pm.Next day I contacted the dealer and said he would discuss the matter with someone and still the problem was not solved.It is a mental agony and waste of money. If possible such cheaters should be brought to court notice.

                                      This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned and I cannot get it fixed. I had the E1 error message and 5 service tech visits and it still will not work. I own a dryer also and it does not dry the clothes. Will never by an LG again. LG should stand for Let it Go and move on. I have wasted countless days and hours trying to get it fixed. I am probably going to trash it and buy an Electrolux.

                                      LG Dishwasher — dishwasher not functioning

                                      I PURCHASED LG MAKE DISH WASHER MODEL NO LD - 2152WH ON 14TH FEB 2010 FROM RA ELECTRONICS OLD PADRA ROAD VADODARA GUJARAT INDIA.FROM THE DAY ONE MACHINE IS MALFUNCTIONING .IN LAST ONE YEAR IT HAS HARDLY WORKED FOR FIFTEEN DAYS TO OUR SATISFACTION.TECHNICIAN FROM SERVICE CENTRE HAS TRIED ATLEAST 10 TIMES FOR REPAIR DURING WARRANTY PERIOD.DEFECTIVE MACHINE WAS GIVEN TO ME AND SERVICE MAN MADE ALL THE TRIAL AND ERROR FOR REPAIR DESPITE MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS FOR REPLACEMENT DURING WARRANTY PERIOD ITSELF.AT PRESENT DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS SINCE LAST 15 DAYS NO ONE FROM SERVICE STATION HAS BOTHERED TO ATTEND MY COMPLAINT.THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE LG.OUR LIFE IS NOT GOOD AFTER PURCHASE OF YOUR DISH WASHER.PLEASE DO SOMETHIG IF YOU CAN.THANKS
                                      The details of the dish washer has been already send to the said emai address and problem was attended by the service centre on 13.05.2011. Now the dish washer is working fine. Thanks for your prompt response and assistance.

                                        Complain No :- N7CB1206928 Loged on 12/11/2007 at LG call Center.

                                        LG Engineer has come on 14/11/2007 to attend the complaint and we have shown the bill and enginee has confirmed that some part need to be replace and he will bring the same after 2 days but no one has turnedup as on today .
                                        After my followup with same complaint no with LG call center and they have confirm that complaint has been cancelled.

                                        Warranty end date was :- 16/11/2007 and complaint was loged on from my end is 12/11/2007 and now there are asking for charge.

                                        Please look into this and hope the same problem will be resolved.

                                        I agree, that LG make your life worse. I bought a LG washing machine from Giriyas Bangalore. They delivered without the accessories (pipes, mesh etc) and when asked about it dealer ruedly said it is LG's responsibility . There are 2 complaints I logged with LG (s8c31204617, s8c[protected] and they did not respond. When followed up, they referred me to one LG's marketing manager. When I called him understood that guy was not even listening what the issue is and started saying that there is some thing wrong in what I am saying.
                                        Finally i got information from my source that both dealer and service center people are hand in glove in cheating customer by removing spares from package etc.

                                        r had gifted a LG micro oven as wedding anniversary gift, now after usage of about 3 years the touch key pad is not working and when approached the technician they are charging a rate of Rs. 1600/- i.e. the rate for the touch key pad costs Rs 600/- and the service charge is Rs. 1000/- can you pls let me know that the repair charges are more than the part to be replaced, whereas we bought a Sanyo microwave and it is still goin on good without any complaint, at the same time we also have LG Air conditioner and this was also the same one fine day the wire got burnt and the same day i wastravelling it was such an hectic day i had to call your technician and get it repair and had to hurry for boarding my train to Kerala, is this what LG products are?
